The experience you receive when purchasing a vehicle from here will be more than you can think. Aaron our salesman at Audi was more than 5 star. His knowledge on the vehicles was impeccable. He was not pushy to upgrade us. He listened and gave us all the knowledge he could. The kind and friendly atmosphere was something I only imagined given past experiences at other dealers. The process start to finish was amazing. We were shown and explained the service side of thing before we even left which made sure we weren’t feeling left in the dark come our first service on the vehicle. Highly recommend the team at Walser especially Aaron at Audi. Couldn’t have made it possible without him. Our initial phone call was a week prior to our visit and even on the phone we knew we would be taken care of. I found and purchased my dream car remotely with the help of Tim Henriques! Tim went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. He stayed in constant communication with me through it all, from sending several videos of anything/everything I asked to see to picking us up from the airport upon arrival. All good car dealers under one roof. We visited almost 4 dealers here to find the best car as per our expectations. Every dealer is having different process to guide their customers. I found the worst is Audi. It's not worth visiting Audi showroom with such a rude staff. Then we visited Mercedes-Benz, it was a bit like they do not care about your requirements. They have their specific cars to sell. Then we visited BMW, which was a better experience than the last two. They warm welcomed us and understood our requirements. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After that, we visited Accura. It was an amazing experience to visit that place. They warm welcomed us, understood everything , very friendly, and they gave premium treatment. That was worth it after all the worst experience we had.

Let week I made my second purchase through the Walser campus and was blown away at the experience compared to 5 years earlier. I recently sold my car to Walser Auto Campus in Wichita, KS. I started considering to sell it in October,2022 and that is when I first spoke to Andrew Voorhees. I decided to keep it at that time, but built up a great rapport with Andrew and I felt comfortable reaching out to him a couple more times when I thought I was ready to sell. He was very patient, professional and kind. I have had countless dealerships want to purchase my 370z, but I only trusted Andrew with it. I had a fantastic experience with Quan Nguyen and Audi of Wichita sales team! I looked nationwide as for a very specific RS5 model and found it at Audi of Wichita. I immediately reached out and received a response within the same day. Unfortunately, that car was already reserved and I was disappointed to say the least.
However, Quan contacted me a week later stating he had located another vehicle in Connecticut that matched the exact specs of the model I had interest in a week earlier. I immediately jumped on reserving the car which was already on it's way to Wichita.
The negotiations were very quick as they gave me a great deal and the whole process was painless. In fact it was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! As soon as the car arrived it was prepped and ready within a few days. I flew out and was treated very well by the Sales Manager Adam who ran through the features of the vehicle. Within the hour I was on the road back home to Denver.
I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for new Audi.

I spent almost a year researching cars and then more specifically the EXACT series and trim for my dream BMW. I know from general conversation that plenty of people fall into this camp of over-researching their next car only to have a subpar buying experience. Maybe the deal was wrong? Or not the preferred color/options? Or they got a lower than expected trade etc.
Jesus erased all doubt that I chose the right car and dealership. In my case I did not have to settle! The car and the deal just felt right. Most of it was done remotely and I felt extremely confident well before setting foot into the dealership. We arrived late that day from Overland Park and Jesus and the staff there met us warmly and stayed very late for all the paperwork. The process was seamless once we arrived and we left highly satisfied. Everyone there took some time to talk cars with us and Jesus even reminded me that I should test drive mine first lol. However, seeing that machine in person was all I needed (+ bow was awesome). If you're wanting that dream car please step out of the reviews/YouTube/car magazines and call Walser for Jesus. Only wish would be that they were in my hometown but it's worth the short drive for that personalized experience. Thank you Jesus and the staff there for everything!

He took the time to go thru the inventory and find a car I really liked. Allowed me to drive the car home to show my wife and by the time I returned the paperwork was done. Customer service on point!!! There were several similar vehicles much closer to me that I was inquiring about, but Jonathan’s customer service is what sold me. I talked to dozens of dealerships all over Texas to sort out my trade in and purchase- I either received condescending tones, pushy sales tactics and even a few that kept calling me by the wrong name while they relentlessly called daily to follow up to sell me a car I was never even interested in. Jonathan relayed information in an organized and detail manner, which made us feel at ease and confident in our decision. Seriously, I bought a car in KANSAS (I live in TX and thought it was in Wichita Falls, TX) because of the customer service I received. It was pretty nice having a car delivered to my driveway and never having to step foot in a dealership, too.

Christian was my service rep for my annual oil change and overall inspection for my 2019 BMW 540i. His service and communicate was great and so nice to visit with, made the experience personal. I really liked the vehicle service video that showed the technician, Adam servicing the car. This was informative and showed me that things were okay. Since I had to wait in the waiting area for the car, Christian said he would get it right in and I was there less than an hour. Excellent service! I like the fact that I have a designated service rep that I can call and ask questions and he is familiar with my car. Highly recommend the service and Christian as your service rep!

