Mi have owner a 2022 Zero SR/S that I purchased from Xtreme Power sports in Aug 2022. The team at Xtreme were rock stars they worked with and supported my needs through out the purchasing process. I have almost 3000 miles in my Zero already and they have quickly taken care of any issues I have had or upgrades that I wanted. I have yet to leave my Zero there overnight. Their communication is great and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend the for anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle (gas or electric) , ATV, slingshot, and more.

What an outstanding experience with a group of individuals that CARE. Simple, easy, no BS, no games. The front end of the house with Mark and Hans makes you feel welcome and as you go to the back for service, Gerry and the crew have years of knowledge to share. I've purchased from other dealerships throughout the Greater Tampa Bay but Xtreme makes you feel like you're in the right spot to obtain that dream bike of yours! Mine was the African Twin and I love seeing Hans take the manual out and play with the screen and bike to better understand it for his future customers! But I almost wanted to say, Dad is that you?! (Prenote: My dad's first reaction to purchasing any electronic is to look at the manual!) It's okay, if Hans would like to adopt me, it'll only cost a Goldwing and 450 Dirt Bike! Thanks again team! There's honestly not enough stars to rate this place! I dealt with them for years and every single time they have exceeded my expectations! I made the mistake of going somewhere else and it was a costly mistake. I contacted Brittney the Service Manager and she took my motorcycle in without an appointment. Her communication and handling of this unfortunate situation was far beyond what I ever expected. Not only did she update me every step of the way but she documented everything. I'm a business owner myself and customer service goes a long way with me. They make you feel like you're part of the Xtreme Powersports family. Everyone is always friendly there and welcoming. I've stopped by on several occasions and they're always eager to answer any questions I have. Gary in parts is fantastic! I've called him several times and if he doesn't have the answer right away he will take the time to research and get you an answer. I've never personally bought a motorcycle from them. But they will definitely get all my business from this point forward. If you live in the area I promise you that you will not be disappointed! My motorcycle sat for 4 weeks at another local shop. In less than a weeks time they had my motorcycle up and running. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Check over my entire motorcycle. When it was completed they even washed it for me! You can't put a price on excellent quality of service. There's a reason they're one of the best Honda dealership's around. I can't put into words how impressed I am with Brittney the Service Manager! She is truly dedicated to her job. Even after my motorcycle was completed she followed up with me to let me know when the rest of my parts would arrive. She's very hands on and deserves a Ton of recognition! I tip my hat to this well organized establishment!

Alright, it's time to give them 5 stars and explain why! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I've always dreamt of having a pure Supermotard, not like the Husky 701 SM or the KTM 690 SMCR SM which is only available in Europe, this is why I decided to get the 501 FE Enduro and to switch it to a Supermotard, I just dropped it this morning. It is gonna be a real beast, 😁🤩👍🏼🤙🏼 I was really impressed and satisfied on how they took care of me and my needs. The entire staff is Incredible and very friendly, from the front end, to the parts and those working on the bikes. I really appreciated the deal I got from Hans, it was amazing and with Gary (parts), he never pressured me on buying anything or to have me order the most expensive parts that I didn't need. He always asked for my opinion first, I really liked it because in many other dealerships, they will have you add a lot of stuff to increase the bill. That's why I definitely recommend this dealer. From start to finish the experience was great. From Caroline being polite and professional everytime we called to speak with our salesmen. Our salesman Hans was helpful and informative during the process and provide a play by play for my wife and I as we were awaiting the order for our Talon to be fulfilled. We were told a price from the beggining and that's what we left with. No games or run arounds just straight up quality service. This a great dealership if your looking for the bikes they carry. I purchased a Svartpilen 401 in November and could not love it more. The sales process was no pressure, and all the staff is great. The owner Hans is usually there most days, and my sales guy Mark was knowledgeable, no pressure and answered all my questions accurately. I've done a few mods, and Brittany and the service department have just been outstanding in their communications and the work I asked of them (remove pillion pegs, change grips, initial service (500mi) and oil change and chain tightening at 3500mi (changed the exhaust myself). I would highly recommend the good folks at Xtreme Powrersports Tampa to anyone looking for a good motorcycle dealer.

Great experience. I live in the Atlanta area and found a used bike that Xtreme had via CycleTrader. I thought Tampa was too far, but Hans reached out, provided some insight on shipping a bike, we worked our a price, and made the deal happen. Great bike for a great price, and I didn't have to drive 14 hours round trip! I purchased a new Ranger from Xtreme yesterday and dealt with Hans the whole time. What a great guy and excellent customer service. I went in on Tuesday and met Hans for the first time I told him i was in the market for a new side x side but wasn't sure my credit would allow me to purchase one, he said no problem lets start by running the credit app and see what happens so we did. A few hours later he called me back and told me i was approved and went over all of the options with me, i then went back in Wednesday with a few more questions which he was happy to answer and we made the deal happen, i picked the unit up that Thursday. i have purchased 4 wheeler's and side by side's from other dealers over the years but have never had the pleasure of dealing with one as good as Xtreme powersports, most dealers are pushy and try to sell you something you don't really want. There was never any pressure from Hans the whole time he listened to what i wanted and made it happen, i will definitely go back for my next purchase and highly recommend if you are in the market for any of the products that they sell give them a chance before you buy else where.

