Had a very positive experience working with Chuck L. as our salesperson. The deal was fair and handled professionally. EDIT: Two days prior, my wife and I purchased a car from Billion Toyota. Then, largely because of our positive customer experience, we returned and I purchased a pickup. Again, we were fortunate to find Chuck to buy from. Thank you! At a time when vehicle inventories and ordering new are frustrated, here’s a little known fact. Billion Toyota has an extremely creative and exceptionally competent service department. Find something you like, and trust them for aftermarket support. My pickup has been modified and the upgrades are top notch!

Got my oil changed for our Ford - yes Ford! We have been serviced at this dealership for nearly 7 years, since moving to Sioux Falls. We still have a Prius, but we like the service here much more than elsewhere and so bring our Ford here as well. We have done this since we got it 1 1/2 years ago. The biggest downside is that this time we were told that there is additional charge for an oil change moving forward as they are required to use brand specific oil and parts. We didn’t realize this was a thing - but do now. We still love the service we get here - and will continue to come here. Stepping off small soapbox now 🙂. I had questions about breaks and tires and was gives great service in reviewing these. Overall a good experience!

We purchased a Toyota Highlander and are very happy with the vehicle so far. But I was not appreciative of having to hassle them to get a fair value for my trade in. I also do not like that I was forced to buy the Valpro package which always used to be optional. They said I will get an extra credit when I trade the vehicle in, but I question whether I will actually receive the credit or if they just build it into what I would otherwise be offered for the trade. I'd rather pay less for the vehicle now even if it means getting less when I trade it in later. Other than these two items we had a positive experience here.

On a recent fishing trip to Chamberlain, SD we discovered our hitch was pulling away from the pickup. We knew it would be too dangerous to pull our boat the six hours back home. We decided to call Billion Toyota in Sioux Falls to see if they could help us. The service manager Matt Andersen was able to order us a new hitch and had it the next day. We drove the two hours over there to get it installed. We did not get the name of the actual guy who installed it, but Matt and his assistant service manager Dave Kading went above and beyond to help us out that day. Even Lenny who drove us to a restaurant so we could get something to eat while waiting for our vehicle. A special thanks to Matt who truly cared about helping us get back home! We highly recommend this place!

Kyle Klein was our salesman, and I will always recommend him. In 2021, I bought a new Toyota Corolla Hybrid. 55 miles per gallon, (but less in the winter). Now, 21 months later, my 12 volt car battery failed to start it twice. I brought it in, they did the 2 year oil change & tire rotation. The first battery test showed it was fine, but they did the 50 minute test and it showed there was a short. I'm pleased to say, they gave me a new battery and the whole day was free. Everyone in the service department was kind & personable, especially Roger. Thanks!

While passing through Sioux Falls on our family vacation, we stopped at a Love's for gas, but instead got water pumped into our car. :( Roger at Billion Auto Toyota was helpful in getting our family shuttled, and our car towed, to the dealership and our car looked at immediately. We felt like Roger, Tony, June and other staff were helpful and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. Thank you for making what was a lousy car breakdown a little less lousy. A... somewhat ok experience. They were quite overwhelming with my vehicle purchase which caused me a deal of stress. I recommend doing your research first and take your time. In my experience with them, one huge problem with it was that they didn't really go over EVERYTHING within the deal and misinformed me one particular $2000 insurance I was not aware of. I had a great deal of stress for a few days after going home and seeing that extra 2 grand bill. THANKFULLY my salesman was able to provide me a new deal that took away that insurance. The man's name is Brain Anthonia and I give him my huge thanks in being able to understand where I was coming from and working hard to keep me satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to him, my stress went away and I am still willing to do business with them in the future if need be. Again, I want to thank Brain Anthonia for his understanding, I recommend asking for him as your salesman if you ever have a need to do business with Billion. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY of the fine print on the contracts that they will have you sign.

I selected this dealership and my salesperson based on the reviews I read online. After having started the process of buying a new car, I started to think I had made a good choice. Now, after completing the process, I know I made a good choice! The Sioux Falls location worked out well for me. I chose to call Jeff Larson as my salesperson based on the good reviews I read online. My wife was listening to my end of the initial phone call with Jeff and after I hung up the phone, she said: "I think you've made a new friend"! I thought about her comment for a couple seconds and said "I think you are right"! Jeff has a way to make you feel like you are his instant friend! After working/talking with Jeff I even started calling him friend! In my case I was looking for a specific car (Highlander), a specific trim package (Platinum) and specific colors for the interior and exterior. Jeff searched their inventory only to inform me that he didn't have the specific car on hand, but then suggested he look at cars the dealership had pre-ordered and found two that closely matched my requests. We looked at the details of the two cars, picked one and then put some money down on it so the dealership would hold it for us until it was built and delivered. Now that the process is completed and we are happily driving our new car, I can honestly say that Jeff Larson and Billion Toyota would easily be my “go-to” sales person and my preferred dealership. We felt like we were treated well by both Jeff and Billion Auto.

