I have been trying to get a camper for months and, after not getting very far with another dealer, decided to give Camping World a try. They had me set up with exactly the camper I wanted and got me on the road (camper in tow) in the very same day. These folks are efficient, friendly, and low pressure. They even fed me lunch since I was there at lunchtime. Brandt is my new “go-to guy”!!

I was very impressed with the way we were treated at Camping World. We went to pick up our brand new camper and the inspection they did didn’t go quite as planned. Knowing our new camper already needed work made me very nervous. The team could tell I was nervous and not totally satisfied with the camper we had chosen after learning about the things that needed fixed. Our sales guy, Ozzy, read my body language and knew he needed to make things right. He pulled in the manager, Josh, who also knew we weren’t totally satisfied with the purchase. Without hesitation they knew they needed to get us in a different camper. They found one they had that they thought we might like and took us to see it. Within minutes I knew this camper was the one. We had plans to be camping by the weekend so they made the process extra speedy and let us take home that camper with an hours notice. Everyone worked well together and we were able to walk away truly happy campers 🙂. I cannot recommend this staff enough. The way they take care of their customers is top notch.

This last fall we had brought our camper in to sell, Nolan was extremely helpful with getting us in touch with the right person to sell the camper. Then in March we had started looking for a new camper and knew camping world is where we wanted to take our business because of how helpful Nolan was from our first interaction. Nolan was super helpful in showing units that would be a good fit. We ended up purchasing a brand new unit through them and the entire process was extremely easy and they helped with any questions we had. Highly recommend camping world and Nolan as a salesman.

We were on the road and had some issues with our RV. Thought it was something with our house battery. Stopped in they checked the batteries everything seemed to be fine the tech showed us the reset on the relay and everything was good. Staff was great we arrived close to closing time but they assured us they would take care of us and they did!

Went there today. 2-18. Walkways totally covered in ice. Parking lot in front of building ice. Slipped as we left our vehicle. Let the staff know but no one moved to do anything. Thanked us for letting them know. We are in our late 60's and that's not a safe environment.

From the time we walked into Camping World to look for our new camper they provided a wonderful experience. We are full time RVs so we were looking for a 5th wheel to live in. Our sales man Tom did not pressure us into anything we did not want. He listen to what we wanted. Cody the technician who did the walk through, explained how and what every little button did to me was AMAZING!!! Cody was very patient with us. Brandon who helped the day we picked it up was great. Excellent Customer Service!!! Shout out to Dave & Josh! We are currently full time RVers and while in the area our hydraulic jacks would not retract or level our 40' diesel pusher. We called a couple mobile RV services; no resolution or repair. The Sioux City Camping World is next to the Sioux City KOA, where we are staying, so we gave them a try. Talked to the Service Manager, Josh and Dave and explained our dilemma. They told us to bring it in and Dave would take a look, diagnose and see if they could fix it in a timely manner. Dave and Justin did a thorough inspection and determined they could not get the job done nor get the parts in quickly. We really appreciate their honestly and effort to get us on the road asap. There was no charge for their time or work!

Camping World staff was way beyond what I was expecting. We knew what we were looking for and Terry Mattke was very professional in his approach. It's nice to work with approachable sales people that care about you as a customer. There many technical questions answered by multiple staff regarding towing. It was nice that someone called me that same day of me sending my request through. Jarrod did an amazing job guiding us through and trying to find what WE wanted. We were recently on our first BIG trip in our new Coach when we had an unexpected mechanical issue (our hydraulic lines for our stabilizers burst) while on the road to MN. We called our service manager at our home store in CO and he not only got us an appointment right away but put us in touch with Josh, the service manager at the Sioux Falls location. When we arrived Josh was waiting for us and immediately brought his team out to the parking lot to work on our Coach. When he realized they didn't have the necessary parts for the repair he started calling around to all the local business that could help. He ended up calling in a huge favor with the local Butler CAT service center and they were able to get us in right away. We cannot thank Josh and his wonderful team enough for working as hard as they did to not only figure out the problem, but create a solution and get us back on the road as quickly as humanely possible. Without him and his over-the-top customer service, our trip would've been completely ruined. The best part was that he followed up with us immediately following our repair service at the CAT dealership. The chances of us ever visiting the Sioux Falls Camping World dealership again are very slim given that we live in CO, but that didn't change Josh's level of customer service and quite frankly we feel like we have a friend in Sioux Falls now. We even contemplated stopping and saying "hi" on our drive home, but with our 2 young kids and dog in the car we made the decision to stay on course to home. Thank you so much for everything you did for us Josh! If you ever have a service need on your travel trailer or RV and are in the Sioux Falls area, I would 100% recommend heading to Camping World! You will be in the best hands ever!

