I went in today to pick up my 2023 Grom! I had been on the wait-list since mid-June. It is true that motorcycles have not been immune to the same inflation that cars have, so I paid much more than I would've expected. I talked with almost everyone on the sales team, and I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I have never ridden a motorcycle before, so I was very worried that I would feel stupid asking questions about operation and loading of the bike. This was not the case. Everyone was extremely encouraging and they even helped load the bike. Right before I drove off, the sales rep even noticed that one of the straps was not positioned correctly and stopped me to fix it. I would not hesitate doing business with them again. Thank you Honda World!

I purchased 3 new bikes and traded in a RZR in the process. I felt like I was treated fairly on the trade and I was able to get the new bikes hassle free. I was really happy with the low pressure sales and the really nice staff. Closing and signing often takes hours when buying a new car. On the contrary, I was in and out of the finance/closing office in about 5 minutes. I will be back to purchase future bikes for sure.

Honda World came through for me. I bought my son a new CRF110F and they made it an experience that he will never forget. They worked hard to get the bike to us before the weekend. They really went the extra mile. The price was right where it should be for this bike, as the used ones were going for the same price with inflation. They didn’t raise the price to get all that they could have, totally fair. The entire team was great to work with. Everyone was really cool and I might just go back to hang out, haha. I would highly recommend Honda World. This was my second bike from them, I will be back next time too! (2005 CBR1000R). I’ve been going to Honda World for over 17 years. Same owner, great people.

It’s still in excellent shape but it had a fuel problem and they took care of .. And made sure that the gas tank was coded for protection of more corrosion … I felt like they took good care of me thanks and my need’s.. thanks again for taking us in as old guys. The sales team to Shannon Allen, who works in Finance, treated us like they were excited for us to go out and play with our new toy. Bought a brand new bike from Honda world. Absolutely great experience. Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful, did not pressure me into buying it and they were able to get me a bike the same day with little down.
The service department was also very helpful for my first oil change. My bike ended up needing a new seal and they managed to repair it and get it back to me the same day they originally said for just the oil change.
A little expensive for service however very professional.

I started going to Perry Brothers in the 1980’s when they were on the corner of 3900 south and Highland Dr. I love my brand new CRF 250 and impressed how far dirt bikes 🏍 have come. Rob was great to work with. I didn’t wait as long as I thought I would for the bike. I had to skip over once due to being out of state when my number first came up. The service at the store and the in store credit department were great.
I just got frustrated with Honda Credit but was glad to have someone at Perry Brothers that could help me get past it.
I would by from them again in the future.

Even though it was a busy Saturday, Tyler was super helpful in the whole process from test drive to finish. I had a great experience at Honda World. All of the employees were so nice and helpful, especially Jason in the service department. He went the extra mile with us and called to keep us updated throughout the whole service process. Jason even loaded our ATV’s in the trailer while I was at the cashiers desk, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. We drive from Roy to have our ATV’s worked on and serviced there and it is well worth the extra gas and time to go to Honda World. They are awesome!

Bought my first motorcycle and it was the most painless vehicle purchase I've ever had. Megan showed me through their different models. Kylee was super patient and informative while helping me with helmet, gloves, and jacket. When I was ready to put in a deposit, Zeke explained the inventory situation and got me into Rebel 1100 so I could get riding as soon as possible. Rob and Shannon made sure all the numbers were right and gave me a better deal than my credit union. Matt explained the service schedule and their typical timeframes during the riding season.
Everyone here gives off a 'I love what I do' vibe and made me feel like they were here for me, not a commission check. Very refreshing

I purchased a used Honda from a private party. Once I got it home, I found there was an electrical issue. Stopping by the dealer closest to me was a nightmare. They weren't helpful at all, so I left. Honda World came up on a Google search so I gave them a call and talked with Jason, the service adviser. He ran the bike's VIN and found I had nine days of warranty left and suggested I bring it in for repair. I did and have to say I was impressed with the whole dealership. It was clean, bright, with a lot of inventory, and the service bays were clean and well-lighted. After a tech inspected the bike, Jason called and said there was indeed a repair needed and that they were ordering a part. The part quickly arrived and Jason (as well as Matt, the service manager) made sure it was installed the same day so I could get one more day of riding before snow hit. I'm very pleased and impressed with Honda World and will continue to give them my business. You should, too.

In my experience, dealers tend not to be the people you want to take you bike for service; they are generally difficult to deal with, over the top expensive, and rude! This was not my experience with Honda World where took my 2019 Honda Shadow Phantom for their "Pit Stop" service. Emilio was my service contact and I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He patiently and professionally answered all my questions and most of all he was good natured and kind; it didn't end up costing me an arm and a leg to get the service either! Even the modification prices I asked for were resonable! I dont know how better to express my thanks other than this review and my continued patronage to Honda World. I would absolutely recomend taking your bike in for service there over all the rest.

