All I can say is WOW. Izzy and Hassan made my first car buying experience more positive than I ever could have anticipated.
Izzy was so responsive to my questions via text all morning, sent additional photos of the car I was interested in, and got me an appointment to test drive it right away. She got me an amazing deal on the vehicle I wanted AND got me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in. She was never pushy, always kind, and more helpful than any other salesperson I have ever met. I absolutely could not have had such an A++ experience without her! Thank you Izzy!!!
Hassan answered every single finance question that crossed my mind with a smile on his face. He contacted multiple banks to get me a wildly competitive APR and monthly payment, spent upwards of an hour explaining every single thing there is to know about financing a car, and even talked to my mom on the phone to explain things that I couldn’t. He described in detail every single paper I signed, gave me amazing advice for owning my first financed car, how to refinance and when to do it, and was so personable. Thank you Hassan!!!
I was a bit stressed coming into my first-time financing experience alone, but Izzy and Hassan made it painless, educational, and had me out of there with my new car as quick as they could! I am obsessed with my fancy new car, and could not have asked for a better buying experience. I drove to Honda of Sumner from my home in Port Orchard, and would do it again in a heartbeat for the service I received today. I cannot recommend them enough, and will definitely be back when I buy my next car!

Honda of Sumner was quick and efficient when selling me my car. Similarly, the service guy (Danny I believe) who helped me with my license plates was extremely hard working and helpful. However, their communication concerning a part they ordered for me and the time it is taking to get it sorted out isn’t great. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 9:30am. I arrived 5 min early. Staff was friendly. I was quoted 90min tops. I had my toddler with me, I told them we would be waiting. After 2 hours passed I checked in. I had to wait an additional 15 min. The price was slightly lower than I was quoted. They also gave me a complimentary car wash. Overall good experience. Would have been perfect if it took only 90 min

The service was great. I took my car in for a quick check up and they didn’t find anything in the diagnostic codes. Instead of charging the diagnostics fee, there was no charge! I really appreciate everyone I spoke with having a friendly attitude. I’ve been a few times and will definitely come back in the future.

Jeff at Honda in the service department went above and beyond all expectations. My wife’s car broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire. It had a locking nut on it so I couldn’t takeoff the tire myself I drove in the Honda with my other car and told him the scenario. This is when Jeff went above and beyond he took me in a car with the master lock keys for the Lugnuts to be able to help me change my car not charging me anything. We get there and none of his tools would work and instead of just saying sorry I can’t help you he said you know what I think we can do something else let’s go back to the dealership I’ll grab some more tools and will go back out to your car to see if it works. Just so you know this was 20 minutes round-trip each time we did this. Once we came back with the other set of tools he was able to fix my flat and under five minutes. Even after this I told him that I needed my car the next day because we were leaving on a family vacation and he went picked my tires up from somewhere else took it back to the dealership and had all the work done by 4 o’clock the following day. Jamie Jackson, she’s a salesperson, but also honest and friendly. Not your typical interaction with a salesperson and in a good way. She made the experience enjoyable and I wasn’t stressed about the time I spent there. I had fun, it was a good day. I was rather demanding on criteria I needed to fit and that can be frustrating, but she didn’t sweat it. The type of individual you want on your sales team or customer service team to make the company look good.
Hassan, this gentleman not only made the financing experience enjoyable, but actually… ended up saving me a significant amount of money. I would never have told you I’ve had an individual approach me at a car dealership saying they know they can get me a better rate and are going to do so. He did so, and saved me money in other vehicle areas. Kinda wowed me a bit.

My wife and I came in to look at a truck, and initially had a poor experience with a very pushy salesperson who pushed us to finance the truck and basically called us stupid for wanting to pay cash instead. After we were unable to get the vehicle for our maximum price, we had to walk away. We went back in a couple days later after being in contact with a different salesperson who said they could honor our price if we could come in that day. This experience was a completely different one, and the absolutely most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. The salesperson's name was Keeley, and she was completely the opposite. Not pushy, respected our wishes, and super friendly. We will absolutely keep this dealership and salesperson at the forefront of any future auto purchases.

