Great car buying experience. Seth and Matt were very helpful. No pressure. The Santa Cruz was all ready when I arrived. Seth went over the vehicle and set up my iPhone. Matt had all the paperwork ready and went over available warranty information. The parking lot at this location is a mess, that’s minus one star. Difficult to find a spot and no clear signage. Not a huge deal, easy enough to figure out. My appointment did take a little longer than expected but not bothersome. The waiting area was great, no complaints there. Overall it was fine. Nice to have a washed car after.

Top notch service. Jess really took care of me. I had just purchased a new/used Hyundai from another dealer. Two months later, the transmission was jumping and I thought it would be covered by my extended warranty and she said she’d call them. It only took them 45 mins and it turned out that the transmission needed to be adjusted/reset because it adjusted to the previous driver/owner. This, of course, was not covered by my extensive extended warranty! Jess said she rounded down for me for the service and charged me $82.48 instead of the normal $165. Considering I had to pay out of pocket, the experience in all was pretty hassle free. There’s a reason Rowe Hyundai is #1! Would recommend them anytime!

Had a great service experience with Rowe Hyundai recently, and since they asked, I'll tell you about it. I did not buy my Hyundai from Rowe because "supply chain", but they took care of my Sonata N-Line for some SW upgrades, recall issues, and the required yearly inspection sticker. I had to drag the thing up on a tow dolly, in the midst of snow storms and power failures, so I appreciated that they were able to get things done without excuses - scheduling was almost instant. Thanks guys !

Quick in and out, very friendly staff, car was washed which was nice to get rid of winter salt. However they failed to fill my windshield washer fluid. Not a fun thing to figure out with a 40+ mile commute to work leaving at 430 am. Took a full gallon to fill it. I just assumed that all fluids would be topped off but maybe that isn't normal anymore?

It was freezing in the waiting area and the customer service representatives said they were not able to control the temperature. There was a gentleman waiting the same time I was and he kept changing seats to try and get away from the cold air. He agreed with me that it was usually cold.

I came in for a routine oil and filter change but I also happened to be the unlucky recipient of an egging incident. While the Hyundai Quick Care couldn’t help me with that, they were able to steer me in the direction of the Ford body shop across the way and it was cleaned in no time! Overall though my Hyundai Quick Care specialist was very helpful and gave it to me straight when I asked for her opinion.

Despite the service being an engine replacement I want to be clear about the separation between customer service and the engine failure. I had my 2017 Hyundai Tucson towed to dealer because of a wicked engine noise that sounded horrific. It was there for 2 1/2 weeks and I hadn’t heard anything so I called. The service rep said they had ordered me a new engine due to a bearing issue. He explained that Hyundai was extending the engine warranty to cover the cost and it would be several weeks due to the amount of replacements being performed. My only gripe would be that I would have appreciated a heads up on the issue and more importantly the time frame as we were borrowing a friends vehicle. The work was done as explained and we got the Tucson back a couple weeks sooner than anticipated which was great. The lack of a 5 star is based on the lack of communication to include the diagnosis, repair and timeline. The service rep who I dealt with on pickup day was awesome and answered all of my questions including giving me a total breakdown of what the replacement included and how it was done.

I felt that Lou Couture was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving, about the process of leasing it and my responsibilities of caring for it. No question I asked was unimportant. He answered them with patience. He was courteous and allowed the car to sell itself. He also let it be known that my friend was eligible for a $100 check for referring me. When it became clear that he was not going to be able to finish the process due to illness he apologized and had Sue take over and she did so without missing a beat.

Jim Mathews was my sales associate and he was such a pleasure to work with. Very honest and up front about everything, and unlike other dealerships, actually made an effort to get my business. Buying in such a tough market with limited vehicle availability was not ideal, but Jim made sure I got my vehicle in the best possible time frame and was able to move things around to make it work for me when plans changed. I thoroughly appreciated him making this process easier, especially since I didn’t live right nearby. Rowe also does not charge over MSRP, which is a welcome change from other dealerships trying to take advantage of the current situation.
The only negative thing I have to say is regarding their finance department and the lack of communication. Short staffed or not there is no excuse for them to ignore my phone calls and messages. I still believe overall this has been the best dealership I have ever worked with though, so I won’t let that change my rating.

