So I had been talking to my wife to see if there was any interest in trading in her 2017 Nissan Murano that we bought 3 years ago from Miguel Genochio at Orr Nissan. She was reluctant, but decided to go see what they had. With the help of Miguel again, she decided on a 2021 Nissan Rogue. She finally got the sun roof that she wanted in her last SUV, was able to get good trade in value for her SUV, and kept her payment basically the same. The only downfall was that the vehicle I purchased didn't have a full tank of gas when I drove jt off the lot so I had to purchase it before I got on the road. I also wasn't a fan of Derek.

This was the best car buying experience - hands down! Miguel - our salesman - was amazing! When speaking on the phone prior to my arrival - he stayed in touch with me several times and sent personalized videos of the vehicle. He was quick to respond and a great listener! Chris Porter did everything he could to take care of what I needed. My car was towed to Orr Monday morning. I knew my appointment was not scheduled until Wednesday, and there were not rental cars available from Orr. I left Chris a message and explained that I had to take my brother in for surgery the next morning and I was very concerned. I even contacted all of the car rental companies in Wichita and there were no cars available. Chris called me about 30 minutes before closing time to let me know a rental car had been returned and I could pick it up. I did not have a ride to Orr and I lived on the West side of town. Within two minutes an Uber driver was in my driveway (ordered by Chris) and I was able to get to Orr just before closing time. I was so relieved to be able to take care of my brother as promised. My car repair was completed the following day. I can't thank Chris enough for his kindness and his ability to find ways around unforeseen circumstances.

I'm 66 years old, and this is not my first rodeo. This is the 4th new vehicle that I've bought, second Nissan. I work on the factory floor of an aircraft factory, (we make the little ones. LOL). My time and money are important to me. The people at Orr respect that. My wife and I present an interesting challenge, I'm 6'4'' she is 5', but this vehicle is meant for me. Miguel was our salesman, but the sales manager Juston helped quite a bit. They quickly found 2 SUV's that fit my need, but yet was accessible for my wife. Miguel had another couple he was helping, and at no time did we feel neglected and any time that there was a "lull in the action", we had two other salesmen taking care of our needs, they would even chit chat a little. It reminded me of what families do. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, for buying a new car, it was truly a pleasant experience. I am greatly looking forward in three months from now when we go to find something for the wife, and you gentlemen have to make sure it's accessible to me, 6'4". HA HA HA.
By the way, I love my Pathfinder.

My experience yesterday with Orr's service department was outstanding. Chris & Claudia went above and beyond my expectations. I scheduled an oil change there because had been disappointed with other places (some for price ,some for customer service, some for quality of work). Orr not only did an oil change at a better price, but also replaced/fixed a number of things which the previous place had left off and lost. Great team there! And if that weren't enough, the Uber shuttle service is amazing to prevent the need to not take time off work. I found my forever service department.

Fantastic customer service! My wife and I were passing through Wichita on our way to Texas. We had noticed that the left rear mud flap on our 2015 Nissan Murano had become loose and was flapping. We contacted Orr Nissan--in specific Rachel Goodman, Service Advisor--and though it was past 4 PM they squeezed us in, tightened up the mud flap, and then also gave our car a quick vaccuming! But they most unbelievable thing was they didn't charge us anything and wouldn't accept any money. Said we were part of the Nissan family! That is unheard of these days and so I just have to write this to give Rachel and Orr credit and a huge THANKS!

I had a great experience with Orr Nissan of Wichita! It was quick, easy and painless. I have had horrible experiences in the past of sitting at a dealer for over 3 hours! It was awful! They had me in and out in an hour. I did have a problem with my car. I bought a brand new Nissan Maxima and on my 3 hour drive home, an injector had not been completely attached on and my car check engine light came on and the car started cutting out badly. The car then started smoking and scared me to death. I live 3 hours from Wichita. I called Orr and they towed my car back from southwest Kansas, fixed the car and then had a driver return it back to me quickly. They also loaned me a car while they fixed my car. I truly appreciated them taking care of me. It is scary when you buy a new car and something goes wrong with it on the drive home but everything seems to be great and I love the car.