Jason and the crew over at Honda World deserve more than 5 stars. I brought my bike in as a result of a huge fail from another dealership I bought it from. They diagnosed exactly what was wrong, how long it would take them to fix it, and outlined very clearly the scope of the work. They were extremely busy but made time to squeeze me in and get the work fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They even bought me an Uber to get me home! I had thee best service experience with Honda World and their entire service staff! I would recommend to anyone and everyone over and over again! I was in dire need for a back tire change and was unsuccessful on five different attempts with five other shops all around The Valley or any type of timely service and Honda World was able to take care of me same day. I brought it in at 10:00 AM and dropped the bike off and by 4:30 that same day they were complete with no hassle.

Tarzan my sales man was awesome, he pulled several bikes out to look at said go hop on one see how it feels. Even my daughter tried out some quads to feel the seats. Well with his service, attitude, skill went from looking to taking home the bike of my dreams that night. Excellent service , attitudes, bike selection. Well knowledged and friendly guys, they'll do just about anything they can for you, within reason of course.
I came in originally looking at 650 bikes to start on, but after talking with the vetted riders there decided that 500 would suit my needs just fine, process was super clear and easy, and they definitely got me the right bike for myself. Super knowledgeable gear department as well, had everything I needed, and let me order a helmet, while in the meantime giving me a loaner helmet to use until mine comes in!
Great place with great people, they'll answer anything and everything you have to ask, highly recommend for beginner and vetted riders alike.

Very happy and really appreciate the service from all the employees at Honda World. Called on a Wednesday trying to make an appointment for service on our 2005 Rubicon. Was told to just bring it in. (Had called another shop that is owned by a retired NBA star, was on hold for over 16 minutes until I finally hung up) Arrived @ Honda World that same day after 2 pm. Was greeted by one of the service advisors.He helped me unload the 4 wheeler and went and got Jason the service advisor that I had already made contact with.
Jason called me around 3 pm. on Thursday saying the service had been completed. We talked for a few and decided due to the age and mileage it might be a good thing to change the brake fluid, anti freeze and the spark plug. Jason called me on Friday around 2 pm. saying the 4 wheeler was done. I was at work until they after they closed. I had to work on Saturday at 10:30. They open at 10:00. Jason told me to come in around 9:30 and they would get me taken care of. The same service advisor that helped me unload was there and met me in the parking lot and helped me reload the 4 wheeler. Think his name was Josh but not 100% sure. Matt the service manager made contact with me and made sure I was satisfied. The cashier was very friendly and considerate of my time constraint.
We are very satisfied. Thank you to all the nice friendly employees that helped us with our 4 wheeler.

Great experience! I bought my third motorcycle from them. Cute little Rebel 300 ;) and the whole experience was great. Mackinnon was my sales dude and he has been the best salesman I’ve worked with yet because he was never pushy once. Just went along with whatever I said and made sure the singing went as quick as possible for me. I recently went to Karl Malone and got a bike there too and am even more disappointed I wasted time there. I was in a rush and they took advantage of that and snuck stuff in at singing (my error for not paying better attention, but the finance guy was an absolute sneak) but the finance gal who helped me out at HW was like night and day. Quick. Easy. Didn’t push anything, just offered. I’d absolutely recommend getting a bike here

The entire crew at Honda world went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. Alex "Medium" helped me find the bikes I wanted when no other dealership could. After confirming that he could get me the bikes I wanted he messaged with me daily to keep me updated on the ETA of the bikes.
Once they were ready for me to pick up Blake the sales manager, and Tarzan really exceeded my expectations by having the bikes ready and made me feel like there #1 customer.
Both the parts guy and gal that helped me get some accessories, gear, and additional parts we very friendly and helpful as well

We had money down on a side by side at another dealership but the customer service was AWFUL so I pulled my money and went back on the search! I browsed Honda Worlds Website and found a Honda Talon I liked... I simply clicked to text and I got an instant response from Zach! I live over an hour away so he sent me detailed videos of the machine inside and out and helped me set it up just the way I wanted it! We added a street legal kit and was amazed at how the dealership squeezed it in and got it installed!! The installation is FLAWLESS! When we arrived Zach met us at the door, followed by Blake and Matt! All to which made us feel as if we had been purchasing from them for years!!! THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY PLACE we will purchase from now on! Completely worth the drive!!! What a great experience I had at Honda World. I originally went in to get my bike appraised, but had a couple of options in mind other than just selling my bike to Honda World. I was greeted by Tarzan, who was extremely pleasant to work with. He is genuine, listens to what is being said, helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and made sure I was aware of all my options. I either wanted to sell my bike, trade it in, or do the minor repairs it needed. I ended up trading in my bike for a 2020 Rebel and got a sweet trade in price for my 2018 Rebel. Jason did a simple job get me a set of keys.but he needed to pull the ignition switch off to get the code, I won’t lose them again going into a holiday weekend he told me that they were back up to a week. One of the few shops that let you ride the motorcycles so you can find a ride that fits you. Salespeople are extremely helpful and informative. They are willing to listen to what you want out of a potential motorcycle and help you find one that is geared toward the style of riding you like or will be doing.
I wasn’t sure if I would purchase a Honda this weekend but Tarzan helped me solidify the sale. It’s been a while since I have had a Honda but definitely impressed with the NC750X features and handling.

