Came in too purchase a 2016 Chevy trax. Bryan got me in within a day and had the car detailed and ready to go. After looking it over and test driving we loved the car but it had a broken stereo. They offered to fix the stereo for free which was amazing. Worked within our budget and Jacob got us a great rate for financing. Very easy to work with, very friendly, straight forward answers. When looking for a used car these days it can become a very frustrating experience, everything has high miles and seems to be priced significantly above what the actual value of the vehicle is. We spent several days going up and down 82nd looking at, and test driving quite a few cars. We met the pushy sales guy, the arrogant sales guy, the not really a sales guy sales guy, and many other characters along the way, it was entertaining if nothing else. Today we visited International Auto Sales for the first time. A young man named Alex greeted us and asked us what he could do for us. I explained what we were looking for, and what our budget was, and that this was a first car for my daughter, so we need something that is not going to end up being a headache. Alex quickly ran us through what they had that met the criteria we had laid out, and let us test drive the 2 options we liked best. Alex was straightforward and courteous, and didn't try to force us up into that next price range by discrediting the cars within our budget and pointing out something a few grand more that would be "just what you're looking for" a tactic we saw more than once over the last few days. We found a vehicle that we were happy with and Alex had the paperwork ready to go in what seemed like no time at all. It was a very pleasant car buying experience, and we left feeling good about the decision we made. If you're in need of a used car, I would highly recommend giving International Auto Sales an opportunity to see what they can do for you. It's a no pressure sales experience that you just don't see enough these days. Thank you guys again for all your assistance.

Hello my name is Marshall and I wanted to share my experience with International Auto Sales. I have been looking for a Scion XD for a while now and I finally found a Scion up in Portland Oregon on Craigslist . This car was perfect the price the mileage it looked really clean in the picture , so I started texting Lina, I think she's a manager I'm not sure ,if she's not she should be promoted to a manager, what an Awesome and Caring Person. So I stated to Lina that I would need to take a train or bus to look at the Scion because I live in Salem and I had no ride up there. She offered me an Uber ride and that International Auto Sales would pay for the Uber ride up there ,I was shocked, that's a pretty expensive ride. I was so excited about the Scion that I took her up on her offer, what a Great Deal. So the Uber ride showed up and took me all the way up to Portland . Took the car for a drive loved the car ,purchased the car, great little car ,recommend the Scion XD to anyone great car. The next day I drove up to the store in the Scion and it would start but the windows would not roll up or down the AC wouldn't work and wouldn't go into gear. I'm thinking the worst finally everything turned on so I drove the scion home tryed to start the car again and it did the same thing ,no windows and no AC and then it would all turn back on ,so I drove to the Toyota dealership and it did the same thing for them so I decided to leave it there. Out of the blue, 2 hours after I left the Toyota dealership,Lina text me from International Auto Sales to check up on how the Scion was running . I text her back and told her that the car broke down. Lina told me to keep in touch , long story short they had to keep the car for a week because the new relay was in San Francisco and they had to order it. So the Toyota dealership received the part and installed it and had a shuttle come and pick me up . I went to pay for the bill and Lina had called the dealership and PAID for the hole $350 repair bill I was so surprised and Thankful Thank You Thank You again .I Would Recommend International Auto Sales DealerShip to anyone they have a huge inventory.Remember ask for Lina. Overall my experience was great. Leading up my purchase I was able to text John and stay in contact until it came time for my purchase. There was no pressure at all. I was able to spend ample time with the cars available for me. They were very honest and up front. With my credit and short time on the job I was not expecting a brand new perfect car. That being said I was not pressured to buy a car I didn't feel comfortable with. Time will tell if the car itself is reliable, I however would not hold them responsible since cars are all different. They stand behind their sale and I know if something huge does go wrong with the car I could turn to them for options..that speaks volumes! All in all my actual car buying experience with International was definitely five stars!

5 stars is not enough! Helpful, friendly, not at all pushy, HONEST, and on top of it they have a pretty great selection of cars (from fixers to turn key ready) for better prices than you will find anywhere else. Shopping for cars is a pain, especially when your thrown into it after an accident and have to get one in a pinch. I got my hope's up over a couple of other cars from other sellers that ended up being far more trouble than what they were worth. But the guys here got me into a fantastic car, that was in far better condition than I could find anywhere else, and for a great price. They seemed more concerned about me finding the right car than buying one from them. They were transparent, encouraged me to take it to a mechanic (which I did and everything checked out), and were very helpful and laid back as far as timing. They even helped me wrestle with uninstalling and reinstalling my carseat. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!

We ended up not purchasing the ones we looked at as my son had a particular "style" of a vehicle in mind, but we found them to be people of integrity who gave us great advice. I felt as if she would not want my child driving a vehicle she would not let her own child drive. Went to several different dealerships in the Portland area and had terrible customer service every time. Not to mention overcharging for terrible condition cars that were not adequately displayed in the online ads (if the headliner is sagging, the radio missing, and the driver seat foam is out you should mention that and not charge 7 grand). Unlike other dealerships international Auto sales was great, very low pressure, nice lot with good quality cars. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. Best car buying experience I have had to date. Frank was a terrific salesman and made the process painless.

My husband and I drove from Eastern Oregon to 82nd street in Portland to find a car. We walked and looked at the lots.. Before walking into this one because of all the PT Cruisers they had. The young lad that helped us was very nice and he mentioned something about a Ford car that had just been traded in that day... only had 60,000 miles on it! For 3,000 that is a steal! We paid cash so didnt have to deal with financing. The young Lad turned us over to his family (not sure if it was dad or not) Whom told us that he needed to look over the car before he gave it to us, as it had just been traded in and he wanted to make sure that he was selling us a car with no problems. They replaced the spark plugs for us and even bought us dinner at the Mcmenamins down the road while they replaced the plugs. We drove our "new" car home last night and it runs like a top. No Shimmies, Shaking or weird noises. All in All the experience was lovely and I would recommend my friends to come here. <3
