I got my 2019 Subaru Ascent at brothers auto last week! And the experience was amazing Will was very helpful and answered all my questions and let me take multiple cars on test drives till finding the right fit. He didn’t rush my decision and made sure to let me know they go through a third party to make sure the vehicle is in good condition. First, I just want to thank you guys! You were absolutely wonderful and informative from the first phone call all the way up to you handing me the keys. The first keys I’ve ever bought from a dealership mind you because, your girl here has some anxiety about that stuff! But when I first called explaining my situation and what my interests were over the phone with Jon (heyoo, I’m calling you out sir 😄) about the type of car I was wanting to look at he absolutely kept me updated along the whole way. Helped me unfreeze my credit account, then even looked at if I was able to be approved for the car before going to look at it that way I wasn’t gutted if I was not able to realistically obtain such a beautiful piece of machinery! The car I was interested in didn’t even have pictures yet but he was thorough with explaining about the vehicle before they got it to their lot. He notified me when it arrive with pictures of the vehicle and not ever in a pushing way, just like a “hey the car you were wanting to look at is available for a look through at your convenience”. We test drove it, I sat over night putting my thinking cap on and decided I was very much so interested but wanted to test drive another similar car for comparison the next day. Had options up for me. I test drove one car before realizing that car was absolutely for me! They were patient, offered me water. It truly was a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. And then Alex (Heyoo calling you out too sir) brought me back to fill out the paperwork and it did not at all feel as daunting as I was anticipating. In fact he walked me through the whole thing, never made me sign anything that he first didn’t explain, and answered every and all questions I had because, fun fact, that was the first big purchase of a vehicle that I’d be making payments on and was stupid nervous. But he was very calm and grounded and made me feel like it was all my choice at my pace and they were just wanting to be humans helping other humans with something they aren’t as familiar with! So for that I appreciate EVERYTHING you all did for me! And even took in Pearl that was just ready to be traded in. You all were very kind and pleasant and made buying a car not feel so scary! Thank you all! PS. I’m not one for reviews but y’all absolutely deserved it because people should know about you guys and the hard work you put into helping people.

We were very pleased with our whole experience at Brothers Auto. When we called them about a used car we saw posted on the website on Tuesday , they told us they would call as soon as it was ready to viewed. We test drove it on Thursday, decided it was the one, and picked it up on Friday. Cam and Jon and all the crew were great to work with. Totaled out my H2 and was pretty bummed about it. Reached out to Brother's ad on car guru, and Jon called me back within about an hour. Told him my issue, and he invited me down to test drive a couple of 4x4s. Ended up buying a Nissan Titan. Jon was respectful and dedicated to making sure that i was able to get what I needed. We are SO happy with our new car! After taking months to find a reputable used car dealership and searching for so long for a Toyota, we finally found the car we were looking for at Brother's Auto. Cameron helped us out and he was so knowledgeable and helpful during the process without being overbearing or making you feel like you were being "sold" something that you didn't really want or need. He even checked in with us after we purchased it to just see how things were going and make sure we were happy with our new car! I recommend if you're going there to be sure to talk with him. Apparently, this place specializes in low-mileage, newer used vehicles, and we have been very happy with our car. No issues at all and it's been a few months since we bought it. The only negative aspect of our experience was in dealing with Adam, the finance manager, when signing the documents. He was very salesy, and even said "well you can call me about the weather, but not about the car" after we declined the extra warranty. It left a bit of a gross taste in our mouths after sitting with him. But everything else there was awesome. We'll be going back to look for our next car!

