This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Let me preface this by saying that I am an out of state buyer and live in Southern California and have never purchased a vehicle out of state. I was extremely worried about buying from a dealer out of state and did a lot of homework. I worked with Ash and Noel and I couldn’t have been happier with their service and transparency. I was hesitant but bought the vehicle given their transparency and service. The vehicle was in immaculate condition for 20 years old so I when it arrived at my home I looked everywhere to find something wrong, given it’s age it seemed something had to be wrong somewhere. Nothing, everything was perfect and exactly as described. The vehicle was immaculate just as described online and through the discussions I had with Ash. I have now been driving my truck for over a week and I’m beyond happy. Trust the good reviews and if you like what you see online, you will love it even more in person. Thank you Ash and Noel! I’m a customer for life. Oh and the rates they can get on used vehicles are unreal! Best I’ve ever seen and I’ve been in banking for 15 years.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! 11/10 experience. They have the best prices around, extremely fair. They go through an extremely thorough process of inspecting the car before selling and they won't sell anything they don't feel confident in. You can rest assured you get a quality vehicle from them. I located a vehicle I liked on their website and drove all the way down from Washington. I can definitely say it was worth the trip. I called and spoke with the manager Ash and he helped me from start to finish. I was shocked how quick he was able to get in and out driving back home. I wanted to take a moment to write about my experience. I’ve been in contact with Ash on a vehicle for over a week. My work schedule is very hectic. They got my financing approved but the only delay was Sunday’s are my only day off and they are closed on Sundays. Ash took time out of his day off to accommodate me so I can pick up my new vehicle and finalize the paperwork. I’ve never dealt with such nice people that work at a car dealership. I was so sad when my car got wrecked but getting a new vehicle at this place was painless and quick. I’m so happy with everything. I flew in on a Saturday morning and was picked up from the airport by Ash. He had already processed my paperwork so when we arrived at his showroom I was able to quickly sign doc and be on my way. If you're looking for a new car before going to another dealership take the time to stop by Jordan Motorsports. They have a wide verity of cars and trucks at prices you can't find anywhere else. I have bought multiple vehicles and would gladly do it again. Every time I walk in I drive out in a new car, We put close to 100k miles on our first SUV without a single issue. I would definitely recommend stopping by you won't regret it.

AK BUYERS WELCOME! That was my experience anyway. I flew in from Anchorage to buy a car and drive back. The used car market has been crazy and it’s not been any better in Alaska. Long story short, I knew what I wanted and they had it. We sent them a deposit(it wasn’t small) and although I tried to worry, it was a very smooth transition. No troubles registering the car in Alaska. My new plates came in the mail a week ago. (It’s September ‘22 were all about to start getting our monster PFD!) I hit the road the next day and the only trouble I had was the Canadians confiscated my apples. The temp tag was fine at the border. I’ve got 4,000 miles on the car already and she’s a beast. I will buy from Jordan Motorsports again. Just because I’m a huge of the old 7.3L Powerstroke… Same day I’m in here buying my car I see several mint trucks and Excursions. Two of which where being loaded up and shipped to a buyer in Willow. I know they are going to be smiling when these pull up.

This past February 2022 I was looking for a hard to find 2022 Land Rover Defender X. Ash, the owner of JMS, and I struck a deal over the phone to trade in my current vehicle and buy his Defender. I recommend Jordan Motorsports most highly if you are buying a vehicle from out of state and want the confidence that your transaction is secure and that your vehicle arrives just as advertised. All of my dealings with this company were professional and fair for a 2012 Supercharged Range Rover HSE. The entire experience was completed remotely. Jordan Motorsport shipped the vehicle to my preferred destination within days. The dealer installation of a new timing chain prior to purchase sealed the deal for me. That is a step that is rare, in my experience. Staff is highly attentive, knowledgeable and responsive. Processes are fine-tuned and efficient. I will use this source again.

