Had a great experience buying a car at Goldies. The showroom was a pleasant surprise, all vehicles were well kept, the prices are reasonable and the cars they have to offer…wow! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable about all of the cars and much more…, and best of all they did not pressure us to buy! John assisted with the final sale and paperwork. There was no back and forth all day long with ridiculous numbers. They provided the numbers up front and found a great rate…it was the easiest process I’ve ever experienced! Once we got the car home we noticed an error code. They had us bring it back in, gave us a loaner and it was fixed the next day. I highly recommend buying your next used car from Goldies!

I have had the worst luck since moving to Phoenix and John could probably tell I was a mess. I knew exactly the car I wanted and John made it happen. I would like to thank John King and the rest of the team at Goldie's for making our experience as pleasant as car buying can be. John was transparent and forthright from the get go. The process was absolutely stress free. We walked in, were greeted warmly by the staff and we were able to "kick tires" and just look at our own pace, without any pressure. They're TRULY family owned and operated which explains the reason the atmosphere was more comforting than other car dealerships we visited. The initial dealer that I called was very responsive! He called and emailed me back timely, addressing all my questions and worked with my budget! I love my new used car and will be recommending my friends and family to do business with Goldies Motors! I lost a vehicle in the Florida hurricane and needed something low mileage/tow 10,000lbs/and 4 doors. That is a rare find but Goldies had a super low mileage 4x4 Expedition EL. I flew to Phoenix- vehicle sight unseen and the vehicle looked better than pics. I had one little hiccup: the check engine light went on during test drive, but a few hours later, a sensor was changed, and all good. Drove the truck home and now 4 months later and still love the thing! John is a true professional and took care of me beyond the call of duty. Amazing used car dealership. Thanks John!!

Went in to look at a truck, Micah welcomed us. Showed us where the truck was, told us take our time to look it over and when we’re ready for a test drive come get him. No pressure to buy, didn’t hover, allowed me to look over the truck at my own pace. When it came time to buy, the process was quick and straight forward. We worked together and agree on the terms and I walked out with the truck. Overall process 1.5hrs, would definitely recommend. Great experience all together, thank you

A co-owner of Goldies, Adam, called me directly to discuss this situation. I told him that when you walk into Goldies you are met with professional staff and numerous well taken care of higher end vehicles. The facility and the 100s of Google reviews told me this was a place that is the "head of the class" in used car sales for Phoenix. Adam was very shocked that this Honda truck was rushed to the market and clearly not up to Goldies standards. It's been pulled off the market and being reconditioned. The net-net is my experience was not typical for Goldies and if they had a vehicle I may be interested in the future, I would gladly visit Goldies again. Original review My husband went to Goldies to look at a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. When he reviewed the vehicle it was: 1) Dirty 2) Broken radio 3) Broken electric locks 4) Broken hood support bar holder 5) Missing dome light bracket so headliner was hanging down 3 inches 6) Tires with less than 2000 miles left He basically wasted his time driving to Goldies to look at a vehicle not ready to be sold. The dealership was very welcoming with numerous high end vehicles for sale. Don't go there for any older vehicle as they just want to toss out to an unsuspecting buyer.

The buying experience was decent and friendly. I bought this car March 2022. Battery just died in August 2022. I checked the battery just now and saw that it was already going on 3 years old when I purchased it 5 months ago. Being a car dealer in AZ, I would assume they know batteries average about 3 years in our desert climate. This isn’t the end of the world for me, I’m gonna replace it and go on with my life. But was it too much work and hassle for them to put a new battery in before sale? 🤔

I waited for 4 month before I leave a review after purchasing a car just to make sure that there will be no surprised and it wasn’t. I bought a 2017 Honda Accord Sport (Used) and I do enjoy every day. It was my first time purchasing a car in US and had heard a lot about dealers pressure and their sales associates making people feel unsecured and hours spend for nothing. Well I emailed Goldie’s and they replied to me quickly and since I was very busy I wanted to buy a car fast. I arrived there, and they welcomed and showed us their inventory which is indoor. I loved that because it means the car hadn’t been sit on the sun for God know how long. Micah asked us if we wanted to test drive it and he didn’t even came on a ride with us. We came back, and the car seems great. They had the best price for the value on the market and he didn’t even tried to sell us a thing, not even the car, he asked if we knew what car we anted and that’s all and we started with paperworks. He still did a very small discount which was appreciated even considering that the price of the car was the lowest on the market for the value. Believe it or not in (I had a good credit) We finished the paperwork in 30 minutes. That’s what I call a great costumer service. He provided all their contact service and advice me to don’t hesitate if I had any question to call! I do highly recommend this dealer and would buy from them again!

I waited 6 months to post this review, not because I was worried necessarily, but because everything seemed too good to be true. It's true. I bought a 2014 Infiniti from Goldie's and worked with both John and Adam who were relaxed, confident in their inventory, and overall it just did not feel like walking into a normal car dealership. John greeted me and as soon as I mentioned the Infiniti he knew right where it was and walked me to the car (all cars are kept in AC building btw, not outside). He told me a few things about it, said have fun poking around and left me alone with the car to check things out... basically no pressure. After a few minutes I told John I wanted a test drive, and within about 5m the car was pulled out, temp plate on it, and they handed me the keys and said go ahead! I went on a fairly long test drive on my own - stayed in the area, but drove side streets, surface streets, freeway, etc. to get a feeling for everything. The rest of the visit was extremely low pressure and got a fantastic deal on this car (after going to another dealership in Gilbert who had a similar car, but had a dead battery and they didn't have the key!), and even though I brought my own financing I ended up using theirs instead. Great deal on the car, very low mileage, basically no damage whatsoever, and is driving smooth 6 months on with nothing but joy with the car. I will be visiting Goldie's for ALL of my future used car needs. Thank you John, than you Adam for running your business the way you do - you guys are a diamond in the rough!!!!

