They do good service here. The tech seemed to do a very thorough inspection based on the vehicle report results. They were good a identifying the most critical work needed as opposed to minor overdue maintenance. But be prepared to wait. 3 hours seems to be the standard minimum turnaround time. They had a cafe built in their lobby they have so many people waiting at once. It’s a pretty big service operation they have going here. Oh, and they have a vintage bike and car collection for you to browse while you’re waiting. I would continue to return as long as the quality of the service remains high.

My husband and I just drove home in our brand new 2023 Honda HRV Sport and we couldn’t be any happier. We traded in our 2021 HRV Sport and are completely blown away with the refresh of this model (pictured are the 2021 and the 2023 side by side). Truly it feels so luxurious and more like an SUV than a crossover. JC was such an amazing sales rep that helped us to find the best lease option for our needs. He was very responsive in any/all communication we had with him and shared in our excitement for this new car. This is my 3rd Honda HRV I’ve leased and Beaverton Honda is hands down the NICEST Honda dealership I’ve ever seen. The have a cafe, a kids play room, a WiFi lounge, free snacks and sodas, a very comfortable waiting area and a nice outdoor area. We drove 30 mins to go to this location as the other dealerships near us didn’t have the best reviews. We are so glad we made the drive the drive and will recommend JC to all of our family and friends. We even got a thank you gift before we drove off. Today we bought a 2018 Mozda from Beaverton Honda. Buying a car can be an extremely daunting task. Experience at Beaverton Honda was mostly good. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, Honda sales process, and financing. Trade in and titling process was simple. However, know to expect a bit of typical car dealership nonsense when shopping here. Initial quote provided during buying process was roughly $7000 over the listed website price of a certified used vehicle, including a lot of extra warranty extensions, etc. Made it clear we weren’t interested in extras and wanted to pay the listed price and it took a couple of rounds of saying no to various quotes before we received the quote we were asking for. Included in the final price was a non-negotiable $800 sealant warranty that was not clear in the listed sales price on their website. Trade in value was variable based on purchasing extra warranties or services (we were offered a higher trade in value if we were to purchase a service package, for example) Overall a quick and mostly honest experience got us out the door with the car we were looking for.

Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted, and Melvin immediately could tell that I knew what I was there for. He directed me to the vehicle to look at it and take it for a test drive. He wasn’t pushy but instead wholesome and provided intelligent and kind conversation. The process was quick and concise, and I walked out the same night with a car that I’ve wanted since 2015. Greater at door. Referred to a nice gentleman Emanuel that helped me get a new passport Trailsport. I traded in my truck and the process was very easy. I had to deal a little on fees a things I didn’t want like the service contract. He didn’t pressure and complied with my wishes. I didn’t drive the car because it was needing a new windshield. I did look at outside. I took delivery and returned the next day. I wanted the cargo tray and the parts man gave me the stock price $130.00 discounted from 143.$ He was a nice personable gentleman recently move here from Hi. Ot was enjoyable.

I had been looking around to find the perfect vehicle to replace my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and found not only the perfect vehicle but the perfect car buying experience with Kyle at Beaverton Honda! I ended up finding a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition in white plus they gave me more than I anticipated for my trade. I was so glad I didn’t have to deal with the dreaded “manager in the back office”, Kyle had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was in and out in less than an hour! I also had an amazing experience with the Honda parts department. I wanted all-terrain tires and a lift put on before I took the car home and Ron, Parts Manager, went out of his way to get the tires and parts here by the next day! Everyone at Beaverton Honda is so amazing from the Sales department to the Service department and made the entire experience a great one. “One sales consultant helps you from start to finish”. This was a refreshing car dealership experience. Everything was laid out in detail and broken down so that any additional add-ons or optional charges were clear to see. They did not push us into purchasing extended warranties or services that we did not desire. They were friendly and honest. I also appreciate that for test drives they hand you the keys and let you drive the car without them being with you. Good pricing for comparable vehicles. I would recommend if you are looking for a Honda that they have in stock you give them a shot.

I purchased a 2022 Honda Accord EXL Hybrid. My sales person was polite. He answered all my questions, he went to the desk for questions he did not have answers for. I gave 4 stars for all the add-on's. I realise that margins may be tighter, but the add-on's padded the price of my car by $5k. I did NOT take most of them, but it was a struggle to get removed from the price of my car. A simple NO should have sufficed.

My TPMS warning went off - again! - so I stopped to ask 'do I have an issue?' Mike grabbed a digital tire gauge gave the tires a good once over, explained why the warning goes off as it relates to my model, reset the warning, then sent me on my way in minutes!! Not a single question about my Honda warranty, if I bought it there, or paperwork so he got credit for 'fixing' something. It was like visiting my neighborhood gas station growing up where Service was more than just the car!!! Thank you!!!

My wife and I were looking for a particular model and trim (and color.) I feel bad for the guy manning the internet sales phone as I called him probably 3 times in one day asking if he still had the HR-V in stock. We were working with another Honda dealer and they said they couldn’t find the car we were looking for anywhere, yet Beaverton Honda claimed to have had the exact model. Long story short; Kyle the salesperson was able to get me from inquiring about the car on the phone to driving the car home in about 3 hours..and we’re about a 30 minute drive to the dealership! I was impressed at the efficiency of the operation and the price was reasonable (and also hundreds of $’s less than the other dealership was asking for the same make and model.) Kyle was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all questions I had about the features and the various costs associated with the transaction. I would highly recommend Beaverton Honda and Kyle if you’re looking for a new car.