The rubber roof of our RV started peeling back in the South Dakota wind and Camping World was the closest facility for temporary repairs. We were still 500 miles from home so we really appreciated the prompt service work. Dave, who was working at the service desk did an amazing job of fitting us into their busy schedule so we could head home the next day. All of the staff at this facility are very friendly and customer focused. I would highly recommend this facility! We will be using our local Camping World for permanent roof repairs because of this great experience!!

Gotta say im impressed. My wife and i were leaving to head out of town and needed a few items. When we got on the interstate our camper was all over the place. We stopped here and i spoke with Patrick in service after buying the misc parts i needed that were missed on an inspection from another rv dealer. Patrick went out of his way to get a tech to readjust our sway bar hitch when there was a small break between customers. I went back after a test drive with a small issue and Brandon and patrick both helped get us on the road. Feom offering some scrap metal to help with weight distribution to a quick inspection and even help moving bricks from the back of my camper to the front. Will definately be back. Thank you guys!

What started out as a very frustrating experience at a different CW location was quickly rectified by Nikolai, Vitali, Cody at CW in Sioux Falls. I was pleased with my experience, from initial contact, to Nikolai picking me up at airport after 10pm and a come flight delays and also the following morning at the hotel to bring me to the dealership, to a welcoming atmosphere there that included catered lunch. They also kept the transaction going for 2 months as the other location kept dropping the ball. I would recommend working with Nik and Cody.

We needed to replace a bathroom vent lid during a trip and a man from the parts department answered our questions about the lid we were looking at and let us borrow a ladder to install it in their parking lot. Which put us at ease with a few things that upset us when we purchased our camper. If you read my review from Sunday morning I kinda went off the handle on a few things that I feel should be important on a purchase of a camper. Kelly Murphy is a great salesman. Very personable and will do battle for you when it comes to the price. The service department did a great job of walking us thru the camper. Best experience! We are new at pulling a camper and last night we took a turn too tight and the side hit a fence post. The door was Jammed up, the door holder was broken and we were concerned about the awning. We called Camping World and Rick saw us within minutes. He reassured us about the awning, he went inside and selected the parts for the repair, installed the parts for us, then he repaired the door!! When we asked what we owed he only charged for the parts. He said, “I just want you to have a good experience and that’s important to encourage our customers to camp”. On our first road trip in our new Montana 5th Wheel we discovered that the refrigerator was not getting cold. All the food was destroyed and we were heading west to Yellowstone. Excellent customer service! We had the rubber membrane on our 5th wheel separate while 300 miles from home and made a stop into Camping World Sioux Falls. Inquired at the service desk and advisor Jason Jorgenson was very professional, courteous, and took a look within minutes of me showing up. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could! We came into Camping World knowing somewhat what we wanted(not 100% sure as this was our first new camper). Nick listened to all our details and gave us a handful of options. He was upfront about everything. Nick was very knowledge about each camper, and if we asked a question that he wasn't sure on he found the answer for us. We decided to go get lunch and think over our options. Before leaving to go get something to eat, Nick asked us for our favorites. He gave us some literature on each camper wasn't forceful or pushy at all. On Friday August 6, 2021 I had a spot reserved at the KOA Journey in Sioux Falls. On checking in they told me it sounded like a brake on my camper was dragging. I took it over to Camping World Sioux Falls and the service folks could not have been more helpful! They got right to work on my TT. The problem was much more than a dragging brake. The wiring was completely fried and all four brakes were shot. In addition the electric hitch jack was frozen. My weight distribution/sway system had been incorrectly installed at the original dealer and needed to be replaced. The service crew got started immediately. Dakota stayed late getting started on the work and even came in on his day off Saturday to stay with the job. Brandon and Jeff were most helpful and informative throughout. All the work was completed shortly after noon the next day. I am beyond impressed! I highly recommend Camping World of Sioux Falls! I only wish I could rate more stars.