I came across this place while surfing the net looking for a good used car. I was skeptical at first but then I saw the 5 star rating I though well I gotta go take a look see. Well it most definitely is 5 star. We bought our car from them. John was our sale rep. He treated us like family with absolutely no pressure. Even if you don't buy from them it's a great place to start. And who knows you may start and finish right there. - We just bought our 2nd car ( 2017 Kia Optima with 5000 miles) from Goldie's. The service was just as good as the first time. We worked with John again this time. It's just a nice low key place to view excellent used cars. No pressure from anyone. You can walk-in and walk-out if you want and it's OK. No one is going to run after you to try to get you to buy a car from them. Great experience....

We went to Goldies Motors this weekend because my husband has been searching for a car that was blue (at my request) and had a lot of horsepower with low mileage and in our price range. We found this beautiful Infinity Q50 Red Sport and drove to Phoenix from the East side of Tucson to go try it and it was well worth it! It was priced better than any other Red sport we had found in the entire country, but was still above what we were hoping to pay for a car. We asked John if they could come down on the price and he was candid (which we very much appreciate after all the dealers who like to hide prices and only show/tell you as much as they want to). John told us they are a family owned business and are not like Jim Click (in Tucson) or Bill Luke (in Tempe), they do not hide fees in the price, and do research to price their cars well so that it is affordable for them, and so their customers can get the best deal. To be honest, while we appreciated his honesty, I walked away from the vehicle. For the next two days I heard nothing but "John [this]" and "John [that]" and "the Q50," so we went over the budget again. Decided we could do it, and literally text John at 9pm (though I do not recommend doing that)! He was so gracious, he replied back to us and told us he would speak to us the next morning and we drove back to Phoenix and picked up our car. We absolutely love the policies they have a Goldies Motors, how upfront they are on their pricing, and how knowledgeable John is about the cars they have on the lot! We could not believe the amount of sales people who could not answer simple questions about the cars we took to test drive during the month we were searching, John was the opposite. Not only could he tell us the answers to our questions, but he was able to provide excess knowledge that helped solidify our decision on this car and on Goldies Motors. We searched long and hard and truly feel like we found the perfect car for our family and our sense of adventure, thanks to John and the team at Goldies Motors.

I have been looking for a 2017 Jeep GC 4x4. I ran into Goldies Motors as I was searching on a few car sites. I called them right away and Micah was very helpful and informative. I filled the credit app out and i got approved within minutes. He made this whole process painless. I drove 294 miles to pick the car up. That's how my new car was waiting for me. Super clean with a full tank of gas. Took it for a test drive and it is perfect. Micah had me out of there within 10 minutes not counting my test drive. The Goldies staff was super friendly and they have top quality used cars. Drove back home and it is just a incredible purchase. It is very true they hand pick their cars so they can put you into a quality used car. The car was priced better then any other car I saw online. Unlike any other car purchase I've ever made. They did their best to give me exactly what I wanted for the car, my trade in, financing. My kids fell asleep on the way over, we handled almost everything from the parking lot so they could sleep. A day later we had a couple small issues with the car, things you don't find until you start driving it. They took it back, gave me a loaner, and fixed everything that was wrong. Didn't ask questions, didn't say no once. I'm so amazed at the professionalism and service, seriously the best purchase decision I've made ever on a vehicle.

HUGE shout out to Mr. John King for making my first car buying experience a phenomenal one! We looked online for vehicles before coming in and were very impressed with the wide selection. We weren’t able to get to Goldie’s until about 5:30pm because traffic was insane, but John was incredibly patient and didn’t rush us whatsoever. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, but I couldn’t pass up giving my business to this wonderful place. After hearing out my requests for a new vehicle, John took us through the showroom. Two vehicles were pulled around to the front for us to test drive. Although I was already approved on my own for financing through USAA, John agreed to look into getting me better financing, however, because it was after 6:30pm when we were ready to make our purchase, he proposed I take the new car home for an “overnight test drive” so he could make some calls for me in the morning. I felt even more confident with my purchase after having that extra drive (thankfully traffic died down at that time, too!). The next morning we came in (thank you again for being flexible with my work schedule, John!) and finished up the paperwork. Sure enough, John found better financing for me! Easiest process ever. We will be back!

