Called in for a last minute end of day oil change appointment but they were not able to accomodate. However, the phone attendant, I believe her name was Amber, was very diligent and was able to setup an appointment early the next day, not only for the oil change but also to follow up on some warranty issues. She promptly coordinated the visit with service advisor including a loaner. Upon arrival the next day, I was quickly checked in and assisted by Alejandro. Alejandro took the time to go through the services needed and also informed of some service bulletin that was pending and they would take care of as well. Whole process didn't take longer than 30 minutes and that was because I forgot to transfer some personal belongings from my car to the loaner, so they had to go pull the car back from service. Alejandro later followed up with phone call to provide status of service and expected time of completion (couple of days as they had to wait for some parts). Overall pleased with the experience, as expected for a premium brand.

Last time I visited, it was known as Reeves Import Motors. I feel that the service quality has gone down, there is a HUGH lack of communication with the customer while your vehicle is being worked on. The service advisor who was responsible for overseeing work on my car was off the day my car was being serviced and no one else let me know what was happening until I went outside of the box to force them to give me updates. They have also gotten rid if the Motorsport department, which to me means I have a lifetime warranty on my window tint, installed by Reeves when I purchased my car, that will no longer be honored. Love my car, just not this location as much anymore. (Edited for spelling)

Sondra at Reeves was absolutely amazing! Told her it would take a couple days to get down there to look at the car so she got my info to hold it. In the meantime she had the a/c checked since she felt like it could be blowing cooler. Went down there to check out the VW Altas and after a test drive with my little one determined that was the one for me! While I worked on getting everything signed for which was super quick compared to my first car purchase, she got the car washed again and put on the plates from my previous car. The whole process was stress free and from walking in to driving out about 2 hours (includes me going to the bank to get a cashiers check for my down payment). I’d highly recommend seeing Sondra for your car needs!

Let me boil this down for anyone reading this review. I’m 52 and never write reviews. This dealership did a nice job and certainly did right by me in the sales process. Aksel Tan, is a smart and talented BMW salesman. Otis Coles is a very good finance man. Super respectful to my wife and I. Shame on me for reaching 52 years old and never buying a BMW before. Drove one for the first time 2 weeks ago, and I bought 2 certified pre-owned 328i’s. Mine is an XDrive. To say these cars are fun, solid, powerful and electrifying to drive, is the understatement of the year. These cars are born to run. Whatever you drive, if you haven’t driven a BMW, you really have no idea what your missing. Go to Reeves and see my friends Aksel and Otis. Tell them John sent you.

So pleased and happy with our family's first car buying experience at Reeves. My friend Jason Hunziker introduced my husband and I to Mike Lawlor in the sales department. Mike offered us a stress free environment where we could take our time and look at the car options that fit all of our needs. There was no stress or pressure to buy. Mike answered all of our questions and once we decided on the car that was right for us, he quickly moved us through the remaining steps and had us in our new car. I love my new BMW X5!! My husband and I had a great experience at Reeves. We worked with Chris Billings from Audi. Jess Baker, also in Audi helped us out as well. My husband is a wounded veteran and he is in a wheelchair, so it was really important that we had an SUV that fit his wheelchair. I told Chris and Jess that from the beginning and they were really respectful of that and Chris did not push us to buy Audi or anything like that. I really liked the Audi cars but they did not fit my husband's chair. The BMW buying experience was great, everyone that we dealt with on the day of sale was awesome as well. Reeves gave us a great deal on our trade in and gave us great military discounts. I know my car will last me along time, but if we ever need another car, we will definitely go to Reeves and recommend others to go there too.

On Friday 8/6/2021, we were driving from Delray Beach Florida to New Port Richey Florida when halfway there our air conditioning in my 430i stopped working. We called Reeves BMW while we were driving and told Jenna what had happened. She arranged for us to drop our car off for service and set us up with Ron Cabrera as our service advisor. He very quickly set up our car for service and got us in a beautiful loaner car. And, he stayed on top of the service of our vehicle.
When the car wasn't ready on time, Ron told us that we could drive back to Delray Beach in the loaner and that he would arrange to get my car back to us.
Today, Wednesday 8/11/2021, a very professional and friendly driver brought my car right to my house. No damage to my car, and the A/C works great !

