The best car service dealership I’ve been to. They keep you appraised of what’s going on with your car with videos of the repair process and constant communication. They check with you before making repairs and let you know what to expect. Their waiting area has a big screen TV, comfortable sofas, coffee, soft drinks, snacks, chargers for any device you have and a kids play area. Joe was my service manager and he was so great. He kept me appraised and made the process easy. So nice to have someone like Joe taking care of things. I recommend Ken Garff Honda Downtown to anyone. You won’t be disappointed,

This was the best dealership I visited during my search for a new car. Eddie was so amazing, no pressure, and allowed me to come back 3 times to drive the car and compare to others I had driven with no questions asked. They had exactly what I wanted, in stock, and I drove away that day. In my husbands words “when I’m ready for a new car, they’ve got my business!” We couldn’t be happier and they made the process so easy and seamless. I really appreciated Eddie’s attitude of “the car will sell itself” attitude and he didn’t try to convince me in any direction. The service advisor who helped me was absolutely great! She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, quick, and wonderfully helpful! She helped me figure out an issue I had with my service contract for my vehicle. But, she went above and beyond to help me find a solution. I had so many questions and she patiently, expertly, and quite excellently answered them all. She also took her valuable time to research answers I needed for multiple questions about my vehicle, even all the ones unrelated to my visit there. Even though they were very busy, she never made me feel rushed or unimportant like so many other places do, and have done.
My car's service was completed more than 30 minutes ahead of schedule! They even cleaned it beautifully, when they were done. A very nice gentleman (who was finishing up the final cleaning, as I walked to my car), answered my questions about my tires and made sure there wasn't a single steak on the inside of my windshield!!
I recommend this service station to Everyone and for Every Vehicle!! Even non- Honda owners like myself. Because my vehicle is actually a Chevrolet!!! But, they still treated me like family!

New location for me since I moved - needed an oil change. Staff was helpful and friendly. I love that they communicate via text and send updates throughout the process. Sent me a video of the checkup on my car. No pressure to purchase services, just recommendations. Their waiting area is expensive with the option of comfortable seats in low light which is relaxing. The soda machine wasn't working but they have coffee and water. Will definitely be back for more service work.

We waited almost 6 months for our 2022 Honda Civic Hatch, and it was worth the wait! Nina was our sales associate and she kept us updated on every step of the process. We understood that there were a lot of shortages right now, so the process took much longer than we first anticipated, but the process was smooth from start to finish. When we actually went in for delivery of our new car, we were in and out in under an hour. Finance was smooth, and everyone here feels honest and not pushy. We will definitely consider this dealership again when making another purchase in the future.

I was warmly greeted by Adrian who talked me through the entire process. If you think all dealership service is the same, this exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience getting my car serviced here. My car was experiencing some issues and I needed to make sure it was in tiptop shape for an upcoming road trip. Everyone, especially Tim, were very helpful. I was able to get my car in and out in a timely manner, and was able to get everything diagnosed and fixed. He was always in touch with me, sent a video with information about the work, offered options for solving problems that arose. Work was carried out to replace the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, engine oil change, automatic transmission oil change, suspension repair, brake disc restoration, wheel alignment. Everything is very clear, professional and most importantly punctual. The price corresponded to the agreed upon acceptance of the car. Back I got a clean and washed car. I purchased a car around 2 years ago from Kris Kinsey (I not 100% sure I spelled his last name correctly) then he worked super hard to get me a good deal. And now he continues with great customer service anytime I have a question or concern. Plus he does more than that he explains the why and what I should do next. Then gives me options. Today he spent time explaining tire pressure and why the settings are what they are. His advice actually saved me from possibly having major damage later as well as injury. After they inspected and diagnosed my vehicle I was quoted an out the door price for parts and labor for the work to be done on my vehicle. That is what I authorized to be done. One of the parts needed to be delivered to their shop so that work could be done the next day. But the next day came and they didn't get the part in their shipment. So that delayed the completion of the job until the next day. I was pleased that when I asked for a loaner vehicle after finding out it would take longer than expected to complete the job that they gave me a brand new rental vehicle for the day. That was really nice. The reason I only have three star is because when I went to pick up my vehicle the next day, the service guy told me that while they were doing the agreed to work, something else broke on the vehicle that also needed to be replaced. The original out the door price they quoted me was between $4,300 and $4,400. So I was surprised when they told me my total bill was over $5,000. They didn't communicate any of this to me to get my authorization for additional work, and what ever broke while they were working on the vehicle wasn't broken when I dropped it off. Or at least they didn't include that in their original diagnostics. I am happy that the service guy was able to "work out a deal buy selling me that extra part at cost with a significant discount on the labor to fix it, with a free oil change". I was thinking to myself that this is just an explanation to make me feel like I was getting more value than they originally quoted to me, but when changing the oil pump, which was part of the original work authorized, that would necessitate the oil change, and since they didn't originally include any communication about a needed oil change, that would have been included in the original "package" that they did quote. Anyway, I didn't feel like putting up a fight and complaining, so I didn't make a fuss over it. The total I ended up having to pay was something over $4,600.
Had the final out the door price I had to pay matched the price I was quoted, and authorized, then I would have given a 5 star review.