My son and I have been looking for trucks for several MONTHS. A couple nice trucks got away in that time. Looked at 100s of trucks. All of them overpriced or really rough. Then we found “the one” at Goldies. The truck was priced fairly from the start. It was In Great shape and it had clearly been detailed nicely and came with a dealer certification. I am from Salt Lake City and I was searching high and low for the perfect truck. I could not find what I wanted here so I went to Auto trader and found one at Goldie's Motors in Phoenix. I have to admit the thought of buying a vehicle from out of state did worry me some initially. After emailing and then Speaking with John King and Adam my fears were put to rest. I flew in to look at the truck, purchased it and ended up driving it all the way back to Salt Lake. They covered my flight, my Uber to the dealership and would have shipped the truck to me but I had to drive it home. I only stopped once halfway to sleep but never got out of the truck for most of the journey. John and Kenny were very easy to deal with. No fuss and no pressure. John explained all the paperwork to me, no rush and easy to get along with. The indoor showroom is very nice and the cars are very clean. Close to the airport too. Good dealer with nice clean mechanically inspected cars. John took his time trying to make sure that the vehicles we were looking at would work for my petite wife. No pressure sales tactics making for a clean and easy deal. I walked in knowing which car I was buying already, although looking around their selection had me second guessing myself a little bit. Ryan, extremely friendly, local guy greeted me, took me straight to the vehicle I was looking for. Was very helpful, answered all my 100 questions, told me to to let him know IF and when I was ready for a test drive, and joined me on a spin. During our test drive he didn't overly talk up the car at all, instead he actually pointed out some small flaws I may not have noticed. I appreciated that more then if he were to try to sell me on a car I was already planning on buying. When we got back and I had made my decision to purchase the car, I went through that process with another employee, John. John was very helpful during the trade-in process, which I ended up not doing and selling the car private-party. I went thru their in-house financing options with him but ended up using my own financial-institution, which he was also helpful with. John in a low-to-no pressure manner offered me a warranty option which I had no intention of purchasing as I know someone in the industry who could get me a pretty solid deal. But the warranty John offered was too good to pass up at the price they were selling it for. Even my bank who sells warranties said take that deal because we can't beat it. If these guys are paid on commission you would never know it because they don't force anything on you. They don't stalk the car-lot in overly fancy suits, like vultures preying on people they hope don't know a thing about cars or car buying. It is an extremely laid back, comfortable, easy-going, and excellent car-buying experience that I feel fantastic about. I know I will be purchasing my wife a new car in the next three years or so, so I plan on continuing to check their inventory so I can buy from these guys again. I recently purchased a 2016 Mazda6 from Goldie's motors, and John, personally and I can say it was actually a pleasant experience for my first time purchasing on my own. I had initially gone to a Mazda dealer prior, who tried to swindle extra money out of me while not even providing solid APR's or what I was actually paying for besides the vehicle, but when I met with John everything went smoothly. After purchasing the vehicle, the passenger front tire managed to go flat within 50 miles of driving it. I thought it might've been worse, but once I realized what the issue was, I called John and he covered the expense of the tire from discount tires. It was honestly a great experience and I'm happy with the Mazda I got from Goldie's and would recommend them to others as well.

Possibly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Went to look at a Ford one ton and was met with the most laid-back sales I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t there to buy it at the time (wife not present). But had a long talk with John (the owner) and took a good look at the truck. After explaining what my plans were for the truck and throwing some numbers at him as far as a trade in for my truck and what I was going to possibly put down towards the price, we had it basically done. I told him I would get with the wife and talk with him tomorrow. John says, why don’t you just leave your truck here and take the Ford home and bring it back tomorrow, (it’s been since the 70’s that I’ve seen a dealer do things like that). Well, I liked the truck, wife liked the truck, and he gave me a great price for my trade in, deal done. I was so impressed by the professionalism and respect that you can only dream of. Trying to find a car nowadays is very stressful and that all went away as soon as I met John. There were absolutely no surprises involved with our purchase which was a 2014 VW CC Sport. I love the fact that all of their inventory goes through a rigorous inspection from their respective manufacturer and comes with a Carfax report, complete detailing, window tint, 2 keys, and floor mats. I have mixed feelings about this dealership. Overall, the experience was extremely effortless and quick. In and out within an hour, no pressure from sales people and their prices were the best advertised for the particular car, in the particular color I wanted, which is a difficult car to find and typically advertised for thousands more. However, the car that I purchased from them had some cosmetic damage on the front bumper, rear bumper and inside the driver side door that was difficult to see the extent of in the dark warehouse. I was assured that some of the blemishes would buff our with a specific product they recommended and they didn't. They also promised to send me touch up paint for some of the other nicks and dings (I didn't even realize at the time that a few of them are too deep for just touch up paint, but after researching I now do and they surely did at the time). Here we are nearly three months later I'm still waiting for something they assured me would take about a week. Additionally, I had to order a duplicate plate/registration tab because the temporary plate expired and the permanent one never arrived. All of that being said, I would likely buy another vehicle here because the quality of the vehicle (minus the cosmetic), price and ease of sale definitely set them apart from any other dealer. I was just disappointed by the lack of follow through and having to spend more money on a duplicate plate/tag that shouldn't have been necessary and never has been with any other car I've purchased. I'm guessing maybe they took my address down wrong. That's the only explanation I can think of, but all of my financing information got to me in the mail just fine, so who knows.

When I first bought my car from here, I was thrilled with the experience. I was able to look around, test drive a car, and contemplate my decision without being hounded by salesmen. Once I decided and came back with the down payment, I was in and out pretty quick! Now, it's obvious that this relaxed attitude is just how they do all of their work. I traded in a vehicle with an existing loan on January 24th, 2022. John, who I believe is one of the owners, helped complete the sale. He was straight to the point, got through the paperwork in a relatively short time, and we were on our way. They took possession of my trade-in and I went home with a new car. My old car payment was due on the 7th of each month, and on February 8th I started getting phone calls from my previous finance company that my payment was past due. I kept getting multiple calls today, so I called Goldies and asked the receptionist if they had sent the check for the old car. She took my info and said someone would call me back in minutes. Hours later John calls me and asks for my old account number and finance company name, which I gave during the paperwork process with the pay-off quote. I inform my finance company of the development. A few days later, they kept calling. Today, February 14th, I called Goldies and asked the receptionist about the status. She said the check was cut/sent on February 11th and received on February 14th. She said she'd send me the tracking number via email because I was driving, but never did. John calls me as well, says he'll send the email, but never does. I update my financing company and they ask for the tracking number, so I call Goldies back and ask for the tracking number to write down. This situation is still ongoing as there could always be issues with the check/pay-off. Let's hope not. I want to believe and say this family owned and operated dealership is amazing because the first impression was nice, but the follow through is rough. Please make an effort to do what you say. If you say you're going to call back in ten minutes, do it. If you say you're going to send a quick email, do it. If you take possession of someone's car that needs to be paid off, cut the dang check without waiting almost 3 weeks. If this shows up negatively on my credit report because the payment wasn't sent, I'll be lowering the star rating.

