Found my truck online (we live about 4 hours away), called and spoke with Mustafa who was very courteous, planned to make a weekend trip which turned into the next day. Fell in love with the truck, 30 mins after we arrived and started paperwork another buyer came in to buy the same truck. Had I waited until the weekend it would have been gone. They did an awesome job on customizing a truck I bought for my boyfriend for Christmas. Excellent service. Would highly recommend! Edit: After having the truck for 3 months we had to replace the brakes. Our mechanic also told us that each wheel was missing a lug nut. The truck still looks awesome, but we didn't expect having such an expensive cost so shortly after having the truck.

Hey guys I just have to share my amazing experience here. Like any daunting task buying a new car is definitely high on that list. If you choose the wrong place and get a pushy salesperson no good. But not here. We first looked on their website and it was amazingly easy to navigate and was current each car we saw that we liked was still available. So we didn't call ahead we just decided to show up about an hour before they closed. But we were greater by Mel she's the business manager. She created us with an amazing smile and absolutely no pressure. She just honestly wanted to know how she could help. So we explained our situation and told her the cars we wanted to see and she was on it. She had the keys and all the information we could ask for in under 5 mins. So we went out and looked at the cars she patientlly answered all our questions and if she didn't know an answer she went and found one. We even let her know that we were also considering another vehicle at a different place and still no pressure just reassurance letting us know that it's an important decision and ours to make. That pretty much sold us anyways. So we agree to purchase a Porsche Cheyenne excellent value. Mel took us through the Carfax line by line looking at all the records including service records and letting us know there is an open recall. Excellent attention to detail. She even had information on the previous owners so we knew that they really cared for the vehicle and had regular service. So came time for paperwork. And you know every dealership you go to there are always fees. Delivery fee preparation fee documentation fee. Etching seat spray. Anything they can tack on and then adds 3k to your purchase price. Not here a simple 699 fee and we were out the door. No haggling or anything and on average the doc fee in Florida is 1000 so they don't even charge as much as they could. So you see the sticker and you expecting to walk out the door close to that number and here you do no surprises. We even had our own finacincing lined up and they didn't pressure is to go with their in house companies. So guys all in all this place should get more than 5 stars. We walked through the door and felt like a part of the family and not just another customer. Mel was amazing and beautiful can't wait till I need another car just to go back. If you need a car you have to stop and see what they have.

I bought my first car here almost 10 years ago in 2007, and I still have it. Excellent first-time buying experience. They were kind on the phone when I called about it and then stayed late with me so I could get the paperwork done to buy it. I lived on St Pete Beach at the time and had to wait until after work, so it was late in the evening before I could get there. I had only planned to look at it, but I fell in love with it! Being a female, I was a little nervous but they were honest, caring, and they weren't overpriced. They were respectful and even though Tampa is a big city, they had a small-town feel about them. Very friendly people from the person answering the phone to the guy who owned/managed the place. I had gone to look at several types of the car I wanted before going to look at the one they had. Theirs was in better (almost brand-new looking!) shape and they were asking a lower price. I bought it at ~70,000 miles and it's still going at 164,000. I don't even want to get a new one anytime soon. Assuming it's run by the same people as in 2007, I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!!!! I plan to look at their inventory first when I am ready to eventually purchase again. Thank you, Hillsboro Auto Mart!

