PLEASE READ! I was excited when the car wash reopened after getting upgrades to their drive through washing equipment. I have a monthly pass and was happy to be able to go back to my regular location. The first time through the “new wash” my 2 door Jeep Wrangler suffered some very unfortunate damage!! The car wash seemed to be moving a little too fast, and somewhat out of control, while we were being pulled through and as a result the brushes tore off my antenna and the housing for it and it literally shattered the back passenger window! The attendants had to stop the machines and have me drive through without finishing the wash. To say that I was devastated, would be putting it mildly. Once parked in the vacuum bay, one of the workers/supervisors, Clay, came out to speak with me and my husband and to file an incident report. Clay is the absolute nicest young man and was extremely helpful, caring and professional through the process even though it was evident that the poor kid was a little stressed and concerned about what had happened. I received a call two days later from the manager of the location, Alex. The very first thing that he asked me when he called was weather or not everyone that was in the Jeep that day was doing ok and if anyone was injured. That, in and of itself, showed impeccable customer service! He then advised me that it was clear to see on their surveillance cameras that the wash was way too aggressive and was absolutely at fault for the damages to my vehicle. He proceeded to let me know that the company would take care of any and all costs of the repairs at the body shop of my choosing. The only delay in getting the repairs was that the body shop was a busy place and had to schedule me a couple of weeks out. As the repairs were completed, Alex worked directly with the body shop regarding payment and I had not one out of pocket cost. This was an unfortunate mishap that I don’t believe is a common occurrence and yet both Clay and Alex handled everything with the utmost respect, care and courtesy and they also ensured that everything was done quickly and correctly! I have since “Breezed Thru” the wash at least weekly if not more often and have had absolutely no further problems. Every time either Clay or Alex are there when I drive thru they take the time to say hello and see how everything is going and I love being considered a “regular”! I HIGHLY recommend this car wash and will be a customer for life!

Love the staff and how friendly they are watching me drive my huge truck through lol. The car wash compared to others has its faults definitely wish the dryers were longer and didn't have to scrub to avoid water spots as much the vacuums are excellent they'll pick almost anything up even your ponytail 🤣 I love that with the membership you can goad much as you want I wish it was only a small fee to add multiple cars but what can you do I always appreciate the complimentary scents and wipes for your interior, really great customer service all and all.

Not terribly priced, but definitely more than it's worth. The wash does just an okay job. It really won't clean off bugs or tough dirt. It is a pretty tight fit in the car wash for a Ram 1500. I made it, but it was close. The vacuums work, but they have terrible suction and really won't clean the inside that great either. Lots of better car washes out there.

What's not to love about getting your car washed in less than 5 minutes? The only thing I don't like is the automatic renewal of the monthly unlimited pass. But the car wash itself is great and it's five bucks for the basic! Add to that the fact that you get to use their vacuums for free, and you just saved yourself an entire afternoon to do something way more fun than washing your car!

Nice wash. They don't spray you down much so I still had some bugs on my car but it's rare to find a place that can get those off. Real friendly, helpful staff which is why I gave it 5 stars.

A bit pricey for what you get. Not sure the treatments had a chance to be effective for how quickly you drive through. The blown air at the end of the service leaves water all over your vehicle. If you don't bring a towel to dry it yourself you can expect water all over your body and windows. Otherwise a decent drive thru wash.

I love the price. $12 a month and you can go as many times as your car needs a bath. The employees always smile and give you a thumbs up in what is probably a boring job at times. One thing I do not like is that the dryers do not do the best job and it seems that sometimes the carwash does not provide consistent cleaning. However, even when there are lines almost to Wal-Mart, it moves quickly. EDIT - July 2022 - The new upgrades at the one on Dell Range are great. While the price has gone up to $15 per month, that is not bad for all you can wash your car. We like the service and normally get smiles from the employees.

Generally a solid place to get a quick car wash. The wash itself works great and consistently leaves your care squeaky clean. The vacuums are great as well. The only down side seems to be the staff. While some are friendly and efficient, others seem to lack a good understanding of customer service and can be pushy at times.

At first I was skeptical about taking my truck through an automatic car wash. Prior to today I have always used a normal, hand wash bay and scrubbed it down by hand; however today I felt like giving this a try, and I'm more than happy I did. The staff incredibly friendly, when I first pulled up I was greeted with a hello and a smile. I chose the most expensive wash, just to see what it was like, and it cleaned my truck extremely well. The wash moves fairly quick, faster than what I was expecting. I was in and out of the wash within one or two minutes. The dryer at the end worked really well, I wax my truck on a bi-weekly basis, so the water beaded right off. After pulling out of the wash bay I was able to then get the little beads of water left by hand and vacuum my truck out for free. As I was doing this a gentleman was picking up loose garbage and ensuring everyone and everything was doing okay. I'm not too sure about how people had a bad experience with the staff unless you simply treat them like slaves. With any automatic car wash, fold in your mirrors and you'll be fine. I'll be back again next week. Thanks for the great experience!

Very nice business that does a very good job washing your car. Only issue with this location is the entrance, especially when extremely busy. Though, if you know how to drive your car and know how it handles and maneuvers you shouldn't have a problem.

Great car wash but the prices are ridicules. They increase the price at least 2 times in the last two years. Now its almost $20 for the best car wash. I'd be better off going to a self serve. but on the other hand the wash does clean my car very well. JUST TO EXPENSIVE.