Quick and easy car loan on a car that met my needs and came with bumper to bumper warranty. Staff were kind and very efficient. I already have a car purchased here already, and I am still waiting on the call from the guy at the other lot who said he had my back... and was going to hook me up. Probably the easiest car buying experience I have had. I went in looking at an SUV and walked away with an Impala that was a very reasonable deal for a decent rig. Two thumbs up!

It seems to me that an oil change and transmission fluid change should not take 2 hours if you made an appointment, especially when reminded to be on time for the appointment. My suspicion is work didn't start for 40 - 60 minutes. I mean I can get an oil change in 15 minutes at XXXXX if there's no one in front of me. Otherwise things were good.

Great place for oil changes, but other maintenance can be a bit high. Recommend taking FCA vehicles to the dealership for oil and lube if you dont have resources at home to DYI.

5 stars to their service department and 2 starts to their Honda showroom reps. It was hard to bring my car back to this dealership after experiencing the customer service I received.
I had recently purchased a brand new, fully loaded, Honda Pilot from another dealership. Honda of Sumner is less than a mile from my home and as I wanted to install other accessories I went to this dealership to ask for a car wash while I spoke to the service department about installing parts. I was greeted by two men who were standing at the front door of the dealership like vultures who told me no, they don’t give feee car washes. I honestly thought they were joking and proceeded to ask again. Nope they weren’t joking and continued to sort of laugh at me which was just incredible rude. It was hard to go back but as I needed a service I returned to their service department and they were awesome!!! Helpful, honest and great customer service. I will be returning to purchase my services from their department with no plans to purchase anything from their dealership, ever! When it’s time for a new car, I will be giving my business to another dealership.

Amazing team at Burien Honda! My first interaction was with Braden who was quick to confirm the car that I wanted was available and promptly engaged his mangers to meet my budget for my new 2023 HR-V! I spoke with Josh on the phone as well, who unlike other dealerships was able to work on pricing over the phone without coming to the dealership first. I knew I made the right decision to buy my car from Burien Honda when I arrived at the dealership and they held true to their offer made over the phone without any objection or pressure/guilting into upgrading or adding anything to the vehicle that I didn’t want or need. This was not my experience at the other 4 dealerships I attempted to work with. Ryan in finance was honest, straight to the point, and did not push any unnecessary factory deals on me, which took away a lot of stress and made me feel that much more comfortable with my choice to purchase the HR-V. 12/10 would recommend them over Fife!!

One of the best things about this Honda dealership is you do not necessarily need an appointment to be seen. You can drive up without making an appointment. Service techs are knowledgeable about Hondas, but lack sound estimates on the length of time it will take for a repair or servicing. This might just be me, but I prefer a detailed timeline for just about everything (work, car repairs, vacations, etc.). However, I have seen this dealership go above and beyond to help a customer; understand what work is necessary or optional, discuss payment plans, offer loaner cars, discuss options about every aspect of repairs, etc. I strongly recommend the service department at Rairdon Auto.
Why four stars? Again this might be just me, but it was for the time estimating I mentioned above. Except for that, I have no issues with Rairdon’s service department.

Our TPMS light was staying on, even after our regular tire service provider set tire pressure, and reseated and sealed the sensors. The light came back on, and flashing. We took the car to our Honda dealer; they fixed the problem and worked with us around scheduling. Very happy with how we were treated as well as the work.

