I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!! I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment today with a relative of mine who was looking to purchase a car and I had by far the greatest experience here. We were immediately greeted by Alex and from there he remained with us every step of the way and went above and beyond in doing his job. What I love most is that he took his time to assess the needs, interests, and barriers to purchasing a car. With him obtaining that knowledge, it helped him to provide the service that was needed, although he went above our expectations!! He was very thorough, patient, and extremely hard working throughout the entire process. I'm happy to say that my relative was able to purchase a car and drive it off the lot!! Woot Woot!! They have such an amazing selection of cars here and also provide in house financing which was a plus!! The process was seamless! I highly recommend coming here to purchase a car! If you're looking for someone to work with you and go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of, go to this place!! I also want to say that the other staff members there were phenomenal!! Very professional place, extremely accommodating, and operates with integrity!

I came to this shop because my mom recommended it, and overall it was a nice experience. Marcel worked with me to find a good car for me at a decent price, but after I initially bought the car it was difficult to get ahold of them for my hard plates and such. A couple days after I got the car the check engine light cut on and it was a very long process to be able to get my car seen by their shop, but thankfully I had documents showing that the issues with the car were before my warranty ran out so they honored the 50/50 warranty. Definitely visit their shop in person because the online service requests do not work!! Overall I am happy with my purchase, especially now that my car is running smoothly and the repairs were not entirely out of pocket!

My experience with Select Automotive began a week and a half ago. I applied for financing online and received an approval within 36 hours. After approval, I received a call from Marcel at the dealership. Experienced, knowledgeable, and always working. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Vincent was the salesman I was recommended to. He worked with me for two straight days to help me find something affordable and to my liking. I bought a 2012 mini from Tracy. It was the BEST and most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. The check engine light was on and the inspection was up in a month...they inspected the car, replaced the brakes...I didn't pass inspection, and changed the O2 sensor. The next day my car began to ride rough...I call and tell them the check engine light is on again...they pay to fix it again....2 spark plugs and coils....mind you I didn't purchase a warranty and they didn't have to replace anything. I can not recommend them enough

So I went in on a Saturday evening looking for a car that I saw on the website earlier in the week BUT it was sold 😢 The saleswomen looks at me and say “I have a better car than the one you were looking at” So we started to walk the lot and she took me to a Mercedes (Absolutely beautiful car)!! In my mind I just knew I couldn’t afford that car but she hands me the keys and say go test drive your new car. Of course I did and as I was driving I told my husband I love it but I know they’re gonna turn me down for it. We pull back into the lot, it was closing time so I left my contact information and she told me to come see her on Monday after I get off of work. The whole weekend all I could think about was how bad I wanted that car. Monday afternoon finally arrives, my husband and I head to the dealership and not only did Anita get me in that Mercedes she also got my husband in a Genesis that day as well. We both needed new cars but we did NOT expect to go home with 2 new cars. We didn’t even have to trade our other cars in. When I tell y’all I was extremely happy, I had to go outside and let out some tears and to double check this wasn’t a dream!! She told me on day 1 that my car and it was! Such a major blessing!! Lynn was a good salesman. I gave them 3 stars instead of 5 due to the misleading Information at the beginning of the 3 day purchasing journey. Down payment we were quoted was different then the one we actually had to pay, but I think that was due to the bank and not him. Other than that and the extremely high 29% interest rate, (first time I ever seen that) I understand we were building credit so we have to deal with that, I just never seen an interest rate that high for a first time car buyer, EVER. Lynn did what he could to make sure we left in the car that we wanted. There was not much that he could do with people who were in the process of building credit but he went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted. I just recommend having excellent credit if you want to purchase from here, because the finance charges are more than double the amount of the car. Thanks for everything Lynn, a true salesman!

My wife Ashley and I were looking to get out of our audi as we wanted a bigger SUV- Ash saw the Lexus GX 460 on the lot and pulled over to drive. She liked it but was hesitant on the mileage. James was great and encouraged us to drive it home and have it checked by our mechanic. A few things need to be fixed before purchase and Mike the new GM and James were both very inclined to help us get these minor repairs without hesitation. To satisfy they provided a 3 month 3 thousand mile warranty until we can schedule an appointment with the shop to get it fixed. THey also gave me the Blue book trade in value for my Audi - which i had been low balled at other dealerships. They have been nothing but professional and respectful to our concerns and our needs. I would like to say that I am one of those people who rarely write reviews, so for me to take time out of a busy day to do so means that something must have really moved me. To start let me give you a little information as to how I view things so you will understand where I am coming from. First and for most the most part I am a realist, meaning I understand how thing are and know they are not always going to be perfect. Second customer service and attitude are huge in my purchasing experience, and will cause me to keep going back to the same place time and time again. Third is how a company handles its issues and deals with its customers during that time. With all that given let me tell you about my purchasing experience. I was looking for a car for my wife and I just to enjoy, a third vehicle for weekend trips and such. I managed to find an extremely nice 04 BMW 330Ci, convertible; it was a one owner, local vehicle that had never been in an accident. I did a fair amount of research on this car and local (within 300 miles) competitors. After all my research I found that my best purchase was right here, 6.7 miles from my house at Select Automotive. Mr. Loizou, the owner Select Automotive, had his inventoried 04 BMW priced thousands less than his competition and an amazing sales staff to boot. That brought me into a win, win situation by choosing Select Automotive. The 04 BMW was in great shape and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I still have about 1500 dollars worth of work to do and make it my own, but that is for new rims, Halo headlights, and things of that nature. Even with that additional money I am still 1500 dollars cheaper then the next closest competitor. That sounds like a victory everyday of the week. I knew going into this process that any car I bought would have something that I would change or need to fix for my liking. I am buying a Pre-Owned car and saving thousands from new car prices. If I wanted it to be perfect, just like I wanted, I would have ordered it brand new from the factory and spent four times as much. Bottom line, George Loizou has built a great dealership in, Select Automotive, and has put together a fine staff led by Carter Bell, Craig Beldo, and George Small. They have and sell great Pre-Owned cars at great prices and take care of their customers. If you read negative comments or hear bad things on these folks, be cautious of how much you believe. These guys bend over backwards to help people and put trust in people whose track record says they shouldn’t. Select gave me great customer service, had a winning, friendly attitude and has earned a customer for years. As I said in the beginning, I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to sing the praises of these folks. Wish I saw this in more places.