For months my son and I have been searching and visiting car dealers seeking a specific style and model. When suddenly we came across Hillsboro Auto Mart on the FaceBook Marketplace and went directly to their Web page. We verified the hours of operation after researching and looking at the carfax on the vehicle of interest. It also turned out that they were even open on Sundays. My first comment to my son was "I hoped they don't follow us around and try to sell any car to me"; due to pass experiences . Upon approaching Hillsboro Auto Mart, I noticed multiple people walking around and looking at cars with smiles on their faces and after my experience I can understand why. As I continued to look the cars were nicely lined up, clean, easily identifiable and accessible. Once the vehicle was spotted we proceed to go inside. We were greeted by Liz with a smile on her face and willingness to help us. Unfortunately being a Sunday she did not have anyone to assist her in order to go for a test drive. However she was generous enough to trust a complete stranger with keyes. My son and I were able to view, inspect, and start the vehicle. Liz who later I found out is the General Manager, took time out of her busy schedule to assist us, listen to my request and scheduled an appointment to insure that I would be able to test drive it without someone purchasing it the next day. By far I can say that she went above and beyond for a customer with a smile on her face. When I returned the next day she had a rep ready who was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I gave Hillsboro Auto Mart a five star rating because of their first impression and ability to meet the customers need with a smile on their face. We bought "Wynter", what I've decided to call my white Infiniti JX35 from Mustafa on July 7th, 2019. We live in Savannah, Georgia but drove all the way to Lakeland to view and possibly purchase another vehicle. When that didn't work out, I decided to call ahead and ask if it was too late to visit Hillsboro Auto Mart because it was 5:30 and they closed at 6 and Lakeland was a little over 30 minutes away from Tampa. Mustafa had already left the office for the night due to prior obligations, but promised to come back and open for us since we were visiting with our loan in hand. It was pouring rain, but we were able to make it there in a timely manner, inspect and test drive the car, and drive off the lot with it all within an hour! I would very highly recommend doing business with Mustafa again! He made that dreary day a much brighter one by making that car buying experience much easier than my last one, and even provided us with an umbrella due to the unforeseen downpour. I would have been disappointed having driven all that way for nothing, but Mustafa takes very good care of his inventory (even offering to foot the bill for any repairs needed within a month of purchase), and made sure that he had what he needed and what we needed before we parted ways. I couldn't be happier with my choice and with the service we received at Hillsboro Auto Mart! I'd definitely recommend him to anybody looking to buy a high end luxury vehicle for a great price! My wife and I just bought a Mercedes ML 350 from HAM. Bernie was our sales associate. We came to their lot because we noticed they had a couple cars we may want to consider. After days of seeing cars on other lots we were still trying to find THE vehicle. We drove three cars and spent significant time on the lot and with Bernie and then left late in the day having made no decisions. This was on Dec 31st, last day of the month. After being closed on New Year's day, we returned on Jan 2nd to again spend more time pouring over two cars. We never felt rushed, were afforded as much time and drives as we needed and were provided with nice assistance from Bernie. On this day we brought our potential trade, a car that isn't really in HAM's wheelhouse and had them assess the value as a trade. They offered us a fare trade in value and then enhanced it more in order to make the numbers work for both of us. Working with JT, the GM on the buying process was quick, smooth, and not full of trashy sales efforts. We got honest answers and were able to quickly negotiate a purchase agreement that was fair for all involved. HAM brings in quality, lower mileage used high-end vehicles that are clean, non-accident cars. They seem to specialize in mostly german luxury brands. Don't judge this book by it's cover or it's neighborhood, we received classy service with them and enjoyed our experience much more than our time at other dealerships like Lexus and Mercedes. Would definitely recommend. My wife is very easily turned off at a car lots/dealers. Try to play the game, push, make stupid suggestive comments, or maybe worst of all, ignore her or act like she's not the buyer and your in the dog house. Bernie and the folks at HAM didn't do any of those things.

So we drove up there and were just planning to look at what they had to offer. I would like to say it was the best car-buying experience ever! Jonah and Daniel were extremely helpful, polite and kind. Jonah (the salesman) helped us with our 3-hour debate between a Beemer and an Acura TL. When my boyfriend and I decided on the TL.. we drove it off the lot that night. There were minor adjustments my boyfriend and I recommended being done to the Acura before we bought it and Daniel assured us that he would take care of all of it. Not only was the staff and owner very sweet, but they made us a great offer and worked with us 110%. Overall, very amazing family-owned business that will have your best interest at heart to make your car buying experience just as fantastic as ours was.
