This is by far the best dealership in the Tampa Bay Area! From start to finish the service was impeccable. I was treated like family; Gregg the general manager operates with integrity and honesty and because of that I’d always buy a car from Toyota of Tampa Bay. Last, but certainly not least was Austin Barrett who handled my sale. He is sharp, pleasant and professional and they are fortunate to have an employee like him on staff. He treated me with respect and dealt honestly with me throughout every aspect of the sales process. Y’all are the best! Thank you so much I love my new car!!

Fernando Gonzalez was a great sales man and was very helpful and informative and polite with my wife and I!!! Traded in my 2020 Toyota Corolla Le for a 2021 Toyota Corolla Se. Both gentleman’s explained the breakdown of incentives involved in the price of my new Corolla. My experience with Toyota of Tampa Bay was nothing short of AMAZING, we literally drove there to check the inventory and left (technically-had to wait a few days for arrival) with a brand new 4Runner. I had an awful experience with a nearby Toyota dealership but Jacob made the biggest difference in my experience. He was always willing to answer questions (and I had plenty) kept me up to dates as to when car would be ready and even made sure all the small details my 4Runner didn’t come with were taken care of. Said goodbye to my Camry of over 20 years. Right now at a time when buying a new (or used) car is not as favorable with the market, Toyota of Tampa Bay was the place that actually helped me find the right car for me and my situation since it was my first time purchasing from a dealer. I ended up going with brand new 2022 Corolla Cross and could not be happier! Drove my family around on the holidays, took a road trip in the Cross it really is the ideal car for where I am in my life. It's been a great experience and I'm super happy with my purchase. Also, love the Cypress Green color it has been getting a lot of attention and compliments. I had been to several other dealers and Andrew is the only person I dealt with that actually asked the right questions, listened and identified what I was trying to find. Mohamad Alrahbi was my salesman and he was great and transparent overall. For him to sell me a BMW X3 it probably took a total of 1 hour of looking over prices and details. Came in on a Wednesday, saw the car, test drove it and wanted it instantly. Mr. Alrahbi went over the price and financing. I personally thought it was too high and told him I’d return to think about the price and do research. I did research, came back that Saturday with a lower set price. He looked it over and was able to work with me and helped me on a lower price. I got a great deal overall and super happy Mr. Alrahbi could help. It was my first time buying a car and it was fast and hassle free, no going back and forth.

I went to Toyota for a service on my leased car and ended up leaving with a new one! Josh Hishmeh was a great associate in the service department who kept me informed with anything happening with my old car! He was extremely nice and patient with me! I look forward to taking my car back to Toyota and working with him again! Mark Caivano was the best associate when it came to long for a new car! He was patient, had great conversation, and really listened to what I was saying, about the cars we were looking at and different things about life too. Beyond that he was supportive and super kind-hearted! Being that we spent essentially 5 hours together, I definitely recommend anyone to go see him and work with him to get you a car! No doubt he’s got a genuine personality and amazing work ethic! Lastly, I met with Santiago Orozco and he was amazing to work with too! He explained everything clearly and was funny as well! Everyone at Toyota has been super awesome and supportive. This was my first time at Toyota of Tampa Bay and let me just say — WOW. The entire experience from start to finish was only a few hours and easy breezy. The general manager was outgoing, wholesome, even gave my fiancé and I a ticket for free lunch while we worked out the final finances. Alex Castillo, in the financing department, went above and beyond for me. He gave me a great initial rate and I was happy. Called me back the very next day with an even lower rate than agreed upon after working his magic with another financing company. Just incredible! I have to give the biggest and last shout out to the sales specialist, Luis Sanchez, my guy! He doesn’t mess around when it comes to cars that have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high quality, solid and safe cars at a good price. I felt he had my best interests in mind through the whole process. He was informative and kept me up to speed throughout. I used the service department. My advisor Dan was very nice and helpful. However, I can’t say the same for the mechanics. I went for a 25,000 mile maintenance and paid additional for tire alignment and rotation, however, no one bothered to pump air into my tires. My tires were left with different pressures and much below the standard amount of pressure dictated in the car door. I thought that is basic etiquette since they’re already working with the tires, but I guess I would have to pay extra for that. Not happy. Also, they didn’t refill my windshield washer fluid. They just made the alert go away and today when I used it, I got the alert again that the windshield washer fluid is low. Horrible maintenance team. Update: Yesterday, I received a call from Niel Diamond who kindly offered to help fix the issue. I was unable to get out of my meeting today to go to the service department today to have the service team finish what was left undone the first time around. I appreciate the gesture. I hope that in the future, no other customer will have to experience this and can have their service taken care of entirely the first time around.

