I drove from the Minneapolis area to purchase a used Lexus from the Hyundai/Mazda dealer working with Marcus. Overall it was a good experience. The vehicle was accurately described and shown in pictures. He was helpful in showing me additional pictures and videos as virtual walk-around. The dealer had replaced the radiator before the sale but a leak persisted after the purchase. They helped me work with a local shop in Minneapolis to get it fixed even though it was a used "as is" sale. The pricing was better than I was finding closer to home. They also were not pushy about financing or warranties (it was a cash purchase). Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

We had a great experience with Drake! My husband and I went to look for a new car for me. I spoke with Drake in advance and when i arrived (although they didn't have the car i wanted on site) he made sure i had the most comparable car ready for us to test drive. We worked out a deal over the course of a few days... him and his manager Brent spent the time to work with me and be respectful and explain any and all questions we had.

My experience was great. I dropped my car off in the morning and was offered a ride to work. All of my questions were answered and everybody was very friendly. Their shuttle driver was very friendly. We visited about some people we knew on the way to my work. Then he came and picked me up at 4:15 just like we planned. I will definitely be going back for all of my car care.

After a recent used car purchase, I ran into some engine problems right away, the vehicle just quit. I contacted my sales agent and he further directed me to the sales Manager. Billions towed my car in and began the diagnostic process, which was extensive and not easy to find. After the vehicle was diagnosed, they promptly fixed the issue at no charge, and it was rather extensive. My hats off to a great experience, even speaking with upper management, their support was appreciated. Please consider your next car purchase from, Billions, they’ll take car of you.

Got our first service on 2022 Hyundai Venue at nearly 7,000 miles which is just short of recommended 7,500 miles. Also got recall issue with seatbelt tensioner fixed. My experience with other car dealerships is that they take time to explain what they did and go over upcoming service needs for the vehicle. Billions did not. They just pointed in the direction of where the vehicle was parked. Also, other dealerships I've been to wash and vacuum the interior of the vehicle as a courtesy to the owner. Again, Billion did not provide this service, nor did they ask if I wanted it done. I probably would have given them a three and three-quarters star rating if I could have. They definitely need to improve things on their customer service.

I would give 5 stars if I was only leaving a review on Malik Redd, Our salesperson. He was very helpful, but not pushy in any way. But in general, the office managers need to work harder on returning calls.( the reason for the 3 stars) If you have a question, and can only get an answering machine, that's one thing, but a call back would be greatly appreciated. We probably called 8 times and left 4 messages and no call back. Other than that, we have had wonderful experience with this dealership.

Just traded my 2012 Hyundai for a new Tucson and Hunter, our salesman, was very easy to work with throughout the whole process and even afterwards. I had the low tire pressure light that wouldn’t go off after I put air in the tires. One tire would lose more air than the others. They got me in right away, fixed the problems, and gave me estimates for when I would need new tires. And they have chai tea for free while I waited!!!

I recently had my vehicle in for an oil change and some other concerns. I dropped my car off, was welcomed and greeted, asked for an additional service and was informed of the cost associated with it prior to agreeing to go forward with it, and was offered a shuttle service to get back to work while the vehicle was being worked on. I was able to take advantage of the shuttle for a ride back to the dealership and again was welcomed and greeted. Kyle directed me to the appropriate channels to order a new user manual for my vehicle and gave me an extra product to use for my vehicle. The service was reasonably priced, service was excellent, and convenient. Thank you!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership! The service department was AMAZING!I live in Minneapolis and purchased my 2021 Kona at Walser Hyundai. I have had nothing but horrible service there, I was encouraged by my friend (owner of a 2021 Santa Fe purchased at Billion) to take my Kona to Billion while visiting Sioux Falls. Got an appointment the next day, it takes at least 3 weeks at Walser, and they looked up my free oil change program, and I got a free oil change and tire rotation. No hassle. I may be visiting Sioux Falls every time I’m due for an oil change! Thank you for restoring my faith in service departments!

What a wonderful service department! My daughter moved to Brookings for college and she needed her Hyundai serviced. We are 6 hrs away and they were able to make her appointment for recalls and an oil change, etc. over the phone. Then..she went the wrong day. However they were still able to fit her in and service her vehicle. That is Amazing!!! They completed the work, communicated well with her and explained everything so well. I was even able to pay her bill when the service was complete. So easy to work with with! Will def feel comfortable sending her there again!

Did a walk in at the collision center. I was in and out in 15 minutes and everything I needed was handled perfectly. I haven't had a need to visit a body repair shop since 2004 so I was a little pensive about the process but Eric put me at ease instantly which was a big plus. So much for confidence building, I'll have to update this review when the work is done and the process is finished.

They took very good care of us. They gave options before we got there. We were there to get wheels unlocked because we had lost the key. It would have been very expensive to have to drill them off but they had a key on hand and it saved us a lot of money. They had water and snacks available while we waited, very kind and courteous. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to have my door handle replaced, fix my blinker and the rattling in my hatch, it was actually pretty cheap because found out a way to fix the existing parts, instead of putting new ones on. I'm happy. I also liked the new video feature they have. It's good to hear and see what the mechanic worked on from the mechanic himself.