Jeff Mathis in the service department is the best ever, he got me an appointment to get my fresh water tank fixed, nobody else in the Sioux Falls area would even give me a chance. 300 miles in to our 900 mile drive a large section of siding on our Coleman trailer began to puff out while on the highway. We happened to stay at the KOA next to Camping World. On our last day in Badlands National Park, the jack on our camper trailer broke and we were unable to take it off the hitch. So, we decided to just head home to Wisconsin. While traveling across South Dakota we decided to call Sioux Falls Camping World to see if they could assist us as we passed through. They were awesome! Whitney Brooks in the service dept not only worked out the schedule to get us in, but called us a couple times in route to make sure they were ready when we arrived. Dakota, the service tech, did the repair in the parking lot so we didn't even have to unhitch the camper. He was very personable and took time to explain the repair process and demonstrate how I could even do a similar replacement in the future. Whitney, Dakota, and everyone else we encountered were friendly and helped us get through a stressful traveling situation. Great way to wrap-up a road-trip!

Wow! We just had an Amazing experience. While heading West on I 90 we noticed the big flag and decided to get some answers on the water pump that was not turning on. My husband was greeted at the service desk by Rick V . He explained the situation and the next thing you know Ricks head is inside the storage compartment with his feet hanging out! After he conducts a series of tests, he finds that just as suspected, the water pump had failed. He expedited the service warranty for us and we rolled out thirty minutes later. I found myself in a jam with a MaxxAir fan issue and didn’t know what to do. I scrambled to find help at the last minute and was fortunate enough to discover Camping World in Sioux Falls SD. They could not have been nicer or more professional! I was greeted by Brandon who despite being in the middle of another job, was kind and took the time to introduce me to the Repair Forman, Justin, who got his amazing tech DJ on my job in minutes. DJ knew exactly what to do, was thoughtful and careful with my rig and keeping it clean, and had me up and running in no time. I have found other RV repair places in my travels that are rather disingenuous and a bit dismissive. Camping World in Sioux Falls is an absolute gift to those of us who spend extended time with our rigs and need them to be in good shape. I never write these reviews, but was so happy and amazed that as a matter of service to our community, I wanted to share this find. I highly recommend them! Wonderful team!

These guys were very helpful. My camper/truck connection had bad/ melted wires and the tail lights weren’t working. They got at least some of them to work, my camper has a wacky wiring problem that I didn’t want them to get too deep into. But Jason and Dakota would probably like to know that all of the lights(except maybe one reverse light, haven’t checked) spontaneously started working upon reaching Kentucky 🤷‍♀️