Bruce, John, and Adam of Goldie's were honest and helpful. Bruce provided extra photos of all the small issues on the car that I was looking to buy. The only thing they didn't reveal was an issue with the convertible top mechanism. I trust it wasn't deliberate - they just hadn't checked it thoroughly (hence 1 star removed). I was buying the car remotely from Goldie's and needed the car transported. They made it easy - they set me up with a transport truck driver they trusted, and for a low price too. The driver carefully delivered the car to me, unharmed. For this alone, I'd happily do business remotely with them again.

Just wanted to give an update on what has been an outstanding journey with Goldies Motors. You see I bought a wonderful Kia Sedona about 3 months ago and was treated like Gold in every way by John, Micah and all the crew over there. Just recently I had an issue with the handle of the gear shift as a piece of it kept coming off so I called up Micah at the shop to ask him if he could order me one and I was amazed to find out that not only did he order me one but he wouldn’t take a dime from me and had it installed when I was able to get there. Buying my car was simple, but then the circus that occurred after was ridiculous. I was thrown in circles every time I asked a question. I wanted the inspection report and Micah constantly lied about it even happening and kept saying “we got it fully inspected they just didn’t give us a receipt” “ the receipts isn’t filed yet we don’t know which car each receipt goes” blah blah blah. Finally took my car to get inspected and they handed me a receipt with each thing inspected and at the top? THE VIN NUMBER. so that you would know it was to your car. The merry go round made no sense after that. The dealership said the car was in a amazing shape over all so that was nice to hear. I also bought over a month ago and like a few other people, still don’t have my fuse box cover. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on that since covid had caused a lot of shortages, but they also told me I’d have it a month ago. Overall not the worst experience but definitely not the best. Update: I went in to get my fuse box cover and was able to speak with the owner, Adam. Had a great conversation about the ups and downs of my experience and had my troubles justified. Love supporting local family owned businesses and after speaking with him I will absolutely be a returning customer! Thanks Goldies

This dealership was PHENOMENAL!!! As a first time car buyer, I felt no pressure, and it was very fast. We were in and out, and purchased an electric car. First off John is a pleasure to deal with. Secondly this place is comfortable to be at. You don't get that weird feeling that all eyes are on you. Being a first time buyer I found it's hard to get good rates on financing, John told us take the car out for 45 minutes and by then he will have it all done with a good rate. Came back to a rate I thought was not possible for first time buyer. Just outstanding. This place will treat you right and they will leave out all the BS. John even took the time to go over how I can improve my credit. Without his amazing work I don't think I would have been able to get the payments I wanted. The vehicle I purchased only had 500 miles on the odometer for a 2017 and to get the deal I got, you can't get at a standard dealership. This place really is as good as the reviews say! The people are up front, honest, trusting and don't waste your time. I went a few weeks ago to browse around, I wasn't followed around or hassled. Even knowing I wasn't buying that day, they still offered test drives. Their cars are all unlocked with the keys on them, you're encouraged to start them up, sit in the car, etc. You're also in a warehouse and not in direct sun--important for Arizona!! Today I sent back and work with John, I already knew exactly what vehicle I wanted to see and test drive. No joking, I was test driving within 10 minutes, maybe less. By the time I got back, John was ready with papers and price. The longest part was running to my bank for a cashiers check. Great place!! We began actively shopping for a car 2 months ago. We had friends that told us about John at Goldie’s Motors, so we would check inventory on line regularly. Yesterday, we had some cars we wanted to see and test drive. This was the easiest most laid back, no pressure experience ever! This place is amazing!! I was in need of a car very quickly. I had gone to other dealers with no luck, and left empty handed. I was in the market for a new vehicle after a tree had fallen and totaled my previous one. After looking at many vehicles online and in person at the dealerships, private lots, craigslist etc., Goldies was found! My husband and I drove up from southern Arizona to evaluate a few vehicles seen on their website. As we entered, it was quiet and reserved atmosphere, absent of pushy sales people trying to make a commission. After passing through the lobby, an employee named John greeted us inside the large indoor lot. John gave us plenty of time, space and answered any questions we approached him with. After settling on a specific car, we were offered to take a test drive and told the total price of the vehicle out the door. We are very happy with the Toyota Avalon purchased with the help of John. Wow let me first say this dealership has some amazing people. Some of the nicest people I’ve worked with at a dealership. My experience started off with Micah who gave the me highest trade value I had gotten anywhere else. They understood what I needed to pay off my loan and made it happen. Then when I arrived I worked with John and this dude is super chill and fun to chat with. Even if he is a GM guy 😉 but seriously he gave me discount after discount. He gave me a lower interest rate than anywhere I could find and also knocked off a good chunk of cash from the warranty I purchased. All in all the experience of buying a car from them took about an hour and a half and most of that was checking out the vehicle I purchased. I forgot to write this review when I first got my car ~ a year ago. I just referred a friend to them, though, and got a surprise check for $100 from Goldies for the referral! Really cannot emphasize enough how different their business feels compared to big car dealerships. I originally emailed them about a car that ended up being sold that day, but they responded with other similar options and gave me an entire cost breakdown of the one I wanted before I got to the store. I test drove the car by myself & the guy who helped me (John?) got me an awesome deal on the loan despite putting a minimal amount down. Both my car & the one my friend recently bought were in great condition & I haven’t had any major problems with mine since the purchase. Overall Goldies has good deals for their cars and the experience is so much easier than other dealerships, I’d recommend them to anyone.

