I recently got my car inspected and serviced here because of an airbag light issue and there was a recall for it. Domenic was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and answered my questions promptly. 5 star service. I’ve always had a smooth and pleasant experience here when buying a vehicle or getting repairs done. Unfortunately, after driving my vehicle the next day I am still experiencing the intermittent airbag light. Will have to figure out another time to get my vehicle serviced again and hopefully they will be able to fix it.

Ira CDJR continues to impress with their efficiency and dependability when it comes to servicing my 2019 Ram 1500. Appointments are easy to attain and the time they have the vehicle for regular service is minimal. Even if it’s a longer appointment, I usually choose to wait for my truck, browse and daydream on the lot, drink their hot coffee (fresh half n half too), maybe eat snacks and watch TV. Definitely the first dealership I’ve ever been to where I’ve felt this comfortable and content knowing things are great all the way around. Thanks for taking care of my truck. 5 Star service!

I take my truck to Ira’s because their service is always top notch. All the services that i need are taken care of each time, from just rotating tires to maintenance level service. My wife and I full-time RV. We drive a 2020 Ram 3500 Mega cab to pull our rig. Our truck is under recall for the high pressure fuel pump. I first went to Ira to see if they have the fuel pump available. I spoke to Dominic (sevice advisor) on the phone and he suggested I bring it by so they can get the serial number from the engine along with the VIN. I stopped by and talked to John (service advisor) . He scheduled an appointment to replace the pump and said he would place the pump on order. John also took a few minutes to educate myself and the wife on some of the features of the truck that i/we were having issues with. The day before the appointment I again stopped by (to make sure the pump was available) and was told it was on back order. The truck was due the 30k mile scheduled maintenance so we kept the appointment. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner. Both Dominic and John are very accommodating and professional. I recommend Ira for your maintenance requirements on your vehicle.

When I went to pick up the car I waited over an hour for the license plate to be installed. Something about not having the right screws. Not a bad place just the service seemed lacking.

Tuesday April 26, 2022 I went to visit the Jeep Parts Department in search of a much needed set of clips for an interior part of the driver's seat lumbar support. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. He looked up the seat frame using the picture I provided and my VIN. Unfortunately, the clips are not sold separately and I refuse to by a $560.⁰⁰ to $900.⁰⁰ so now I will need to either fabricate or repair the seat back retaining clip. While this is extremely inconvenient, and even more than off-putting in regards to the Jeep brand, this is in no way a reflection upon the IRA JEEP Parts Department. The Jeep Parts Counterperson did his job and he did it well. Fiat-Chrysler, the owners of the Jeep brand, needs to get their act together and make all of the individual parts available for purchase by the Jeep owner and by anyone whose job it is to repair a Jeep. It is not acceptable to expect a Jeep owner to pay that exorbitant amount of money just to get the clips off of the new frame to repair the original. SHOULD FIAT-CHRYSLER choose to reach out to me to rectify this situation I am open to that. I don't expect that they will though.

Dropped my "new to me" grand cherokee off to have it looked over, as I have never owned one prior. In terms of the experience, it was a positive one. I really appreciate the brief video clip from the technician...very cool touch...although it was hard to hear him due to the shop noise. Also, a courtesy car would have been nice, but the shuttle driver was pleasant to chat with. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would/will return in the future..

The service department did not correctly repair my 1st cylinder misfire this past spring. When taking my Grand Cherokee back in last week they took ownership of the problem. They had my vehicle for a full week. The first three days were spent diagnosing the cause of the misfire. They gave me a loaner vehicle which was a new Cherokee so that I could commute to and from work. I thank Kevin for his diligence and the time he spent solving the mystery of a faulty fuel injector. I thank Dominic for his wonderful customer service. I thank Diane for giving me my initial ride home to North Windham. I thank Carl for taking ownership of the problem. Staff was extremely helpful and had an acceptable offer on my trade and cost to purchase the new vehicle before I even returned from the test drive. They also had a better price option on the Jeep Wrangler Willy then any of the dealers around my home. Well worth the 1 hour and 45 minute ride to purchase the 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Had my first service today on my 2021 Ram Rebel. The service team was fantastic. They got me right in at my scheduled time, explained what they were going to do, and gave me an estimated amount of time I'd be waiting. The waiting room had plenty of fresh snacks, coffee, a fridge with different cold drinks, and a good Wi-Fi connection. When my service was complete they went over everything with me and offered to answer any questions I had. I will continue to use them in the future for my service needs.

I originally rated this place 3 stars due to an on going brake issue however, since writing my initial review I was contacted by the owner over at Chrysler (I believe his name was Chris) he reached out to me and was extremely professional and very courteous to me. After writing my review I came to find the grinding noise I was hearing was still there even after replacing my back brakes. After almost 7 months of being in mechanic shops over this I was feeling very defeated. It turned out the front brakes also had the same issue and Chrysler took my Jeep back in and fixed it free of charge. Although it sounds like it would be a simple diagnosis, I had 2 different shops look at these brakes multiple times and they were stumped, it wasnt until I was able to get a video that we could diagnose the noise, so I personally believe everyone involved worked to the best of there ability and that this was just an odd ball issue on my jeep. I believe the service manager at Chrysler is Chandler? Although I did not speak with him personally, my fiance did and they not only fixed the issue but did not charge me. I test drove my Jeep last night and everything sounds good and I'm feeling much better. Thank you Chrysler Prime for your professionalism and going above and beyond with such a frustrating situation. I absolutely would recommend this place, everyone there is very professional and kind. Thanks again!