Amazing customer service. My equalizer weight distribution Hitch had a piece break off enroute from Kansas City to Rapid City, so we had to stop before we continued on. The entire team, from the lady in parts and gentleman in service took great care of me, giving me the number for the warranty shop and eventually literally dropping everything to get me back on the road asap. I'd like to especially recognize Chad Engbrecht. He went above and beyond helping setup my repair for the hitch and helping me troubleshoot the new one when I had issues with installing it again. He took the time to help even though he had appointments booked for two weeks. Additionally, Ranita (forgive my spelling if I messed it up) over in parts greatly assisted me getting the warranty part and worked between me and the manufacturer to get what we needed done in a super quick manner. The easy answer would've been to put me off for a week waiting on the part or appointment. But they found the time to help me out in a somewhat emergency situation, and I'm very grateful for that. Both deserve praise for great customer service and taking care of me. Highly recommend working with these two individuals if you go there.. they will take great care of you. I wish I had never walked into camping world on that Saturday. Worse decision ever! Ask questions but don't commit for a week. They will get to you if you are not ready. Make sure they know what you are going to pull a camper with and if it can handle it. Many regrets. Lost a lot of money on the deal. Update 1/12/2021 Received a call from Kelly trying to see what they could have done better to help. Kelly was our salesman. He is the one that called me today and I do appreciate it. Really liked Kelly, friendly and a pleasure to chat with. The jest of the story, after putting 2000 into a Honda Pilot to tow the trailer, the Pilot was not able to pull the trailer cost effectively and without damaging the Pilot. So we now have a trailer that we can't pull. we desperately wanted to make it to Wyoming in September but we needed to get something to tow it. Traded the Pilot for a nice truck but hard for my wife to drive. It was her Honda we traded. 2nd bad choice to fix this. Just a lot of regrets of choices I made, it is my fault but the aftermath just leaves me disappointed I should have waited until the following week to confirm the purchase. So this whole ordeal cost me my pride, showed my lack of knowledge of what I was getting into, and a boatload of $ losses. I estimate about 5000 dollars and maybe my plans to retire for a few more years. I turned 65 last December. But Kelly is the man to see if you want to buy, Brandon in Service was very helpful. The GM was accomodating and Service did what they could to get me going. The store has everything you need and we will continue to use their store. Just make sure to understand what you are getting into before you leap into a purchase of any camper anywhere. I know it changed my life for good and it can't be undone. Respectfully Bob

This is meant to be a 5 star plus review involving your Service Advisor Jason Jorgenson. While traveling through from Iowa to Oregon last summer, we had an issue with our motorhome control panel. When leaving the campground I decided to stop at Camping World knowing full well that their service department would be booked up for weeks given the season. I explained to Jason that we were passing through but the control panel went out which meant we have no water pump, can't use the generator, and none of our 3 slides would operate. Jason said, "Let me take a look at quick, maybe I can help." Using a meter and a few other tools he was not able to determine the problem. He said, "Let me get ???? out here, he's really good at this stuff." Within a half hour, ???? (sorry, do not remember his name) found the problem, and got us back on the road fully functioning. "How much do I owe you?" Jason gave me a wave and said no problem, have a good trip. My wife, my two grandchildren and I were down the road fully functioning once more....Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Finding good service is getting rare these days, finding this type of service is almost unheard of. Jason, you saved our trip.

Mary Ann took the information and said she would call me back. She did quite quickly and even texted me a picture of what they had. Then we had a funny friendly chat. So last night we stayed in Sioux Falls South Dakota at a campground and found out that we had some electrical Issues. The next morning we went to Camping World to see if they could help. To our amazement they were very helpful and friendly. Troy went in and spoke with Shantel who was at the service desk. He explained the issues to her and she went to find Jared who is a technician, specialized in electrical. They dropped what they were doing and came out to the trailer and helped us troubleshoot the issue. We did not have an appointment and they helped us anyways. It is so wonderful to go to a place and have people go out of their way to help a stranger. After 15 to 20 minutes we were on the road again, with the electrical issue fixed and my husband learning new things about the trailer. This was a great experience. Lot was well organized but I wish they had more units, (still many more than the other lots around that we have shopped at & UNDERSTANDABLE with CoVid sales.) Bathroom was clean & we were nicely greeted by the younger brown haired girl at the front desk. Although they seemed busy we were helped quickly & enjoyed seeing the flag up close. Wish they still served popcorn though for the grand kids :(