Absolutely impeccable sales and service at this dealership. Purchased an Ioniq5. It had a manufacturing defect after a month. Hyundai bought it back at full price. While waiting for a replacement, Rowe furnished me with a brand new car for a loaner, and fully reimbursed my gas money for 2 months! Even took over a grand off MSRP of the new one when I signed for it. You will never find this level of service anywhere. Rowe Hyundai had the exact new vehicle I was looking for, scheduled to arrive in a couple weeks, which is how I ended up using this dealership, which was over an hour away from where I live. They let me come and test drive a slightly different vehicle before I put down a $500 deposit on the one I wanted. During the test drive phase of purchase, I found that the salesman was not able to answer most of my questions and felt like he didn't make an effort to try to answer them, but in this current market you take what you can get. The vehicle arrived in the expected time frame. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the salesman had it ready to go, with plates on it for a test drive. My financing was all ready to go as well. I found pick up to be a much better experience and the finance manager Matt was organized, efficient, and knowledgable. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to setting my new vehicle up with Android auto and Bluetooth connection and showing me all of the buttons and features of the vehicle. While I wasn't blown away with the service provided, and I wouldn't go out of my way to use this dealership again, I felt it was an ok experience.

After Leaving the dealership I went across the street to Market Basket. Upon arriving and shutting off my car and getting ready to leave my car. My emergency alarm on my key began to go off, despite my key being in my purse. I tried to no avail to shut it off. I put the key into the ignition and it was totally dead not even a click. Nothing was working. I had a direct number for quick Lane, I called and Anthony picked up. I explained the situation and he said I’ll be right over. Being across the street he was there in no time. I have no idea if all of this will be able to fit on a review, however, Anthony was amazing. After much discussion it was determined that I had used another key for my car and for some reason my car did not like this key. Anthony also did so many things that were over and above his saving an old lady in distress! I give rave reviews to the quick lane team and for the very professional people working there. Started out online with a trade appraisal. Lou Couture called us and we discussed a 2022 Santa Cruz. A deposit was made and we went to the dealership to finalize the deal. In the meantime another customer had also made a deposit. Since our deposit was 2nd we were unable to get that particular Santa Cruz. When we were pulling in to Rowe Hyundai, Lou was just bringing out a different Santa Cruz. We immediately fell in love with it. It has everything that we wanted and Nancy (my spouse) loved the color combination. A quick test drive and we were hooked. I had a very mixed experience at Rowe. I went in looking for a limited version of the vehicle for a leasing special but when I returned the next day they were all sold in bulk. Not anyone's fault necessarily but very frustrating. I do feel that I was treated well on price for the next model up thanks to the sales manager, to that was a big poaitivie. When it came time to sign and drive off , I was in line and "next" for at least two hours. Not t how I intended to spend my Saturday.

Worked with Susan Burek throughout my trade and she was amazing! Always responded promptly and had reliable answers to all of my questions. Was great at communicating and being transparent throughout the process. The only issue I had was with the general sales manager who tried to lowball me with my trade and offered me $2,500 less than every other dealership who appraised my vehicle and he only compromised when I was ready to pull my deposit and go somewhere else. Aside from that my experience was great and I would recommend Susan Burek to anyone who is looking to buy a car and have someone knowledgeable throughout the whole experience.

I used the collision center here. Overall I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the center on giving me updates on my car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They lose some stars though because my second loner car was not cleaned before it was given to me and it also had less than a quarter tank of gas when I got it. Also my car was not cleaned before it was given back to me. I was not expecting a full detail before I got it back but I would have thought they could have cleaned up the mess they made and I had only had my car for about 2 weeks so it is practically new. I had dirt and dust on the inside of every door and my passenger seat had dark dirt marks on it. My center console area was also fairly dirty. Also I had scuff dirt marks throughout the car. Additionally my driver door had dark dirt stains all over along with some minor scratches on the inside panel. The dirt thankfully came out with some tough scrubbing once I got home. Overall I wish I could give a better review because the repairs were very good and my car looks like new but the treatment of the inside of my car is little to be desired.

Having made an appointment a couple weeks prior for a 10:30 appointment . This appointment was for an inspection sticker and oil change. I usually wait in lobby. That was so far from what I dealt with! I was immediately greeted with a smile and the process was so smooth and I got exactly the car I wanted, with a monthly payment I was very comfortable with. I worked with Jim as a salesman and he was super helpful and showed me the in and outs of my car (I’m used to old sh*tbox cars, so this was a big upgrade), and Danielle the finance worker was so helpful and helped to lower my APR. We met him at 3 and he showed us a Kona and went over the features. We test drove the Kona and decided that it was too small after driving a Forrester for 11 years.
He then showed us a Tucson and a Santa Fe. We decided to drive the Tucson.
While we were gone he had our car appraised
Because the computers were down, we set up appointment for Tuesday to see if we could make a deal.
We met him at 11 as scheduled and he had everything ready and we agreed to the deal.