After driving the vehicle for a couple days, we noticed there was still a wobble and something wasn't right with the vehicle. Upon calling the service center, they scheduled another appointment. They discovered that the replacement parts were defective and they replaced them at no cost to us for parts or labor. Now the vehicle works the way it is supposed to. I've been meaning to update this review with this extra information ever since then, but forgot to do so until I received a notification from Google about how many views this review has received.
I'm pleased that in the end everything worked out well.

I worked with Kris k, and was ordering a new car. He very communicative, we told him the options we wanted and he called as soon as they be came available. We didn't think our car was going to be here till October but he stayed very vigilant and was able to get it to us a month early and we couldn't be happier. We absolutely adore the car, everything with financing and delivering the car went incredibly smoothly as well.

Tim greeted me as soon as I walked in the door even though he was helping someone else. There were other service members there but he was the one taking the initiative to be friendly towards the customers as they entered. He helped me with my tire and kept me updated with any other details I should know about my repair. He made me want to come back to this location even though it's an extra 15 min out of my way. This time was leaps and bounds better than the last two. Tim was super sweet with my kids, kept us updated, made sure we had enough fruit snacks and candy, that they had the coloring pages out and Daniel Tiger was on the TV. It did take twice as long as I thought it should. I also rolled my eyes when the mechanic said the oil cap wasn't on too tight even though two other shops wouldn't/couldn't change my oil without potentially breaking it but whatever it's changed now and they actually cleaned the car this time like they should have the last two times. After this trip I'm inclined to go back again.

We even had a separate problem unrelated to the initial appointment, which they immediately took the time to address, even though we had already left and come back a few minutes later. hen I arrived and answered the questions I had about the service I had scheduled. The service technician sent me two sets of videos explaining the results of the inspection while he was performing the service I had scheduled. When the service was completed Natalie explained the results of the technicians recommendations. This was my first visit to a dealer for service in many years. Both the quality of the service and price were very good. I will be returning
to this service department in the future.

Their service area is quite nice if you have to wait, a cafe-like atmosphere with coffee, soda and snacks; wifi and comfortable seating. I’ve been a customer of Ken Garff Honda Downtown since 2005 when I purchased my first Honda. Their technicians have always provided excellent automotive service. Even if I’m only bringing my Honda in for an oil change, they do a quick safety check and advise me if everything looks good or if they have any concerns. I especially appreciate that now since the State no longer requires annual safety inspections. However I never feel unduly pressured to add on expensive repairs. I appreciate Ken Garff Honda’s customer service and automotive expertise.