The main reason for coming to Camping World was that the one slide was sticking on one end when retracting, and sometimes would release and start coming in a little behind the other end or, it would stop coming in and I would have to extend it again and start over, hoping I could finally get the slide back in. When Brandon was inspecting the problem the topper broke. After the part came and the topper was installed I assumed the slide would have been tested to make sure it was working. It still has the original problem and I'll need to find a place here in Minnesota to get it fixed before it breaks another topper. Also, there was a scrape on the lower passenger side in the back that took off the light cover. I could swear that was not there when we brought it in. Didn't notice that until we got to Minnesota. Besides that I thought the people we worked with were very personable and we even got a little electrical lesson before we left, which was helpful because it was a little different than our first motorhome. On Wednesday, August 19th we were driving west on I 90 to Yellowstone Park. When hitching up our RV the hitch dropped down on the ball and dropped our hitch so that we were unable to attach our sway bars. We recently purchased a replacement washer/dryer combo for our RV from this location. We were installing it ourselves and were given the wrong machine. We didn't realize until we were back at the RV. Purchased a vented machine, but got a ventless one. We decided to go ahead and try it since we needed to leave the area. It was horrible! It was loud, put out a horrid burning rubber smell, and the drying process was terrible. I contacted Landon (manager) and explained the problem. We were able to adjust our schedule and return to Sioux Falls where Landon agreed to swap the machines for us. They also installed the new "vented" machine for us at no cost. Rick felt really bad about the mixup and did a great job getting the evil machine out and installing the new one with the help of Bryce. Bottom line - mistakes happen. But good customer service can fix almost anything. Thanks again. We love our new vented machine. It works great!

I wish to thank Rick Vanoverbeke and the service staff for their extreme professionalism and rapid service. We are in the middle of a one month trip across the country and our Dometic refrigerator stopped working. Rick personally assessed the problem just before the store opened and had the technician take the diagnostics further. The thermal fuse was faulty and they were able to produce one (very creatively) and fix the fridge. Camping world gets negative feedback regularly, but I feel that is is important to highlight excellent service when it is encountered. Our trip was barely delayed thanks to the service team. I feel that the service at Souix falls surpasses the service at our local Camping World.

looked at a few places Saturday and finish with Camping World at the mall. Went back Sunday to JUST look at a few we liked. Jarrod Rien asked how things were going and what we had in mind. we showed him the pictures from the day before. and long story short we are now getting our 1st travel unit. We had no intentions of doing any paper work and had stopped by at almost closing. Jarrod did a lot of leg work trying to get us into our unit with the payment we had in mind, and not worried about the time we was there after closing to get it done. We went on a 'bucket list' trip across the United States this autumn. We took our semi-new trailer and found that we did not know how to make the refrigerator run on auxillary power. We stopped at the Camping World in Sioux Falls for a remedial course. I cannot begin to tell you how impresse we were. The staff did everything they could to support us. One employee was dispatched to give us a tutorial on keepng our refrigerator working. Another was dispatched to assist us in any purchases we needed (and probably should have made before we left home!) The good news is we finished our trip with 9,500 miles covered in 37 states. The succesful flavor of our trip STARTED because of the kind, efficient and professional services offered by the more than capable staff at this location. I would refer my mother to them! I told someone to buy a camper and they did and it has a warranty and somethings are wrong with it and camping world said that there is a fee to look at it. they should have checked the entire thing out before they sold it. And now it's going to be 3 weeks before they get it back. I'm not going to tell anyone else to go to camping world. This makes me look BAD!!!