I just leased an X5 40e plug in hybrid and I just love it! It is smooth, silent and seamless in operation, comes with exceptional incentives and does 55 mpg combined. I never would have bought it if it had not been recommended by my salesman Roman Czachor. It markedly outperformed the 3.5 gas version. My wife had a great experience with the BMW group but when she went to buy a Porsche the experience was less than the high standard at the Reeves group. The experience appears to be an isolated incident with a sales rep. Give Reeves a try. They have great ratings over time.

Scott Roderick and the entire staff were extremely helpful. We were having difficulty finding a good deal locally. So we checked with Reeves. They were easy to work with, and had good communication over the phone and email. So we decided to make the 2 hour drive to Tampa to buy a new Legacy.
It was definitely worth the drive. Reeves was beyond professional. When we got there, they had everything ready, and didn't play any games or try to bait and switch. In fact, they gave us the best price, and even included an extended 2 year factory warranty!

My car buying experience at Reeves was superb.
I knew the type of vehicle I wanted, so I decided to search their inventory online. I contacted the sales department and informed them which vehicle I was interested in.
I submitted my credit application online and was informed of my financing options before I even went in to Reeves. I knew that I wanted to purchase this car, as long as the test drive went well.
I told them when I would be in, and they had the car pulled from the lot and detailed for me when I arrived. I test drove the car (it drove great) and was then ready to start filling out paperwork.
My salesman, Michael Fraczek, was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did have some questions that he was not 100% sure of, so he directed me to the service manager, Melissa Jackson, who was also very friendly and able confirm all of the answers to my questions.
I've purchased other cars over the years, and this has been my best experience by far.

I work as a Information System Manager for a company specializing in car dealership websites around the United States. We have now bought two cars from this dealership, an Audi and a Subaru, with Robert Kearney. We enjoyed our first purchase experience with him so when we were looking for another car my husband contacted him again. It took us a few months to sell our car and happened to find the one we wanted right away. We were able to discuss price and features over the phone with Robert. We just had a baby several weeks ago and had to both go in at different times. I wanted to test drive the car first and Robert even came in on his day off so that he would be there when I looked at it. My husband then went back two days later to make the purchase and in the mean time Robert got all the paperwork ready to go so it would be a quick process. He even picked my husband up so that we didn't have to take the new baby on a drive to the dealership for the purchase. He a genuinely nice guy and enjoyable to work with. We went to Reeves Subaru thinking about buying an Outback, but after test-driving an Outback and a Forester; we like the latter a little better. Fernando, the sales consultant that we worked with, was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I bought a 2017 Forester from him after discussion by emails. Had an early morning EPB fault in my 2016 GT/MC, car totally locked down. Couldn't get key out of ignition, couldn't retrieve laptop from trunk, bad start to the day. Called Morgan Maserati and spoke with Rene in service. He diagnosed the issue (dead battery) and explained how to access trunk with no power or key access. Rather than try to sell me something or lure me in for a service call he solved my problem with no BS. Have been eying the new MC2020, not sure if or when that might happen but if it does I'm heading his way. Cheers!

I purchased 08 Audi S5 from a dealer in Orlando (non-Audi dealer) and had to return it 3 months later because the dealer kept on creating more problems than I had when I went there with. They were also trying to charge me for things that the warranty was suppose to cover. I returned the car on a Friday, then on Saturday drove out to Reeves Audi in Tampa, Fl and met with Chris Billings.
He understood my situation and the hassle I went through. Chris and his company worked with me to recover the money I lost with the other car and helped me get into a new 2013 S5, right off of the show room floor. He allowed me to test drive the 2.0 turbo and the 3.0 supercharged models and compared both and all of the options I had available. He explained everything possible in detail about the car which proved to me that he knew about the S5 and all of his cars. He programmed everything for me before I left so that I was able to enjoy the car more and not worry about how to do this and that. He is a very knowledgeable person, and Reeves is a wonderful dealership to deal with. I would recommend anyone to visit Reeves and talk with Chris.