Overall, i would say my experiance at Billion was great. Everyone was respectful and I felt it was easy to choose a car that fit me. The only problem is that I paid $2,000 over what the car is worth. So before going there find out what the car your interested in is going for.

This is a review for the service department. We needed a water pump installed on a 2011 highlander. I could have done this project but it requires un-doing a motor mount to pull of the old one and install a new one. It’s pretty straight forward but a bit of a pain in the rear. I typically am the guy who won’t go to a dealership for service because I had felt like a person would get overcharged. I was a Wrong! I got a quote for a very reasonable price and they were not “wish-washy” with the price like others. For instance, I got a quote from another dealership for $700-1600 from another dealership and $800 if things go right from an auto mechanics place. The quote from Billion was much lower and then, when they were done I GOT CHARGED LESS. Also, I had inquired about fixing other items while they were in there and they recommended me not to spend extra money on things not needed. Billion did the work, communication was easy, billing was nonsense free, and I truly am now changing my opinion about service from a dealership- well Billin Toyota anyways. Mike and his team here are top notch and I am certainly very happy with the entire experience. My advice- get a quote from them, communicate what you need to be done, and then have Billion Toyota do the work if the price is right. Like I said I ended up being charged less than the quote and the work was done quickly and non-sense free. My type of place. Because of my experience with the service department I am going to look at Billion Toyota for my next vehicle. They didn’t ask me or anything like that to put out a review and I’m not a person who usually does this. I am a very happy customer, never had such a good experience at a dealership service place- 5/5 stars hands down.

I use Billion exclusively and not just because I have a Toyota. People tell me Billion is more expensive than other mechanics, so I tried 2. The first left me hanging without a car for a week and never bothered to tell me they were waiting on a part. I reclaimed my car, took it to Billion and got it back the same day. The second ‘fixed’ my car, and then I had to take it to Billion to get it refixed. Billion always gets my vehicle done quickly and it always works when they are done. And they only need to do it once.

Rod Pattison, one of the service department heads knows about everything there is to know about Toyotas. The day I arrived with an appointment for an oil change the service department was hopping busy yet Rod took the time to answer all of my questions. Rod and the service guys strive for excellence and the dealership is operated in a professional manner. One of the questions I asked Rod was regarding the cost for replacing the wheels on my pick up truck as the existing ones were corroding from 9 years of road salt. He looked up the price for new ones for me right there on the spot even though I wasn't expecting he would have the time to give me an immediate answer. Then Gary the service manager whom overheard Rod and myself talking about wheels, walked over and explained that they had just gotten a used set of wheels exactly like the ones on my truck into their warehouse which were in mint condition. He said he'd sell them to me for 1/4th of what new ones were going to cost. (It was truly my very lucky day) And instead of having me schedule another appointment for installation, they worked it into their already busy schedule. In addition, without even asking, they offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge so I could run my errands. The service guys at Billion Toyota work very hard + take the time to explain things, answer questions and do the job right. Quite pleased with the quality of their service. Would highly recommend.

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have a 2011 Toyota Tundra that has had paint issues the last couple of years. We now live in MN and have tried to get them fixed at two different Toyota dealerships with no success. We recently returned to Billion Toyota Sioux Falls to have them look at it. They are now completely repainting the truck, gave us a brand new Rav 4 as a loaner, and are charging us nothing as it was a paint defect. Initially when I went there, I perceived people to be kind of laid back and showing as if we as customers should "need" the vehicle and they would help us satisfy our need. I am generally used to dealerships where the onus of sale is on dealership and not on the customer to buy. They dont always get it right the first time but they always figure it out in my case. I had a older toyota that needed a new key fob and for it to be programmed. The toyota in watertown could not get the car computer into programming mode and their tech gave up. I brought it to sioux falls toyota and they originally ordered the wrong fob. I wasted gas and time coming from brookings that i was never compensated for. Dave C said he would compenate me for the wasted trip but did not. However they realized a different type of fob was required and the second time i made the 50 mile drive they successfully ordered the fob and programmed it. I wish they would have compensated me for their error but im glad the ordeal is over.

I am not a fan of Stealerships in any way, but I have no complaints about Billion Toyota for my recent service visit. My water pump was leaking and they were able to get it replaced on the spot and under extended warranty.