I’ve been to Honda World a couple of times, each time not pulling the trigger on bike due to my own anxiety. Finally I end up going there and met up with Tyler, this dude rules. Everyone there rules. They are respectful and open about whatever your experience with bikes is, whether it be just starting or ten years in, doesn’t matter to them, they are there to help! That’s what made it even better about working with Tyler, he felt like a friend! I ended up picking up a Honda Super Cub as my first bike and love it. My husband and I purchased my first motorcycle from Honda World. The experience was amazing. Once I sat on the bike I had to have it and within 30 minutes I was being congratulated by the entire team at the store. This is not an individual organization. They all work together to make you feel you are part of their family. I feel like I have a new family of motorcyclists. Even after the purchase I mentioned a minor detail that I thought would occur...and my salesperson explained the process...and when I felt like it should have been different, he spoke with his sales manager Ryan...and within a day I received a phone call from Ryan asking me to come in so that he could make my minor detail complete. I went in, met Ryan and within 2 minutes it was resolved and I was very pleased. I can not wait until the weather warms up so that I can take them up on their offer to ride with me anytime I get the urge...they even hand delivered the bike to my house so that I didn't have to ride in the cold...what an awesome service. Where to start? My dad and I have been in there multiple times looking at bikes and talking with several of the salesman about the bikes we were interested in. The past week we were in like everyday. I was looking at the new Honda Fury and Elliott was fantastic at helping us, not only getting a test drive but he never pressured me towards anything. We've made a great relationship between us and Honda World. Ryan the sales manager is great, not only helps my dad with everything on his bike but was super helpful getting us a great deal on my new Fury. Never pressured me, I think he was as excited as I was when we finally got to finish the deal. He wanted the best for me and honestly helped me out especially with me going down to MMI in Phoenix soon. Crystal in financing helped a great deal trying to figure our financial situation. They all stayed after closing hours to make sure everything got done right and I got my bike that day. In all of this its a great friendly environment and I would more than highly recommend going there for any of your needs. Tracy the shop manager in the back has always been great when we bring in our previous bikes for service and have never been overcharged. Thank you all for the amazing experience!

I had been seriously looking into getting a bike since January. I was able to find a great price and great experience at Honda World. Zach was the salesman who worked with me, and answered all my questions and heard all my concerns. But the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. This was my first motorcycle purchase, and I never felt pressured or in over my head. Zach was very helpful each time I went in to look at the bikes I was interested in.
This is a great place to go if you’re just starting to get into motorcycling or other Powersports vehicles. I will definitely be going back for maintenance and accessories. And I’ll be referring my family to Zach when they get their ATV’s.

I know many have had some negative experiences here so hear me out. I went to have some service done on my 2020 Talon Live Valve. There was some minor miscommunication at first but when I voiced my concerns everything was taken care of.
I did not buy my Talon here as they were out of stock but I was greeted and the salesman was up front and disclosed all the fees and total cost of the machine and said he wanted to make sure that I knew any surprises and the total cost as every one is different.
Back to the service department. Matt was great to deal with, he was helpful never rushed me or made me feel like I was a hassle. He took the time to explain everything and even took a few extra minutes to explain some added accessories I have been contemplating.
Call and ask for Matt he is the Service manager, he will explain everything and make sure you are happy with how things went. I will be back for sure. Good group of dudes down there trying hard.

I own a couple of Honda ATV’s, both 2002’s well maintained. Last fall just before the snow hit, the engine on the Foreman unit blew out. I had used Honda World for servicing and tire replacement, and I decided to have them rebuild the engine on the Foreman. The expense was much less than buying a new unit. Connor was the service rep that helped identify the problem and put together the pricing for the rebuild. He was courteous and prompt in getting the quote to me and I committed to the rebuild. Little did we know that Honda would have a challenge in getting some of the replacement parts needed, as the engine was an “old” one in their operational sphere. Still, they represented that all the parts could be provided. Matt, the service manager, eventually had to get involved directly with Honda on the west coast to prioritize getting the parts needed. Matt and Connor both kept me appraised of the progress being completed in getting all the parts needed. The engine rebuild was completed, the unit was reassembled, and it runs better than it has for years. The quality of the work performed was excellent, the customer service was spot on, and I will continue to use Honda World. They really understand their products, what’s needed, and they are reasonably priced.