I called up customer service and spoke to the representative for online sales, explained the issue. Without hesitation he shipped out a replacement set. Took my baby in for her last checkup under warranty. Jason Hunziker is my Service Advisor and as he did his usual walk around my car he jotted down a couple notes. When he came in he told me they would be replacing the front grill on my car because the paint had started to bubble in one spot. He also agreed when I asked for an exterior detail. Earlier this month I purchased a new 2015 Subaru Crosstrek from Reeves Subaru in Tampa. During the car buying and shopping process I visited three different dealerships in the Tampa Bay area and Reeves Subaru was, by far, the best of the three dealership experiences.
Prior to settling on my purchase of a Subaru Crosstrek I went to Jim Browne Dodge in Tampa to look at the new Jeep Renegade. My experience there was less than satisfactory. I explained exactly what I was looking for but the salesman did not seem to understand. He had no knowledge of the Jeep Renegade and seemed to have no interest in selling me one. He continued trying to sell me the more expensive Cherokee, even after I clearly defined my interests and price range.
After deciding on the Subaru Crosstrek over the Jeep, I first visited Reeves Subaru in Tampa. I was assisted by Ben Busbee, who allowed me to test drive the car. He was extremely helpful even after I explained that I would not be purchasing the car that day. He provided me with his contact information but unfortunately when I was ready to make the purchase a week later, Reeves did not have a car matching my preferred specifications in stock.
An online search revealed Mastro Subaru in Tampa had exactly the car I was looking for with the options I wanted. I made it clear what price I would be willing to pay and that there were similar if not better priced cars at other dealers in the area. They were not willing to negotiate and offered me less than half the blue book value of my trade. When I brought up the issue of the trade, they brought their manager out to walk me through the reasons my trade was not worth the KBB value, citing overpriced or non-existent repairs it would need. If initially I had been offered even close to the KBB value for the trade I would have made the purchase that day. Their salesman also seemed stuck on how much better their service plan was then all the competition. Unfortunately saving $60.00/year on oil changes is not going to make up for the fact that I was shafted out of $3000 on my trade-in. If I were to own the car for for upwards of 60 years than maybe Mastro would have been the place to go. Everyone I spoke with at Mastro Subaru spoke down to me and treated me as though I had no knowledge of the vehicles involved. It did not seem as though they were used to dealing with customers who had done their research before coming in to purchase a vehicle.
I waited several weeks for a car with my prefered options to come up on Reeves internet site and as soon as it did I contacted them. I spoke with Jared Green who advised the car was in transit and would be there in approximately 3 weeks. The day it arrived on the lot, Jared contacted me by phone and email. The next day I went up to the dealership and Hans Lindau assisted me with the purchase. I received a better price than the one offered at Mastro Subaru and was offered the full KBB value for my trade. The Reeves Subaru staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Purchasing a new car can be a stressful process but Reeves Subaru staff helped to make it as painless as possible. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and they will be my first stop for any future car purchases.

I originally went to Reeves to consider my lease end options on a vehicle I had leased from another dealership. Originally, I was considering the Audi S5, and Anthony Ricciardulli was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Upon test driving the vehicle, and some pondering, I decided I wanted to see what BMW had available as well. What I really liked was Anthony was not hesitant to walk me over to BMW, where I was introduced to Branko Bobinac. This was probably the most professional car sales experience I ever had - where else can you go and someone will turn you over to someone else only because of brand expertise?
I worked with Branko and took a close look at the BMW 535i and 550i. We test drove the 550i, and I really enjoyed the features and finish of the car. The sales manager and finance manager stopped in to explain the numbers side of the deal, which is critical to me since I have an analytical nature and always recalculate financial deals on my own. I never make a decision the same day, so I left with many thoughts to consider - I suppose I am not the easiest customer to deal with, but if you are honest I will reward you with my business.
Over the course of the next week Branko followed-up a couple times to make sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision - never intrusive or pushy, just subtle check-ins. Once I decided to move forward on the deal, Branko bent over backwards to ensure all of the paperwork needed was taken care of over the web/phone so as to minimize my time at the dealership. After clearing some time on my schedule, I took delivery of my 2014 550i. The features of the car are dazzling, but Branko did an exceptional job explaining each one, answering every question I had. I was in the dealership and out, leaving with keys in hand and papers signed in under 2 hours, impressive! It is the relationship that was built during my experience with Reeeves that will not only keep me coming back, but also prompted me to share my experience and recommend Reeves to you.