My car was acting up. It was hesitant to start and I knew something was off. I drove to the grocery store with no problem. As soon as I came back to my car it wouldn't start. I knew it was my battery or starter. None of my warning lights came on. Anyhow, I called around for estimates for worst case scenario. Honda actually came in very fair for a new starter. They were polite in answering my call and didn't refuse to give me a quote. Other shops quoted me $150 less to almost $200 more. NOT including their diagnostic fee! Some shops said I needed to pay for a diagnostic first before a specific quote and couldn't get to my car until a week out. Took it to Honda. No charge. Tested everything. Tightened some cables and said I'm good. HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SRRVICE! :) Very GRATEFUL🙏 Thank-you Jeff Douglas and service team. 🙌

Good and bad. I was very pleased with the kindness of the service person when I dropped my vehicle at the dealership. I was NOT pleased that it took so much longer than they said to fix. I have had several appointments where I had scheduled a minivan loaner to replace my van during repairs, and instead they gave me a sedan. It did not adequately or even legally fit my four young children in it. That and the extra repair time caused me to have several awkward situations with transportation.

This review is specifically for the service department. I hit a rough patch of asphalt on the freeway and started hearing a bunch of rattle noises in the car. They were able to diagnose that it was actually some rocks that got stuck behind the wheel well guard and clear it out. Didn’t even charge me for it. Really great service and super friendly.

I hate car salespeople and the whole dickering process. Besides the emotional factor of giving up the independence of driving.
I was so impressed with the way Kristin dealt with the whole process. She got right down to the details, didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, and made what I considered a good deal.
Reardon handled all the paperwork and I was out of there in under an hour. I came away feeling very good about the process.
Funny side is I sat at the same desk I had when I bought the car 5 years earlier. Good experience then too.

The service was truly worth 5 stars, great experience. They did a 200K service on my 2004 Honda Pilot, which needed quite a bit of work. After I got my estimate my SO called his mechanic whom he knew for a very long time. They confirmed that the type of maintenance Honda of Sumner recommended was needed at this point as well that the price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire experience was professional and smoothly coordinated.

Had our 2006 CR-V (207K miles) back in for a noise that was coming from the transmission area after we’d had the clutch and transmission replaced in January. Jason (Service Manager) and Juan (Service Advisor) and the service crew seemed to leave no screw or bolt unturned and no effort untried to find the source of the noise. Unfortunately, despite the 3 day effort, they were unable to determine what was causing the noise. They assured us that there is nothing mechanically wrong with the vehicle so we’re looking forward to enjoying many more miles in our trusty CR-V. We appreciate the effort of the entire crew.

Have to give a shout out to the guys at Rairdon of Marysville and also Meaghan and the Service Dept. at Rairdon of Kirkland. This review is not about some kind of super deal that I got on a used Ram because it wasn't a great deal. It was a fair deal though and great deals are hard to come by or maybe impossible in the current market here in 2022 and also that's not the point of this review. The point of this review is more about the buyer experience post purchase.
My story.... lets just say that the 2019 high mileage Ram that I bought unfortunately had some "issues" within a few weeks after I purchased it. About $1200 worth of issues to be exact. The Marysville guys were super helpful and stepped up to cover the cost of repairs. They could of easily said too bad so sad but they didn't and I'm really grateful for that. In addition, they allowed the actual service to be done at the Kirkland location (they could have said bring it back to Marysville which was fifty miles from where I actually lived). Meaghan and the Service Dept. there were super helpful.
This was my 2nd purchase of a vehicle at Rairdons (one new and now this used vehicle) and both experiences were very positive. I will definitely go back for my next purchase.