What can I say about Zach as well as everyone else from Honda world? This place is awesome! I just bought a new 2019 Honda rebel 300, and traded in my car at the same location which is not something they are not accustomed to, so this is what I have to say.
This place will exceed your expectations, and always great you with awesome customer service, and I’d say it is almost as if they are making feel like you were right at home, and bring you into a new kind of family. After Robert the service writer inspected the machine with me it turned out that it need quite a bit more work then expected. These guys run a great shop that makes me want to come back again.

Well I’m gonna start by saying that I had the best experience working with Zach and everyone at Honda world. I called in because the motorcycle dealer closest to my house was trying to rush me into a motorcycle I didn’t even want. Zach had me come in and showed me a few different bikes. He gave me plenty of time to think about the purchase. When I finally pulled the trigger he took care of everything. The manager bought us lunch and they got me hooked up with a helmet and some gloves. Because I’m new to riding they even delivered the bike to my house. ( IN TOOELE ) They provided excellent and professional service. I would highly recommend going to Honda World and seeing Zach, Ryan and Shannon. Friendly service. Make sure you inspect your bike meticulously after getting any service performed. I did not and took my bike home. Only realized afterward that something was wrong with the brake lever. Sometime while I left my bike with Honda World, my bike was damaged and my brake lever was bent. Scratches can be seen on small parts of the bike. Took my bike back as soon as possible (2 weeks later) and Matt took care of me. He had his tech look over security footages. I had to follow up with them because they did not call me back after reviewing camera clips. Matt told me they have no evidence of my bike getting damaged at the shop and video quality is too poor to see if my lever was bent. Also said it was strange that I didn't notice it right away after leaving the shop. I guess I'm SOL and will have to buy parts to repair my bike myself. My bike was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. Just be cautious is what I'm saying.
Update: Matt called me back and I was able to speak to my mechanic Kenji. They seem to be trying their best to investigate this matter. They'll look at outside cameras and let me know if there's evidence of a bent lever.
Update update: two days later, no response.
Update X3: Honda World found evidence that my bike was damaged while there. They stated they'll order parts and repair damages.

After going to two of the other major motorcycle dealers in the Salt Lake area I went to Honda World. I had been shopping for a new full face helmet. My experience at Honda World was much different than I had previously experienced. I was offered assistance by Alex Choquette in choosing a helmet. I told him my price range and he showed me a few different options. We chose at that time that he should order something in for me to try. A few days later Alex and I communicated via email and he let me know the helmet I wanted had arrived. I was impressed by his quick responses to my emails and his level of service. When the helmet arrived I went in and it was a perfect fit. It was in my price range, and I was able to take it home that day.

This is my story. I have been wanting to buy a small scooter or motorcycle. My husband helped me do research online to help me find the right one. We decided that we should look at a Honda product. We found the closest Honda dealer and decided to go down to Honda World to check out the inventory. It was on Saturday, January 9th,2021, and when we arrived, we found the store to be quite busy. We had never been to this store before and when we walked in, we started to look around at all the product and was approached by a young man who introduced himself as Christian, but was also known as Tarzan by the employees and customers, due to his ability to perform the Tarzan call ,we got a good laugh out of that. Tarzan asked what could he do for us and my husband mentioned that i was looking for a scooter or possibly a small motorcycle. At this point, Tarzan turned his focus to me and asked me if i had seen anything i liked. I told him I was interested in the Honda Super Cub 125. He pulled the bike forward and explained features on the motorcycle and also wanted me to get on the bike to make sure that it fit me properly. He continued to explain to me how everything worked and made sure that it wasn't too heavy for me and that my feet could touch the ground flat and offered a road test. At this point, I fell in love with this beautiful motorcycle and knew i had to have it We talked price, and come to an agreement and Tarzan started the paperwork and went to see the manager. They explained that it is a perfect motorcycle for a beginner rider, they were genuinely excited about my purchase. Tarzan had returned from talking with the Manager and my husband mentioned to him that we would like to purchase some accessories, Tarzan took us to the parts department and introduced us to the parts salesman-Alex who was also very friendly and attentive to our needs. He had the accessories in stock that we wanted and gave us a price and Tarzan said "Let me go talk with my Manager to see about getting a discount" and of course we said okay. When Tarzan returned, we were very surprised that the discount was 50% off. At this point, the paperwork was sent over to finance and Tarzan had the lot attendant detail the motorcycle for final inspection. The next step was to meet with Megan in Finance. Megan also was very excited about my purchase and reviewed all the paperwork with me including options to purchase a maintenance package and an extended warranty. My husband had questions about the warranty coverage and Megan called the Service Manager- Matthew to discuss our concerns, he came over and also showed excitement about my purchase and answered all of the questions and we felt it was a great value to us to purchase the maintenance package and extended warranty. Megan also gave us a package discount, she finished up the paperwork and was very professional and thanked me for my purchase.
We met with Tarzan again to go over the checklist items on the motorcycle and everything was good. Due to being late and cold outside, Tarzan offered to deliver the motorcycle to my house for free. I accepted his offer. The following week, Tarzan called my husband and said that he had availability to deliver my motorcycle and we had it brought to our house. Upon delivery, my husband inspected the motorcycle with the delivery driver and noticed a very slight damage in the front lower fender. The driver immediately contacted Tarzan and he talked with my husband and it was decided to return the motorcycle to the dealership for an immediate repair. Tarzan called my husband 2 days later and said that they had taken the fender off of a another new motorcycle and put it on mine so not to delay me getting my motorcycle back and delivered it that same day. Upon inspection, everything was now fixed. My husband and I were so impressed with the dealership employees who helped us and Tarzan's attention to excellent customer service, my husband decided to order another motorcycle from Tarzan. Thank you so much to Tarzan and all employees involved.

