Billion Nissan is amazing! We ended up working with Zach and he was amazing! He didn’t act like a salesman, he acted like a friend or buddy- never over pushed us or gives you a big sales pitch! He sits and gets to know you as a person- we have been looking at smaller pickups or suvs and instead talked me into getting another car! I was wanting to get away from cars because I like room.. we ended up buying a brand new 2023 Nissan Altima- which Altima’s I have always like the style of them- but this car was an absolute beaut and had all the comforts! Thank you Zach for all your help and the finance team is also amazing! Pretty sure my fiancé troy gained a couple new buddies from here🤣 beings we just moved here a month ago! We worked with Greg Martinez at Billion Chevy and he did a great job. We told him to be straight up and honest with us on vehicles and we’re able to joke around between locations. He worked within our budget and searched for hours. He took the time to search and got to know what we were looking for. As people who do not switch out vehicles often, we wanted a certain criteria and he made it happen. Super nice guy who just moved here and did more than any salesman has done for us before.

Was really good service straight to the point. Nothing to complain about. Would recommend others to go here if looking for a vehicle. I didn't feel like I was being forced to buy a car. When we were waiting in the lobby for the car to be pulled up we were asked several times of we have been helped which was amazing. Great service all around!

The only issue I had was vehicle delivery. I ordered my vehicle in the middle of winter, and delays happen. However, they continued to give me one week notices as a time. I wish they would have been more honest with expected delivery timelines. Ended up waiting over 30 days, when I was originally told 7. We experienced 4 days of blizzards, so I am being nice with the 5 stars.

Billion does good work, but the experience has not been great.. twice now within 6 months Billion Chevrolet has tried to charge me hundreds for work that is covered under warranty or recall. Either they’re too lazy to check if people have warranties or if the service is under recall, or they’re slimy and trying to double dip. Communication was also terrible. They never called when they said they would, then when I tried calling them, the technician and service dept let my call go to voicemail two times each! I had to call billion’s general line to get ahold of anyone. The work got done, but it was a headache.

I think people would like some more correspondence with what is happening with the repairs and keep the customer up to date. I would not recommend any V8s made by GM in the 2020-2021 timeframe due to what happened to my brand new vehicle.

I had a flat tire on my Escalade and went in with just the tire. I was in no hurry... so a few days later they reinstalled the tire after putting a new valve stem on it which was defective. Not only did they put the tire back on my vehicle but they put the spare away underneath and then they washed my vehicle! The service at this dealership is incredible! It's exactly what you would expect from a high-end Cadillac dealership... And then they go the extra mile and surprise you. Thank you Rod and the rest of your service staff for taking such good care of me and my vehicle! As a touring performer I just need this vehicle to work... but it's a nice bonus when you roll up looking super sharp and projecting a company image that says "we're doing just great".

Billions did a great job working with me to figure out the issue with my Trailblazer. They were very courteous and professional. I am not pressed on how long it took to get the parts to fix it. From the first time I brought up the issue until the time it was fixed it was almost a year. It took 9 months to figure it out since it was not throwing any codes but billions kept working out and 3 months to get parts to fix the issue. Not overly happy with GM in general for driving a” broken “ vehicle for that long before they figured out the issue. I am disappointed that I have not been offered any kind of compensation for having the issue that long which made trips inconvenient since the cruise control was very inconsistent if it would work or not.

It is unfortunate that you spend almost 70k on a truck and it shows up missing the bed liner and running boards that you were told it would have during the purchase process. Be careful of what you expect when buying site unseen. When brought to the attention of sales their response was guess it doesn't come as part of this package anymore. In this new sales world they don't have to follow thru because if you don't take it someone else will. 🤷

Going into this car buying process with Negative Equity, Nick was able to give me a more then fair price for my trade in. Usually when working out a car deal the dealer will tell you one thing via phone/email and then when you actually get to the dealership the numbers are much higher. NOT HERE!!! I drove 5 hours to purchase my new vehicle! When I arrived, I was very much welcomed with the upmost respect. My new car was parked on the SHOWROOM floor all polished up!!!The best part was that my deal was the SAME as we had discussed in our emails!!!

However, I was very disappointed to have to spend almost $400 on a transmission flush that should have been done before I bought the vehicle from you. The flush was due at 45,000 miles and I bought the truck at 54,000 miles. I'm not sure if this is a common practice but made me feel very taken advantage of. My expectation when purchasing a used vehicle is that all of the necessary service is done before it is sold to me.