Ron helped my husband and I buy a jeep Cherokee we had seen online. When we called to ask if it was still available, he said yes but then realized a deal had been made the night before with a different buyer so we were just going to wait. He called us back and said it was still available, and he would hang onto it for us until we get there. We fell in love with the car immediately. Ron was very easy to talk to, easy going, not pushy and real with what we could experience with owning a Jeep. I’ve been a repeat costumer here for over a year now and I’m 100% satisfied. I’ve never had any issues with work quality. They’re very accommodating with last minute reschedules and issues like finding a set of tires. Every time they’re very direct with what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Maybe cheaper prices could be found outside of the dealership, but I can get everything done in one place. Plus, multiple times I’ve come and customer service people like Alex will look up a warranty or coupon that saves some money. I always just hang out in the lobby. I’ve been taking my Hondas to this location for service since 2012. Earlier this month, a distracted driver totaled my beloved 2008 Civic and I knew I’d buy a new car at Beaverton Honda. I didn’t even shop around. Ty Adams helped me with the purchase of my new 2021 Civic Hatchback. He was patient and answered all my questions. (I’d never purchased a brand new car before so I had a lot…). I never felt pressured at any stage in the purchase. A few days later, I went to drop off my down payment. My car insurance wasn’t helpful with my rental reimbursement, and I asked John (Ty had the day off) if there was any chance I could rent a car from the service department while I waited for my car to arrive. It was an unusual request, but John and Don set me up with a rental anyway. I’ve had such a crummy month and I wanted to give John a hug when he told me they’d help me out! It was a huge relief. When my car arrived (5 days earlier than anticipated!), Ty showed me all the features and helped me adjust a few settings. Can’t recommend this location enough. They have a wonderful team. (Beaverton Hyundai was by far the worst if readers also need to know who to avoid. They are not affiliated with Beaverton Honda.) The good: Chung, our sales rep, was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and patient with answering all of our questions. We felt like we were meeting with a new friend rather than doing the unpleasant business of car shopping. The dealership was spacious with high ceilings. Felt safe to be indoors during the pandemic with all that open room. Staff seemed happy and everyone was masked. They offered snacks and beverages which was helpful in keeping our comfort and sanity after being there for a few hours. We appreciated the dealership not utilizing traditional car sales methods. After researching pricing, I felt like the advertised price was too good to be true. (Turns out it kind of was - read more in the bad below.) When we sat down with Chung, he explained how their operation differed from many dealerships. They price cars fairly so that no negotiating is required. A breath of fresh air. The bad: only one reason why this review is not 5 stars comes down to a misleading policy. The only thing we took issue with was the policy for all certified pre-owned cars to have sealants applied but not listed within the online price. This brought up the cost of our vehicle approximately $900. Beaverton Honda prides itself on having transparency in pricing with no gimmicks. So it struck us as dishonest not to build in the cost of sealants on the listed price if they’re already applied. All in all, we took the car despite this trick. As far as car dealerships go, it was pretty benign when compared to our other experiences. Though I would urge management to post transparent pricing for real! At the end of the day, we had a great experience and felt good giving them our business. Next time we need a car, our first meeting will be with Chung at Beaverton Honda!

The only reason I docked a star was because of my general experience at this dealership (with nothing to do with Angel). I brought my Honda in the fix the AC a couple months ago, but then it broke again this month. Unfortunately, the part to fix it is backordered until further notice. It’s a pain to drive in the recent heat waves without AC. The service team also left my car in pretty significant disarray (large plastic electrical panels were not re-attached after servicing, leaving the internal mechanisms exposed). My car is not only a PITA to drive this summer, it also looks like someone tore it apart on the inside. Huge bummer. I am really hoping Honda Beaverton can make it right. I love Angel though! He’s amazing!

The technician gave it a thorough inspection, and concluded that the passenger side window had been left open during the heavy rains we were experiencing (it never rains in Vegas!), thereby overtaxing the windshield defroster. I have had mixed experiences from this place. The staff is friendly and the service is fairly solid. It's a nice place with good amenities. But man, their wait times are horrible, in my experience (even against their quoted estimates). Story #1 - Rentals. When making an appointment over the phone (for service + rental), I commented on what time I needed to be out of there. In hindsight, they didn't even suggest what time I should arrive. I showed up 35 minutes early to the appointment to get checked in and a rental. Check-in was fast, but I waited an additional 35 minutes for a rental (25 minutes past the time I wanted to be out to, you know, get to work on time). Story # 2- Oil Change. I used to really like bringing my vehicle in for an oil change. I appreciated the inspection and car wash. The last few years when I went in, they'd quote me a wait time of ~1 hour (I'm fine with waiting, especially when I get an accurate estimate). The last few times I went in, the wait times were 30 and 60 minutes over the estimate. I just don't go there for oil changes any more.

A recommendation, proximity and the price of only $39.95 for a synthetic oil change brought me in for service! Fast, respectful and attentive service is my first & last impression. Spacious, clean, contemporary waiting area with glass walls, 2 large TVs and choice of sectional in front of gorgeous gas fireplace or individual tables perfect for working while you wait. But the ‘gotcha’ for innovative customer care is scheduling Uber rides ‘on the house’, if you need to be elsewhere while work is being performed, then picked up again to return. Ingenious! I believe Beaverton is the only Honda dealership in the area that provides this outstanding service. And to top it off, your car will be washed when you pick it up. Don in Transportation was very helpful and Amanda in Service took care of me from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be back. P.S. 2020 They discontinued Uber rides. On the upside, you can get a little cardio by walking 10 minutes to Chick-fil-A for a delicious, moist Chicken Sandwich! P.S.S. 2021 Prices have really gone up for this service. But this location gives you a car wash, so figure that $12 off. But the good news is Don still makes you feel like a valued customer!