The communication is great and they are generally honest about what REALLY needs done vs. what is just a recommendation. Sometimes it does feel like they are trying to upsell pretty heavily, but as long as you ask, they will be honest about what you really need to do. The reason for four stars is because I bought the package of 3 oil changes back in 2020, but wasn’t aware that they expire. Seems gimmicky that a service you pay for could expire. The issue I ran into is that once Covid happened and I transitioned to work from home, I drove way fewer miles and didn’t need frequent oil changes. They did honor my third oil change, but about 2000 miles before I actually needed it. Now that I am driving to the office again, it shouldn’t be a problem if I choose to buy the package in the future. I just believe that services that you pay for shouldn’t expire, and that wasn’t made clear to me when I purchased it. I am sure I was advised, but it definitely wasn’t a stand alone point that was made explicit.

Hit a pothole going into work and needed to go through a dealership to use my extended warranty. Ken Garff inspected the car for me, worked with my warranty, and got me squared away without much hassle. Mounting and balancing a single tire with an alignment did take about 4 hours time which was less than desirable but I wasn’t jerked around or left hanging on anything. I just want to say that I buy my KIA Sorento 2017 for a really (really) good price, and the car was in a really good shape. The store let take the car to be evaluate by particular technician, and he gave me good news about the condition of this car. However even though I had a 9 am appointment it was 2 hours for a oil change the Advantage service and transmission fluid change.
We were told the car would be ready on 15 minutes but it wasn't it was 45 minutes.
I have had less waiting time when I was a wk in. Not real pleased

I was a little disappointed initially, when they were not going to honor my advantage, plan payment, but after wrestling with the supervisor, they did give me a discount. Also, the cost for the hatch struts, seemed a little exorbitant. But I do say I felt compensated by the excellent service provided by Manny. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. This is by far the best car buying experience I have EVER had. First of all I negotiated the car over text messaging because I am busy and it is the way things work these days. I had three dealerships on the line and these guys were very good to work with.
Took a few months to get the new vehicle in and they were extremely good at communicating. I would be ready to call them in a few days and I would get an email updating me on a delay or the status. When it came in things moved fast.
They gave me a good price for my trade-in it was very fair. Not over priced not under price just right on the mark. We cruised through financing with their new all electronic document tables. Be prepared to print your own documents at home that they email to you.
Everyone was extremely nice and we were in and out of there in very good time. Complete opposite of buying a used car at a dealership on the south end of Salt Lake a couple of months earlier.

I have to post this review because of the incredible experience I had at Ken Garff Honda. I needed to bring in my 2002 Civic for an airbag recall. I was treated like I was bringing in my Rolls Royce. Everyone one was polite, professional and completely focused on me. After walking in the service office I was helped by Joe. I was treated incredibly well, I know it sounds like I’m going overboard but that’s how incredible my experience was. Throughout the day I received my video walk around and my communication texts with Joe were always quick and informative. When I picked up the car, Joe wasn’t available but another service advisor picked up without missing a beat. The professionalism and organization of this service department is the best I’ve ever experienced.
My other car is a BMW, and I cringe anytime I have to take it to the dealer. They are rude, arrogant, and treat you like you are an interruption to their day. I could go on and on but my point is, Ken Garff Honda service department is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Joe and everyone else for your professionalism.

We took our Pilot in for its final pre-paid oil change. There were a couple of things that were prematurely wearing out. Our Service Manager was helpful, quick, and honest. The Service Tech was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and made appropriate recommendations with a video to see explaining why he recommended what he did. The transaction was quick and even though I didn’t have an appointment, it didn’t take all day. They were quite accurate about the length of time it’d take.

The 3 oil changes for $109 is the best deal around for my Honda civic and even includes tire rotation and a car wash. frankly it was miserable, not really Jays fault. I needed a tire or wheel repair it was not straight forward so I go in. I waited 1.5 hours to be checked in. usually the work is done or they say hey it is going to be a minute. I think I was told there were 4 missing mechanics that day. However maybe I could have been informed. I basically said call me with the details. The tire could not be fixed. I did see that I needed a oil change, had several fluids flushed and asked for them. The bummer was that they could have renewed my registration, placed new wipers which were on the video but had forgotten tying to get the tire fixed. I would have done them but Jay didn't have them on the paper or remind me of them. one stop shopping is huge and what you would have made another hundred. They put the damaged tire back on with the leak. I asked to have the spare on and they argued with me. I needed to drive to a tire place and really. All places are busy, would the air last. It took 1.5 hours to put that spare on . It took me 20 minutes to do it myself and I have not changed a tire in years. Frankly, Mark Miller Honda is not what it was, dismal not look you in the eye people that are there but don't seem to care. What happened to Fraise and those other guys that recognized me and I have been coming to this place for 10 years.