On December 16, 2017, I met with Roman Czachor at Reeves Import Motorcars. Before meeting with Mr. Czachor, I called and advised him that I wanted to turn in my 2015 328i BMW which I had leased from him in 2015. I advised him that I wanted to lease another BMW from him and I gave him the specifics that I was looking for including miles per year, back up camera, lease payment, etc. Mr. Czachor advised me that he could definitely help me get into a BMW that met my requirements. As agreed, we met on the morning of December 16, 2017, and in less than 4 hours, I drove away with a 2018 320i BMW. This experience was extremely pleasant and easy. There were no games and no stress. Mr. Czachor was professional, honest and got me a lease that I was very happy and comfortable with. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase or lease a BMW meet with Mr. Czachor at Reeves Import Motorcars. As noted above, this leasing experience was the second one that I had with Mr. Czachor and I can't say enough good things about him and my leasing experiences with him.
I also met with Chase Dziloski, the BMW business manager, to do the financial paper work. As with Mr. Czachor, this experience was my second one with Mr. Dziloski and it was quick and painless. He was extremely efficient and friendly. There was no high pressure sales to purchase any additional warranties or maintenance programs.
After the paperwork was done, Richie Leyton, brought me my car which was detailed with a full tank of gas. Mr. Leyton then explained all the car's features and helped me connect my phone to the car. Mr. Leyton was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining the various functions of the car.
My experience with Reeves Import Motorcars, especially Roman Czachor, was excellent. Buying a car is not always an easy or pleasant experience but the people at Reeves make it enjoyable.

On Tuesday, April 19th, my husband and I went to Reeves to look at a new Subaru. As we have dealt with Roman successfully before we made an appointment to see him. As usual he was polite, kind and professional. While we were test driving the vehicle (I was driving) we were rear-ended. Roman really stepped up and took care of everything-calling the dealership and FHP, dealing with the at fault driver, and checking on me. Although no one was hurt it was upsetting for me-I really don't like damaging something that doesn't even belong to me. He waited with us on the edge of I-275 for 2 and 1/2 hours. When we finally made it back to the dealership, he was accommodating about price and we bought our car. We had to wait just a few days and he called to say it had come in. A few days later he called to see how we liked the vehicle and checked on the extra accessories we had ordered. I don't believe I want to deal with anyone but him in the future.

Ten stars for the entire team at Reeves MotorSports for putting a real big smile on my face after what they’ve done with my car. When I thought the best driver’s car there is....Cayman 718S with PDK, Chrono, performance exhaust etc....equipped with all options of a 718 GTS couldn’t get any better.....well it did. Brought the car to Doug and the guys over at Reeves Motorsport for their Hypertune. The results was an incredible 423 hp and 380 lbs-ft of torque.....73 more HP up from stock 350 and 71 more lbs of torque up from 309. The car went from an amazing fun car to drive to putting the biggest smile on my face now every time I hit the throttle. Car just pulled amazingly strong all the way up with no lag whatsoever. Very responsive. Increase acceleration coming out of turns. Instantly you felt the increase in hp and torque. It’s hard not to smile on every straight away and every winding turn through my favorite backroads. The power continues to pull high into the rev range. Great job guys......I can’t thank you enough for the amazing job you’ve done with my car. If you love the driving experience you have now with your car whether it’s a Porsche, BMW or whatever and really want to take that driving experience to another level. I was looking for a VW Jetta and came into Reeves last week after being referred by a coworker who had bought several cars from them in the past and had raved about them. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and Sondra and Andre were there to help me every step of the way.
I get off work just a couple hours before they close, so Sondra even offered to pick me up from work herself incase I needed a ride to the dealer when I went to pick up my new car (2015 VW Jetta 1.8T w/ Connectivity). When I got to Reeves to pick up my new car, it was already washed and cleaned and ready for me. Sondra walked me through all of the cool features of the Jetta and helped me set up Bluetooth and everything, and she even called me after I left to make sure it was working ok. She followed up with me a couple days later to answer any questions I had and let me know she's here to help me whenever I need it. This car-buying experience felt very casual and Sondra made me feel comfortable the entire time.
I would recommend Reeves over and over again, and I'm so excited to be the new owner of a 2015 Jetta!