Austin could not have been nicer or more professional! Really appreciated the video from Conner, was easy to see what needed to be done. Good communication about timeline and progress. When a new problem cropped up just after we left, Austin got us right back in to check it out. Booking service process on line very easy. Dealership clean and comfortable. The four instead of 5 is because of a couple communication issues only. I think people would appreciate a heads up that you need to go to the BMW aside to do the paper work. I needed a new key and communicated that on line and with a call the week before. We live 3 hours north and wanted to be sure there were no issues. However, when we got there we discovered the key would be ordered and sent to us, but we would have to bring the Cooper back to Wichita to have it programmed 😔.Nothing would have changed, but would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time. I understand you needed a copy of the registration, but could that not have been scanned and sent or faxed ?

Michael had everything prepared for us during each of our visits, and was very quick and accurate in all of our message correspondence.
My wife and I were absolutely amazed at the level of detail that these folks go through in inspecting and detailing their used vehicles for purchase. We were equally impressed with the help that Michael gave us.

I really like that they are continuing to create a very safe environment(Sanitizer and Mask in dealership) while still providing great customer to customers. My wife's mini was serviced yesterday. I was really amazed with the video that they sent me showing the vehicle being inspected. What an excellent idea and way for the customer to assist the tech inspecting the vehicle.
I also have to say that once again Austin does an excellent job and goes the extra mile for the customer. I dropped my car off, they offered a loaner, but since I didn't needed one they gave me a ride home. Kept me informed about the progress of the service and drove it back to my home.
I have to say that BMW/Mini have done a great improvement with their service and management. Congratulations !!!

I always have friendly service at Walser BMW with Austin and Christian. I usually work with Austin, he is always helpful and accommodating when I'm indecisive. This last time I needed wiper blades, new tires, and an oil change. They were able to get me the blades immediately and I was able to get scheduled for tires within 48hrs.
Another note, I appreciate the communication that Walser offers. I received both text and email updates with each action...appt schedule reminders, Video diagnostic, and service update. This is all very helpful when I'm busy at work. I can review and reply all via text without having to make added calls. Very handy. Kudos to the Walser team.

Having to take your car in for service can be very trying but I have always had a positive experience at Walser BMW. I have worked with both Austin and Christian; this last time with Christian. They have been excellent. The service area appears to be very clean and it is nice to be able to watch from the waiting area as your car is serviced. The video this time was a nice feature too.

I have had good experience at BMW of Wichita. Check-in desk guy was great. They did the work I asked for with a great loaner car provided. I appreciate the video review of car condition and potential maintenance items. My critique is that the cost of certain maintenance items seem excessive ... which I assume is a BMW/dealership issue. Example: I had a wheel bearing replaced at a reputable local shop for 40% of BMW dealer's quote.

It's a luxury car so it's going to be expensive but you should own one at least once. The only issue is the car wash is always broken. The free car wash was one of the reasons I purchased my car. I know it sound like a minor issue but to me it saves money where don't have to buy a car wash membership.

I bought a new BMW from Jesus in November of 2020 and the process was flawless. I brought my 2013 BMW in to be serviced a few months later and they encountered some unforeseen issues that required them to keep my car for awhile. Christian at the desk and Tim Beach in maintenance were great to work with. Tim took the time repeatedly to discuss the issues with me and gave me a very honest assessment which I appreciated. This is the only dealership I trust with both of my vehicles. I highly recommend!

June 8, 2021: Just visited Walser Lexus again yesterday for my RX-330's annual inspection and oil change. This vehicle is driven about 4-5K miles per year, so we take it in only once per year. This time, my service rep was James, another great Walser employee. Everything went perfectly once again. I particularly like the fact that videos of the vehicle inspections are now being provided to customers to view on their phones while they are waiting. Very nice touch. Overall, another great dealer experience.

I went to Walser Lexus In Wichita looking for a new LC500. Was told none were available because of Covid. I was dealing with Lance Garrison, he asked if he could call me if a used one came in, of course I said yes...a little over a week later he got one in. I came the day after that to test drive it and I fell I. Love with it. One hitch, I couldn't take delivery until I got back from Las Vegas. No problem. When I got back I went to settle up and loved the detailed job. Most beautiful car I have ever owned. I took it to Albuquerque N.M. was pleasantly surprised on the gas mileage. A high performance engine that got excellent gas mileage, unbelievable!!! I will be back! Thank you Lance Garrison for your integrity and professionalism.