Staff were nice, and everything was clean and nice! But I dont really appreciate that they install Theft Patrol on every vehicle, and then add it to the cost of your car. I especially don't like that I was told about it when I was walking in to sign paperwork. I was also told that corporate made it a mandatory install, which I say is BS, as I have a friend that works at another Ken Garff, and he said it's optional. Sounds to me like a ploy to force add on sales. Seems pretty useless to have, since the Ford App offers the same tracking option for free.

Stellar customer service. Brian was very helpful & said the oil change would take about 1½ hours (no appointment - took a chance by dropping in). It took less than an hour, including getting new license plate tags - so very convenient! There is large waiting area, including a glass enclosed children's play room with a TV to occupy the little ones, comfortable chairs, couches & tables with device charging stations & a snack corner with hot & soft drink fountain. It's located at the edge of the new car showroom where the latest models are available to view & the parts counter is also located to shop while waiting. Highly recommend.

My current service experience was exceptional from the time I walked in and met with Adrian my service advisor to delivery of my repaired Honda. I needed a couple of service repairs along with diagnosis of some annoying sounds.
Adrian meticulously noted my concerns and recommended the appropriate service repairs for the mileage of my CRV. She provided an estimate and timeline and communicated throughout the work performed. She even called me with an update on her day off.

Gene is the bestadvisor. Brought car in for passenger window quit working they thought it needed new switch. Service opened door and switch was fine some screw or nut worked loose and was there in door reattached and everything worked. Thought this would be covered under warranty. They said no. I bought extended warranty for my 2019 pilot elite and have owned it one year. When I picked it up I drove home and on the floor was coverplate for passenger door where they unscrewed to fix door they forgot to put back but charged me $ 145 to fix labor to take apart. And reattach nut found in door that Worked loose I guess .Just sayen they forgot to Finnish. So disappointed wasn’t covered such simply procedure. Not my fault Nut came off. I’ve put 10,000 miles on it. That’s why you got the rating I gave. I let Gene know.

I'm so impressed by the service department. They got my car in quickly, were extremely communicative, professional, and went above and beyond. They provide a video showing inspection points, calling out any potential concerns without asking you to schedule the work, just informing you and showing thoroughly the condition of the car. They also put air in one of my tires that was low, vacuumed (even moved stuff to be able to vacuum better), washed my car, topped off fluids, and offered me a ride when dropping off and to pick up, as well as offered to leave my keys with the front desk to give me more time to pick up my car.

Update: short and sweet version, I wrongly claimed they caused an issue. After my car was lifted, it became obvious it happened while I was driving. And while I absolutely deserved to be scolded, the manager Becky was extremely kind the entire time and still resolved the issue which was clearly, clearly not their problem to fix. These are genuinely fantastic people that care and will go the extra mile.
I'm blown away at how amazing their service department is. I so appreciate all of them. From the moment I entered to the moment I left I was treated with respect and care.

I took my car in to make sure it was road worthy for a trip in hot weather. The mechanic topped off fluids and suggested two services be done for which there was no past record. I authorized these services and was especially pleased with the power steering service which made a significant difference in ease of turning. I appreciate the comfort of the dealer’s waiting room, the communication system with staff, including the video sent by the mechanic, explaining what he was doing. After I returned home I noticed liquid leaking from under the car and returned to Garff concerned that there was something seriously wrong and after quickly putting the car on the rack and watching the dripping, they informed me it was condensation from the air-conditioner-no worries! (And no charge!) I have never regretted buying my car from this dealer.