Brothers Auto Sales is by far the best car dealership I have ever shopped at. I was looking to sell my car and upon calling them it was brought to my attention that they had a RAV 4 on the lot, which was exactly what I was looking for. We decided to do a trade in with my Toyota Corolla S and they offered me a very good trade in value, more than quite a few of their competitors. I spent time driving around different dealerships looking for the right RAV 4, but I just couldn't pass up the deal Brothers Auto Sales offered. I had gotten a loan through another dealer in town. They were drowning me in interest. I walked into brothers auto with very little hope because of how much I still owed to the other dealer. However 30 minutes later and a couple guys bending over backwards to help me I was able to lease a VERY nice car. I will recommend them 1000 times over. Hi, My wife and I were looking for a particular type and model of a Jeep. We found exactly what we were looking for a Brothers car sales in South Dakota. The only problem was , was we live in Carmel California, 1850 miles away. I called and spoke to Josiah the salesman and he was amazing ! He really made us feel like we had nothing to worry about and that people buy cars out of state all the time. They laid out the process for me once I purchased it. Even though Jon did not have the spare key for my vehicle working, he was humble and sincerely apologetic. I had spent 3 weeks and many, many hours. Searching the internet and Facebook for a reliable used vehicle that was in my price range. I guarantee, I'd looked over hundreds of used cars in the Sioux Falls AND surrounding areas. Finally after a lot of research and comparison, I ended up with a list of more then a dozen cars in the Sioux Falls area, that I personally wanted to check out for myself. Beings I'm not actually from the SUFU area, it's quite a drive to get to town. So I dedicated a weekend to physically check out and drop vehicles off my "list of possibilities". Low and behold one by one my list grew smaller and smaller. Many of the cars I looked at were either not in the condition listed, or had a repair that was beyond what the dealer wanted to pay for. When I finally landed at Brothers Auto, not only was it easy for me to find the car on the lot I had been looking at, I also wasn't pestered by the nosy salesman that normally swarm around you, the moment you get out of your car at MANY of the larger car dealerships in the area. I was surprised on my initial inspection of the vehicle, it superseded my expectation from the vehicles I had checked before arriving at Brothers. I went up to the office to ask for the keys and Cameron was very quick to help me with everything I needed and answer all my questions. Also I was very surprised that while I was looking at the rest of the car, he was very open about problems and repairs that did, could, or couldn't be fixed. The sales team was also very patient as I went to other auto dealers to finish looking at the cars on my list. The following day, I returned to brothers to test drive the car I'd looked at the day prior, Cameron was busy helping other customers, but the sales team was very friendly and had no problem with helping me. After my test drive,once again I'd left to test drive another car from another dealer. Long story "short", I am happy to have driven off the Brothers Auto Lot in a great condition, new to me car.

I had called the night before to see if the SUV was still available and they stated they think someone was coming tomorrow to pick it up. First all, that is amazing to hear that they didn't just try to sell the car underneath someone. I get a call the next morning letting us know the car was still available, we headed right there to look at it. I love how upfront this dealer is compared to most large companies. I'm sure everyone has had a negative experience with a rude or pushy car salesman. Most don't seem to care about getting you into the right vehicle or even making sure the vehicle you want is something you can afford, they just want to make the sale. I am pleased to say that my experience with Cameron at Brothers Auto Sales today was exactly the opposite. When I found the perfect vehicle on their website, I used the online application tool to see if I could be approved for the financing I'd need. Cameron called me quickly after I submitted my application to get more details about what I was looking for in a vehicle, what issues there might be on my credit report, and really have a conversation with me. It was clear that he was listening to my needs and concerns and truly wanted to help. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not just a salesman. When I couldn't get approved for the financing I need, Cameron offered other options that might get me into the vehicle I fell in love with. Unfortunately it's not going to work for me right now, but when my circumstances change in a few months, there's no doubt I will be calling Brothers again. I lost a lot of trust in car salesman after a couple bad experiences, but Cameron restored that trust today. I appreciate the help he provided and the patience he displayed. I can't wait until I can be a purchasing customer supporting the integrity and success of this small business!