I was here from 9am until 9pm... and loved every minute of it. Only because it’s the end of year, and the car I called about had just arrived that prior evening through trade-in. My initial late night queries on this new arrival were met by two promptly responsive reps (Mohamad & Youssef) and handled with swift clarity and understanding at every level. I brought what I said I would bring, and they delivered just as we had communicated. Now, I didn’t expect the need to see the financing department, however, Austin gave me a free credit audit, and I walked out of there with a financial plan. This kid is amazing. 26 years old and takes the time to help me on a personal level like that. Didn’t see that one coming. Had a good time counting the cash (yes, Austin. I will miss it), and he even ripped off a magic trick for me by pulling out my exact change in one quick stab at the pot. During my extended stay, the amenities (movie theater?! Word?!) were pointed out by my guys, and I was given status updates without ever needing to ask. The most important thing I noticed here, was that everyone loves cars. And a lot of em actually seem to care about their customers. This place has a different environment / vibe than I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Great job to whomever is doing the hiring by the way. Pops — you da man. Thank you for giving me so much of your time in this life. So I'm writing this review for Jordan Hampton who is my sales rep. I'm giving him 5-stars for excellent customer service. That includes open communication, promptnesses, calm yet assertive personality, and detailed. I met Jordan for the first time last week when I had to bring my 12.5 yr. old car in for service. I also scheduled a 'test drive a new car' and get a $25 Visa gift card. I figured why not do a test drive and get $25 for it. I knew there was a possibility that my old car would have to be put down. Yes it was very hard parting with it. But with Jordan's sales approach it was a little less emotional. He didn't rush me into trading my baby in for a brand new baby. I spent half a day at this dealership and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I bought my second brand new car from this dealership almost 13 years ago. I had a very nice positive experience back then and got the same thing last week!

It was a good experience from the start. "Kaleb" scheduled my appointment over the phone and was clear concise and friendly. Norman and the mechanic followed thru quickly and didn't charge the $189 diagnostic fee since they said I didn't need one after all. That's fair and honest! The service hours have been extended starting at 6 am now; so, I was in and out quickly. I like the video explanation sent by the mechanic explaining the details of my service. Very good service here, hard to find. Thank you.

When I first arrive my biggest concern was not dealing with someone who was trying to just sell me on a Car but get me in the right car on budget that I could afford my wife and I had already set our eyes on the 2019 rav4 but it was out of our budget and we thought we would have to settle for a vehicle we didnt want but thanks to mohamad AlRahbi we were still able to get our new 2019 rav4 and stay within our budget. Hubby and I came in just to see what Toyota had to offer. We had purchased a 2012 RAV4 from there in 2018 and are always so pleased with the attentiveness this dealer gives we decided to comeback and see what upgrade options we had. And once again we made another wonderful purchase and outstanding customer service from Dennis. He was there with us for HOURS every step of the way. He was not pushy yet super informative and answered every question and concern I had with thoroughness and patience. We test drove a variety of cars and ultimately fell in love with our 2019 Nissan Rogue. Initially I was very reluctant because I did have my heart set on another Toyota RAV4, but with all of the information given to us by Dennis he assured us this car was just as great. We’ve had our SUV for a week now and I’m absolutely in love. Dennis really took the time (7 hours, because i ask A LOT of questions haha) to listen to our wants and needs and I couldn’t be happier! I may be totally biased but Toyota of Tampa bay will always be my go to for my car needs weather it’s maintenance or upgrading your car, they are deff the ones I will consider first. I drove from Ruskin, Fl BTW all the way to this dealer which says a lot!