I had an appointment and there where several car ahead of me. I was planning to be there for 3 hours. I showed up about 10:07~ 10:10am. I was late to the appointment so I was happy that I was still seen. I was told that the original price I was quoted was wrong and it should have been a lot more. I didn’t plan on the miss calculation but was lucky that the price was reduced so I could afford it. The person told me I would be about 1 hour and It was finished about noon. I was not disappointed. The car looked nice.
I was very pleased when I came in for an oil change and they showed a video of things to be fixed. I like that feature. It is the reason why I keep coming back. They are very thorough and it’s not just words on a page.
The one thing I got upset about and it has happened several times, I needed other things to be looked at and only one thing was. I feel if they had a list to check, if there are multiple things to be looked at, then things aren’t missed. I needed to find out if I needed to replace a tire or why the gauge was saying low tire pressure. I left the place and saw the diagnostic again. I have to go to another place to find out why the diagnostic is saying that or come back. The question is, why come back if this keeps happening?

Got a radiator flush on my 20+ year old Honda Accord. TJ in service was kind and informative. He pointed out a variety of general maintenance items that needed addressing, and I appreciated that. Frustrated that the service department didn’t put my engine splash guard back on when they finished my coolant flush. I had planned a 1,000+ mile trip the following day and didn’t have time to return to ask for it back. It was secured on by zip ties, but it still protects my under carriage from highway debris.

The Finance Manager Marcus was unprofessional. Initially he was warm and friendly, but his demeanor immediately changed when I declined the extended warranty packages. Furthermore, I had provided insurance info and found out he never submitted it. I almost walked out.

As always, I was very pleased with the service performed on my 2013 Honda Accord as it was prompt and thorough. I was a little concerned, however, that in the email estimate I was sent, it appeared that a replacement of all of my tires was being recommended - which I declined. I was told later that the tires were about half worn. I believe that I would be better served if only repairs that are reasonably needed were recommended by the service center rather than repairs that seem to be promotional.

Once the scheduled service was done, I received a text and link to the recommended maintenance. The text feature allowed me to check that my car would be done in time for another appointment before selecting the maintenance needed. My first experience with the Ken Garff Honda Downtown SLC was four years ago, when I bought my Honda Fit (best car ever, by the way). Since then, my experience has been nothing but satisfactory, and they have my loyalty.
I brought my car in today because none of the electronic components in my car were working—LCD display, radio, key fob—it was all dark. I suspected some sort of fuse issue and maybe I could have fixed it myself after watching a couple of YouTube videos, but a) I don't know anything about cars and b) I will gladly take an excuse to help myself to the tea selection and free WiFi in the Ken Garff waiting room.
Not only was I in and out of there in about 20 minutes, but I wasn't even charged for the service. Just a "have a nice day, your car works perfectly now". Leaving your car dealership in a great mood sounds like an oxymoron, but that's exactly what happened.
Special shoutout to the front desk people that helped me out: Jay (helped me out last week when I had to get a battery replaced) and Adrienne (might be misspelling her name, she helped me out today). Obviously staffing shortages are an issue everywhere right now, and the service advisors at Ken Garff are so kind and wonderful, always apologizing for the (understandably) longer waits. Ken Garff Corporate, please treat these employees well! The amazing customer service is why I keep coming back.

Usually you take your car for mechanical work and you are never really shown what's going on. They weren't pushy on any services and they had my car ready sooner than I expected. So, as most people guess car shopping is stressful and sucks when you don't know much or kinda just feels like a task you need but don't wanna do. From my first thought of "ugh, I need a new car" to the research I did before even calling around to get more info than I had for what I felt were important questions but others might look at as odd. I had initially called this location just to get more info, and then later to just see if myself and another could come down and test drive even though we knew it would be a hot minute before any buying would be done. The awesome sales rep (Gerardo Flores) was from my perspective kind, did listen, and worked with my ridiculous schedule and sometimes inability to respond promptly due to work and life, he remained patient the whole time. Plus with my super picky, anxiety self, this guy was thorough with his description and knowledge. I may be quiet and struggle with verbalizing things, but he helped the whole experience go smoothly and without any moments that made me wanna run away from car buying ever again. Even the finance rep I worked with was kind, thorough in explaining what I was signing, breakdown of costs, warrenties, and add-ons. My overall opinion of this location and experience was awesome and great, would definitely work with these 2 again and recommend others to this location.