The vehicle inspection report showed that all 4 tires were inflated to 35 psi. The vehicle's information system showed 27 psi on one tire and 35 psi on the other three. I checked all four tires and the vehicle's system was correct. Makes me curious as to whether or not they actually performed the vehicle inspection.

I had the best experience at Billion Nissan. I was looking for a new SUV, but had no idea which one I wanted. I accidentally turned into the wrong dealership, ended up falling in love with the new Rogue. Ian Kumerow was our salesman. He was fantastic, he took note of my must haves, and then proceeded to blow us away with all of those plus so many more amazing things about the vehicle. He answered every single silly question I had, knew so much about every vehicle on the lot, and even made the paperwork portion of the purchase easy and somehow-fun! He even knew what kind of bulbs were in the headlights! 🤣 I highly recommend him to anyone who knows what vehicle they want, and even to those that aren’t sure because he has all the knowledge to help you find the perfect fit. He sent me pictures when my car arrived on the lot, and has checked in with us to make sure we are loving the car and don’t have any new questions. We will continue to go to Ian for any and all vehicle needs and purchases until the man retires- which we hope isn’t too soon-sorry Ian! 13/10 would recommend!

Called these guys while moving across the country in an old RV with a Chevy Chassis. Our driver window would not roll up making the lasted few hundreds of miles of our trip quite obnoxiously loud. After calling every RV place in Sioux Falls, I thought, well I can try the manufacturer of the chassis. Immediately glad I did. The gal I talked to was friendly and did everything she could to promptly get us in.
Once we got there, it was a bit unclear as to where I should go and who I should talk to about the appointment I scheduled. But that's my ONLY qualm. And it was quenched when an employee noticed my lost stupor and directed me to where to go. It was evident that the RV thing was going to be a new experience for all of us, but they were happy to do whatever needed to be done. Since this 12 ft tall 32 foot long hauler wouldn't fit in their garage, they just came outside in the frigid motioning it was. They were able to get the window up but would have needed to order parts to fix it completely, something we declined because really, we just were tired of the noise produced by our initial ghetto plastic and duct tape fix.
All in all, great people Great coffee. Great donuts.

Fantastic service. I believe Kris was our service advisor. This is the 2nd time in ten years (ten years apart to the day) that we have had to stop here after having issues with my trucks while travelling through. Same experience each time.....honest advice....accurate estimates......fair pricing...and quick service. I can't ask for more. Hope I never have to stop again but this will be the place if I do. I'd give ten stars if I could.

I took my car in to have scratches repainted on November 11th. I was supposed to take it on November 7th, but there were no loaner cars available. I wasn't told how long it would take, so I called after 10 days. They said they found more damage after taking it apart, so it would be 2 extra weeks. Then I was told it would be done on December 23rd. That came and went. Now the finish date is supposed to be January 3rd. IF, and that's a BIG if, it's done then, it will be 54 days... I'm not holding my breath.

I'm sure this doesn't happen all the time, but the person that made my appointment really dropped the ball. I called and said that I needed to get my truck in for the shudder in my transmission. They told me that they had an opening at 11am the next day and the service takes about an hour. I showed up at 10:50 and Jesse explained that they wouldn't be able to work on my truck until 12:30pm due to them all going to lunch at 11:30. I drove an hour to get there and wasn't going home, so I had to wait 2.5 hours for a 1 hour service. The service itself was great and my truck is perfect. The whole appointment debacle was tragic.

My appointment was at 1:30pm and they called me back around 4pm with the repairs complete (right side lifters replaced). They told me it would be about 2 hours. Fine with that. They didn't tell me when my car was done. After being there for 2 hours and 22 minutes, I went to see about my car. Couldn't see it, so then went to the cashier to see if it was done, and it was. I asked, "how long has it been done?" and her response was, "I don't know, they just bring me the paperwork". Another dealership had to warrenty the shocks on the hatch of my 2019 car that is not a Chevy. The bad original shocks caused one of the hinges to bend. They said they wouldn't be able to fix the bent hinge and told me to go to a body shop. I went to Chevy Billion, and they fixed it for free, though we all agreed that the original dealership should have fixed it. What a kind and wonderful staff. I won't forget them.