He walked me through the final stages of the transaction with ease and expertise. The entire process was quick and done with such ease that I was surprised when it was over. I live approximately 1 hour away from the Toyota of Tampa Bay dealerships. As you would suspect, there are tons of dealerships that I could have purchased my vehicle from, which begs the question, why Toyota of Tampa Bay? The answer is simple, I choose Toyota of Tampa Bay because of how the team members interacted with me. Their prices were fair and on trend of the Market, but in my mind this was more than just a financial transaction. The dealerships relational aspect and the intentional effort of every team member I encountered was exceptional and valued me as an individual person rather than just a prospective sale. This 5 star review is SPECIFICALLY for Matt Nolan, small damage consultant in the body shop. I bought a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler from the dealership that had a persistent leak on the passenger side front seat. The service department stated it was the weather strip which they replaced (had me pay half of the bill) and claimed to have checked it but after taking it home and going through a couple Florida Summer rain storms the leak was still there. I took it back and they sent me to Matt in the body shop and without hesitation Matt made sure I had loaner and committed to getting it fixed. He followed through on his word and was very responsive all along the way which is rare to find these days as customer service is nearly non existent. Toyota of Tampa Bay you have a rock star in Matt Nolan!

The online MSRP for a new car does not mention any dealer adjust market prices such as the $20,000 markup for a Sienna. But we were ultimately satisfied with a used car purchase instead. Just an update. I talked to the Manager his Name is Neil and offer a solution for the misunderstanding. I appreciate it. I went to toyota of tampa today for the service maintenance of my rav4. While waiting i got a text message from Jonathan Mohammed saying that the cabin filter and the engine air filter needs to be replaced. And i told him that i just replaced the cabin filter last month. And ask him how much is the engine air filter. He replied "about $70". And i said i don't have a budget right now bcoz im on a tight budget and maybe i'll change the engine filter next week. And he replied to my text saying "If you'd like I can do the engine air filter and throw in a A/c refresh thats usually valued around $90 but I'll throw it in for free ". I text again saying "Oh for free. Thank you so much. Appreciate it. We're on a tight budget right now." And after waiting for 2 HOURS (11AM to 1PM) I got a message that my car is done. When i see him he ask me "cash or card?" Im confused at that time and told him i thought it's free?. He told me that the a/c refresher is free and the engine filter is $66.17. I just told him that i am very dissapointed. I have no other choice but to pay. I will never go back again to this branch! Such a terrible service. 😡😠😡

Honest review - Overall a good buying experience... for those who know what they want and deserve. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally friendly and made an effort to make my experience a good one. Austin Barrett was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. However, I was misled throughout most of the buying process. I came in with the intention of purchasing a brand new vehicle they said they'd have in 3 days. But when I got there it was nowhere to be found, and instead a used one was offered in its place (bait and switch). Once we talked numbers they tried to lowball me on my trade-in, and there were over $5,000 extra fees on top of the price of the vehicle, including bogus the "Reconditioning Fee". When we finally agreed to numbers, I was given a payment with an APR and loan term that Jimmy led me to believe had already been verified. After an hour of waiting, I got to the financial office only to be given an APR that was over 2% higher (unless of course I purchased all the extra warranties). When I pushed back, they told me that APR "doesn't exist" and what I was previously given, unbeknownst to me, was based on a shorter loan term than what I agreed to. I was ready to walk when Ricardo was *magically* able to make the APR they promised appear with my loan term. Imagine that. It's the nature of the beast when it comes to car purchases, but be careful here. It's not a deal until you sign the papers. Don't let anyone decide you're not worth upholding their word for.