I wanted to purchase a New Subaru Legacy, and was originally looking at 2014's, thinking I'd get a year end deal. The only one I found in the State was at Conley Subaru in Bradenton and went to check it out...to deal with a rude salesman and an allover terrible attempted-buying experience.
I spoke with Dakota the next day and told him exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted it for...and he was able to deliver! He emailed a photo a short while later, and I went up to test drive later that afternoon. The car was fantastic, and of course he stayed true to his promise and delivered at the price I wanted. The buying experience was flawless...quick, enjoyable, and altogether positive. Not what you normally say about car buying.

Cameron Phillips was our salesman. He was great in selling us our 2015 Volkswagen EOS. He managed to complete the whole transaction on the same day. After sale service from the same person was not as good. He does not answer phone calls, phone messages or emails. **UPDATE** On my review I posted about a month ago about my experience and service at REEVE'S Imports AUDI division. In a nut shell.. I brought my car in for a warranty covered repair. Car was making some clunking, and thumping noises from the front passenger side. Brought my car in with an appointment. Customer service was GREAT, car was "fixed" quickly. Smooth transaction....Please read on...
**UPDATE** After a couple of days of driving my car post ""service"" I noticed the car was out of alignment. The car's alignment was flawless when I brought it in. I even remember driving on I-75 and bringing to my wife's attention on how smooth and straight the car drove. So no problem pre-repair with alignment. Now the alignment is off. Pulls to the left, steering wheel is cocked to the right. Obviously whatever front-end work they did knocked my alignment out. I spoke to my service agent about my concerns and her reaction was pretty much it's not their problem, bring it in and for $189 we can do an alignment. Well why am I responsible for something they messed up?
**UPDATE** I also noticed the main problem I brought my car in for is still in effect. It's still clanking, knocking and clunking. So they obviously did some work to the car but "MISSED THE BULLS EYE", (so to speak). I called and left a detailed message with my agent and DIDN'T hear back from them. I have given this a few weeks now, thinking maybe she is just busy on holiday vacation or whatever and will get back to me to resolve this.. and nothing-NADA!
So in closing... Reeve's Audi is still a very nice dealership, still has friendly customer service. But when all is said and "not done" I still have the original issue with car. Along with another issue that wasn't there before. I will not be going back there. I will probably take my car to another shop for the alignment. I will have to pay out of my own wallet for repair on a problem they created with the alignment. When it comes to the original problem? I guess I will have my own mechanic do the job right..Once again out of my own pocket. After all their Audi mechanics are the ones who came up with the issues that needed to be fixed... I'm very disappointed and upset at the way they handled this issue. 3 stars cause of the cleanliness, prompt service (even though they didn't fix my issue and (created a new one) and it's kind of embarrassing driving around in such a nice car and your passenger asking you "whats that noise" I I would give them 1 or 2 stars but they have some cool Audi products there and it is clean.

Talked to the sales manager prior to making the hour and 15 minute drive to the dealership. The deal he quoted me on the phone was the deal he gave me when I arrived. It was the easiest transaction I've had buying a car in a long time. I was on my way with my new car in less than an hour. The price was $2500 less than Conley Subaru. I would have preferred to buy from the local dealer but not for that much money.

Hans Lindau is, by far, the best salesman I've had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. I have a two hundred pound Great Dane who is on his final journey to the Rainbow Bridge. My xterra was too high for Chopper Dane to continue to jump down from at his tender age (used a cross fit box to get in). I looked up Subaru dealers on Google and it said the one in Hillsborough was #1. I called and was transferred to sales where a gentleman asked what I was looking for; I stated a 2016 outback. He said they only have 2017. I stated they likely weren't able to help me. He then hung up on me. I was so pissed I considered driving out and purchasing from any other sales rep than the man who hung up. Instead I pulled over, looked up any Subaru dealer on Google maps and Reeves Import Motor Cars came up; I called, Ms. Erin (sp?) answered and was the most pleasant person I ever talked with concerning sales. She listened to what I wanted and why (Chopper Dane); I was crying and stated I wanted to buy a car and driving off the lot by 3:00 due to Chopper expecting me at certain time. She said to come on out and said that Hans would help me when I got there (12 min from the location I was at). My expected arrival was 1:38 on Google maps. Mr. Hans Lindau called and left message, I called him back when i exited off 275. I was in my dream Subaru Outback (fully loaded) yesterday and driving off the lot at 3:00. I love my new Subaru so much, I decided to drive to my mom's, 2.5 hours away, today with Chopper and we felt like we were actually in a Subaru commercial with girl who hates to drive (until I drove my new Subaru) and her Great Dane. I think I could have driven cross country today and would have loved every second. In fact, I can't wait to drive back to Tampa tomorrow. Thank you Reeves Import Auto team; and a special thank you to Erin and Hans and the incredibly nice young man who asked if I needed any assistance, Tony I think, sorry I may have the name wrong, however, he was in my prayers this morning along with the rest of the Reeves team who helped me.