My girlfriend and I went looking for a touring bike so we could use it on vacation, but I wasn’t too fond of the gold wing style although I would get one if I needed to, Christian was the one helping us and the first bike he showed us was the perfect one it met all my needs and looked beautiful, sleek, comfy, not old man looking , he really knows his way around the bikes and really try's to know the customer he’s with, I feel like he actually cared and wanted to help, and he even texted me the next day, asking how I was doing and that he was happy to meet us. They’ve got a large selection and the employees are smart and helpful.

Had a great experience here recently buying my motorcycle. My salesman, Jeremy, was impeccably attentive, laid back (as in no pressure), and enthusiastic - I cannot say enough good things about his level of service. Financing was a breeze and I was out the door on my new Interstate in a couple of hours. I haven't had a chance to have my bike serviced so I cannot speak on behalf of that department, but I will say if you are looking to pick up a Honda at a fair price this is the place to go. A difficult place to get to and they are very busy with summer time repairs of all types of 2 and 4 wheeled outdoor adventure bikes and vehicles. Their online chat was a great tool and a team member from Honda world was who I was interacting with rather than a third party. Their price to service my Honda lawn mower was on par with other non-Honda repair shops I interacted with and their projected turnaround time was reasonable considering it's summer time.

Kylee took a good half hour fitting us with new helmets! We had gone to Cabela's and they had nothing We went to Scheels and they had one option.... Honda world had so many more options when it came to apparel and helmets and goggles and gloves. Kylee knew all of the options really well, and knew the pros and cons of all the brands, and gave us really helpful advice and things to think about when choosing what would work best for us.

Imagine the best possible customer service experience you can have... Honda World can probably top that! I brought an issue I was having trouble solving myself into the service department to see if they would be able to help me. I walked in with every intention and paying the labor and waiting a week. Even though my issue was minor I didn't expect them to drop everything and help me on the spot, but that is exactly what they did! Treated me like I was family even though I had never seen them before. The guys at Honda World are truly fantastic. The service department is very knowledgeable, have great follow-up (do what they say they're going to when they say they're going to do it), take the time to teach you something knew if you ask and go above and beyond. Andrew, who heads up their service department, is patient, friendly and helpful in every aspect.
I had only come for tires for my Kawasaki and was taught how to better care for my tires and was informed of an issue with my steering bearings. They showed me what to look for and suggested the best place to have the repair done given they have parts for Hondas and my bike is a Kawasaki.
I'm not a fan of dealerships for all the reasons most aren't, but their prices were fair, turnaround time great (especially for the busy season), communication excellent and service is truly some of the best I've experienced across lots of different industries. I've enjoyed my Kawasaki, but this experience with Honda World made me wish I'd bought a Honda.
If the opportunity comes up to have work done on my bike in the future, you bet I'll call Honda World first.

The staff was very helpful and knew their products when we asked questions. We came back in 2014 to get a second ATV and the staff were once again very helpful and knew our names. I went into my buying experience without any knowledge or background of motorcycles (besides my riding as a teen). The sales staff was very patient with my many questions and explained new terms I was not familiar with. The sales agent even answered my many questions by text after my first visit. I didn't feel pressured at all. They understood my needs and what I wanted in a motorcycle. I felt totally satisfied with the Honda Shadow - Aero I purchased. These guys are top notch. We had a major issue with the transmission on our p1000-5 and had no choice to take it to a different shop. When we had issues with getting it done in a timely fashion, the service manager helped me take the steps necessary with Honda to put the pressure on. Been on the road for the last 12 day my motorcycle was smelling like coolant and stopped by Honda World and their parts department stayed late to help me the best they could since it was closing time and I am 1300 miles away from home. Every time I walk into Honda World I'm greeted with a smile and get some of the best customer service I receive anywhere. They really make you feel like family. The sales manager is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly loves his job, which makes it a pleasure to work with him while he helps you find exactly what suits you best. All of the other sales reps I've ever worked with there have also been excellent. The cashier and finance manager are friendly and efficient and I've heard some amazing things about their shop guys, too. I love this place! When I walked into Honda World I felt right at home. I had called and gone into other dealerships and had not felt as comfortable as I did there. I also had done extensive research on the motorcycle I was looking to purchase and their staff was able to add to that. They are very knowledgeable in the products they sell. I have purchased new cars from dealerships before and never have they gone as smoothly as did this purchase of my new 2013 Honda Shadow Phantom.