Marcus was great! I suddenly got a flat tire and it turned out there was 2 nails in two different tires. I had to pull into the dealership unannounced and the team was extremely helpful. He was very attentive, would always follow up and an all around a sweet guy. My wife was interested in an odyssey that was in flawless condition. I was very nervous to take my car anywhere. I had a fabulous dealership I went to before outside of Utah. I took a chance on Ken Garff and I’m glad I did. I even went an extra 15 minutes to get there versus nearby dealerships. They greeted me quickly and kindly upon arrival in the service dock. I only had time to do an oil change, though I could do more, but they were understanding and patient and didn’t upsell anything. The cleanliness around the waiting area was very good (definitely great considering what’s going on with Covid-19). Everyone was wearing masks. There was sanitizer everywhere if you needed it. The bathrooms were clean. Everyone was social distancing. I received a video of the inspection of my car too, which was refreshing and I appreciate their openness in communication.
Andrew Newton was my advisor and he was very informative about the status of all of the mechanics on my vehicle and was helpful to tell me what needed to be done and when. He also didn’t try to be pushy on recommended services. Because he listened and was helpful and kind, I decided to schedule my recommended services with him in a couple of weeks. It’s always a gamble taking your baby to a new place and we put a lot of trust in faith in specialists/experts to lead us in the right direction. I think I made the right choice in choosing Ken Garff versus other places.

On the return reminder label, it would be nice to have an estimated return mileage listed. It just gave me a date and 15% oil life.

I have been a loyal customer at Ken Garff Honda Downtown for years now. Purchased 2 vehicles with them. Since I drive Grubhub as a side job, I am in several times a year to get oil changes done on my car. Usually my visits go fairly well with the occasional repair that needs to be done. No problem. However, in the 5 visits I have done this year (oil changes + maintenance/repairs) my experiences have started to go downhill, particularly the last 3 visits. Kyle Danner has been my service advisor the last few visits, and every time I am assigned to him my visit is chaotic & unprofessional. One time I waited well over the time that my car was supposed to be finished. When I checked in, I found out that the technician working on my car had gone to lunch and hadn't bothered to turn in my paperwork + keys before. So basically I waited an extra hour in the waiting room simply because the technician was feeling lazy. Today when I was in, I received 2 vehicle inspection video texts- but it wasn't my car. When I notified Kyle of the error, there was no apology or explanation. I never received the correct video. Simply put- my last few visits have put a sour taste in my mouth, and I am hesitant to return on July 31st when I have some maintenance scheduled. I will say though- Chris Fraze is a fantastic advisor to work with and I have good experience with him. It is simply the last few visits that haven't gone well, particularly with Kyle as my assigned advisor. I would like to remain a loyal customer, but if this continues I may have to take my business elsewhere.

Being a retired associate from AHM, this was really my first experience driving into a service bay. I was met be a very nice guy who assisted me as I fumbled with my keys as I was getting out of the vehicle. Even showed me something new on my remote that I never knew. Walked in to the Service area where I was met by another welcoming Service Advisor; Niall Wade. He was very helpful and polite and didn’t mind all of my questions. I told him I was always on the other end of the phone working (from Honda) so I was interested with this side of things. Anyway, we went over all my scheduled maintenances that were due and some other things. Was going to be about 3 hours so he shared with me his thoughts of some places to eat. When I got back, my car was done, he gave me directions to the closet freeway (I’m not familiar with the area) and I was on my way. Oh, I sat in the waiting area for a bit and was comfortable. Had a nice cup of Starbucks coffee too while I was there. Restrooms were clean, showroom was nice. I received a text which would have allowed me to contact Niall if i had any questions during my wait. When service was completed, i received a video as my technician did a walk around of my vehicle explaining what he had done and then gave recommendations. It was cool. YES, I will be back for my continued service maintenance needs!