I will go as far as to say that in over 60 years experience with car purchase of many different make this was one of the very best. This was made possible by the Agent allocated to me, Mr Jess Baker, who patiently answered all my questions until the final decision was made. Iwas impressed by his knowledge of the product and by his personal approach. Having made an appointment to collect the car at 6-30 pm on a Friday evening circumstances beyond my control made me late. It made no difference to Jess or other staff who needed to attend to necessary paperwork that it was long after 8 pm before all was done. This is service that should rightly be applauded and made public.

I have been looking for a car for about 2 years now, after owning my Mercedes for about 8 years. Erick M. was awesome and patient as we test drove a few cars and I finally decided on the 2018 428I Grand Coupe, which has been phenomenal thus far.
The only reason why I did not give this dealership 5 stars is because my Service experience (when I took the car in to get it tinted today) was horrible, disjointed and took way too long. I was given a Hondai:( as a replacement car instead of a BMW which is not the luxury experience that I was used to with Mercedes Benz. Also, the intake of going to a separate building for tinting is no bueno! You should be able to drop your car off at the main service area, receive a comparable loaner (as I was told that I would during my purchase) and have everything triaged there--one stop shopping!!!
The sales department should always tell customers the truth and not what they think they want to hear in order for a signing. Honesty is always the best policy in business and substandard service is a definite NO NO when you are dealing with luxury vehicles!

I was in the market for a 2014 VW GTI and I wasn't sure how financing would work for me due to my less than perfect credit. Zaq did everything he could in his power and I ended up being able to leave the same day with the exact car I wanted. On top of all of that the level of service I recieved when I brought the car back to have it detailed and the windows tinted cemented the fact that I will only purchase cars from Reeves in the future.

I spent a long month of searching for the right car. My first test drive was at Kuhn Volkswagen, and I did not feel like the folks were there to help me find the right fit.
After leaving Kuhn, I immediately drove to Reeves to test drive a TDI Golf. Before I even stepped in the building Fernando Ortega was courteous and helpful. I explained to him what I wanted to do, which was test drive, and he focused solely on what I wished to do.
After leaving and spending the next couple of weeks test driving other vehicles at other dealerships, I ultimately decided that Volkswagen would be the way to go. I spent another week determining whether it was the Golf I wanted or if there might be another vehicle.
I came in again to test drive the TDI Jetta. Fernando was just as courteous and helpful as before, and he was even busier than he had been. He introduced me to the "Genius" (I'm so sorry, I can't remember the gentleman's name; he was Australian if that helps) who would be able to take me on a couple drives with a two different Jetta models. After engaging with both Fernando and the "Genius," and finding that the TDI Jetta was the vehicle I felt most comfortable in, I left for the day only to return the following Monday (two days later).
I spent little time negotiating with Fernando. There was little need to.
Fernando was extremely busy helping three different customers, and yet he was still able to do everything I needed from him. He is a magnificent multi-tasked and is extraordinarily friendly.
I left the dealership after two and a half hours in my new Jetta with the promise that I could come back later in the week for a full detail.
I couldn't be happier with a sales professional or a car dealership. Reeves, and the folks working at Reeves, put the customer first.

I was intimidated to enter Reeves due to its high price reputation, but I had fallen in love with a car I saw online. I contact them to set an appointment for a test drive on a Thursday, knowing I wouldn't be able to get in until Saturday to do so. After informing them of my availability, I received approximately 6 phone calls between Tony & Lorena. Not once was I actually available to answer, until Friday evening to set the appointment. I was hesitate to even go in after feeling swamped by the calls and voicemails with fear of being mauled and hounded to make a decision. I loved the car so much we decided to go in for a test drive anyway. We were assigned to Zaq, whom was the complete opposite of Tony.
Zaq made this, has hands down, the best experience purchasing a vehicle in my life (this is my 6th at the young age of 28). Zaq did not once push us or call me a million times pressing me to make a decision. He answered all questions as they came in via text or call (initiated by me), he arranged service for tinting and removing small dings on the door of the car. He was available via text to answer questions after hours about modification and additions we were interested in. I hope he is a lifetime employee, as I would love to purchase other vehicles from him in the future. Hive five Reeves, you exceeded my expectations!