My service advisor was Emily Klassen and she was very helpful. I came into the service department as a walk-in right before the lunch hour. Emily was honest about the wait time and I appreciate her being mindful of my time. Instead of coming back in the morning I stayed. As Emily was getting my car checked in she talked me through the future maintenance that would be needed as my vehicle approached 80K miles. I appreciate her attention to detail and knowledge. I didn't wait long - maybe two episodes of Falcon and the Winter Solider! Emily reviewed the work that was completed and the future service that may be needed. I noticed that my wiper blades needed to be replaced and asked if it could be done before I left. Emily didn't hesitate and told me to give her a few minutes. She came back a few minutes later and the work was done. That is great service!
I am taking the time to express my appreciation because as I was sitting in your wait room I was disgusted with the number of people complaining that the service was taking too long. I wanted to counter that narrative and say thank you to Emily and the technicians!

Trish, my service writer was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and make me feel like I was important. I asked for nitro fill in all 4 tires. When I left there was still 40 psi in one tire and 37 in another and the last 2 were at 33 psi. Obviously the tech didn't do all 4 tires. There was still a great deal of road noise, even after I asked for the 2 new tires on the rear. (This noise did not occur prior to coming in for tires.) I've never had more road noise after new tires. A couple days later this tire that I asked about a leak on is low again. So obviously it is leaking somewhere. I just feel like if the dealership is going to charge me for service then they better do the work. I'm not super confident in the tech that handled my vehicle. I'm not sure if I'll be back to be honest. I'd love to give Nissan another shot to make this right. If the local dealership cares I'd love to hear back from them.
Excited to update that the dealership did reach out. Trish did an amazing job of getting to the bottom of it and making sure the correct repairs were done. My tires were fixed properly and the noise is gone! Trish listened to my requests and concerns and did a great job making sure the techs got my car back up to par!! I will for sure be back. Thanks Trish for being compassionate and understanding to my needs for a safe and dependable car for my family!!

The car buying experience at Nissan Orr was great! Miguel-the salesman that helped me- was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and helpful. I’ve been to a few other dealerships where the salesperson who helps me seems irritated when I ask questions or when I don’t buy the first car they show me. Miguel wasn’t like that. He answered all of my questions and he was really nice about me spending a little time to check out other cars. After looking at a few different cars I ended up buying a Nissan Kicks that they had just got in.
All in all it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have and I’d love to go back whenever I need another car!

I've never purchased a new Nissan. I bought a 2006 Nissan 350Z which is being rebuilt and restored. I brought into their service department a set of steering knuckle/spindles off the vehicle - literally in-hand, in which I needed to have to pressed ball joints removed. No other shops seemed to have the appropriate adapter for extracting these. I was told they would be ready the next day, but I was called within two hours after dropping them off and informed that they that were ready. They under-promised and over-delivered. The service manager was honest about the lessor time required than anticipated, and I got a good break on the labor because of his honesty. Much gratitude, and worthy of noting for my consideration of a vehicle purchase in the future. This isn't something I would have expected from a new car dealership's service department, and I was impressed by that. Thanks Zack.

I was in a tough spot and needed a vehicle. My credit was not the greatest and I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to find anything I wanted for a decent price. I reached out to my friend Miguel Genochio and asked him what he thought and he told me he would make sure I walked out with a vehicle that day. I didn’t really think I would but a short time later I signed paperwork and drove off in a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Perfect for my three kids and I. I’ve had it now for a little over a year and it has been the best car I have ever owned. I had a great experience this morning. I took my car in to figure out an issue with water coming into my drivers side when I went through a puddle. Ryan at the front of service was great getting me checked in quickly. I accidentally took my keys with me and by the time I got back to the dealership to give it to them, it was fixed! Cody came out and explained something similar happened to someone else. It was a simple fix and he explained it very well so that I could fix it myself if it happens again in the future. I would only give 5 stars in exceptional circumstances. As far as car dealers go, they are very nice and accommodating. The experience with their personnel was pleasant and I'm not a very forgiving person of car salespeople and finance folks, so that's saying something. The only criticism that I have was that the transaction took over 5 hours to complete and basically consumed an afternoon and an evening and one trip back to have them fill up the car as they promised when they didn't do that originally. I would recommend them to others. A solid grade A.