During this uncertain time of the Covid virus, we knew our vehicle needed attention, but due to our age and immune status we were reluctant to spend time in the waiting room for several hours. Lexi set it up so our vehicle would be picked up, worked on, and returned to our home. The driver arrived wearing gloves, mask, wrapped the steering wheel, sprayed the interior, and used seat coverings. The technicians performed an inspection, a front brake job, oil and filter change, and exchanged our snow tires for our regular ones. They washed our vehicle, returning it to us in under five hours at a cost we felt was very reasonable. We have always been impressed with Rowe's attention to detail, but this time they went above and beyond!

Zane at Rowe Hyundai is an outstanding salesperson! He's wicked knowledgeable about the whole Hyundai line, he wants to please his customers, he works very hard to understand his customers needs/wants, and places them in vehicles that match their interests. We went to test drive a Kona and then the Tucson caught our eye so we test drove that. This was in July and we weren't going to get anything until August. We went back 2-3 times and Zane worked with us every time. We were torn between the Tucson and another make and model elsewhere and he was low pressure and very patient with us. All of our experiences with Zane were so good and he really works hard to get folks into the vehicles they want! Things were so good with Zane, my wife called him a week or two later to see if he had any hybrids and she went right in to test drive it and she drove it off the lot the next day! Time and time again you here stories from people who have had terrible experiences with car dealerships and pushy salesmen. This was not the case at all with Rowe Hyundai.
My journey for a new car started off online, where I did hours of research on what type of vehicle I wanted and what dealership I wanted to go through. The first dealership that stood out in my search was Rowe because of all the great reviews -Especially for Leif. So, I made an appointment to go in and talk with Leif and the first thing he said to me was "I just want to let you know I'm not like other salesmen, I'm not going to push you into a sale. I'm here for you so why don't you tell me what you'd like and I'll help you get there." He stood to what he said that first day and over the next week went so above and beyond his job description it amazed me.
An example of this is he would keep me updated and in the loop constantly when I was applying for financing. I mean he was emailing me and calling me on his own personal time and after business hours just to make sure I was comfortable and up to date. Another example is when I did purchase my New Hyundai Veloster my Fiance was with me, he looked at her and said "hey could I borrow the keys to your car" shes like Okay, then he went and ran her car through the car wash just because that's the type of person he is.
Most people will tell you that buying a car is an extremely stressful process. I'm here to tell you that I had more fun talking with Leif and the other guys and gals at Rowe than a person should spending so much money. My point is that they are good people, selling a good product, who are willing to bend over backwards to make sure that the deal is RIGHT for YOU.

Our leases were up and we had been checking for a couple of months. And we had read some good stuff about the Kona. So we came over to check it out. Zane, answered the phone. Gave us a time to come in. He met us in the parking lot. He showed us the Kona and we drove it. It was ok. So for the heck of it we decided to take the Tucson out. Even though I was already sold on a mazda. But there were so many things connecting with us and Zane, we were all talking our heads off, we had a lot in common. So we drove the Tucson and LOVED it. And Zane. It’s important for you to be able to feel cared for when you’re spending so much money and he was willing to help a lot. And he still does, if we need help with anything. So thank you again Zane!

So I wanna quickly tell you about my awesome car experience. I started my car search back in August 2014 when I bought a really bad PT-Cruiser. I had very little money, but everyone was telling me wait and I will find the perfect car for me. So I test drove and I test drove and finally settled on a Dodge Dart as a car I wanted in the future. After test driving 9 (Yes Nine) I finally was gonna call it quits, and drive my current car into the ground. But Saturday January 23 changed my car buying experience and opinions of car sales people in general. I finally found the Dodge Dart I had been looking for. I rolled up to the dealership expecting to be turned away or told what my budget was just like every other dealership had done. This nice salesperson named Leif came out and greeted me. I told him what I was interested in, he did not offer anything else...actually he said let me grab the keys. I was short on time and he knew this. I test drove the car for 15 min and when you know you found the one, you just know. Leif did not pressure me into buying that day I told him I was willing to place 500 to hold it and that I could be back on Monday to meet and talk more. He agreed! So the appointment was set and we were ready to go. I called him a couple more times that Saturday to run some numbers with him and the main thing that he said kinda shocked me. He stated "Kyle only you know how much your willing to pay, and I will help you get there" This was the first time that a Dealership put it in my hands to move forward. After not sleeping all weekend Monday finally comes. We sit down and crunch numbers and counter offers and ect. Finally I had my first set of numbers. I was not feeling those numbers and I was running out of time due to having to be at school. Finally at 1145 another manager comes over and is willing to take 2000 off the car, give me a an extra 1500 for my car, as long as I payed a little more. I was so willing to do this....this was my car. Now I need to mention not only was I able to get the car I wanted, but I was able to get it through my FCU that I was already using which was huge for me.....All in all this Dealership, the staff, and the managers are exceptional. I will go no other place for another car again!! Thank you Leif....you will be my salesman for life!