At first everything was great really the best experience I've ever had at a dealership and I've been to plenty of them. I'm very picky and everyone should be . We work hard for our money and there for should be satisfied with our purchases we spend that money on and I was and still am 2 months latter very ecstatic. I got an awesome deal and decide to add the diamond coat protection to my car . So I had put my car in for this service .there was a little confusion about my appointment but after that was resolved it only took a few minutes then I left got my car back looking great they even filled the gas tank up for me which was a nice surprise, gave me a $50 gift card and money back for the registration all unexpected but very much appreciated. Car runs great looks great what more could I ask for. Ray handled everything from the very beginning he was professional, curtious and him and the finance guy Gary worked had to get me a great interest rate on my loan. The only thing is I'm not sure if this diamond coat was worth the money I haven't noticed a difference at all. Pollen is not gliding off the car as I was told would happen but if it protects the paint job the way its supposed to I'll be happy but only time will answer that question. I highly recommend ray and Gary who I worked with the smoothest, fastest car buying process I've ever experienced.

I desired a bit more performance on my 2019 Golf R but did not want to sacrifice the 7 year factory warranty. After a brief discussion with Douglas Hulbert he suggested the APR Plus ECU and TCU tune along with a Carbon Fiber Intake. I did the APR Intake, new hoses, Resonator delete along with both tunes (in steps) and each yielded a difference over the other along with a nicer exhaust tone. IMO, the TCU is a must with the ECU tune as the responsiveness of the DSG is greatly improved over the factory tune. The HP is 360 over the 292 factory with a 70 ft/lb in torque. There are many parameters that these tunes do to make the car more responsive and SOTP faster without sacrificing daily drivability. These guys are great and highly recommending. A special shout out to both Douglas and Jared Flanagan (install flash tech) for the professionalism, courteousness and honesty. With Florida heat I am planning to install the APR intercooler as well.

I haven't had any cars services here, but I have been to a few of their show rooms. The nice thing about it is that there are a lot of different dealerships all in one place. The bad part about it is that they do not really work together. I wish they would be one unit and you'd be able to get things done faster and more streamlined , but it is not the case. So go there to test drive a bunch of different brands! Just know you'll have to take your time

Gave me an estimate and here's the shocker, the mechanic only spent half of the estimated time on one issue. One small additional issue was discovered that I gave the go ahead for. When I was called up to the cashier, my bill was $25 less than the estimate! Everyone from initial phone call to the cashier were very friendly and professional. Great experience!!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Reeves. I have had terrible previous car buying experiences so was I was dreading to have to do it this year. That all changed when I visited Reeves and met Jason Santiago my sales consultant. He was not pushy like a stereotypical car salesman. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. The dealership had to get the exact color I wanted from another dealership but they did this without outright charging me for the transfer costs and made the transfer happen efficiently. The negotiation process was not stressful and Jason helped me get exactly what I was looking for. He made it easy even given all the social distancing restrictions currently in place due to COVID. I am very grateful to him for making this process as easy and painless as possible! I love my new Tiguan!!

Their service representatives are super welcoming and they understand what is needed for your car and you -- Jake assisted with my service needs and he provides great customer service and ensured the car's service was performed well and in sync with the rest of the Reeves team! When something more was needed, it was well explained and there was not any pressure to make a decision. I have some features that I added to my Ascent, which I use in travels and wilderness camping. Because of this, it needs a little more attention, which was well provided for! In fact, because if these items, my Ascent can't be washed as regular vehicles! The Reeves Subaru team and Jake took care of this and made sure I had the complimentary car wash and cleaning, which I know took them more time. I have confidence with the Reeves Subaru team and they are my home base for servicing my Ascent!! After all, I depend on it from driving across the country, off road exploring in deserts, on mountains, in swamps, and along beaches!!