I would like to thank Brittany and the technicians at extreme Powersports for the great job they did on my 2013 Victory Cross Country. Extreme Powersports put a new front tire on replaced the air filter under the gas tank, oil change and new spark plugs. Britney updated me through the process informing me they took the corrosion off of the existing spark plug wires as they were still fully functional and during the inspection process noticed that the rear brake pads were almost metal on metal which they also replaced. This is not the first time I brought my motorcycle to extreme Powersports but after all their great work and constant communication with updates I will definitely be bringing my cross-country back for future work. So I went there to buy a 06 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 and I have to say they made the process as easy as I've ever seen it. From getting there to leaving with the bike, maybe 2 hours with a trip to get food in there somewhere. The bike was clean and had a full tank as well as being freshly serviced. The sales rep, Hans, was friendly, respectful, honest, up front, direct, and made me and my girlfriend feel welcome and appreciated. All the staff there was friendly and respectful as well; Very knowledgeable and ready to answer questions with a pleasant attitude. I've bought a few toys in my life, but never was it this enjoyable. Went in on Thursday and took a look at the 18 Polaris 850. Owner greeted me with a smile and a handshake, had all the answers and most important of all, put zero pressure on me to buy. I left there to explore other local dealers and give myself time to evaluate my decision. 2 days later i went back and was greeted by a young lady named Sam I believe. She gave me some lotion for my dry hands and introduced me to probably the most knowledgeable and pleasent salesmen I've ever dealt with. Mark broke everything down to me so i knew exactly what i was getting into and left nothing out, put the numbers together and handed me over to Hans to complete the transaction. ALL THIS IN UNDER 2 HOURS. With a busy Saturday crowd at that. Oh yeah it was also Hans birthday which his parents didnt forget as they delivered a cake during all of this. To sum things up. This place has it figured out. Very professional team who treat you right even on the owners birthday which just happens to be on the busiest day of the week. Great job guys. And congrats on earning my business and my constant recommendations.

Took my 2014 Valkyrie in to have the transmission evaluated. Bike was disengaging from second gear on it's own. Xtreme was able to replicate the issue. After cracking open the trans, Extreme determined that the shifter forks were bent. Xtreme worked with Honda corporate to gain Warranty repair approval and expertly made the repair. Bike is shifting like new again. Very happy with the service performed. The parts dept is top-notch also. Definitely will be back.

I can only base this review off of my experience with sales. I own a LOT of toys... I probably have a fleet of 14 atvs, dirt bikes, and UTV’s. I was looking for a new Polaris Rzr 170 to add to the collection but I only found THREE left from Clearwater to Orlando. Xtremr was literally $1000 cheaper than the other two. And the price they gave me didn’t have the crate fees and other additional charges that the other dealers in the area tacked on. Seriously. That is one of my biggest pet peeves. I called up Xtreme having no previous dealings with them because they aren’t particularly close to where I live. Hans put up with my multiple phone calls and worked with me over the phone until I was ready. He even agreed to hold it for me until the next week. I called him the morning I was going to pick it up and told him what time was coming. The sxs was ready to load by the time I got there. The paperwork literally took 5 minutes. Then the awesome girl (Sorry I didn’t get your name) at the front loaded me up with key chains and t-shirts for my entire family (I have 6 kids and a husband). I have no experience with their parts or maintenance departments. But as far as sales goes, I will 100% go to Xtreme Powersports when I am in the market for a new toy (as long as it’s Honda, Husqvarna, or Polaris... of course). Thanks guys!

A year ago I bought my RZR from them, was a very uneventful purchase, machine has ran great with zero issues outside of the consumable stuff. When the time came for me to buy another machine I went back to them. My 2nd machine had a couple issues, I called Mark up and told him, he called me back and asked how do we make it right. I told what I would like to do and just like that, problem solved. After 2 weeks of ownership the voltage regulator went out, I called them and they agreed to replace it for me and ordered it in. Next day everything was fine. They kept the order. We went to ride and as soon as the bike hit the ground the CEL came on, regulator again. I called them up (this was a saturday), my part hadnt came in but they had one that would work. We loaded up and went in and they had me going in about 2 hours. Brittney also managed to get polaris to cover an expired TSB on my machine free of charge. I got to speak with the tech that worked on my machine and go over it with him. When the time comes for another machine I will go back to them right out of the gate.

It was like the clouds parted and Gary came riding down on a winged motorcycle. He not only had seemingly the only unit in the state, he said he would hold it while I sent Foxtrot Sierra to pick it up, right before they closed. Not only did he wait to make sure she got the unit, she said he gave outstanding service and was a pleasure to deal with (which is not the normal experience and many shops). I live in Wesley chapel I needed to warranty out a bad battery on my foreman warranty was about to run out Gables in Wesley chapel didn’t have the battery Tampa bay Powersports told me come on in they would take care of it they had me unload off my truck with my ramps waited around in the parking lot finally someone came out with a battery tester and removed my battery waiting around come to find out they didn’t have a oem battery that Honda would replace so tried to sell me a battery or leave it there for a few days while they order one. Luckily I got ahold of Brittany and had my jump pack with me and had to reinstall my old battery and get out of there. Brittany had the battery waiting on me they unloaded it off my truck with a forklift had a new battery in it within 5 mins and back on my truck with the forklift I wouldn’t take my atv to any other Honda dealer from now on except Xtreme Powersports
