Warning ⚠️ this might be a tad long but PLEASE read! It's worth it!☺️ If I were to chose ANY car lot to purchase from in all of wichita ks, THIS is it! James, My salesman (might I mention, he was the friendliest, most professional and CARING salesman I've ever come across) took care of me and was so polite to my children while we were there. This car lot exceeded my expectations by 110%! I had been to 3-4 car lots before making it here to this one, and I ran into unprofessional, PUSHY and uneasy sales people. Not only did I receive outstanding customer service, I got the vehicle that fits my family and my budget!!!! Thank you for going above and beyond for me and my family. Just car my suv from here yesterday. Experience was amazing working with Karina and Brad. Did everything over the phone because I live 3 1/2 hours away. Very nice place. Held a good variety and our dealer- Jim Simmons- was extremely sweet and patient. The only drawback is there seems to be no haggling room, even on cars over Kelly Blue Book prices and we had to get a minor transmission leak patched they missed on the intake inspection. Please get your potential cars checked by an independent shop but don't expect price drops.

We found the car on the website and drove to the dealership to look at it on a Sunday when the dealership was closed. We put a hold on the vehicle and sent a message that we wanted to test drive the vehicle. We received an email from Brad saying he would love to help us. We did a test drive on the vehicle and liked the vehicle. Brad was very helpful with the paperwork. We had outside financing so that was not a problem. The only negative comment I have to make is we had already set up a test drive with Brad on the vehicle and I received an email from a second salesman (Jesus) asking us to call and set up a test drive. Then at 4:55 pm that afternoon (after we had purchased the vehicle), I got an email from Mina asking us to come take a look at some vehicles.