Dealership itself is good and got in fast, my one and only complaint is that after getting it serviced, I had several deep scratches on my hood. I baby my car and somehow getting it back I noticed the scratches and immediately spoke with the service manager. He looked in to the incident but found no fault he said. Even tho I had looked over the car right before turning it into them. He did offer to have the scratches buffed out and it looked good at first. I thought it would be more permanent, but first rain storm that day took the wax off they applied and I could see the scratches again. Didn't realize that was an old temp trick for getting out scratches. My recommendation is look over your car before picking it up. I couldn't argue it more since I still had 7 hrs of road time and had wasted 3 hrs there dealing with them.

Took my wife's car in to have a small repair made on the sunroof. A rubber seal had detached and needed to be reattached. No parts needed. I left the dealership and got about 1/2 way home and decided to try the sunroof. It now squealed terribly and moved incredibly slow. You could tell the drive motor was really straining. In order to close the sunroof, I had to manually assist it, otherwise it would get part way closed and then reverse. I now have another appointment next week. Wish me luck.

Customer waiting area was equipped with cold & hot beverages, comfortable couches, variety of snacks, & restroom was easy to find.
A little of improvement: pls add a changing table in the women’s bathroom for mom & the little ones.

The timing belt was bad. But I no more than turned onto the road and the engine chugged and almost quit. I then drove to the bank, to the library and shut it off. I did my business and the car started and ran good on the way home.
It acted like there was a slug of something in the fuel or something. I hope it does not stall on the road again. I tried to call service but could not get through. I will call tomorrow morning.

The first time I came in they were super helpful, got everything I needed done. The call center is total garbage, takes way too long to talk to the person you wanna talk to and the call center people have a hard time just transfering me when I ask, they constantly think they can do the advisors job. The service actually done on my vehicle was excellent and I trust this shop very much. The advisors could use a little work though, my wife had a dead battery when she picked up the car and both advisors didnt seem like they knew what to do, also I had to correct them on the final bill. Overall good service though.

I live out of town, and my car broke down near Sioux Falls. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, and get the parts ordered. Since it took a couple weeks to get the parts from the factory, they were able to give me a loaner so that I could make it to my business appointments. The car was repaired perfectly and the staff was very helpful.
Update 1/21/20: Again, my car developed an issue while I was traveling in Sioux Falls. It was making such a noise that I did not know if it was safe to drive it the 75 miles home. Billion got my car in right away, and had the problem diagnosed in just a few minutes. They gave me a loaner so I could continue my work in Sioux Falls, and had my wheel bearings repaired in just a couple hours. Billion saves the day again!
My 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid has over 320,000 miles on it, and has rarely needed repairs, but it has been great to have quick, friendly, convenient, knowledgeable service when I needed it.

During my most recent routine service visit on Friday, 25 May 2018, our Service Advisor alerted me to a suspension issue and a transmission fluid leak that I was unaware of, their safety implications, and maintenance options to address them. Fortunately, Service Center staff were able to address both of them during the visit. The results make a very noticeable driving difference on the road and peace of mind regarding safety. That was in South Dakota there was no one in South Dakota that could help me because of Covid. I drove in I made myself a cup of coffee and sat down I didn't even have time to drink the coffee before the car was done and ready for me to go. That means so much to a woman who's traveling single on the highway. These guys seem very trustworthy to me. Made me wish I had time to look at what they had on the lot. I had an appointment today 6/16/2020, for a check engine light. The tech who's name I do not know, unfortunately, was attentive and brought up other valid concerns regarding things that could be worked on for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and let me know the issues as they came up, always getting my approval before having the work done. He was also kind enough to give me an estimate on how long it would take, and he was pretty accurate. With the other things that came up during the repair the hour turned to two but that was to be expected. I was able to drive my car back to Yankton which is about an hour and a half drive with no issues. The prompt and professional manner in which things were handled made the experience an enjoyable one. I will be taking my Hyundai Sonata back for any other repairs that it may need in the future.

Than there was Tyler who helped and guided me through the finance process. Daniel Eichinger was awesome in explaining how all technical devices that are on this car. He was very funny in his explanation. I bought a 2020 Hyundai Sonta Sel Plus. We were driving from Chicago to San Francisco when our Hyundai Santa Fe displayed a check engine light and lost power at night outside Mitchell. Long story short, the next morning we spoke with the service manager (Shawn). With the codes from our OBD he was able to give us a diagnosis over the phone and he was able to check that the part we probably needed was in stock. We got our car back to Sioux Falls, got it seen quickly, got it checked out and actually fixed. Later that afternoon we were back on our way. I can tell you that the Santa Fe performed flawlessly going from South Dakota to California and then back to Chicago. Thank you Billion Hyundai Sioux Falls!

I would give Billion Hyundai Sioux Falls SD the highest rating for service advisor Jordan Vogel. With this crazy below zero weather our car wasnt starting.
We were on a tow list unsucessfully.
Jordan had Chance the courtesy shuttle driver come over to jump our vehicle and take it to their service center. We were given a loaner to use.
A lifesaver definitely as we have only 1 vehicle. Jordan was so helpful on a very frustrating day.
We appreciated his "can do" attitude!