Took my Audi Q7 in for its first yearly maintenance and a recall. The entire staff was wonderful and everything was very clean-it made the whole process very quick and painless. They send a full video outlining everything that was completed and explaining new status vs current (ex- new tire tread vs current) for you to review. They even washed my car so it was sparkling when I went back to get it! We would highly recommend Walker Audi.

I had 2 appointments with the Audi service department for repairs. 5 star, competent, honest, and friendly service. Excellent car wash and vacuuming. Gave me a very nice loaner car. Excellent communication. No problems or hassles with doing warranty work. I was actually very impressed.
One small thing, I was a little disappointed that my bill for the oil change came out higher than what was quoted. I have no problem paying "Shop fees" or whatever, but they should have included these charges when I asked for a quote.

We experienced tire troubles while on a road trip to a family wedding. Unfortunately our tire needed replacing and was not in stock within 100 miles. Morgan and the Wichita Audi service department was very helpful and patient with us as they took the car in for the weekend, helped us get a rental lined up, and kept us updated on the repair so that we would have a working car to pick up on our return home. While we hope to never have another roadside emergency, we are pleased with the service we received in Wichita and would wholly recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Morgan and the rest of the service team. Thanks also to Joe Guiddry, our McKinney Audi salesperson, who helped us locate the nearest dealership with service department and provided us sales information on our roadside coverage that we did not have with us.

We bought our third Lexus so we are obviously impressed with the Lexus line. The RDX is our first SUV and the features just continue to pile up. Particularly impressed with Blind Spot Monitoring. We did have an issue with back cargo door being intermittent so we brought our Certified car back. A new motor was ordered and installed with a loaner car provided.

Audi Wichita always does a great job at making us feel like valued customers. We’ve purchased a 3 cars there in our last 3 years in Wichita and have had great experiences with the sales staff, and service. Loved everything about our visit to Walser Audi. Came in to order something for another vehicle but spotted our dream car and left with a new to us used Audi A7. Zero pressure. Did not have to fight our way through a gauntlet of car salesman to walk through the front door. Was given plenty of time to view the car and able to test drive without the pressure of a salesman along for the ride. Their sales staff felt more like a customer service staff. They were there to answer questions, help explain features and guide us through the purchase process. Didn’t spend a lot of money but we were treated as if we bought the most expensive car on the lot. Quan did a great assisting us.

I am always happy with the Lexus service. The staff is friendly and always helpful. However, 6 hours to rotate and balance my tires was a bit excessive. I was grateful for the loaner car but with a 2 hour drive home, it put me back home much later than expected.

Took my Lexus ES350 in for its first scheduled maintenance. No issues or concerns. Great service experience - top quality facility, very nice waiting room, very friendly staff. And was pleasantly surprised to learn that my first oil change and tire rotation was complimentary - no charge! They may have mentioned that when I bought the car, but if they did I forgot. They should make sure people know that, because after getting my car serviced there once, I'll definitely be brining it back every time.

Just took my car in yesterday for oil change/tire rotate. All service was handled great and she got a clean bill of health. I had been having a weird issue with the door speaker that I wasn't able to pinpoint and seemed intermittent. I asked if that could be checked out and sure enough, they ordered me a new speaker that will be replaced next week. Keep up the good work Walser!

I have bought vehicles at this dealership since 2001, and they not only take care of you at the time of sale, but they also take excellent care AFTER the sale. You don't get this from many dealerships in the market! I'm extremely picky about customer service, and they never disappoint! It may cost slightly more to get a Lexus vs. other brand vehicles (ex: Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc), but I can tell you it is well worth the money! You would be surprised how affordable Lexus is, when you start comparing to other like brands of vehicles (ex: Mercedes, BMW, etc), and I feel it's a great value!
I go into the service department for regular maintenance, and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced! Tangela Ross is our service representative, and she is always so friendly, and I feel that she treats customers the way she would want to be treated! This was my first visit to Walser Lexus. I was there to have a fuel pump installed for a recall. A service rep. (Angela) met with me . She was very professional. I was a bit disappointed that my request for a loaner car could not be met at that time. However, Lexus did provide a ride for me back to my home. After returning later to pick up the car, I was delighted to have a clean car and a full tank of gas. Also, the service rep. said that next time service was needed they would pick up the car for me and return it. All in all I was happy with the experience.

I had my 2017 BMW in for new tires. I feel like they were priced good for the same tires that was already on my X3. I did think that maybe the tires should have lasted longer than 31K miles though. I was fortunate enough to talk to Connor, the technician, while the Mini was under his supervision. He pointed out some issues I needed to address, what would be the cause and what the solution would be. Based on what he told me, I was able to look up an answer and video on-line that addressed one issue and I was able to solve the issue myself without having to add that to my next service visit. Doing that saved me hundreds in parts and labor. I'm not saying all issues can be solved this way, but a little time and effort will save money and you will better understand your vehicle. I will always ask for Connor to service my Mini. Also a shout out to Alec who took a couple of minutes to talk about my Mini. Great service from the techs!