I recently bought my second Honda lawn mower and have owned it for about a year and a half. One of the wheels became loose and because of the mechanism I was unable to fix myself. I called the warranty company and they referred me to Honda World in Sandy. I called to schedule an appointment with the service manager Matt. Honestly this experience was great, my family and I were just looking at racers and atvs - we weren’t necessarily looking to buy but just explore our options.
Christian approached us and my family started asking questions, when he noticed my parents interacting in their native language he made their life easier by speaking Spanish to them! We clicked really well with Christian and he answered ALL of our questions and was very patient with us, we test drove a racer and switched our choices so many times (we were all over the place) but he didn’t rush us at all and provided all the information we needed to make the best choice.
We eventually ended up buying an ATV and it was such a good buy! We got a seat accessory too so more of the family can ride it! Christian taught us how to use it and the features it comes with. The only issue we had once we brought the atv home is the tires were pretty low but it was such a minor inconvenience that we weren’t bothered at all and filled them w air ourselves.
Overall I would 100% recommend this place because of the staff and managers being so involved with their customers and the quality of the fun rides!

I came in with a busted license plate light that I needed fixed. I work at night, with my moped being the only way I can get around, and with the light out I was going to have problems. The rep help find a replacement and within 30 min and helped me replace it. They understood that my moped was my car and needed fixing as quick as it could be done. Bikes having first caught my attention, just after a glimpse of that flat black, Shadow. Followed by a beautiful lineup upon entrance, Honda Shadow Line, it is clear how they have cared and preserved it's roots. An exceedingly fair service you are doing, from dealer to the core. It is a good thing that through website, exists info, a gallery of lineups, and more.
Staying long with Sport bikes and Rebels, for all the thoughts entertained by such quality, and creative, mindful design. Leaving scarlet thought of chili peppers and lucky girls. But finding what fit my needs came surely, their Custom Line, and suddenly the Stateline came to be the seeing of my believing, and my happy purchase.
Customer service was exactly that it is service to the customer, and service made easy to receive, because of specialists, with exceeding customer care, helpful, comfortable persona, and premium facilities. The experience was overall very excellent, I cannot count the many positive elements. I highly recommend a visit to Honda World, and a thought upon joining such a lineup of off road toys, and street machines.

August 2017 - We purchased 3 bikes (50, 110, & 230), a trailer, and all the gear for 3 riders which was a lot to handle for a Saturday afternoon. The floor manager, Ben McNaughton, was with us through the whole process, answered all our questions and was proactive in giving us all the information we needed to make informed decisions. Also, Joan in the accessories department was invaluable as she patiently helped me and my 2 boys pick out all the right gear. The whole experience from start to finish was great! October 2017 - Fast-forward a couple months - I brought my 230 in for some repairs caused by a couple off-road crashes of mine. Connor Brady in the service department was a HUGE help. Since Connor also rides, he was able to quickly determine what the issue was. He also suggested some barkbuster handguards and took the time to help me decide which ones i wanted. Conner also followed up with me later about the status of repairs and delivered my bike to my house. I wish all repairs and services were this easy!

At first the experience was okay, I did not feel pressured to purchase a bike. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the bikes and really helped me along the way. It wasn't until I was not approved for a bike when the attitude of the manager changed and even mentioned private information across the store regarding my financial application. I did not appreciate it, then was talked into purchasing a used bike that I love dearly but had some reservations and that's when the "pushy" salesman type came out and really didn't make the experience all that great. It wasn't the attitude of its all about the customer it was all about getting this sale and time for the weekend.

Tarzan (Christian) was so awesome. I came in too buy one of there used machines and he went over every detail possible about the machine that he knew of (it was an Arctic cat trail 700) he was punctual and persistent but didn’t push unlike some of the other dealers I had been too. He truly wanted too make sure I was buying a machine that would suit my needs.
The whole team behind the sale was honest and helped me anyway they could not one person seemed exhausted over my 1500 questions and didn’t bat an eye when I kept changing my mind over and over again about certain upgrades.
All in all I give the 5 out of 5 stars, not just for Tarzan, but for the whole team behind the sale. I will definitely come back in the future and will definitely bring my other machines into them for servicing and added upgrades!

This was a surprise to finally go to a dealer who had sale's who actually knew about the bikes in and out. Most dealers sales just sell but don't really know or understand the specifics and newest upgrades on current models and it has been so frustrating to me. Not this dealer! They actually knew more then me concerning the African Twin 2018 sport adv. They actually educated me on the DCT to common sense my way over to wanting that instead. They were very patient and you can tell they love the ATV - Moto world personally and actually ride also. This meant to me that it is not just a job for them. This to me means a lot.