Overall there are people who really do care that work here and then there a people that don’t. Lack of follow and follow through as well as communication is a challenge and something that definitely needs to be worked on. I am not 💯 sure if I will buy a car here again. But Jasmine in Sales and Helen in Service are great. I was recently in an auto accident that totaled my car and in a rental going on week 3, when we saw a vehicle of interest on another dealers lot.
Wanting to test drive this vehicle, we decided to go to Honda or Sumner. We saw the vehicle and took it for a spin. Although it was nice enough, it really wasn’t what we were looking for.
Upon parking the test drive vehicle, another vehicle (different make and used) caught our eye. We asked to test drive it and immediately fell in love!
It had all the bells and whistles and even though it had higher than desired mileage, the price point was beyond competitive!
Again we were only there to test drive as we were awaiting an insurance settlement for our other car and our intentions were to purchase a replacement vehicle outright.
We asked about holding the vehicle however that was not an option. The salesman (Nathan) suggested we finance it and just pay it off when we received our settlement. We did just that!
We have purchased MANY new vehicles in the past and it has always been a 6-7 hour ordeal. This however was quite the opposite!
We were in and out within about 3 hours and that included two test drives and ALL of the legal paperwork!
It was a very pleasant and impressive experience!
My ONLY point of contention is not being given a full tank of gas (1/4 tank is what we got).
I’ve never rolled off a lot in a newly purchased vehicle (new or used), with anything less than a full tank of gas.
Would I buy another vehicle from Honda of Sumner? YES!
Would I recommend Honda of Sumner to family/friends? ABSOLUTELY!

Took my 2018 Honda Pilot in for oil change service. This was my first after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. They opened up promptly at 7:30, with a quick check in I left my car for the day. This allowed me to jump on a sounder train to Seattle. They stayed open until 7:00pm giving me plenty of time to get back to the dealership to pickup my vehicle in the evening! They were convenient, fast and friendly can’t ask for more.

The only part of the whole deal that was eh was the last part with the signing of all the legal documents (this is with "the guy" in the back) and, while he was pretty cordial, was a little awkward and pushy when trying to add on something I denied earlier in the deal. Not a huge deal breaker, but that part of the car selling business none the less. We signed the rest of the documents in silence and I was on my way with my certified pre owned car.

Having been a customer to several Honda dealers in the area…this is where I would recommend to come…unless you are in the south end then I would recommend south Tacoma Honda…these are the two locations I will only use.

Our windshield was broken by a rock so I called Rairdon Honda to use our insurance policy we purchased when we bought the new vehicle. For some unknown reason, our policy was cancelled. The customer service representative, Emily, researched this problem and took care of our windshield at no cost to us and reinstated our policy. Whatever the issue was she made sure it is resolved.
It took a while for the windshield to arrive and when it did, Genuine Auto Glass was the 3rd party contractor that installed it. When I picked up our car, the hood of the car was very dirty with something black. Perhaps it was grease or some sort of product that was used in the installation. I brought this the the attention of the service advisor, Brittni, who said that they don't wash cars and it was the 3rd party, Genuine Auto glass, that left my car dirty. She then gave me 2 Brown Bear car wash tickets. FYI: I don't use commercial car wash facilities to wash my car.
I left disappointed. About 5 miles away from the dealership, it started to rain and I turned on the windshield wipers. The wipers made a horrible scrapping and clicking noise. I turned around and headed back to the dealership.
I looked around for Helen Kahsay, the Drive Manager. I have worked with her since we purchased our car in 2018. She was in a meeting, which I interrupted, to ask her to help me with our car and the problems I was encountering. She is very customer service orientated and immediately came out to my car so I could show her what was going on. I showed her the grease on the hood of the car, the broken glass inside on the dashboard, and told her about the awful noise that was being made by the wipers. Helen had her detail man clean up my car and then we began trying to figure out the noise and what exactly the problem was. It took some time and Helen’s keen eye, to figure out that the wrong windshield had been installed. It was not a Honda, OEM windshield. The curve of the glass was wrong and that was why the wipers were not working properly.
The correct windshield was 3 times the price of this after market windshield. Emily took care of this immediately. We were told that the correct windshield was on backorder with no estimated delivery date.
To bring this long story to an end, the windshield was found within a day and installed the next day which was nearly a miracle in today's atmosphere of supply chain shortages and delays.
Emily took a good amount of time and effort to explain our original invoice to us, explaining the permaplate policy and what it covers.
Both Helen and Emily should be commended for their excellent customer service. And Brittni should take a lesson or two from Helen on how to treat a customer.