We always have a fantastic experience here. We brought the car in to have it serviced because the check engine light was on. Christian checked us in, got us a loaner and we were on our way. I had a bad experience with a new RAV4 tire warranty and wanted to avoid the same with our new RX350's tire warranty. I can find where i bought the warranty but there is no information on how to file a claim. Easy only if you bring the car to your home dealer. We travel a lot and it is unlikely a flat or broken wheel will be in Wichita.
For us a third party warranty with a clear claims process, member identification and definition of who can resolve a claim on the road would fit our needs better.

However, when a customer schedules an appointment for a certain time you should not wait until 10 minutes before their appointment to call them because management decided to call an emergency service meeting luncheon. I had no other choice but to sit and wait for the pizza luncheon to end so they could service my car.

Took my 2014 Audi Q5 3.0 TDI to Walser Audi in Wichita, Kansas this week. They diagnosed and replaced the NOX sensor which was covered under the Audi/VW dieselgate extended warranty. The multi-point walk around inspection video they sent me which was done by the actual technician was pretty darn cool. Morgan was my excellent service writer, who kept me well informed of the progress of the repair. She was quick to respond to a few questions I had during the course of the repair through texts which was convenient for me. Great job!

Update on 12/15/19. Went from 5 to 3. Had service scheduled several weeks ago via a phone call. The gentleman I spoke with was not who I normally deal with. I had to wait about three weeks for my car to get in. Set up for 75k service, and got email confirmations reflecting that. The only service that was performed was an oil change. Had not had any issues before, but this is alarming. I don't have time in my busy schedule to have the wrong service performed. Something has changed and I may have to start looking elsewhere to have service performed. Morgan and Caleb are still super and apologized. Be careful if you call and get your appointments set up. DOUBLE CHECK and make sure you get the service you want.

We looked at different options and he never tried to sell me more than what I wanted, regardless of how much I could afford. He was patient, polite and professional at all times. I have also taken my car in to get some optional things installed (window tinting and car protection package). The service department has been outstanding as well. The got my RDX done on schedule and made sure I understood what I needed to do to make sure that I didn’t do anything to hurt the options (there is a 3 day cure time on the tint and car protection package). Bought a used 2009 Lexus I250 from Walser. I love my car and liked the sales process. I have had a couple of disappointing experiences with follow up. One of the promised made was a second key for the car. I have tried 3 times to get a second key made and all 3 times were unsuccessful for one reason or another. I also too my car into the service center for the first oil change since I got the car. They took good care of me, but I found the service to be a bit pricey. In addition, they already were trying to sell me a filter that I felt should have been replaced during their "thorough" inspection of the car prior to selling it to me. Apparently their pre-sale inspection is not as thorough as I was told.

While waiting for service to be completed, the service department informed me via text that this particular service recommended brake fluid flush and provided pricing. Never have I had better customer service! Shane arranged to have my car picked up while leaving me a new loaner, recall service performed, and the car returned to me and we live an hour away from the dealership! Not only that, I called to inquire about having the windows tinted while it was there. Shane gave me the number for the tint shop to to tell them what I wanted done and he handled the rest for me getting the car over to them and picking it up and delivering it to me. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding! I will definitely be back to BMW of Wichita for my next vehicle purchase without question. I can't recommend them enough.

They were done almost an hour early and even replaced my windshield wipers at my request. Jesus was a treat to work with, I called in on a different car that had been sold to someone in Denver and he suggested a new trade in car that my fit my needs. It was a new trade so no pictures were on the dealer site, I got many pictures and clarification on the options I was looking for. I paid for the car and shipping was arranged right away, The next day i was taking delivery from the transport co. Upon personal inspection the only item that I was not made aware of was the glove box cover was beginning to separate from the base. UPDATE: Last service 4/16/20. Walser and the Acura Team continues to impress me with their service. I needed a battery replacement and was please that Walser has implemented "no-contact" pickup and delivery of the vehicle. Service Manager Claudia Reding contacted me soon after the car arrived at the shop and verified the battery needed replacement. She also noted several fluid and filter services that needed to be done due to time. I verified later from my past tickets that yes, it was time to do so. Ms. Reding goes above and beyond to keep customers informed as the diagnostic and service work is performed. This is why I have all my service done at the dealer. The dealer keeps records on the car and will remind me when regular maintenance needs to be done. I have found that Walser does not charge much more than independent shops, and they always have OEM parts on hand, or can order them quickly. The pickup and delivery person (Caesar) was polite and contacted me when he was near the house to pick up and deliver the car. Very pleased with the Acura service manager, technicians, and support staff. We'll be looking to replace this car in a few years, and I'll definitely look at Walser brands for that replacement.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: Since Walser purchased the dealership, the Acura service has remained at a high quality level. The service Manager, Claudia Reding, always has either a loaner or alternate transportation set up, the car is always repaired on time, and is washed and vacuumed. I plan on driving it many more miles. Thanks for the good work.