My husband and I were in need of a car fairly quickly. We had stopped at a few other dealerships that day and were unsatisfied with the customer service we recieved. When we pulled into Orr, we were greeted by Andrew who was very personable and knowledgeable. We told him we wanted an entry level car just to get us by for the next couple years. He explained the different features between the Altima S and the Altima SL. We decided to test drive the SL and we fell in love with it right away. I was not a fan of the colors they had in stock and at the point, Justin, came in and took down the information of what we wanted and said he could have it delivered in 2 days. We were super excited about getting the car, but there was one detail I didnt love, the rims. Andrew and Justin both said they could have them painted before we took delivery. Then, they introduced the Platinum model to us with the bigger tires and that was all we needed and we were 100% sold. So, we went in looking for the basic Altima model and left with the highest trim level possible! We had such a great time with Andrew and Justin, they were very personable and had great attitudes. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. It means a lot to me when people acknowledge my son and they made sure he was part of the buying process as well. Then we were sent to finance to meet with Sheldon (SS Express) and had a blast with him as well. My husband NEVER and I mean Never buys warranties on vehicles but by the time we signed the paperwork, Sheldon had him sold on it. We cannot give enough praise to Orr and to the people we encountered that day. There was not one person in there who did not have a smile on their face. This was by the far, the fastest car sale from start to finish. We have purchased about 10 new cars over the past few years and have never been treated with so much kindness and respect. The buying process was fun and very quick. When we took delivery of our car, they had it all detailed and a full tank of gas. Answered any questions we had and made us feel like the most important people in the building. Not only will we be buying from Orr again, but we will also recommend to all our family and friends.

He kind of made a big deal about me inheriting “a brand new car!” (It was a 2017 but only had 3k miles when I got it...he rarely went anywhere with it.) It’s just a car, but it’s been a very emotional thing for me as well, so I’ve been trying to keep it spotless. I was going to stop at a car wash after the oil change so I could vacuum the floor, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was already done. Nice touch.

Since ownership has changed to Orr from McGavock the experience we have had has been much better. The customer service has improved greatly and every visit that we’ve had has been better than the previous owner. Today’s visit was a simple oil change and although I was told it would take about an hour and a half they were done in 30 minutes which was fantastic. The only negative today was I had an email coupon from Orr Nissan for a complete oil change for $9.95. When I attempted to check out the lady at the desk I could tell was having a bad day or simply did not like the fact that I had a coupon. She acted like she had never seen one before and was very short with me and I had to basically check her math to make sure that it was all right because I could tell she was irritated with me. I will give everyone a pass especially if they’re having a bad day but someone should have a conversation with her about her customer service and that it may be the only interaction they remember.

But I was told about this when I got there so I agreed to it because I needed the oil change done that day. I'll start by saying I typically hate dealing with car salesmen as they typically will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to make the sale, regardless of the truth. I worked with Brian Whitley and he was the most helpful and honest salesman I've ever talked to. I had a TON of questions that required him to do a bunch of digging, calling other dealers, etc to find info about the vehicle's history and he always did it in a timely manner without any complaints. He provided me with everything I asked for and never tried to sugarcoat or hide info if he thought it would hurt the sale. To update this review: Miguel was very good throughout the sale and worked with us on what we wanted. Before you agree to purchase though make sure that you know the conditions of the car fax. The vehicle that we looked at had an accident that disabled the vehicle that I was not informed of until after the sale. The finance guys were no happy with me using an outside bank and lied when they sent the NADA report to my bank. I don't think that they were intentionally trying to be shady, but it did look that way. The manager did try and make good on the deal but I was not willing to loose another whole day off of work or weekend to sit in a dealership negotiating when things were shady on the first deal.

Ryan Alexander is who you want to see at Orr Nissan! He is very knowledgeable about the different Nissan's and will go the extra mile. Not a "pushy salesman" at all! If I get a "pushy" person, I leave no matter how bad I want something. I didn't really know what I wanted, so Ryan listened to me, and brought up whatever I asked for, 3 different vehicles. When I finally decided I wanted one like the Altima on the showroom floor, we went outside and looked at all the new Altima's until I could decide which color, options, etc. I enjoy the negotiation, and this one was as painless as anywhere I have ever been! Look, they want to make money, and you want to save. I felt like they made money and I saved a little. Got a good offer for my trade (didn't really plan to trade it). I probably could have gotten a little more, but I felt it was a good offer for both of us, so I let it go. I would definitely go back and buy from Ryan (built a good relationship with him). My son will need a college car in a year or two, and Ryan will be the first one I call.

My salesman was Brook Batson and I have had nothing but positives experience and interactions with both the sales staff and Orr Nissan since the first day I walked into their showroom. Brook was patient and listened to what I had to say and never tried to push me in any particular direction as far as vehicle type or price rang. We did do a lap around the entire building looking for a SUV though and eventually we did find it. I returned Feb 2021 for an oil change. I didn't need one prior to this because I have not gone anywhere to speak of since COVID. I was informed I had a Valve Cover oil leak. Hello?! Replaced Valve cover and gaskets last time.
Returned again in April. Unfortunately the repair will cost almost $8K. Will drive the car until it quits. Saving up for newer car.