I try to do as much research about the car and the dealership before I visit, so I don't get ripped off. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at Goldies Motors. I purchased my car in January of 2014. Here I am almost 3 years later and I love my car!! They made buying a car a great experience. The staff was super friendly, honest, and not pushy. I was able to browse their inventory of used cars without harassment. I also took the car for a test drive without a salesman in the car. which was nice because I could actually relax and check out the features without someone trying to "sell" the car to me. Also, I added the extended warranty. Well, after 1 year the company stated that my warranty was actually shorter than what I had signed up for. What an awesome car buying experience! Goldies was referred to me by a work colleague who spoke very highly of the superior quality of their cars as well as being a highly ethical business! We purchased a 2014 Infinity that looked like it came straight from the factory! We noticed some minor dings, so the took the car back in to have their paintless dent repair guy fix it and gave us a loaner car....now the car is perfect! Our salesperson was John who was highly professional and knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. He found financing for us at a rate that was much lower than our own bank was able to offer! They also have a very fair and competitive no haggle price.The quality of used cars was was incredible with a very wide price range. If you are looking for a truly different car buying experience, you must go to Goldies. My wife and I just purchased the exact car we were looking for, a 2013 Toyota Highlander SE. I had been searching for this model for several weeks and found one that looked promising at Goldies. When I emailed Goldies just to get some approximate figures including title tax and tags, Micah from Goldies replied with an email in less than 24 hours with the exact figures. That same morning I got a call from John King who told me about the car. He was extremely friendly and when I told him I wanted to bring my wife down to test drive the car that afternoon, he put a courtesy hold on the car. You wouldn't get that type of customer service at a franchise dealer. We arrived at Goldies late in the afternoon and they were short staffed and John was with a customer so Adam, one of the owners, jumped in to help us. The inventory at Goldies is very high quality. We were very impressed with the service checks they had performed on the car. Adam let us look the car over without hovering and then we took it for a drive. We hadn't intended to buy the car that day, but Adam and John assured us they could complete the work that evening. Adam started and then John finished up with us. The whole experience was such a pleasure. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is very low pressure. Within an hour and a half we were driving home in our new Highlander. We were so impressed that we have asked John King to keep a lookout for a nice used car for our daughter. I would highly recommend Goldies if you are in the market for a very high quality late model used car. We will use them again because they are so customer oriented and take the stress out of buying a car!

My experiences there were all negative. High pressure sales tactics, the use of discount prices under the guise to get you in and finance, it made me very wary. I have to admit that we were leery of buying from a used car dealership. Goldies came recommended to us by a friend's coworker so we checked it out. My wife and I also went to two new car dealerships as well. To our surprise the NEW CAR DEALERSHIP sales folks were thuggish, uneducated and pushy. We felt very comfortable with John King at Goldies during the purchase of our low mile 2017. The entire process was easy and quick. Their showroom and office area is very nice, clean and impressive. I've purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime, and only two of those at dealers. Both were distasteful experiences and 20 years ago I promised myself that I would never again buy from a dealer. However, earlier this month I searched nationwide for a very specific car, and I found three for sale, one in Los Angeles at a dealer, another in Atlanta at a dealer and another in Phoenix at Goldies. After going back and forth with the folks in Los Angeles and becoming increasingly disgusted, I began to read review upon review about Goldies Motors on all sorts of websites. I took it upon myself to check this place out. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. After immediately responding to my queries about the car, and being COMPLETELY upfront about their business practices, I actually bought this car online, flew from Colorado Springs to Phoenix, and walked into their showroom. The car was exactly as described, if not BETTER, and the process was smooth as could be. I met with Ryan on the sales floor, who showed me the car while they were completing all detail work. I then met with Micah, who had all the paperwork in order and ready to go, and then with John, who finalized the entire process. They even reimbursed me for my Uber from the airport. I was on the road back to Colorado with a full tank in 45 minutes. The ONLY minor concern was that the car only had one key, but in order to keep the process moving John asked me just to get a second key made, send him the receipt, and he would send me a check. The folks at Goldies have smacked the sour reputation of car dealers right in the face. Do yourselves a favor and go to Goldies! Look through their inventory, find what you want, and fly there if you need to. I ABSOLUTELY will be going back their when I'm ready for another vehicle! A terrific experience. John- PLEASE open up a location in Colorado and you will run other preowned dealers out of business!