I took my 4 month old new Audi Q5 in for them to look at the windshield wipers because one of them was making a slight noise when they were on. I didn't even need to schedule an appt - they saw me that day and within an hour, they had installed brand new blades and washed my (very dirty) vehicle! I LOVE the service at Walser!

Brought car in for a battery change. No appointment but they got me in promptly. I live an hour outside of town. I was offered a loaner car with the assumption that the time involved would be approximately 2-21/2 hours. I expected to miss a half day of work. This job turned into a full day missed with me not leaving the shop until after 3pm. I don’t have a problem with the work done, I just feel like there needs to be better communication between the service managers and the technicians and in turn to the customer . Had I been informed of the time that was involved I could have made better arrangement for my time. Time is money.

I have been using Walser and it's predecessor for over thirty years to service my eight mercedes and a porsche that I either own or have owned in the past. I tried every way to save money and cut corners before going to a dealership. It was a hard lesson but these guys are the best value for the money. They get it right the first time, loan you a car, take you to work or even yesterday all I needed was a battery. ( the old one only lasted for seven years) so I waited. they got it done in 15 minutes shorter than the estimated time and washed it too. I will buy my cars here and service them here as long as I can afford the cars. The loaner car program will have me coming back just by itself. If you truly want to be treated extremely well by expert, great people in a luxurious atmosphere this is the place. And no I do not work there nor have any relatives working there. Just great knowledgeable,experienced people.

I bought a 2012 Acura TL with the Advanced Tech Package the first week of June. This is my first used car that I have owned. Always in the past I bought new cars. My last car was a Honda Accord so I had decided to buy either a Honda or Acura. Graham Ryan was my sales consultant. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. When I first saw the car, it had not been certified yet. It had some dents and hail damage. The body shop did an outstanding job. My friends think it is a brand new car.
After buying the car, Graham helped me with the tech package. I have returned a few other times for help setting up a new phone and using the GPS. He has been great assisting me with it.
I have used the car wash several times. It is a great perk. Also, we used the airport shuttle in August. We left early in the morning and returned around midnight. It was wonderful not having to worry about arranging rides or parking at the airport.
I would recommend this dealership. I am treated with respect by everyone that works there.
I love driving this car. I have taken a couple of road trips.

It has been awhile since we have purchased a new vehicle from a dealership; however, we thought we had a decent idea on what to expect prior to our arrival. My technician Mason did a wonderful job explaining the service that he performed on my vehicle. I love how Wasler BMW uses a video walkthrough once service is complete. I left Wasler BMW’s service department with a visual understanding of my vehicles multipoint inspection, and the work that was completed on my X3.

The problem was I have not seen the moon roof got leak before on my other cars I have owned why it happened to the new Lexus that I just bought it for only two years?

The original scheduler (off campus) did not include a loaner car which I expected - not having a loaner car diminished from the experience. If you're a customer here, they really treat you right and go the extra mile- even after the sale. My car was stranded at a local hospital after I was admitted for treatment. And yet, even on a busy Saturday, they were able to pick me up at my residence and take me to pick up my car. Chris Martin, who is in client care at Wichita Luxury and Cody Bliss were excellent and responded very quickly. Salesperson Vu Nguyen is also outstanding and will always return calls and emails promptly, no matter how busy. I can't recommend Wichita Luxury enough!

I took my wife's 2004 MDX in for an airbag recall. It was ready and waiting an hour later, washed and the popcorn was vacuumed out of the interior. lol Dustin went over the service/safety inspection with me and was not pushy at all about having any of the suggested work done. Great coffee in the lounge. A very pleasant experience at no cost.
Update 5/27/2020: This is a "double" review. We had to bring the old MDX in as it was running poorly. It take a few days for service dept to figure it out but turned out to be no fault of the car. It was a result of my misdiagnosis and purchasing inferior parts which were not needed to begin with! :( They were very good at correcting my mistake at a reasonable price. In the meantime, we considered getting a newer MDX and had a great experience test driving a beautiful 2014, with the assistance of Luke T. We have decided to stay with the old car for now but will definitely keep Walser in mind when we decide to upgrade.