Nice and quick car wash with free access to vacuums at the end. My only complaint is that the conveyor belt seems to take your car through the wash a little fast so your car doesn't get as clean if you drove it through yourself. But I like it, so I keep going back

Not only was this a great car wash for the price, but the staff is top notch! My husband dropped his inactive cell phone that still had personal data on it at the vacuum area. We went back the next day and not only did the staff have the phone, they had charged it up! These folks deserve our business!

-The price is right! $10/month for the basic wash, unlimited. The basic does okay for the spring/summer months, in winter the wash can be inadequate. -Update: We've upgraded to the next level, still inexpensive and seems to be getting the car clean through the harsher months. Also, the owner replied to my review, which I don't think I've ever seen, 5 stars now.

Great automatic car wash at a great price. My two year old daughter loved going through the wash and seeing all of the automatic foam and brushes. The free vacuums were also a plus. When we went, there was a long line, but it went surprisingly fast.

Holy poop this place is busy. Great car wash though. Get the pass and go everyday if you have time. Does the job and they have vacuums. Blocks the street quite a bit so watch out if u r passing by. They need another one on the other side of town to hopefully ease the congestion in the area.

Spent $18 on a sub-par car wash, back of car as well as wheels were not cleaned. Ended up going home and hand washing vehicle to clean it properly. Staff on hand was not very helpful. Better off doing car wash on your own unless mo other options.

The only downside about this car wash is I feel like it doesn't matter what level of car wash you pay for you always get the same thing. The vacuums outside are nice, but the wheel track messes up your alignment on your tires.

Why drive around in your best friend that huals you to work, baseball, basketball, football camping and just plain joy riding and never complains no matter how much weight you gain. Besides a clean car doesn't have the" WASH ME" tattoo on it.

Been a member for awhile and wash my car a few times a week. Don't go here I'd you think an automatic wash is going to do some amazing job (aka reviews about it not removing bugs) as no auto wash will. The only downsides for me is the ridiculous wait times during certain parts of the day (which I hope will be alleviated somewhat whenever the second location opens) and the street in front of the building is like Swiss cheese which they have gotten ghetto repaired which at least will be fine for the next few months before needing repairs again. Overall can't beat the price and service is good just don't expect miracles from an automatic car wash

It's a car wash... if you want your car free of bug guts and light dirt you might want to go thru a few times. I've yet to get my vehicles spot free on the first wash. Seems like all the breeze thrus are like this must be because it's a quick wash..... no matter the vacuum stations work well.

Great customer service. Just wish they would they would have someone at the cash kiosk to help with new comers, it takes so much time. Other wise clean facility and the vacuums work all the time. The car dryer works half the time. And will leave spots missed by the wash brushes

I like this wash, but it is the only one that bends my license plate when I go through it. Usually jam packed so I try to go at off hours. If they could make one improvement it would be to have reusable towels and window cleaner. I would definitely pay a little more to do everything in one stop.

Car wash is great. It is aggravating when I go through the line and the employee at the kiosk attempts to take my debit card out of my hand. When I explain that I’m fully capable of utilizing the kiosk I get attitude. This has happened the last two times I’ve been to your location. I may not come back. Please take a moment to address attitude to your employees and furthermore, don’t attempt to take the debit/credit card from patrons.

People just complain to much....I have the pass and I'll go trough twice just for kicks and grins. If you want it perfect then put your sweat into it. My time is worth more money, so i choose a cheap route to keep my car clean. If i wash it myself and a diffrent car wash i spend about the same money and have to do all the work....

How well your car gets washed iis hot or miss which doesn't make any sense but we're have a pass so we just go through again. Love the free vacuums but wish they had towels and cleaner. Lines get long on nice days, but that shouldn't be a problem when the 2 on pershing are finished

This is a good place for a quick car wash. I especially appreciate that they offer a monthly membership that let's you get as many car washes as you want for $13 or less. You can get a free car interior wipe and Pina colada air freshener if you go inside the office and ask for them. The only reason that I knocked off a star is that they tend to want to jam cars together in the line, which tends to decrease the cleanliness of the bumpers.

I liked it. Washed my truck well, full-size Chevy. Washed our Honda CR-V's well. Typically, brush washes make swirls in wax. This is the best auto wash that I've seen, and I have owned car washes myself.

Love this place. I pay a monthly fee and can go as often as I want. Its quick, even when the line is long, and then I can vacuum and take trash out easily. The only thing is that I wish it dried more with the air, it pushes you out too quickly.

Absolutely love breeze thru. Best idea ever. The people who push the buttons for you are annoying and superfluous. Edit: the attendants can be very helpful if you accidentally pull in too far from the payment kiosk. The staff member that guides you onto the conveyor, is excellent.

My boyfriend and I are from Texas and we travel all the time because of his work. My boyfriend has always been very picky on where he take his vehicles to get them washed. Majority of the time he washes by hand. Here in Cheyenne it gets pretty cold, almost too cold to hand wash your car lol. It was a real risk to us cause we had just purchased 2016 HD 2500 Denali. It's a pretty big truck and fairly new, so this carwash was sounded like a heart attack to my boyfriend lol so we ended up taking "Big Girl" through. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and was also assisted with getting things out of the bed of the truck before the wash.

Even if the line is clear back to Walmart it moves quickly. The vacuums are free. There is a free paper towel dispenser. Plenty of employees if you need help.

Edit: Had a fender bender here. Dillon at Breeze Thru was very accommodating. They ended up repairing my vehicle and offering me a rental. This accident was cause by their equipment, they took full responsibility. I had some frustrations through out this, but we don’t need to dable on them.