The technicians there spent, an unknowingly, 3 day adventure into the Tahoe’s electrical brain. My only recommendations (because every business has room for improvement) is somehow keeping customers updated on what’s going on and/or the unknown problems that arise while we are in the waiting room (in my case 2 1/2 hours) having no idea what’s going on. Alex was amazing at updating me, when he had time. Alex is very good at his job and I witnessed the frustrations he has to deal with in his role. That dude either needs a raise or he needs another one of “him” so that he has time to drive cars around, take phone calls, triage phone calls, coordinate appointments, update customers, call customers back at the end of the day, oh and everything else he does. Jim was the best also! I was finally at my wits end (like the Tahoe tech) after 2 1/2 hours and Jim drove me home ☺️ He was very nice to talk with and he calmed me down tremendously by the time I got home.

It had a small screw in the tire and took less than 20 minutes to repair at a cost of $37.00 to put a plug in it. I guess next time we will find a different repair shop. They were polite and got me right in but too expensive for my budget.

Staff were friendly and diagnosed my vehicle, but doesn’t seem like they are very careful when working around vehicles. Two of my doors were fairly scratched from the work they did and they didn’t seem too concerned to make it right. Also having to bring it back in to get it fixed a month later is a large inconvenience. Why not fix it while it’s already there?

Jesse was amazing for us! We had scheduled the service a week ago after finding out the DVD player wasn’t working and needed to be replaced, he handled everything with the warranty company to get everything cleared and taken care of. We dropped the car off the night before the service and he was actually able to work it in to get it done that day instead of the next day. This prevented my wife and I from driving in the coming storm a half hour away to get it when it was scheduled to be fixed. Highly recommend Jesse and their crew. The new express lane is a great new addition. And pretty fast. But when the techs did their multi point inspection and got to the tires, they released too much air. They put the psi to the correct amount IF the the air in the tire was cold, not taken into consideration that the vehicle was driven and warm. I had to add air to all tires.

The maintenance that was done to our vehicle, was done well, and my wife and I are happy to go to billion for our auto service needs. We also have had very positive previous experiences here.
Although, the service advisor, Jesse, who helped us this time did not explain anything he did, and seemed irritated. He barely said a few words, so we hardly knew what was really done, and what we were paying for. He didn't even tell us the price; so we didn't know how much it was until we were checked out by someone else. All he said was, "your vehicle's done", then he started to walk away. Also when we left we couldn't find our vehicle, due to him parking it behind a row of vehicles, when he said it was right out front. We just hope that next time we go, we don't feel like it's an inconvenience for us to be there.
But, while we were waiting, we noticed the other employees helping people were very friendly, and elaborated to others very well.
On the flip side, we have been helped by many other great service advisors in previous experiences. In the past, they have been exceptionally helpful, and explained the work being done very well. We wish that all other service advisors would be like the positive past experiences.
In conclusion, we'll definitely continue to come here for our vehicle's services, and are glad to. :)

I got a call 105 minutes later, which I consider pretty darn good. That was the second time I've used the service department with good experiences both times. Could easily be 5 stars but the price tag knocks it down a few stars. $150 to replace spark plugs is at least $20 too high even for an expensive shop. The shuttle service is better than Vern Eide locations from my own experience. Prompt and pleasant.

They were able to get me a loaner vehicle, which I actually started to fall in love with. However, the request that was supposed to be sent over to the shop to get me a loaner vehicle didn’t get passed over to the shop.
Overall, I really enjoy billions, it is a large company and I know I will be bringing my vehicle back... and will be buying my next vehicle from them.

It was a long process they first thought the problem was bad spark plugs then they had to start tearing the engine apart mind you this is a 2020 Chevy Colorado on the second day they gave me a loaner they finally figured it to be a cam they contacted GMC they don't make them so the next step they had to put a whole new engine in at no charge it took about a week for the whole process but Jeremy kept updating me every step either calling ot texting

I was very pleased with my experience today. I am traveling from out of state, I walked in without an appointment, they took care of me instantly, fixed my problem and got me out in a reasonable amount of time. Loved the waiting room options, there is a quiet area of you want to read or work. There is also a kids of all ages area with tv's, toys and video games. They had light snacks and beverages for you while you wait. Everyone was very pleasant and had a smile on their face. Thank you!!!