Not treated with any respect! Maybe it’s because we bought a cheaper used car, idk. 1st salesman pawned me off on 2nd salesman. 2nd one is supposed to be a Manager. Extremely unprofessional! Took calls and texts from wife. Did not write down the IOU’s we talked about. Couldn’t seem to get the paperwork over to our Bank. (4 try’s) Made an appointment for us to go back and pick up the car, did not keep the appointment. Good thing we called 1st before driving there. Still waiting on the promised things.... Been more than 60 days. They act like they don’t know what we are waiting on. 2008 Nissan Altima.

Came in for a recall with a used 2002 TL, and the staff was very kind and knowledgable. They did a free inspection and went over everything that needed addressed (not much, surprisingly) and they didn't try to push a sale to address any of it.
And as I wandered around in the meantime, I had a lot of questions about the brand since I've never owned an Acura. No matter who I talked to, whether it was about the tech in the cars or the nuances of some of the detailing work involved in some of the fancy new parts and features on the new vehicles, they knew what they were talking about and were more than happy to entertain my endless questions and conversation.
Dealerships tend to run more pricey than other shops for a lot of things, but there is definitely a reason and it is worth the increased cost for expert care.

I was referred to Scholfield Auto Plaza by a friend, Chris Martin, who actually works there on the Lexus side, great guy! I needed to get a new car ASAP because mine was totaled out by hail. Chris set me up with Dan Clinkscales, also a great guy! Knowing my situation and that it was already stressful for me, Dan did everything he could to make my experience quick, easy and as least stressful as possible. After a lot of help from Chris, Dan, Travis, Mike and Bobby, I purchased a new 2013 Acura TL. I always feel welcomed at the dealership, and the services that they provide (airport shuttle, on-site and mobile car washes, breakfasts, lunches, etc.) go WAY above and beyond any other dealerships. Does YOUR dealership do those things? They are fantastic!
What can I say about my vehicle advisor, Bruce Alexander? (Notice I didn't say salesman...he's much more than that.) We live in the same area, and it's not uncommon for him to flash his lights at me or stop in at Starbucks if he sees my car there. I absolutely, positively know that if I have ANY issue regarding my vehicle, I can pick up the phone or text him, and I will get his immediate attention.
I could rave on and on, but I'll stop here. :-) The only way that they could improve is to have a bacon and chocolate buffet in the foyer.

We were in town for a sudden death in the family, and drove 1800 miles across country in 2 days. On the trip we noticed that the headlights were way out of alignment and we had issues with the front windshield defroster. This was the first long trip taken in this car since I had recently purchased it. 2009 328i xDrive with 87k miles before the trip. I took it in the Walser the day after we arrived and spoke with my Service Advisor Lori Schmitt. Being new to the BMW family I was not sure what to expect. This was the most professional service I have ever received from a service center. Lori kept me updated the whole way through the entire process. Not only did the head lights need a major realignment, they worked tirelessly to determine the issue with the front windshield defrost not working correctly, ultimately discovering a badly clogged up cabin filter. In addition, I had made her aware of some other issues that had been discovered at another BMW dealership shortly after I bought the car. In all, she assisted in getting the lights fixed, the defrost working, replacement of the oil pan gasket, the oil filter housing gasket, the eccentric shaft sensor and gasket, plugs, brake fluid change, replaced missing rear brake caliper clips, replaced a failing tensioner pulley and alternator belt.
As if this was not enough, the day before we were to leave to drive home, my coolant pump experienced a electrical short and stopped working, causing back pressure and blowing out the coolant reservoir tank cap. The vehicle was towed and left at the dealership overnight, and she made sure it was the first vehicle in the shop the next morning. When I had not heard anything back for a few hours, I called and spoke to a different Service Advisor who told me that they did not have the pump in stock and had to order it, this was on a Friday, and it would not be in until the following Tuesday. Lori knew that we had planned to leave and travel back Friday. She called me later that day and not only told me that she had located a pump, but that my car would be ready later that afternoon.
True to her work, she called me at 3:30pm to advise the car was ready for pickup. Not only did she come through in a extremely tight spot, she arranged for a driver to pick me up clear across town and bring me back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. She was gone by the time I arrived, so I did not get to thank her properly. As if she had not already done enough, when we arrived back home in Washington on Monday, there was an envelope waiting for me from Walser, specifically Lori, with paperwork that I had forgot at the dealership!
Walser BMW, and specifically Lori Schmitt took an already stressful, emotional and absolutely crazy situation and did everything they could to make sure that my car and I were taken care of. Every part of the process was above and beyond anything I could have expected from ANY dealership or service center. While I obviously bought a vehicle that needed a lot of work and was not made aware of it, that is not the fault of Walser, Lori or BMW, but the dealership in Washington that sold the car. This experience alone has made me a solid fan of BMW, and my next car purchase will reflect that, because it will be another BMW.