We spent 3 hours at a dealership a couple of weeks ago and didn't buy a car! At Goldies, it was just the opposite. We LOVED John's warmth, hospitality and excellent customer service! All the cars are amazingly beautiful in impeccable condition and are certified pre-owned. We were there no more than an hour and a half and that's because we test drove it for about 20 minutes! I sent a pic of a Tahoe to my mom - she later went and drove out of the warehouse with a vehicle too! *BONUS - I'm receiving a referral too!!! Incredible! I bought a car from John here in December 2017. The entire process was completely painless and even enjoyable. The showroom is wonderful, clean and all of the cars are well cared for. The test drive was not rushed and I loved the car. John found me the best financing deal and I was out of there in no time! He even paid for my Uber to pick up the car! But that is not why I am writing this review. Yesterday I had an issue that the service center said wasn't covered in my warranty. I tried to plead my case but they weren't budging and it was going to be an $8,000 fix. Or trade in the car. I was desperate and called John to see if there was any way he could help me. Within hours he had the warranty covering my repair! I am ecstatic. I can't thank John and Goldie's enough. I have two more kids approaching driving age and we will be using Goldie’s exclusively!

Absolutely amazing. So I bought a truck from another dealership and it was a nightmare. So then. When I had to find my wife a car, I found it at Goldies. I was blown away by how nice Adam was. I would like to echo what many people are saying here about Goldies Motors. I had been looking for a new-ish Ford Fusion for a while, and was getting frustrated with my experiences with several branded dealerships. I found one at Goldies, who I knew nothing about, but checked them out based on their reviews. I spoke with Allison, who was great. She seemed real, honest, and there to help. Within a day I had paperwork to review and financing on lock with a great interest rate (which many branded dealerships promise but flip-flop on after the papers are signed because they realize they can't deliver). I also got an extended warranty which gave me the equivalent of having a CPO car, but at a much better price. I drove up from Tucson on a weekend to check the car out and pick it up. I was in and out in less than an hour. Their facility is quite nice--very clean, and all cars are stored inside. Their inventory looked well taken care of and in pristine condition. I highly recommend Goldies to anyone looking for a very gently used newer car, without the hassle and ridiculous sales tactics of most dealerships. Thank you Allison!

We just had a great experience buying our "new to us" car. The entire staff were all very nice and not at all pushy. The lobby was extremely nice & uniquely decorated. They keep their vehicles in a large warehouse which helps to keep the vehicles in great condition. I just bought my first car here, and it was a delightful experience. John could not have been friendlier or easier to work with. He was frank about the pros and cons of each car and did not pressure me to get a car that was more expensive than I needed. He didn't even pressure me to get a car, period. Even though I'm very skeptical in general, I trusted John's opinion on the various options. I was able to test drive several different types of cars. The prices were reasonable, and the selection of vehicles was high quality. They also have an air-conditioned showroom, which is a boon in Phoenix in summer. Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Goldie’s Motors dealing with John! My brother purchased a GTO from them about 7 years ago (also from John!) and had a great experience as a first time buyer, and we have 3 mutual friends who also purchased from Goldie’s since then all of whom are happy customers. I’ve always bought my cars cash and from private sales so this was my first time financing a vehicle, and with a short (but good) credit history my expectations weren’t very high as far as getting a super low interest rate. I gave them a quick call to confirm they still had the vehicle I was interested in and decided to pop in on my lunch break for a test drive. I fell in love with the car and John went to battle with the banks for me. In a very short amount of time he informed me that he had multiple approvals for me; I came back after work and I walked outta there with an interest rate of just over 4%! I was stunned, my own bank couldn’t even offer me that low. To say the least: I’m loving my new-to-me 2016 Kia Optima SX, I’m happy with my financing, and I can’t thank John enough for everything! Goldie’s is truly setting the standard for used car dealerships. I honestly believe that any- and everyone in the market for a vehicle should give Goldie’s a shot. Beautiful indoor showroom, high quality vehicles, no pressure and upstanding salesmen. Then COVID hit and we began to "shelter in place". Six months went by and I emailed Jeff out of the blue asking about the deal on my tires. These guys made our experience so easy! While researching online, they were the ONLY dealer to be completely transparent on their pricing. We went there knowing that the car we were interested in was already stickered at $2,500 under blue book, and they kept to that price (no bait and switch which so often occurs due to "Internet pricing" discounts). They allowed us plenty of time to check out others cars in their inventory without high pressure sales tactics, and all of their cars were easily accessible in an indoor warehouse (a huge bonus buying in the AZ heat!). When it came time for the actual sale, Micah walked us through every step of the itemized pricing without any push towards financing (another area where we'd experienced pressure in the past with how many dealers seem to be in business more for loan revenue than the cars!!). Additionally, they had awe-inspiring terms for an extra warranty - 10 year/100,000 bumper-to-bumper for only $1,800!! Even adding in the warranty, we came in cost-wise well under what other dealers were asking for comparable models, and we were still out the door in about an hour once we made our choice without a lot of hassling or stress. I will be HIGHLY recommending this dealer to friends in the area!