They checked it out and said they had fixed it . We did that 3 times. Then I took Dominic for a ride. He said torbo tramission needed to be replaced. recently was able to purchase a new vehicle and decided on buying a Jeep. I met Michael outside in the rain by the entry doors. He was extremely friendly and approachable and offered to help me look for the perfect vehicle. He sat down at the computer and went through the inventory with me until we found the vehicle I was interested in checking out. He never tried to steer me to any particular vehicle but was interested in finding out what type of things I wanted in a vehicle and showed me what they had in their inventory that met my wants and needs. From there we went and test drove the vehicle. I found him to be extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After the test drive we discussed purchase vs lease and trade-in value of my vehicle and the selling price with the trade-in. I was on a bit of a time crunch and had to return back to work so he made sure the preliminary paperwork was completed and given to finance to get the back loan rate for me. I told him I could come back the next day to finish up so he let me take the vehicle home while they ironed out the financial details. When I returned the next day, he was working with another customer but made sure I got to finance then brought me out to the vehicle and went through everything more thoroughly and made sure I understood the features and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with his working knowledge of the vehicle. He asked my permission to contact me again to make sure everything was going ok and to be available to answer any questions. He also indicated I could contact him at any time if I had any questions as well. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Michael and Southern Maine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I went through another dealership to purchase a Ram Truck last July and the people at Southern Maine Motors put that dealership to shame! Southern Maine Motors is a wonderful dealership and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 9/19/18 I brought in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee for non-start problem - when the tow truck dropped it off they called me to let me know. They called a few minutes later to say the battery needed replacing and I authorized them to replace it. I also needed an inspection sticker this month so they did an inspection and found the 2 front tires needed replacing (which I knew) and they were able to replace them and do an alignment while it was there. Service was great - they called me around 12:15 when vehicle arrived at their shop and vehicle was ready to be picked up a little after 4:00. This is amazing service! 10/13/18 Well as I said in a previous post we went through another dealership to purchase our Ram Truck and it was probably one of the biggest mistakes we could of done - the service is horrible - I asked Southern Maine Motors if they would service it and they said yes, that's a relief - you can't find more honest people then these people.

My car had to be towed to the dealership and required another engine after overheating and losing it's coolant on the highway. It never left the service department so I needed another car. I explained to Tammy my budget and she worked within those parameters and accommodated me every step of the way, including allowing me to take the car I purchased from her (2015 Subaru Impreza) to our local Subaru service techs for an exam. It checked out perfectly. I was impressed with the fact that she permitted me to take the car overnight to do this. When I had confirmed the car's worthiness, I was happy to complete the deal with Tammy and brought the car back to them with check in hand. The purchase went very smoothly and enjoyably under very difficult circumstances with my car not worth the cost of its repair. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for in stock, they secured the financing at a rate I was extremely happy with. Since it was a Saturday, I was planning on picking it up on Monday, as there was no way to get the insurance changed on the weekend. They took care of that also, by giving me a dealer plate to last me until Monday when I could get it taken care of. So I did this thing where I went into a dealership I just happened to be driving past the other day, (there were some pretty trucks there - yes I said 'pretty'). Upon entering, I met a rather chill guy by the name of Jack Dowd at the door (who just happened to be 2017's salesman of the year or something similar to that accolade) and to make a long story short, I left a couple of hours later with a brand new truck. I really did not expect to drive something off the lot that day but I was offered just too good of a deal to pass up and Mr. Dowd as well as the unseen heroes at SMCDJ made the entire process really, really easy. I would recommend anyone to this lovely place, it was a completely relaxing truck-buying experience for me. On Thursday August 10th my wife and I had the privilege of meeting Tammy Sutherland. She was friendly, kind and patient to show us any (and all) vehicles that we cared to see. After inquiring about a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee we sat down and spoke about our budget and expectations and next steps. We committed on returning on Saturday August 12th so that our car could be appraised. On Friday August 11th Tammy called me as she had promised to discuss the vehicle we had test driven. Tammy allowed me to test drive the vehicle and had my trade-in appraised in the mean time. Shortly after returning I explained to Tammy that this was the vehicle that we wished to purchase. She was well organized and quickly proceeded to review with me all the information required for the purchase of the vehicle. The process in total was very easy, painless and quick. I have had experiences in the past where this was not the case. Super efficient! Both my wife and I cannot say enough good things about our Salesperson Tammy or our experience in purchasing our new 2017 Grand Cherokee. Went in for oil change and Inspection sticker, oil change was done well, I was handed a repair bill for 2700 dollars for the jeep to pass MSI. I agree that the jeep needed brakes. Tech stated that the engine was dripping oil. There are no oil drips or stains in my driveway indicating a leak. Placed cardboard under the engine. Tech claimed that his bay had oil drips from my vehicle. Will do brakes/seals my self and will save almost $2000.00 Staff was friendly facility was clean. Probably will not be back.