Drove right in, someone came to my vehicle to assist me. I was there for an oil change as well as any mileage based maintenance for my vehicle. It was explained that no major maintenance was needed at the mileage my vehicle was at so an oil change and inspection was all that was needed. I was given a time and went to the waiting room. I was greeted around the estimated time, at this time it was explained to me that a couple filters came back needing to be changed. They gave me the prices and I approved of the changing. It was just a few minutes later and I was receiving my vehicle and paying before leaving the shop.

Today I had my oil changed at Rairdon’s Honda of Sumner. I made an appointment several days in advance for the “guaranteed” 40 minute oil change so that I could hopefully be in and out within the 1 hour allotted for my lunch break. My car wasn’t ready until nearly 2 hours later and I heard other people in the waiting room also expressing frustration about the length of time their service was taking. For $75, they didn’t even wash or vacuum my car. I’ve been a customer of Rairdon’s for several years but after my latest experience I don’t think I will be returning.

My only comment is about the waiting area. It was pretty cold. My feet got cold. I ended up moving to the showroom. It wasn’t quite as comfortable but it was a bit warmer.
Perhaps a second set of doors would prevent the cold air (or warm air in the summer) from disrupting the temperature of of the area.

I dropped in for an oil change since they don't take appointments and they said it would probably be a 90 minute wait. I wasn't thrilled with that but realized it was 3:20 PM. I went shopping on foot and got back close to 5PM. I then waited with a customer in front of me and could see my vehicle outside so I knew the work was complete. I waited around for 10 to 15 minutes behind the customer in front of me and finally got my turn. I was really wanting to get home but the guy helping me was chatting me up. He was nice and friendly and I didn't mind for a bit but felt like he could have gotten down to business sooner. Then all the paperwork and signing. I didn't leave their until about 5:25 PM. Yes, I don't mind someone being thorough but I definitely think he could have shortened up the whole process. This is why I have rated the experience with only 3 stars. He did go over future work needed on my car which I had asked about when I arrived but 2 hours of time seems excessive for an oil change.

You all know dealerships are always more expensive, but usually you get what you pay for, and great customer service means a lot to me. I've been taking my cars here for most of my service needs for almost 10 years. And though they have had some not so good service managers in the past that caused me to not use them for a year or two, the new manager and service staff seem to be way more dedicated to customer satisfaction. But again you are paying for it, so don't complain about the cost unless you find a real discrepancy in the estimate or work performed. That said you should always shop around.

I came for express service for oil change and tire rotation. Check in process is really fast and cool with the video walk around to check car for damage. The text message for detail of service is also great, the only thing I wish is there is an update of car in process like car is in gagare, car is 30 minutes from done, etc. would be nicer and will get 5 stars. The waiting room is ok and clean with coffee and latte machine for hot drink. I can’t ask for more since we are in covid time. Also really appreciate that no music playing while waiting in there. Some other car service places play music regardless customers feel annoying or not. Thanks fot take good care of my car and I will be back when car need more services.

Called to schedule an oil change for my 2020 Fit— they told me “You don’t need an appointment, just come on in.” I showed up at around 9am thinking I might have a bit of a wait— checked in and speaking with a Service Staff within 30 seconds of opening my car door. Greeted by Bill Shipley, super personable and friendly guy. Bill had me back on the road in about 45 mins. I’m glad I bought my Honda from Rairdons (along with the service package). I went in for an express service for oil change and tire rotation. Check in process was quick. Wish I had some type of notification in regards to detail of service or an update of car status. There were about 5 people waiting in front of me, seemed like they were waiting for quite awhile. Eventually they all left, a mother and daughter came in and I was still waiting for my vehicle to be completed. I look up and they are being called out, I never received an update until I got up to get a status on my vehicle. The waiting room is ok and clean with water and coffee machine.

Brandon & Shane both went over and beyond. I’ve had ongoing issue with my vehicle for over a year. I had another Honda dealership allegedly resolved the problem ; they did nothing but fed me empty promises and took my money! I dropped in without an appointment for an oil change and vehicle inspection around 330 in the afternoon. They were able to start on my car right away and do the oil change, do the check up, and a couple of other maintenance items and get me out in about 90 minutes, maybe less. This was the best case I could have hoped for and they did it.
The service waiting area looked new and well kept up. The whole dealership looks pretty new.
The service advisor, Mike, was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and positive. He informed me about available services, but wasn't pushy in selling.