I am new to Arizona and even to US and as always being new coming individual, it is very complicated to make a right decision purchasing such expensive thing as a car. I can say that the experience of buying my car from "Goldie's" turn out to be extremely satisfied and full of positive emotions. I looked for Toyota Sienna and I've bought one -2009, from Goldie's. The vehicle is in great condition inside and out, low miles, looked sharp and fresh, for acceptable price. I would like to appreciate profession and kind attitude of two people John and Adam, whom I was dealing with. They are really trusted guys, very tactful and polite. There were neither pressure no stress, they work out for me individually and each of them was attentive meeting my need. I recently purchased a vehicle from Goldies and let me tell you, the other 399 outstanding reviews are true. I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership in my life. This establishment is immaculate and indoors! I arrived about 20 minutes before closing to look at some of their vehicles. Micah (my salesman) told me to take my time and let him know if I wanted to test drive any vehicles. I apologized for being there so close to closing time. He assured me it was not a problem and I could take as much time as I needed. I ended up buying a vehicle that night after a few test drives which required them to move a bunch of the cars around. A few weeks later, I ended up having issues and my vehicle found its way into the dealership for warranty repair work. I will say, none of the issues the vehicle had could have been diagnosed by Goldies prior to my purchase. At the conclusion of the repairs, Micah sent me a check to cover all of my out of pocket expenses plus some. When I am in the market for my next vehicle, I will be returning to Goldies. I cannot express how satisfied I am!!

Firstly, this is an honest review of my personal experience with Goldie's Motors. I was in the market for a new(er) FORD F150. I was searching for a 2015-16 with low mileage and more than the average option packages. I had been searching autotrader and a few FORD car lots and didn't find exactly what I was looking for. A few days go by and I see a listing of exactly what I wanted. I drove down too Goldie's and was immediately greated by sales person. After spending some time obsessively looking for a newer Suburban with low miles we found a beautiful one at Goldies!! My husband and I are from Tucson. Last week we took time off from work during the week to drive up to Phoenix, fearing that it wouldn't still be available on the weekend. We called on the way up and they put a courtesy hold on the vehicle for us. When we arrived John King helped us; he was very personable, as was the owner and receptionist (owner's mom). This is a very clean, family owned dealership. The warehouse is huge and all the vehicles are kept inside. The Suburban we were looking at was just as clean and well kept as it looked in the pictures on the website. I was impressed by how new all the vehicles looked. John knew we were hungry and pressed for time. He let us take the Suburban for a test drive and to get some lunch. The paper work went quickly and smoothly; no high pressure sales pitch. The owner's manuals were missing, but John said he would order them and have them mailed to us. As promised, they arrived in the mail yesterday. My husband and I are very pleased with our new (to us) Suburban and the experience we had. We would definitely consider Goldies if were ever car shopping in the future.

I have to say that my experience with Goldies was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I had contacted many dealerships prior to Goldies, but I never felt they really listened to what it was I needed. They pushed more expensive cars on me, models I wasn’t interested in, and some of them were not forthcoming with the cars invoice prices. They also started bombarding me with emails and phone calls, even though I had specifically requested to be contacted via email only. Working with Allison was a very relaxed, no-pressure experience, and I could tell right off the bat that Allison truly wanted me to get the best car for the best price. She was very knowledgeable, and if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she immediately went and found it for us. In the end, Allison’s patience, warm personality, and the fact that I had come to trust her, were a big part of helping me decide to buy from Goldies. She deserves a big raise and a promotion! Goldie's Motors was one of the most friendliest and honest car dealerships that I've ever been too. My boyfriend was looking for a Subaru BRZ and he had the hardest time finding one, until he came across Goldie's. Started the usual car shopping this past Saturday at the big dealerships. What a horrible experience as usual. Then we had a car to look at on our list at Goldies, which we had never heard of. We kind of thought it was going to be a dumpy little place. What a surprise! The cars were all inside a big warehouse. They were all shiny and clean and one nicer than the other. Total no pressure service. We were totally comfortable with the salespeople if you even want to call them sales people! They were great. We went to look at a Honda and ended up buying a Lexus that we never thought we would be able to afford. Goldies makes buying a car super easy and stress free. From the moment you walk in or talk to any of the employees, you are put at ease. Most car dealerships pressure you and do not give you any breathing room. Goldies lets you walk around their warehouse by yourself, sit in the cars, and ultimately lets you test drive them by yourself. Best car buying experience ever. I decided to give them a chance because they had so many good online reviews. John was so helpful and friendly. Adam and the rest of the staff were awesome too. It didn't feel like you were buying a car, more like you were just hanging out with family. April 11th was the best car buying experience of my life. I stopped by Goldies just on a whim as I was in the market for a new vehicle. John King was my sales person, no only did he take the time to find out what I wanted but he explained Goldies no pressure philosophy. The staff gave us personal time as we looked at the vehicle (no hovering) and when we decided to buy, the process was by far the quickest car buying experience I've had. Goldies Motors staff were very transparent in providing all of the supporting documents regarding the history of components recently replaced and were very receptive to handling all of the open items with no questions asked. The car was immaculate and performed superbly as advertised. Certainly no sales pressure at all, very much focused on the needs of the buyer in mind. This was an out of state purchase so they contacted the transport broker and surprisingly the car delivery was well ahead of schedule. What a surprise! This is hand's down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. We went in to look at a Nissan Rogue because we were on this side of town. We actually live about 45 minutes from Goldie's. We were very impressed to first find the entire showroom is inside! So all of the cars were protected from weather and looked very nice. We were able to test drive the Rogue by ourselves. My wife and 2 year old daughter were with us as well. After test-driving the car (which we were very impressed with), we came back and started going over some numbers with Allyson. It looked as if we weren't going to be able to make the vehicle work in our budget. However, we made mention that we would be willing to trade in our current vehicle if we could get the right deal. They made a very generous trade-in offer (we had been to other dealerships and weren't even interested in trading in up to this point). The trade-in put us exactly where we wanted to be along with the super low interest rate they were able to get for me. During this time our 2-year old was having a blast watching cartoons on the big screen! We then decided to close the deal. We arrived at the dealership a little after 1pm and were completely done and on the road by 3:30pm! Talk about painless car buying! And on top of all of this they paid to have 3 new tires installed at Discount Tire in Goodyear as 3 of the tires had low tread on them. And they held our down payment check for a full week to give us time to make sure our funds were fully there (and called before they deposited it). So professional! No sneaky sales tactics, no high pressure, no haggling back and forth on rates and prices...just straightforward and honest. I never thought I would actually recommend an auto sales place, as every place I've been to had something about it I didn't like...but I would recommend Goldies without any reservation! They have an incredible selection of cars. Everything from budget friendly to luxury. So regardless of what you are shopping for, check them out! You will be very impressed.