I was in today to buy new tires for a Honda Rancher ATV. Before I could even lug the first one in the store, a salesman was out the door to help me haul them in. Another joined in and they took great care of me, showing me the many options, where the work would be done, reassuring me they'd be done in plenty of time for an upcoming ride, etc. They are so nice and friendly, helpful and kind. Wanted to say thank you to Connor, Kenjii and the gang for getting the job done on my Honda shadow. It took 3 weeks to get the bike fixed due to it being riding season but he figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed the engine issue I was having. A few days later I noticed I had a slight rattle on my bike, I took it in to them to help me fix it and Kenjii fixed it for no cost.

I went into Honda World with kind of a bad attitude toward sales persons, because of my bad experience at another crap dealership I fist tried.. (AVOID MONARCH AT ALL COST!!!) Which is why i drove the extra 35 miles north to avoid them.
Anyways, I went to Honda World to look for a bike for a trade in. not only did they not make me wait, they helped me out within 5 minutes (unlike other non-comparable stores,) with an appraisal for my trade in.
I wasn't the most pleasant customer to be honest, (because of bad experiences at another store in Utah county,) but the people at Honda World cared enough to over look my attitude and be patient with me. They helped me find the bike I liked (phantom,) and because of the way they treated me, their patients, and their polite outgoing attitude, I bought my 2012 Honda Shadow "Phantom." They were very upfront about the pricing, and didn't not try those stupid sales tactics of making you wait for a half hour (OREM DEALER,) and making you feel like you had to wait there for 30 minutes for a stupid trade in appraisal.
I would HIGHLY recommend you Drive past the Orem store, and continue north to Honda World to avoid a l lot of bullshit. I have since been back to buy a luggage/sissy bar for my bike, as well as driving back the 35 miles for two jackets and some gloves. and all maintenance. I was honestly surprised how cool they were with me, and how I was was treated. I Will always go there for future purchases, and I tell everybody I know about where I bought my bike. Don't put off with these dealers with the bad attitudes.. Have a good experience and take my trusting advice.. I DISLIKE dealerships by nature, but these guys at Honda World WON ME OVER!
I highly recommend you go to Honda world first, and avoid all the crap I had to go through with other non-caring, dealerships. .. (Especially UTAH COUNTY)

I do really like the place. Every type of bike. I bought some riding gear, Jersey, Pants, Gloves, and boots. The boots are whats odd. On one boot its a nice white color. But on the second one, it looked like a ugly, more used, type of white. It looked mildly yellowish, and it feels sort of different then the other boot. The boots also take forever too break, but thats not Honda worlds fault. The staff are great here none the less.

Ben helped me through picking out a motorcycle, as I am a first time rider, and let me know which bikes I should avoid and which would be best for me. We ended up chosing a cbr 300 with an added abs feature for safety.
An awesome thing about this dealership is that it's very new rider friendly, as I they are able to deliver your vehicle for you in case you currently don't how to ride your vehicle.
Currently as I write this I still haven't ridden my new bike as I purchased the bike very late at night and no one is able to deliver until the next day, while that might be an issue for some, I do want to point out that even though the dealership closes at 7 , Ben stayed until I had finished the paperwork with the financer to congratulate me and throw me a small congratulations party that Included music and some clapping which was really awesome of him!

Honda-riding long distance (LD), Iron Butt, and moto-tour folks out there take note: you have friends along the I-15 leg of your next tours. You'll find them at Honda World, in South Jordan, Utah and in Mesquite, Nevada.
As background, motorcycles have been my preferred transport mode for 50 years. Though my career choices limited my moto-miles, I've still managed to ride over half-a-million miles, sometimes running over a thousand miles a day. I've come to appreciate the other riders out there willing to help out when things go awry. But, even more rare, I've gained a special appreciation for shops and dealerships, staffed by riders, who support those of us who choose two wheels to chase distant horizons.
Honda World exceeded expectations last week.
A new (to me) Honda became my latest touring bike late last autumn. My first tour on it this summer was unremarkable, primarily due to Honda's remarkable reliability that these machines are known for. Except for one thing. The original owner of this machine, who only put 5500 miles on it in 7 or 8 years, apparently cycled the mirrors frequently without touching the bolting. As a result of this practice, the mirrors would drift rearwards under the sail forces of interstate speeds. After a quick check at a rest area I found that the bolts were as tight as I dared tweak them, and re-torque with blue Loctite didn't help.
It drove me nuts pushing the mirrors back into position every 15 - 20 minutes while crossing the high desert.
With Honda World two doors down from that evening's hotel, I planned a quick stop to see if if the pro-wrenches there could help me out.
Within minutes of my arrival at opening time, Al, the dirt-oriented rider at the Honda World, South Jordan parts counter, was out at my bike with wrench in hand checking out the problem.
Minutes after that he had a couple of 6mm lock washers from his supplies installed and bolted down.
I continued my short ride through Las Vegas to visit my son there, then home to Washington state, adding 2292 miles to the odometer in my first 4 days touring on this machine. I never had to tweak the mirrors after Al's fix was installed.
Problem solved. No charge. And friendly conversation was a bonus during the quick fix.
Of course, I did pick up several hard-to-find farkles on the well-stocked shelves there to upgrade my touring machine. So, I kinda' returned the favor. But mine was a Win-Win experience at Honda World.
To the local riders who frequent the Honda World shops, I say, "Good choice."
For the travelers planning a run along Interstate-15, I say, "Make the stop at Honda World. Say hello. Checkout what these good folks have to offer along your way. I guarantee it'll be a good experience, even if only for the friendly conversation with other riders."