The gentleman shuttling the customers was nice. He was talkative and apologetic for dropping me off at the wrong building (it was really okay, just across the street).
The scheduling call center could use improvement. Although the person who made my appointment was nice, she gave me the wrong information. She took the VIN of my vehicle and “checked” to make sure the part was available. I drove 45 minutes to get a recall done on my car and there were no parts available for it...yet. It would have been nice to know prior to the appointment.
I had arranged for my work day to occur downtown, so it just threw a wrench in the week as I had to readjust my schedule to be able to bring the car back later that week, for another warranty fix.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. I plan on returning for the recall. I know I’ve had worse experiences at other Honda Dealers closer to me.

Oil changes always go smoothly. I always appreciate getting into my car and it's been washed and vacuumed. They changed my brake light and cracked the housing, so they replaced that and didn't charge me for the bulb. Excellent service with my Honda. I've never had a problem in regards to my Pilot.
However, I do recommended coming here for Honda's only. We took our Toyota Tundra here last year and had a horrible experience that has since been resolved.

My advisor, Chris, was so incredibly helpful and walked me through my visit, offering assistance each step of the way. Getting a video directly from the mechanic shows me they are being as honest as possible which is fairly rare in my eyes. The waiting room also has all you could need to make yourself comfortable during the wait if you choose to not use their transportation services.
I was so impressed with my visit and I cannot recommend this location enough for all your Honda needs!!

Strange system now. Mechanic does a video describing inspection, service, and what additional work is needed but he talks so fast and so much noise in background video could not be understood. I get to the service writer and he already has the car washed and ready to go. Probably cost them $500+ in additional work.
Otherwise I still like the environment, friendliness, and service.

I made my appointment two weeks in advance for new tires, service and a car wash. When I arrived, the appointment was no where to be found and neither were the tires I had ordered. The gentleman at the check in desk was EXCELLENT to work me in, find me tires in the right price range and get the services done even though business was quite busy at that point!!!! I was really impressed with his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for my situation! My sister was with me. I would give Ken Garff Honda Downtown 5 stars if they would put more work into the cleaning and detailing of cars. I was told my car was cleaned before I arrived, it wasn't even vacuumed. Then after I got through the very pleasant buying experience, I was told they are just finishing up the detailing. When I got into the car there was still sticky mess all over the cup holders and heated seat buttons. Grass dirt and paper mess in the back cargo area,and dust all over the dash. Loved the staff and the overall buying experience,but let's clean a little better. I still would buy the right car from Ken Garff Honda Downtown.

Rented a car from here and it was super cigarette smoke laden! I ended up having to buy a smoke bomb because of how strong it was, wasting an additional $14. The smoke was so bad that people were commenting on it at my clinic.
The car itself was in great condition and ran great and was comfortable, but the fact that I had to spend extra money to do some thing that should have been done before I had the car is really frustrating.
When I picked up the rental and noticed the heavy smoke smell, I made note to tell the rental agent. She said that because some of the workers smoke they do not recognize when a car comes back smelling smoky. Not a great excuse when you are renting cars.

Everything about my experience was great! They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment on a busy day and perform several routine maintenance checks/fixes, change the oil, and rotate the tires in just a couple hours. Niall, the guy who helped me, was wonderful and communicated quickly via text—so convenient. Everyone was super polite and accommodating. I’ve been to 4 different Honda dealerships and this one is the real deal. Even compared to other Ken Garff Honda locations, this one had them all beat. We’ve had a problem with our van for over a year, and no other dealer could pinpoint the problem…and each time we took the car back to the dealer that did the work they always said, it’s not our issue we’ll have to charge another diagnostic fee just to look. These guys had to tow the car to their shop, looked over it with a fine tooth comb, and found the root cause of the issues we’d been having. Excellent service and they actually called back when we left a message.

I called ahead on the Odyssey we wanted to look at and In was waiting in the delivery bay when I got there. The level of service was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Loved my experience at the service center! I got a great inspection of a used Honda I was looking to buy from elsewhere - including a video tour of the underside that was easy to understand. I was treated better than I ever have been by a service center anywhere. Quick, efficient, reasonably priced. While I was killing time walking around the lot, a sales man Stan actually looked up the VIN for me and got me photos of the accident my used car had been in! I mean - totally above and beyond.