Just bought a great used car here. I got a Porsche macan s 2017. I've now had the car for about a month, and it is driving great, no issues, and all is as it should be. The entire visit took maybe 45 minutes and was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had, of the maybe 20-30 cars I have owned. Their entire team was exceptional, friendly, fast, and even helped me get the lowest interest rate I've ever had for a car loan from a local bank. I've been waiting to make this review. I bought this vechicle site unseen and had it ship to me. All of the purchasing and shipping went very smooth. Since I've received the vechicle I've noticed some things that I feel should have been mentioned. For example, there are paint corrections all over the truck. I mean all over. Now, I was told it was accident free and and kept in a climate controlled building its whole life. Even the car fax stated it was in no accident. "BUT" The passenger door, passenger front fender nor the bed of the 2003 Dodge 2500 2 tone is not original to the vechicle. Which raises red flags as the whole passenger side of the truck had been replaced. It was painted to match. I know this because (1) you can feel the paint line where it was color matched (2) the vin stamped on the bed doesn't match the rest of the truck. Which was off putting considering I paid top dollar for it. This is something any dealer would know and should express. There was also over spray between the doors on the passenger side. These are things that should be mentioned up front. Not told the truck is in perfect condition. My other complaint is the front-end was bad out of alignment which is more expense I must pay on a $41k truck.. It was my first site unseen purchase and it will be my last. I'm not saying Ash is a bad guy, He was always at the ready and stayed in contact. That i do appreciate that about Ash. I'm just saying there are things that I felt sould be mentioned. Over all the truck runs perfect and is very nice on the inside. The engine is strong and the transmission is good. And I'm still very happy with my purchase. With that being said I would buy from Ash again.

I own several 2002 to 2007 GMC Duramax Pickup trucks. I was looking for another one and found a 2006 from Jordan Motorsports. Ash and his staff went above and beyond to point out any small imperfections I may not have noticed in the pictures. Since it was a very low mileage truck, they still stressed it was not new. This was an over the internet, out of state sale. Upon receiving the truck, we couldn't be happier. It is nicer than the brand new one I purchased in 2006. I can say without a DOUBT, that Jordan Motorsports is the FINEST used car experience I have ever had. He himself took the time to make sure I was approved and NOT at 29.99%... I cannot tell you the rate, but it was HALF of that amount and less! WOW! And with the highest rated credit union as well. I dealt with Hugo who did a great job of being attentive and explaining about the vehicle I went to look at. Props to him and his customer service, I gave a 3 star rating because Hugo asked his boss ASH to assist in the deal and Ash attempted to make the whole deal confusing and made me feel like I had never purchased a car before and didn't understand math or how the buying a car with negative equity works. So I ended up buying the same year make and model from a different dealer for $3000 less that had a few more miles. So Props to Hugo, not so much for Ash.

My husband and I came here to look at a VW Sportwagen. When we arrived the car was pulled right up front and was incredibly clean! We worked with Hugo who was very welcoming but gave us lots of time to browse and inspect the car. The car had some issues like a broken sunroof (didn't respond, blown fuse?) and a scratch on the window tint, but Hugo said they would fix it for us if we purchased. We ended up not buying the car but there was another VW very similar he showed us. We have never had such a pleasurable experience purchasing a car from any dealer, and I have purchased from Rassmusan BMW, Lexus of Portland, and Mercedes. I called late Monday evening about a vehicle that I saw on-line and the owner answered the phone. I told him that Monday was the only day I could see the car, and even though he was about to close, he said he would wait. We got to the dealer around 7:00 pm. He was personable and professional, and introduced himself. We test drove a well maintained one owner Audi. They specialize in well maintained low mileage, late model luxury vehicles. The car was immaculate as was all the other cars on the site. After test driving the vehicle twice, Ash showed us the Carfax report and went down each and every line item and service detail on the report. After going thru the various purchase options, the different extended warranty plans available, etc., we decided to purchase the vehicle. Suffice to say that Ash was able to get the financing at a great rate, and we walked away with a new car and a great buying experience. Ash made it happen and went way beyond what most dealers would do after hours, and at no time did we ever feel rushed or pressured; he was courteous the whole time during the process! I found this low milage Lexus Rx on Craigslist. It was out of state, reasonably priced and I was skeptical about everything. The Ad sat there for a fews weeks until I decided to text them. From the first text Ash was courteous and tried to address all of my concerns...the condition, the down payment, registration, and transportation. He sent me the Carfax, links to his online reviews and we used Facetime to show me his facility. I bought the car and as promised, it was in even better condition than the pictures. This thing looks and runs perfectly. I financed thru them w/ a great rate and a nominal down payment. It was delivered door to door within 5 business days of him receiving my documents. EDIT: 5-9-2020 The owner reached out and offered to pay half of the repair bill. Bought a 2013 Ford Raptor from them on 3-23-20. Didn't even have it ONE WEEK before it wouldnt start and needed to be towed to Ford. Posted on a car forum with almost 20k members and was surprised at how many people from Salem, Portland, Seattle knew of the dealership and had nothing but negative things to say. That being said, I shouldn't have ignored the multiple red flags throughout the process.