Walked in the door and was greeted with a smile and an offer to help immediately. I had a water leak in my less than one year old camper. Was directed to the conveniently located service desk, at the front of the store. I waited at the desk for a service advisor, this was the longest part of the process, 5-7 minutes but, in all fairness, they were very busy, so, the wait was not a big deal. Ross, the service manager, greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained my issue and without the camper there, he made his best at a diagnosis, but, understandably, with no guarantee on that diagnosis. I certainly couldn’t expect him to make an absolute diagnosis on a unit that wasn’t in front of him. I men, after all, the guy isn’t Harry Potter ar any other wizard.😁 By the way, he diagnosis was spot on. At this point, he offered to take a look at it in the parking lot if I could get it in that day. I went home, hooked up and brought the camper in. Ross was busy with another client at the time but I spoke with Shantel, a service advisor, who was very pleasant to deal with and she immediately got me in touch with Dave, operations manager. We discussed a course of action, he came out to the camper, dug into what he suspected the problem to be and had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. This guy was a worker, the epitome of motivated. Thank goodness for the staff and of course, the warranty. Had it not been for the staff and their efforts, we would not have had the pleasant experience we did camping that weekend. These guys/gals were all very pleasant, very helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely do business here again. The amenities were also a bonus, I had my three sons with me, ages 11, 9, and 7. They were given the opportunity to relax in some nice comfy leather reclines and loveseat and offers a cold beverages while we waited. May not seem like a lot to some but it is something that keeps little boys with short attention spans, occupied. That area was also very close to service desk, so I could keep an eye on them as well. Thanks Camping World for your service. Ross, Shantel, and Dave were all very knowledgeable and capable. These are the people companies value and make efforts to keep around. An overall, terrific experience, which is rare, when having to repair a camper, automobile, boat, etc... Kudos to you....

The service Tech we had work on our Class A was available to walk through our unit and answer questions my husband had. We had NO hot water in our unit, Jared showed us again how to do all controls, so when my husband told him, they were set like that, can we pull the slide out to see how it works? Jared was patient and said sure, the hot water stopped. The hoses were crimped, He helped us get them secure and showed us how to get slide out without problems, but encouraged us to have it looked at better. We have a campsite for the summer only 45 miles from them, when we go back to MO, we are leaving our RV with Jared! It will be in great hands! This Tech is awesome! We had a DEMCO Aux. Brake System installed at Camping World, San Bernardino. While traveling we discovered the brake system failed to engage on our tow vehicle. Very concerned, we stopped in at the nearest Camping World which happened to be in Sioux Falls, SD for help. Tim in service did a great job of locating and resolving the brake problem...(he found a broken plastic switch under the dash). The brake system was slightly out of warranty, but not only did they fix our problem, they didn't charge us for the part and repair. The entire team and inside sales staff there were all great, and willing to help...a big deal if you're traveling. My motorhome developed three issues making my journey through South Dakota a little stressful. The bolts on one of my fenders broke off, causing the fender to flap in the wind and preventing me from continuing on. Additionally, I had two plumbing issues preventing the use of those systems. I went to Camping world as soon as they opened to see if they could service the coach that day. They were very honest about having a full customer load and not having time to address the plumbing issues but they went out of their way to help me get my fender fixed which allowed me to continue my trip immediately. Their assistance helped prevent thousands of dollars in possible body damage had the fender come off. I am extrememly grateful to them for getting me on my way safely.

Would have gotten 5 if I didn't have to return to have the "right" AC installed. Dave, Ross, Rebecca, Jarrod and Shantal, were all excellent in their different respective roles to deal with on the service side and did great work. Dave especially, as there were so many issues with resolving having the wrong AC ordered and installed. Sent "management" a long detailed account of all that went wrong as well as the way the service staff mentioned stepped up to resolve the major screw up that occurred. Would go back to this CW again for service because of these 5 individual employees. Been full timing for 6 years and I can't say that for all CW's I've been to.

Customer service and support here is phenomenal. I had to have my camp trailer towed in on a flatbed on July 3rd, and it was dropped off at 2am on the 4th. Both the sales manager and service manager helped me get the trailer mobile and towable so I could get it across town to another shop that can help me. They took the time to help me FREE OF CHARGE in the 80+ degree weather and on the side of the road so that way I could try and continue my vacation with my 2 sons. When I come back thru I will definitely be stopping again. I am now going to be using Camping World as my go to place. Thank you everyone for all of your help today. Happy 4th of July.