My wife and I took an afternoon to go car shopping and ended up at the Wichita Luxury Collection which was a little further than two hours from home for us. We were greeted by Austin Barnes who was completely willing and able to help with all of our questions or concerns. It was top notch service from the very start! We started by looking at an Acura and then a BMW X5. We liked the BMW the best so the team pulled one out for us to drive. While test driving it, we were able to look at their other dealership which had Audi, Mercedes and Lexus. By this time, it was also closing time but Austin continued to help us in our car buying experience. This was great due to us being over two hours from home and working to find a vehicle before I had to travel again for work. Austin was not pushy in trying to get us to buy a vehicle that night and we even told him we were going to look at the new Tahoes. He gave us time to make our own decision and he let the vehicle sell itself which in my opinion, is how it should be! We later decided to order a BMW off the website so that it had every option we wanted and none we didn't want. To do this, I built what we wanted and sent Austin a screenshot, of the review and summary, off my phone and told him to get it coming. Every bit of discussion has been over the phone due to the nature of my job. These guys at Wichita Luxury will bend over backwards to satisfy a customers needs! We are scheduled to get our new BMW next week possibly and we are extremely excited for it! Thanks to Austin and the crew that made all this possible!

Recently, had my RX 350 in for 90K service. I always ask for Jeff Kasting because for over 30 years he has taken great care of me. However, the last time I was in, I asked him, "who does your detailing work on Lexus vehicles". He said, "we don't do it anymore", because we don't have enough space and the personnel, so Auto Image does our work". I went to visit Auto Image and they said, "they got out of the business and don't do it either because they couldn't make any money at it"! It is really surprising that a person who buys an expensive car an the dealership doesn't provide detailing service because of operational limitations? If it was not because of the Lexus brand I would not drive 18 miles for Walser service. Customer service has really changed under the new ownership (and not for the better). It seems like the main focus of Walser is just to turn cars and not provide premium service to high-end buyers. Yesterday, Jeff was trying to make coffee for customers while also trying to work his desk, that is the the reason I ask specifically for him because he bends over backwards for customers. FYI, regarding your fruit and pastries, I don't have an opinion because there wasn't any. Really think someone needs to advise Walser on how to treat their premium car owners. Why not reach out to Robert Cuillo he could give Walser some help.

Austin at MINI service is fantastic but service prices are way too high and the total customer service is lacking in the overall experience. They forgot to reset my error codes on my head unit so had to go back. Brakes were worn after 15k miles. This seems excessive. Yet all I got was “Oh well, it is what it is.”

I took my 2009 328I in for the airbag recall and pulled up to the service door shut it off and tried to pull the key out and it wouldn't release tried to restart and nothing. Went in and talked to Christian he came back out with me and tried nothing happened he went and got a mechanic which got a battery booster jumped it 1st in front then the back and got it going and in all come to find it had 3 recalls on it. They got them all replaced charged my battery and off I went. I just want to say what a great job they did and I guess I was at they right place at the right time to have my battery go down. Great job to Christian and the mechanic ( had Russian accent ). Thank you very much and I recommend them and your company Highly. Thanks again.

I had an excellent experience with Vy at Walser Lexus. I purchased an older GX470, arguably the cheapest vehicle on the lot, however it never felt like that was the case. The car was in great shape, exactly as represented on their website, with only a few minor issues - things to fully expect when purchasing a used car - such as only one ignition key and a leaky oil seal. I simply inquired if there was a second ignition key, and when they couldn't find one they informed me they had put one on order, no charge to me (though I'd have gladly paid for it). The same with the leak - I mentioned it as soon as I noticed it after I purchased the car, and I immediately received a call from Vy and the service team asking when I could bring it in for repair, again no charge (and again, that was not my expectation, but I still very much appreciated it). I have owned several dozen vehicles and have dealt with many dealerships, some positive but most negative, but this experience goes far beyond any other. If I'm still living in the Wichita area when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, Walser Lexus will definitely be the first place I look.