I had a really positive experience here. I was helped by Adam Curtis and Jon Jurgensen. I had set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle and was immediately contacted through phone call and e-mail thanking me and letting me know if I had any concerns to go ahead and get a hold of them. It’s nice to get that follow up since the following day my doctors appointment had taken a little longer than planned but they were more than accommodating with changing the time. Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I test drove and was very kind to allow me to test drive another vehicle I was curious about. I first went to Brothers Auto because of their competitive prices. After buying a vehicle my sales person (Jon) asked me how I was getting the car I drove there and my new car home. I told him I had driven a rental and was going to drop if off a few blocks away at Enterprise and then walk back to Brothers Auto. The sales person volunteered to pick me up from the rental place and immediately did so. I was then sitting in my new car in their parking lot adjusting settings on the car and my sales person asked if I needed any help. I told him I was fine, but thanks. He asked if I knew how to sync my phone with the car Bluetooth, I told him no. He offered to do it for me and in a minute had it all setup, which I was really grateful for because it would have taken me quite a while to figure out. 2.5 weeks after buying my car I learned of a mechanical problem with the car. I contacted Brothers Auto asking if they would pay to fix the problem, as the problem existed prior to me buying the car. Jordan told me he would check into it and get back to me. Within a couple of hours he called me back, agreed to pay to fix the car, and had an appointment lined up with a mechanic to fix it. I appreciate Brothers Auto quickly taking responsibility and being so excellent to work with to resolve the situation. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with Brothers Auto. Due to their honesty, great prices, and customer service, in the future they will definitely be my first choice for a car.

I worked with Josiah when looking to replace my 2005 Ford Escape. After introducing himself, telling me a bit about the dealership and their philosophy. We discussed what I was looking for in terms of vehicle types, mileage, and price range. Brothers had several vehicles on their lot that we determined would be a good fit. All of the vehicles I looked at were in excellent condition. I chose a few davorites to test drive and fell in love with a Subaru Forester. I would give them 5/5 stars, but getting the title to our new vehicle was a headache. We got a voicemail that we could come get it or they would certify mail it to us. Being a mom with young children and also working full time and my husband working full time and weekends, we didn’t have time to go grab it, so I figured waiting until August 9th wouldn’t be a problem because that would still give us 1 1/2 weeks to go register the vehicle once we got the title. It is now the 19th and we still don’t have the title. I called today and the title got mailed out 7 days after we were told it would. It really doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to put something in the mail. I get that family events happen and that sometimes people have to miss work, but seriously? Pass that duty onto someone else. Not to mention, the person that I spoke to started to get snippy and had a very rude tone to her voice when I was expressing my frustration about this situation. And then she told me to go to the post office to find it?! Unbelievable. It’s not like I was just waiting for a letter, I’m waiting for the dang TITLE to my vehicle that I paid outright for. Our dealer plates expire in 3 days so now we are left scrambling to get time off work to get down to the courthouse. Bummer that their salesmen are amazing but the customer service we received after the initial purchase of the vehicle has been less than impressive. EDIT: I have changed my review to 5 stars. They went above and beyond to take care of this situation and they tried everything they could think of to help us with the title. They are honest and trustworthy individuals. I’m still frustrated that our title didn’t show up until the day before our dealer plates expired, but it’s evident they do value customer service. I’m glad extra training has been done and our situation hopefully won’t happen to anyone else. Thank you, Brothers Auto for making this right. We appreciate it.

Fortunately, Nick informed me they had another one that came in and kept me informed about it during their whole inspection and clean up process. This is the obligatory part where I state that I rarely write reviews (which is true). Based on my experience, this is a first-class operation. I spent a couple of weeks searching for cars within a 250-mile radius, and Brothers Auto had among the best deals I could find. They were offering the vehicle I ended up buying for about $700 less than Kelley Blue Book's fair market value. Even so, they were still willing to negotiate a bit. And that's after they provided a ~25-point inspection done by a NAPA down the road. The staff was friendly and low-pressure. Bottom line: I drove a fair distance to get there, but it was worth it.
