Great little car wash. I am happy with how clean my car came out. Service was good. There were two attendants that greeted me and they both sprayed the prewash foam. Some places only have one attendant that does that, and other none, so this was a nice change. The only improvement I could see would be to improve the vacuums. The one I used wasn't very powerful.

This is my first visit and I will definitely return, this is the cleanest any carwash has gotten my truck. Got the brake dust off my rims even! They also scrubbed the front of the truck before sending me through. Only had to go once through.

The two self service bays are really dirty and not kept up. Half the setting don't work or are inoperable. Brushes are in bad condition. Overall the experience of trying to do it yourself and then having to pay more money because of the bays conditions is a little crazy.

If you want a real car wash this is where you go I had traveled to South Carolina and had a lot of bugs on my windshield they made sure that they were all gone before going through attention to detail they are the best

The Express Wash is top notch. The gentlemen who wait on me are very friendly and helpful. They do a quick swab down by hand to remove anything stuck on or in recessed areas as the automatic cycle begins. At the end the vehicle is blown dry for a virtually spotless finish.

I've been using Bowtie since they came to Fern Creek however many years ago that is. They are always nice, no matter the weather, always do a great job. Only once had an issue and went through again for free and issue went away. Their 6 for 4 coupons are the best. The vacuums work great and seem to last long enough to to the front seat, reset and do the back seat. The place is always clean and tidy. The bow ties the guys wear crack need up. Free dash wipes for the best car wash around. Thanks

It's a wonderful car wash. The one near me started lacking, so I tried this place out today and my car is beautifully clean thanks to their wash and free vacuum after each wash. I'd definitely reccomend this place if you want your vehicle to look nice and shiny again.

Seems to have trouble keeping staff. One day I went through the car wash and the entire brush was missing so only 3/4 of my car got clean. The monthly rate is reasonable.

I used the self-service bay which was a little more expensive than other places, they start out at $3.50 for 3 minutes. The vacuums were free but only stay on for about 45 seconds, so if you go to the other side of the car you start the vacuum then have to run back over and push the button to restart it. Pretty annoying.

I really appreciate their convenience, as well as, the periodic free wash coupons they issue somewhat quarterly. The attendants are generally professional and courteous, and they have free self-vacuuming stations with your wash purchase. Some of the vacuums don't have the best suction, so it is best to find one that works and stick to it, if you patronize here regularly.

We always return to Bowtie Express. The two attendants you meet on arrival, take your wash selection then spray or scrub the troublesome spots. We always look good exiting. They also provide free vaccuming that you do yourself. The minimum cost is now $10. You can buy a book of washes or buy 3 washes and the 4th is free!

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Bowtie for years. Usually the $15 wash and wax service. Techs do a quick prewash. Nice little ride thru the car wash. Brushes, lights, sprays, huge blowers. Like being in Disneyland.

I have a 6” lift on a Toyota Tundra (sits 7.1”) cleared their car wash perfectly. I also have 35” tires. So if you have a lifted truck this place works, just note if you have wheel spacers... the tires will fall off their rack and you won’t be able to use them . I have 2” spacers and although went through fine.. the added 2” will damage their equipment. They were kind and courteous to inform me of the issue my truck could have caused with the added spacers to their equipment.

Have a monthly pass with this place. The guys there are always super friendly and eager to do a good job washing the car. Issue free everytime and fast. In and out quick. Only suggestion I would make is to maybe offer interior cleaning services/detailing sometime down the road.

My rating comes from my first call to this business, you answers phone, he was rude and I was made to feel that I was a bother for calling. I only called to make sure they were open, so many places show open, you get there and they're closed. I did like the way my car looked after exciting the car wash.

Exceptionally nice staff that was willing and understanding to listen to my concern of the application of the tire shine at the end of the process and it blowing back on the finish of the car itself and they took the time to reprogram their setup and now in my mind and my eyes they have improved upon and already good business a little pricey however if you're not satisfied you can go back through again

These guys are a class act. My vehicle was trashed with Kentucky red mud and rather than just shoooing me away They allowed me set me up with a bay with a pressure washer to remove the red clay mud notorious to Kentucky.