I brought my 2018 RDX in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Anthony was excellent in handling my needs and I was in and out in an hour. I mentioned that I needed a car wash since we had just driven back from Colorado earlier in the week and the RDX had bugs all over the front. Even though the vehicle was washed, when I arrived home, it still had bugs all over it. Whoever wiped it down had to have noticed the bugs and should have rewashed it again. Since we live in Northwest Wichita, I cleaned them off the best I could without taking it to the car wash. I am on my 4th Acura and have always had excellent service from the Wichita Luxury Collection until recently. I currently have a 2012 RL and had to have some minor warranty work and a service performed. It took me five phone calls to make the appointment, no one seemed to be able to answer the phone at the service desk, and they did not return phone calls. After I did manage to eventually make an appointment, I dropped the car off at 7:30 AM and was the first customer of the morning. I explained the problems with the car but when the service adviser entered my stated problems into their system, he entered them inaccurately and even entered some that were NOT problems my car had. The adviser, rather than correcting his errors, had ME write on their form, next to his erroneous statements, an explanation of each of the problems my car was having. (Perhaps that was method? No record of the real problems in the system?) Before leaving, I was told that i would be called in the afternoon and that the service department closed at 5:30 PM. At 5 PM, I had not received a call, so I called them. As had been the case several times before, there was no answer at the service desk. I called several times and eventually, at 6 PM the receptionist told me that she would have the Service manager call me that evening. Not surprisingly, that call never came.
This is not the first time situations such as this have occurred. Phone calls not returned, phones not answered, no communication or updates when they haven't completed work on time or when they stated they would. It seems that they let their Acura customer service decline when they took over the Land Rover and BMW dealerships. It's sad really, I once was a raving fan of the Wichita Luxury Collection but I no longer trust them and will be taking my business to one of the dealers in the Kansas City or Tulsa areas.
***I must let everyone know that upon learning of my concerns and disappointment with the customer service I initially received, the Wichita Luxury Collection went out of their way to make things right. They made certain that the rest of my experience with Acura service was outstanding! Way to go Wichita Luxury Collection, thank you and I Will see you at my next service!

They also went out of their way to thank me for being in the military and they have plenty of veteran experience of their own (Navy retiree was the GM). I have had a service appointment booked for over a month to have side moldings applied to our new car. We live 2 hours away. We were scheduled at 8:30 a.m. and told that it takes about an hour for each side to complete. They quoted the car should be done by 12:00-12:30. I have always had great service but things seemed to have changed significantly since I was last in. Scheduled an 8:30 drop off of my vehicle and to pick up a loaner....Waited 5 minutes in the bay for someone to greet me and then another 10 for someone to get me on my way. I know it doesn't seem like much but not the prompt attention I have come to appreciate and expect and also would have been very frustrating if I had had an appointment to get to in a timely manner. (There were no other customers dropping off at that time btw).
Told them I needed my car to be finished by 2:00 - it was just an oil change. Got a call that my car was finished at 4:30 and when I arrived, it actually wasn't completely ready in that it hadn't been washed which means another 30 minute wait. I couldn't do that so took it as is.
In the end, disappointing service - especially given what I had been used to in the past.

This will necessitate another trip to Wichita (or to Joplin, MO). I'm hoping they remember to mail me another key bob. I mentioned that the 'low tire' light had turned on while driving there, but no one could tell me which tire was low. I noticed that Walser had a special discount on a set of four tires until October 31st, so I asked how much tread I had left on my tires, and no one seemed to know that answer either. I would think those items might be noted on the work order/paperwork.

Living in Fort Worth, Texas, I searched the entire Nation for a specific (used) Miata I wanted to buy for my wife. We found the exact car at Walser Auto Campus in Wichita, called and spoke with Vy Nguyen who could not have been more helpful. Two days later we drove up to buy the car, again receiving great service from Vy. After returning home I noticed tires that looked OK where actually quite old. I called Vy again, stating I loved the car but could not return to Wichita again just to address the tires. He immediately apologized and sent me a check to cover the cost of replacement tires. It is a 6 year old car and I was an out of state buyer, yet Vy (and Walser) stood behind my purchase 100%. All I can do is provide this review. But I highly recommend this reputable dealership, and do ask for Vy!

He has been calling me and letting me know of some of the services provided by the Wichita Luxury Experience and just to ask how it's going. Oh, and a recall notice came out on my new MDX and the service department handled it as expected. . The services provided for my transportation to and from work and the MDX cleaned before delivery is another great benefit to their services. Other service departments put a paper down to keep your floor clean these guys actually vacuum your car out! Awesome. I have been looking at cars for a couple of months and was interested in an Acura MDX. I went to Scholfield with the intent on test driving an MDX and buying one somewhere else because of a bad experience I had there 10 years ago when I was shopping for a TSX. Jeremy Buckle, one of the sales reps there, offered us a test drive. I found it refreshing after shopping at the other dealers in the area. Jeremy was very new but more knowledgeable of his product line than any of the sales staff anywhere that I had encountered thus far (8 or 9 other sales persons in Wichita). His willingness to help, work with me, professionalism and ability to adapt to all situations I put him in made the sale for me. The service he provided was exceptional. There are very few places that know the meaning of service anymore but, Jeremey and Scholfield auto plaza hit it out of the park! Awesome experience. When it’s time to buy a new car again, I know the first place where I will be looking.