I brought my ‘99 Civic in on a Saturday to take care of an airbag recall. Expectations were set that I might not get the car back until Monday due to technician availability, Covid staffing, etc, so imagine my surprise when they called a few hours later to tell me they had gotten my car in early and finished the work! They also did an inspection for free and let me know about a few things to keep an eye on. All in all it was a great, quick experience and I’d definitely come back!

Wish the waiting area had a small desk or table so I could so some work while I waited (2 hours). Lobby is small though. Service is supposed to include complimentary car wash according to the website but that didn't happen. Otherwise it was great and seemed clean.

Today’s experience was flawless and exceeded my expectations. I was coming towards the end of my lease with my first car from this dealership and Derrick was very helpful. His professionalism and customer service was superb. Very nice and friendly. He wasn’t all about selling a vehicle but actually got to know me as a customer, which I very much appreciate. The finance manager was just the same. Kudos to the both of them. I’ve experienced other car salesman and their tactics to just sell the car and their main priority was to make sure the car was out of the lot at the end of the day. If you are in the position of looking for a new car and have needs and wants met, I recommend going to Honda of Burien. 10/10 for sure! What was meant to be a simple oil change turned out to be an experience I’m truly thankful for and I got to go home with a brand new 2022 Honda Civic. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

This rating is for the actual service that was provided thanks to the Service Manager. The service the employee who assisted me provided however, was poor. I had advised him that I believed the service was covered under my extended service contract. He told me it wasn't. I checked with the Honda dealership where I purchased the vehicle. He told me it was covered and that any Honda dealership could have checked and found that out. If it had not been for the intervention of the Service Manager, and my challenging the employee, I would have been charged over $750 for a service that had already been paid for through my service contract. That is not OK.

In the end, I walked away with what I had wanted and what had been promised, getting there was the tough part. Experience: The original car I made an appointment the next day to see was sold and I was not told this until I drove 40 minutes for the test drive. I was told I was “being laughed at” for what I wanted payment-wise even though I had mentioned my budget before looking (and it fit the original car I had wanted to look at). I was promised the AC would be fixed in the agreement of the sale, they looked at it and had it “fixed” while I did my paperwork, drove off and it was working great, turned the car on the next day… no AC. I messaged my sales person about it to which I got the reply “the car was sold ‘as is’ and the AC was working when you drove it off the lot”. They said they would speak to the general manager and I eventually was able to have it repaired and working fine again. There are other personal issues I had with this experience as well, but above are the unbiased factors I experienced.

Brought our 2018 Pilot in for oil change (with coupon). No appointment was necessary. I got there at 7:20ish for their 7:30 opening time. I was about 4th in line. They were very up front about the cost and the time it would take to do the oil change (1.5-2 hours), since they were a little short staffed. They finished just after 9:00 and the job appears to have been done well. I am very happy with the experience. On a side note, the coffee/espresso machine in the waiting room is an excellent feature.

I then saw there was a Honda in Burien and promptly scheduled with them. It was an excellent choice! Great Honda service and Ben provided warm and conscientious service. They even cost less than Honda of Seattle. Once car prices settle down, I will be doing a trade in with Honda of Burien. Moral of this story? Choose Honda of Burien!

Newbie salesperson Jalil was a delight. He listened to what we wanted (and didn't want). If he didn't know an answer he found someone who did. He didn't pressure us. He helped us pass the inevitable boring wait for paperwork, and I drove off in a 2017 Corolla LE that was even nicer than I realized.
I had only planned to look, frankly, but the arrangement Calvin worked out for me was a fair deal (to go along with my fair credit). And the decision to buy was an easy one.
It was unsurprisingly tedious at times, but I was satisfied with the overall experience. It was worth the drive to Burien from Bellevue, and I can honestly recommend Rairdon.