I have had more than a few issues with Orr service department since the buyout from McGavock. I bought my car from Davis Moore Nissan, they sold to McGavock now Orr. So all my service records are there. I was told that my drivers side seat electrical switch could not be replaced I had to buy a brand new for $2k, after I had already talked to another service person on the phone prior who told me it was probably just a bad switch and it could be replaced just bring it in. I already looked the part up online..$65. The service manager told me it wasn't possible bc Nissan doesn't make the seat to where the electric switch can be replaced/repaired..on a 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL.
I was told they couldn't find anything wrong with my front end, but it shakes really bad when I step on the break at high speed (breaks and rotors replaced 2x) but they have the print out from McGavock saying what they thought it was..nope. So I drove to Salina for my last oil change..I've got a tear in my passenger side CV boot..huh kinda dangerous when all the fluid drains out. This has been going on for awhile now. Thanks Orr for all your Automastery!! Thank you Marshall's for you help with my car and great Service!!

A much better experience than I expected. After countless hours of researching vehicles online I decided to bite the bullet and check out the local dealerships. Unlike the other local, non-Nissan dealerships there were no high-pressure sales pitches and they didn't try to convince me to test-drive any vehicles I wasn't interested in. The salesmen don't come running out the door the moment you step foot on the lot. Clearly the staff at McGavock understand that most people don't like that kind of hassle.
Will was amazing. He helped me get into a brand new lease for the same payment I would have been making to purchase a used vehicle, for a fraction of the time period. I hadn't even considered a lease beforehand but Will really stepped up and put an offer on the table that made me reconsider my options.

I like their service, and they are nice people, but they tack-on extra fees like “shop supplies” on top of their posted service prices. It’s misleading and hidden until you get the bill. I paid an extra $2.57 for their mechanics to use hand towels on top of the $77.95 mobile1 premium oil service, plus tax on it! $3 extra dollars isnt breakin my bank, but it surprised me cause it’s not up front or absorbed in the service pricing. I have been looking at getting another truck since I traded mine off 2 years ago. I finally found the one that I liked and it fit my budget! I have never really like going to car dealerships (who really does?), so I was really dreading driving completely across town (to a Nissan dealership of all places!) to look at the coveted F-150 FX4.
HOWEVER...
Of all the dealerships I've been to, Orr Nissan was hands down the best experience. Dave Atherton was a SUPERB salesman, there was zero headache, and I felt like they genuinely cared.

I HATE car shopping. But I had a really good experience buying a brand new Nissan Rogue here when I was visiting my dad from out of state during the holidays. Chris was really great to work with--wasn't at all pushy. It was a really cold, rainy day and he came out, offered us an umbrella, then brought us in and sat us down, asked me what I was looking for (and he talked to me, not my dad, which was cool), and was able to show me options that fit what I was looking for instead of dragging us around the lot. If I had a question and he didn't know the answer, he was honest about it instead of making stuff up or acting like he knew, and he found out the answer for me. I hate haggling, and even though maybe I could've gotten a lower price if I had done so, I felt like I got a fair price. When I got back home and noticed the floor mats were missing, they shipped them to me without question. This dealership doesn't have the greasy, sleasy feel that other places (like Eddy's Toyota) have. All in all it was a good experience.

The service guy was very nice. Setting up the appointment online was also very nice. Customer service was great. My complaint is pricing. I have a maxima and needed an oil change, the sunroof was squeaking, and the check engine light was on. Flat fee for oil change was fair. Just to check the noise on the sunroof was going to be $125. Just to check the engine light was going to be another $125. Ummmmm no thanks. I'll be going elsewhere for service from now on.

Lost the tool to remove locking lugs. Took it to Orr and they were wonderful!! I was in and out in 20 minutes! They took the locking nuts off and put on regular lug nuts. No charge! My next Nissan will come from Orr just for this reason. Wonderful people! Thank you Orr Nissan!!

I had a great experience here! I have a 2015 Nissan Versa with a cvt transmission. Long story short my tranny went with 40k miles. They happily replaced my transmission under warranty and found I had a bad wheel bearing and they replaced that as well under warranty. They didn't try to give me a runaround. Just very helpful. I picked it up and I realized they gave it a car wash! Great place.

The way that they enter vehicle information. Unfortunately they use the last 6 numbers of VIN numbers, and my number registered to a Nissan Rogue SUV, but everything else was Superb, along with Atmosphere, Clean,upscale, Free Wifi, along with Snacks and beverages, along with Outstanding staff.