I don't think I can say enough good things about Alan Brodsky & Toyota of Tampa Bay! I was looking for a new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid XSE with specific options in a certain color combo. I contacted a number of area dealerships to see who was willing to earn my business, but it was clear that Alan Brodsky at Toyota of Tampa Bay wanted to help. He asked specifically what vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay. On our first phone call, he already told me he would be able to get that exact vehicle (unfortunately they didn't have the exact car on the lot) and at the price I was willing to pay. None of the other area dealerships even came close to getting me to the amount I wanted to pay, even if they had the car on their lot. Toyota of Tampa Bay gave me the best price on the vehicle and the most on my trade in. They didn't play negotiating games like other dealerships. I agreed to the purchase and they quickly wrote up the paperwork. I worked with Sammy Hawana in Finance and was pleasantly surprised when he was able to get me the lowest special finance rate available. Sammy was very clear in his explanations of each document and was never pushy about the "extras" that is normally sold during the visit with the finance dept. After a quick meeting with Sammy to sign the documents, Alan was hard at work locating the exact Rav4 Hybrid XSE. Even though Alan Brodsky had to transfer the exact vehicle from another Toyota dealership, he did it quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. A day later, the vehicle showed up spotless and ready to go for pickup. I've had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks now and it's been a joy since the start. I just bought my car a month and a half ago, took it in to get serviced because my AC stopped working, they had to keep my car for a week. After picking my car up I noticed that during the repair they scratched up my dashboard my steering wheel my side panel by my window and my windshield. Now they have the manager looking into it, but this is the last thing I expected to happen after waiting a week to get my car fixed. My service advisor was amazing he handled everything for me, I just wish they would’ve taken better care of my vehicle while it was in there Care.

A nice breath of fresh air after the horrible buying experience with Jacob, who displayed a major attitude, when we ran into some problems. As long as it went smooth, he was full of fake smiles. The minute, there was an issue, he showed his real face. I believe they put a dent in my car in the carwash, while in Jacob's care. (As I didn't notice any dents in the back, when I bought it) However, I don't even care at this point and didn't want to put up with his attitude again.Kudos to Norman and his professionalism. I will be in the new car buying mode by next year and hope , I will be able to buy from him even though he is in the service department? Thanks for restoring my faith.

My review is only about the service department. They stated it would take around 3 hours for the 5k service and to check on a service recall. That seemed like quite a long time for those items compared to what I experienced from service departments in the past. They did get it finished and the vehicle washed in 2 hours. So, it seemed like a long time for a service such as this, but they did get it completed in an hour before they stated they would. Hence the 4 stars. Also, contributing to the 4 stars was the waiting area. Based on the waiting area, it seems like a pretty small dealership. Not a lot of seats and there were a lot of people there. There wasn't a lot of room and the main hallway was squished besides the waiting area that went to the parts counter and the service area. There was some kind of makeshift "cafe" where they sold items. I didn't look into what they sold, but I didn't see anything where you could just go up and grab a drink or a snack. I've been to Lexus dealerships in the past and of course their waiting area and lobby in general is a lot nicer and I don't intend a Toyota dealership to compete with that, but at least do some renovations to make it look a little newer, expand it, and don't sell items to people who are waiting. I have been to numerous other Toyota dealerships in other states as well as FL and they were all nicer than the one here. At the end of the day, I want the service to be done correctly and in a timely manner. It did take less time than expected and the service individual was nice. Another service individual did state they were short staffed, so, this might be why it even took 2 hours. Taking 2 hours and the waiting area being what it was is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.

Yousef Abdullah and the sales manager JP were honest and fair and helped us purchase the car that we wanted. We NEVER felt pressured from our finance guy Connor, to add extras, instead, we were informed of what exactly the dealer offered and why we should consider adding on to the vehicle. We got a great car at a fair price. Yousef is a pro, we kept in touch since our last purchase and he was great explaining all the tech to us.
