We have bought 4 cars from Drive-inci - 3 for teens and 1 for me. Each car has run great and we were informed of any minor defects (dents, scratches, etc.) prior to purchasing. Carfax is always provided. We're from central Missouri and have looked for used cars across the state but continue to return to Drive-inci because of the quality of the cars, the confidence we have in this business and the ease of working with Drive-inci. Drive-inci only sells quality cars at a fair price. Highly recommend!

I have had terrible experience with buying used cars in the past couple months. I bought two that had problems and neither the dealership I bought from or the private party I bought from were willing to fix the problem and didn’t tell me about them. I went to Harold at Drive Inci and he was straight forward from the beginning! He showed me any small problems (dents, scratches) that were wrong as soon as I looked at the car. He was so great to work with and very accommodating and kept his word. I had the car for a couple weeks and the check engine light came on, I was very worried as I had terrible experiences with purchasing used cars. Harold had me come in the very next day to take a look and had the car fixed within a week!! He truly keeps to his word and has been a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go to him next time I need a used car and recommend anyone to go see him! If you are questioning whether or not to go to Drive Inci, go there!! You won’t find a better used car place!

Harold was extremely helpful, making sure to explain everything and also sharing information that would just be helpful in buying a car at anytime. When we realized that there was a document he needed that he did not have, I was worried that I was going to have to be forceful to make sure I got it, but instead I was pleasantly surprised that he said that we would have to put off the purchase till he had the document and that he would take the car off the market till I could get back into the office with him. He definitely doesn't fit the stereotype of a car salesman, since he was helpful, not forceful, and honest.

To save us a long drive, he took the car home and let us test drive it from there. He told us about a couple of glitches and was honest about the car's history. This guy have the cleanest pre owned cars priced well. I’ve bought 24 cars and this was by far the easiest. He is old school full tank of gas and maintenance done before you pick it up. I was in and out in 30 minutes including test drive. Best advice, if it’s available, don’t wait, when I got back from my test drive, there were 2 people waiting to purchase. Will by from again.
