What a great buying experience. Jeremy made sure that all my questions were addressed and answered. We felt zero pressure during the entire transaction. The whole sales staff was very friendly, Vinny was a great help with answering some of the tech questions as well, he even went out of his way to research something from google for me. Honestly was one of the smoothest buying process ever. The owner was very nice and even came out to shake our before hand after the transaction was completed. From the time I said I wanted this car, to the time it arrived at my house in Michigan from New York took a little over 2 days. Vinny did an excellent job getting everything taken care of and getting my car transported to me in an enclosed trailer so it arrived perfect overnight. And I am extremely happy with the car. Hands down the place to come , I went to several dealership to find the vehicle and get the best deal . Nothing was working in my favor between the the price or the deal overall with rates. So I came down to stream autos and Gus, AL and salesman Vinny they greeted me and instantly made me fill comfortable. Nice selection of late model cars with low mileage. Spoke with Rafael V. regarding a vehicle advertised that photos weren't available yet. He texted complete photos within minutes and I made the trek to see the vehicle. After a test drive, decision to purchase was made. Please take the time to ask dealer fees, down-payment fees and prep fees not advertised online. This was a big surprise and Raf and I made good progress. Paperwork was a breeze, delivery of the car took only minutes. I recommend the dealer and my sales person.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have to share my outstanding experience at Stream auto outlet. I have been car shopping for at least 6 weeks and I found this dealership through capital one auto. When I called, I was directed to CARLOS RIVERA! I have to say… after shopping for over 6 weeks, he was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely patient… he answered all of my questions throughly, he never got frustrated, and I have to say… This was one of the best car shopping experiences. I am pleased with my purchase. I've been looking for a used vehicle for months and finally came across the exact truck I was looking for at a great price with low mileage through Autotrader at Stream Auto Outlet. Sam, my salesman, was awesome. This the first vehicle I've ever purchase online. Sam answered all my question and treated me like I was at the dealership. All the paperwork and payments were done electronically. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was top notch, from Sam to the finance manager to Jeremy, who I think is the sales manager and the owner. I flew from Louisiana to New York to pickup the truck and Sam even picked me and my wife up at the airport. While in New York I wanted to try authentic New York Pizza. The owner recommended a pizza place that was phenomenal. The 1500 mile drive home was great, but during the trip I noticed the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. I texted Sam and he had Jeremy reach out to me and handled the situation very professionally. I brought the truck to a mechanic shop at his request once I got home and he paid the bill to repair the a/c, no questions asked. He apologized for the inconvenience this caused. This says a lot about the character of the people that work at this dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, even if you have to travel across the country to get it. Thank you all for a pleasurable buying experience.

I was coming from Manhattan and didn’t previously have a car so I did a lot of the leg work with Vinny over the phone and via text before I arrived. He was fantastic—so responsive and knowledgeable about the car and car buying process itself. He sent me videos and photos of the car over text so I could see everything before I arrived. If you go here you need to ask for Vinny! Vinny was great! He was extremely friendly & even my 2.5 year old daughter who is normally so shy was comfortable with him and spoke to him like it was someone she knew! Vinny worked with us to get us into the car we wanted (& drove over an hour for) and was very helpful with everything! We went on a Sunday and we were able to take the car home the same day! Unfortunately the car we wanted was listed that it had apple car play and after we bought it we realized it didn’t actually have apple car play. None of that was Vinny’s fault though, as we never mentioned one of the main factors we wanted was apple car play because we assumed the listing was correct. After we purchased the car and realized this issue we told the manager (who wasn’t extremely helpful to be honest). After the fact Vinny found out what had happened and he worked with us to help the situation. He wound up texting me the next day to inform me he had purchased the part to turn my car’s factory radio into a radio with apple car play and that it would be mailed to me once he received it. Vinny really made sure to make up for the fact that the listing wasn’t correct and did everything in his power to fix it. He really went above & beyond to keep his customers happy and I can’t wait to receive the apple car play part so my car can be exactly what I wanted!! Overall, I would highly recommend Vinny to anyone in search of buying a new car! No other car salesman has worked with me as much to make sure I am totally satisfied!

For all first time buyers, this is your place to go! The staff is very nice, facilities are clean, and every staff member is following COVID19 recommended guidelines, including the drive test and clear screens. Vinny was especially great, since I brought my (terrible-twos) toddler, but he was even joking with him behind the screen. They (Vinny and Angel, the Financial Supervisor), made us feel like home. I would recommend you check all the quote to the max. As in every big purchase, you have to confirm first what are you paying before signing any paper. If you don't understand something, JUST ASK! They are happy to explain everything. Another thing: don't go if you don't have time. Schedule an appointment first, because they take their time explaining all fees, getting your quote, etc. I mean, you're buying a car, so take your time!
