I had a really good experience. Julie assisted me and Chad is awsome like Julie. They're gonna help me rebuild my credit and I didn't want a clonker and I liked that warranty plan also when I was there they offered me coffee right away which I needed and even then I couldn't even really wake up while going through a few different cars, they had no problem reminding my sleepy butt that it's always best to stay in a range that I think I can afford and they helped me find a really good car in my range that I was looking for. They didn't try to rob me and that was an unusual nice feeling.

We filled out the initial documents online and within a day we were contacted by the dealership. The following day we walked in a little leary and worried because we had not purchased in a long while (5years) so we didn't know what to expect. The entire process was smooth comfortable and fast. Sara the salesperson was amazing and kind we brought our grandson with us and she definitely helped us get through it and entertained him as well. Don't believe the bad reviews if your in need I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good quality vehicle and the 24 month 24,000 mile warranty is also a nice benefit that comes with all their used vehicles! I had already talked to a couple of other places and had no luck being able to buy a car. I knew Wheel City was pretty much guaranteed but I didn't realize how truly affordable it is. Dante is the guy that helped me out. He was fun to have around. Easy going and let me take the wheel so to speak. Gave a few suggestions and asked what I liked. Drove them around a couple times. Spent some time looking over the engines asking all kinds of detailed info. They even do reports to see if the car has ever been in an accident or damaged. Full disclosure...loved that for sure. He was just super great and such a help getting me into my new car. It wasn't a pushy kind of environment trying to get ya into a car you can barely afford. They truly do want to help you and get you into something within your price range. They negotiate payments to get as close to that dollar amount as possible.

Tim R. Is the epitome of customer service. I first came in 6 months ago and just couldn't afford anything. My job wasn't good enough for me to allow for any car payments. First the Good - I have been a customer for almost 4 yrs. They had almost any car that you could ask for on the lot. My sales lady who helped me was more than friendly. She even came in after hours so I could sign my paperwork to get my car. She treated me with respect and dignity with all my credit problems. My car was clean and ready to go when I got there "could have used more gas when I got it" . I have never had a major issue with the car and I have had it almost 200,00 miles. Now the bad - it seems like forever to pay the car off. Interest accrues daily. With interest you end up paying far more than the car is worth. They do jack up the prices on the car to about $3,000 over book or maybe a little more. In short - If you have credit issues and you cant get a car this is the place to go. Their payment staff is more than friendly and if you are having a payment issue they will work with you. Remember they are taking the risk on YOU. Read everything and ask tons and tons of questions before you sign the line. Ask what the final total is going to be and when it should be paid off. I no longer have credit issues but I want to Thank Wheel City for helping me get a great car...

We purchased our car on 8/1/2017 with Dante who was very kind and helpful in making a purchase. We had been rear ended a couple of weeks prior and our car was totaled and they still took it on trade in for the same as the salvage yard offered which was great. We chose a 2012 Ford Focus hatchback that seemed to be in great shape. We started to have several issues with the car within the first two weeks of having it and at first they were unwilling to take on the cost of the repairs because the issues did not fall under the 30 day warranty. After a few days and some consideration Wheel City agreed to cover the cost of any repair needed on the vehicle and they provided us a loaner while the car was being worked on. I don't love we had to push for service that should have been offered from the start but all said and done we have a car in good repair at no extra cost to us. Everyone we dealt with in the shop was very kind and thorough.

We're paying seven thousand on a car with a KBB of four thousand. Don't get me wrong, we knew we would pay a bit more with our bad credit that is now improving but it's more than that. The car we got is pretty banged up, which in my opinion was hidden by a nice paint job and lack of any background service for the car (like Carfax) We found out when the problems started it had been totaled and they had not told us. The electric system always fails, the seats don't lean forward (as in to access the back seat), we have had transmission issues, and the starter has died. We have had this car for under a year. When we first saw the problems, which was a couple weeks after we got it, they told us we were SOL because of what we signed. The wife and I are having a baby and I won't be going to Wheel City ever again now that we don't need to. Billion has a credit re-builder to if you're reading this and are in the situation we were. I just advise you to check elsewhere first. If you don't you have the possibility of getting stuck in our situation where you're paying twice what a vehicle is worth AND fixing it every 3 weeks.