The only complaint I have is that every time I go in there, I see yet another beautiful bike that I want to own. haha..... wait is that really a complaint? Maybe only for my wallet.

Bought a Honda Grom from these guys. Mike and Ben sold me the bike, and they took time to get to know me and my wife and two kids and really understand what we were looking for and explore our options. Mike is passionate about spreading the dream of what it means to own a motorcycle. Ben connected with my wife and I on a personal level. Joan spent a lot of time going through helmet options with me, and was very knowledgable about the features. Danny was the manager and made sure we got a good deal on the bike. Couldn't be happier with my experience overall. They make you feel like family.

I came for a oil change and every single employee was so nice, they helped me figure out any questions I had, they were fast with the oil change and I really enjoyed there service and what they do, this is the motorcycle shop I’ll go to anytime if I have and question or problems. This is the best bike shop ever!!!!!

I basically lived at Honda World for two days asking all the questions about motorcycles, having never ridden one. “Tarzan” was so patient, answered all my questions, and gave me Costco pizza. Ended up with the coolest bike!

Went there to look at the Pioneer side by side but not intending to buy. Found what I was looking for and at a good price. Bought it the same day. The salesman Grant was extremely helpful and then Zach went through everything with me before I left. They delivered it to my house the next day at the exact time they promised. Great customer service.

Not great but Not terrible. They had the part I went in for but it ended up costing a lot more then I expected. I got the part but ended up finding a cheaper one on Amazon. Customer service from Mathew was bad. Availability of the part was good. Mix of the price and bad customer service from Mathew caused me to look for a cheaper part online.

Robert at Honda World in Service goes above and beyond. We have 5 boys who really needed to get some fresh air and fresh perspective on life using their bikes that Robert helped get ready. He also walked the young men through what service was done and how to do upkeep on the bikes for the future. Thank you Robert for trying to get them in sooner rather than later and explaining to the boys how and what needed to be done on the bikes for maintenance.

I went to Honda World to purchase oil and filter. The staff was very helpful and friendly with the purchase and assisted me with my question regarding the new models of Goldwing and dirt bikes. I also received a quote on replacement of air filter and a rear time. They were very professional and responsive to my requests.

Totally enjoyed being at Honda World and spending time talking with Christopher (aka Tarzan). No pressure, no "attitude", just a positive, friendly staff of enthusiasts who genuinely enjoy their job and their customers. There's a welcoming feeling you get from these guys just browsing the bikes. Tarzan's great to deal with, and he really listens! Also spent some time chatting with Blake (sales mngr?), who's also down-to-earth and a pleasure to talk with. These are the kind of folks you want to do business with - it just feels right.
I'll return to HW, if for no other reason than just to shoot the bull with my newfound friends there!

Honda World is great. Every time I go in it's like visiting an old friend. They always have everything I need. If not, they can order it for me with competitive pricing.
I have been reading some comments about not getting help the instant you walk in the door. I for one, hate high pressure sales, it makes me want to slug the sales person in the throat. My experience at Honda World has been nothing but world class service. If you want to be hounded and jumped by a forceful arm twisting sales person that makes you want to scream and run home to mom, just go to any other Honda dealership. But if you want a friendly Honda dealership that is no pressure, go to Honda world.

Before I bought my Honda Shadow from here They sold my Dad and brother a CRF250L and a 250 rebel. They took the time to help me learn my bike. The nice thing from the four dealerships they didn't hide any thing from me. The salesman went over all the cost with me before I went in to the finance office They invite me to all there bike show and rides they ever provide a BBQ. These guys really do care about the way you feel

Before my purchase I visited all the major dealers in the valley, the service I recieved from Honda World was by far the best. Even though the store was full of customers, the salesmanager greeted me as I was walking in the door. With thier help I was able to leave with the bike that best suited my daily needs (and cheaper than all the other local shops).

My experience was with the sale of a new machine only. I went in with a specific machine in mind, I was not pressured into anything I did not want. Ben, the salesman worked well with me and my 'cash price out the door' bottom line. Then Josh took over with the final details of the contract and again, was not pressured into trying to upsale or add anything on. Straight up easy transaction like it should be. I would purchase another machine from them because of my experience yesterday.