Juan did a great job talking care of me today. I came in without an appointment at the end of the day and he greeted me with enthusiasm and explained that what I needed would take about an hour and a half. I am disabled and he explained that I would have wait out of the car and offered to help me get my mobility device out of my car. He then guided me to their very nice waiting room that has an amazing coffee machine with so many choices and so easy to use. They are without exception the best dealership we have ever dealt with… The service technicians are professional and really go out of their way to explain needed repairs, I have never left there feeling taken advantage of which really is a rarity when it comes to car repairs! My car has always been vacuumed and they are extremely careful not to get dirt and grease on seats or floorboards…All around good guys, the Service Manager Ryan, was extremely helpful with a recent service.If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would! I attempted to stick it out until my throat started to burn and hurt I did go back and get a different car, but honestly I don't know who thought that was ok for anyone to drive, sales team are super rude... after they have made the sale or if they know they won't benefit from you.

This dealership gave me the best deal. I saved 3k by buying through them, you could even say I saved around 5k if you count the first dealer I went to and their initial offer. They didn’t try to pressure me into getting any add-ons, they were honest and transparent. The price we discussed over the phone is the price I paid - no surprises or unexpected fees or anything like that. I’m very glad that I didn’t go with the first offer I got from another dealership and decided to look around.

I have had work done on two different days.
First was battery replacement -they squeezed me into their already filled up schedule. Only problem I found was later after all work done and on a weekend going to a friend's house.
The mechanic didn't check to see if my car radio had a security feature that requires it to stay powered up. Needless to say I ended up having to find and enter a security code to be able to listen to the radio again. You also lose all preset radio stations and have to re-enter them.
Second job was new brake pads and resurface the brake motors which were due to be done. No problem with it at all.
The customer service is very friendly and helpful. They also had coupons for what I needed done which helped me save about a hundred dollars.

Made an appt via phone for new struts (had an alignment done and they told me I absolutely needed these but only Honda can do the work) and overall vehicle inspection on Thursday. Brought my car in at designated time on the following Wednesday early am. At 1pm received the work request via text and approved the struts and a couple of other small things. At 4:30 pm called to see if the car was ready but was told they were waiting for me to approve additional items…I said not at this time…car not ready until noon Wednesday. Called at 1pm on Wednesday to see if it was ready and told no and in fact the struts just arrived so now the car is not going to be ready until Thursday. Why when I made the appt for struts did they not order them…? And at anytime I wasn’t kept in the loop as to how long this work would take. They found a loaner for me and I picked it up. Car was ready Friday am. Went to pay and it was $400 more than what I approved (the online work request shows pricing plus tax so it should have been the same price as I added no additional work). That would have me give a 1 star rating but BILL SHIPLEY was absolutely the best guy to get things straightened out and couldn’t have been a better customer service representative for the company. He is why there is a 4 star rating. I hope he doesn’t have to always wrangle cats on his end to get all the work figured out but I thank him and would tell everyone to ask for him by name should they have their vehicle serviced there.

When she started the car to give back to me she noticed a delay in start, which means the o ring in the gasket was warped during installed. It’s a difficult part to install so it can happen. May I suggest putting in recliners for customers like myself who had to wait 2 hours today to get my oil changed. It was MOVING DAY! And I discovered an oil leak near the rear axel of my car! I called Rairdon’s to have it checked before I made a long 3+ hr drive to my new home. They were able to get me in immediately! Issue not discovered ( car says “just kidding!” 😳), but a different issue was found in the engine area. Parts could be acquired next day, but I needed to leave today! They made a report upon which the dealship in my new town could act, and assured me i could make my trip safely, and could have the issue corrected when I reached my new home. I was able to quickly get back to the the old home and finish the loading with the movers! Rairdon’s has always been very accommodating and gracious in all my interactions with them. And they certainly went above and beyond great business practices today!
