Stumbled upon a gem of a place - Anthony was so helpful! Wow… I was blown away by the customer service, ease of sale, and efficiency of this dealership. As a female, and a single parent, car-buying is not typically an experience I enjoy. My 16 year-old son noticed it from the road, primarily because the prices were visibly advertised on the windshields, and were low enough that most of the vehicles on the lot fell within our price range. Upon arrival, Anthony greeted us quickly, answered all of our questions, and accompanied us on a test drive. He provided us with a CarFax report before I even had time to ask. I never felt pressured, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and upfront, the dealer-fee was posted on the wall inside, they allowed for some flexibility on the price, and I have never spent LESS overall time at a dealership. The entire process was quick and easy and the price was excellent. The car was in great condition for an older model, my son loves it, and we are hoping it will continue to be good to us. I never thought I’d say this about car-buying, but it was an enjoyable experience. For a small dealership, they knocked it out of the park.

They treated us wonderfully from the time we walked in until purchase. I requested to get a pre-purchase inspection, and they allowed that. I bought a used Honda CRV from Taylor and Manny two days ago. It was a gift for my daughter who turned 16 yesterday. As-is sale with no warranty. By the time I got it home, I realized it had serious transmission issues and power steering problems, along with a drivers side door that jams in the locked position. None of this was evident during the test drive. We are super bummed but I cannot afford to inherit these issues. I reached out to them to ask them to take the car back or make it right even though the sale is final per the contract. Manny says he wants to make it right and preserve his great reputation. I believe him, but I’ll update this with a new review after I get down there with the CRV. Their service and customer care was good when I was there and I do think they will help me out.

Ethical. That's the word I would use to describe the people that run this business. I was going to get a Ford Freestyle, but when they inspected it, there were some issues. They had no issue keeping us in the loop about the vehicle and they told us how it is. The vehicle was in the shop for about 3 weeks and they were very understanding and offered us a refund on what we had already paid but we evidently decided to go with a Suburu. They knocked down the price so that it was in my price range. They are very down to earth people and actually care about giving you a deal that benefits everyone.

I wanted to update my previous review as it would not let me leave another!! In short I am blown away by the level of customer service especially for a car dealership. We had a few issues right after our car was purchased and Autoplex really stepped up. Not only were they respectful and completely easy to talk to, but they payed for the repairs at ZERO cost to us. The repairs were done efficiently and if I could rate them 10 stars we definitely would. We have terrible luck with vehicles used and new so we know that buying cars there are always potential issues, but because we had the car less than a month they really stepped up for us as buyers. When it comes time to trade in I know exactly where we are going!!! Kyle, Emmanuel and Mark are phenomenal to work with and I feel lucky that we were able to work with such understanding people. Y'all, if I could give 10 stars I would. We walked in after arriving Here 3 days later from our move to VA beach from Japan. We were on day 2 of our vehicle search and the level of customer service was without a doubt phenomenal. The personability of their personnel was amazing and management was just as equally welcoming. They gave us equal amenities as competitors without ask and willingly went above and beyond to meet our vehicle needs. They worked with us, our budget and our needs for a vehicle. They offered to fix the cars that I saw if there were problems so that was a plus. I appreciate that they saw some concerns already and were upfront about it. One day, I was searching AutoTrader for a vehicle I owned when younger back in the 90's. I was wanting another one as a classic car to drive on the weekends and to take to car shows. Autoplex of Virginia Beach had that car, a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII LSC. It was the exact year and color of my prior one. I had worked with Anthony on this purchase and he was amazing. Since I was out of state, I was not able to view the car in person. He took many detailed photos of the car as well as videos of the car driving. Also, he took the time to call me to answer questions even when off of work. Anthony also worked directly with my shipping company to ensure I had the car within a couple of days after purchase. It’s hard finding a good used car lot. I found one that I would recommend stopping by if your in the market. The prices are clearly listed and inline with the market. There was a Lexus rx350 I was interested in so we stopped by. The salesman I worked with was Taylor. Even tho this Lexus wasn’t for us he was still very helpful. When I first saw it online Autoplex had just acquired it and didn't have pictures up yet, but I knew I had to go see it and take it for a test drive. It needed a sideview mirror replaced to pass inspection, and as soon as I expressed interest they had the job done the next day. Taylor and Mark were more than willing to work with me on price, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. These guys enjoy what they do, and it shows. 10/10 would shop with them again.
