Was able to walk in, wait an appropriate amount of time to have my slow leaking tire checked to see if needed patching. Did not need patching but service person cleaned and checked tire position on the rim to see if that would help. I even received my vehicle back nicely washed and ready to go! Great service!

I had a car engine issue while traveling and came into Sioux Falls to the actual dealership where I purchased my suv but they wouldn’t give me the time of day and said 4 days to even look at it! I called Vern Eide Mitsubishi and explain the situation- they said bring it over so I drove there and they help out and I was on the road again! OMG I was never so happy!! Just got an oil change, which I just dropped my vehicle off and they provided me a ride (with Adam, he’s awesome!!) to work and then Adam picked me up and brought me back to my vehicle once the oil change was completed. Service was great! Paul checked everything I asked for and gave me a call to notify me that some things needed replacing. I also needed my catalytic converter fixed, but it had to go to an exhaust place for that. I wasn’t able to pick up my car right away when he was done with it, so he took it to the exhaust place for me, brought it back to Vern Eide and included it in my charges there. He was very accommodating and relieved my stress of having to pick my car up and take it somewhere else.

Matt also assisted in ensuring that a tint on the driver's side and passenger front were completed. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Titan over Labor Day weekend. The sales and business management staff (Matt and Jesse) were very friendly and accommodating and since I live over 300 miles away, Matt offered to meet me at Vern Eide Motors in Sioux Falls, SD to sign paperwork, etc. The only downside (this was an oversight - human error does happen) was the passenger side fog light had been removed and the new one had not been installed yet. I discovered this error after I was over halfway home, thus I'm making arrangements to have it installed at a later date. Tim in service has been very professional and accommodating for my Lancer Evolution. Being the closest dealer to me; 100 miles one way, I was impressed with the facility and sincerity of the technician and advisor team. I come from a top performing Lincoln store in an affluent suburb of Chicago, having primarily focused on the customer experience. A lot of the customer experience is influenced by the facility, and it's easy to tell that they keep everything neat and tidy. The AWC pump on my evo failed, as many of them do. Fortunately a part based warranty extension is covering it. In addition, I'm also having a few outstanding recalls taken care of. I was originally going to have a shop north of me change the SST (transmission) oil, but Vern Eide's facility and staff convinced me to give them the job instead. (Not cheap for an SST) They provided a car for me to use, due to parts availability, of which I'm very thankful for. Vern Eide is worth your time, the same as this review is worth my time.