And after my first experience buying a car from Goldie's, as long as I live in Phoenix I will never buy a car from any other dealership. Consider yourself lucky if you live in the Phoenix area and are in the market for a used car - you need to look no further than Goldie's. Everyone I dealt with was exceedingly nice and made me feel completely at ease. This is truly a no pressure sales environment. And after doing a ton of research, I can tell you their cars are priced extremely competitively. They'll tell you that they always strive to put their best price on the table from the beginning, and it's not just lip service. Bottom line, you will not leave there feeling like you were taken advantage of. If anything, you might feel the opposite.

My wife and I just bought our car this past weekend after looking weeks at other dealerships and online. However, after talking with John King and the rest of the staff, I was convinced that the reviews were all accurate and justified! They really are great people to buy from, they deal fairly and with no pressure at all, and they're extremely straightforward with the condition of their vehicles. The financing was all taken care of right there at the dealership, without having to run back and forth between a credit union and the dealership. It was excellent. The Corvette I got from them was in incredibly good shape at a really unbeatable price. These all sound like cliches, but these guys really are phenomenal. Thanks John!

A straight forward, simple, and non-aggressive approach by their team. Heck, they didn't even do the test drive with me. They just hand you the keys and say go take it for a spin. You probably could even take it to a mechanic if you really wanted to. I believe the reason they do this is because they know they are not selling shoddy cars. All nice quality cars in great condition. So be warned, there isn't a lot of wiggle room in bargaining. However, they won't push needless options on you or charge high document fees. You save money in other ways. Truly, they want to make a deal with you and they want it to be an easy experience. I worked with Allison and she was fantastic and very easy to work with. Also the offices were private and yet open and inviting. You don't get the claustrophobic feel at all like you do at other dealerships. It honestly had a start-up tech company look to the place and the cars there are of high quality.

October 2015 - I had been looking for a vehicle for the past couple of weeks and was getting real frustrated going from dealership to dealership trying to negotiate the right price. I finally found the exact vehicle I was looking for on Goldies website. We drove down that day and from the second we walked in the door, we could tell it was going to be a much more relaxed environment than what we had been used to. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and was competitively priced with other vehicles at the dealership that did not have the options this one did. John sat down with us and went over all of the numbers and there was absolutely no pressure at all to buy. Goldie’s is amazing!!! I needed a Mom ride as my Camaro just wasn’t cutting it anymore. I was dragging my feet dreading going to a dealership and dealing with the vultures and the ridiculous haggling back and forth, especially with a toddler in tow. I came across an Acadia online that had half the mileage of everything else on the market and was in immaculate condition. Seriously, it looked brand new! It was at Goldie’s which I had never heard of before so I looked at their website and saw it was a family run business. I looked at reviews and everyone was so happy with them. That was hard to believe for a dealership but I decided to check them out for myself and I’m SO glad I did. I called and talked to John. He was so friendly as he told me about the dealership, how they work on salary not commission, and checked to make sure the Acadia was still available. Luckily it was and I told him I’d be over that day. Goldie’s really is a pressure free environment. They have a huge warehouse with all their vehicles inside. Everything is unlocked and they leave you alone to look around. They are there if you have questions of course but they let you do what you need to do without bugging you. They take a copy of your license and you go on the test drive by yourself. John even said we could take it for hours if we wanted and to just bring him back an iced tea. 😉 When we came back from the test drive we worked with Adam since John was helping someone else at the moment. Adam gave us an awesome trade-in amount on my Camaro and we were in and out so quickly! I don’t plan on needing another vehicle anytime soon but when we do I’ll be going back to Goldie’s. Go to Goldie’s, you won’t regret it!!!

Very good used vehicles with low mileage. I was allowed to take the vehicle to my own mechanic and Goldies (Adam) agreed to fix everything they find. Very easy to buy a vehicle. No hassle with extra products like most dealerships. You can be in and out within 45-1 hr with a vehicle and that's with test drive! Compare that to at least 4-8 hrs at a regular dealership. The only thing is that price is not negotiable, I believe it should be at least a little. Very pleased with overall experience and when I'm in the market for another vehicle which will be soon, Goldie's is the first stop!!!!

Each time I went in she was very cordial and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy the car. This has been the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car, Alison helped us with her expert-ease letting us know that every single car that is taken there they send it to their original make dealers to get them checked outside and in!! They go the extra mile to make sure you take a great car and if there is something wrong with it that you might notice they help out to get it sorted out. I recently bought a 13 Scion FR-S and found out that the headers and mid pipe of the exhaust had been modified and the car was getting a Check Engine light caused by the CO2 sensor on the headers, this caused the car to lose power between the 3k RPM and 5k RPM, Adam from Goldies Motors told me to take it to my nearest Toyota Scion dealer to get it checked and they would make sure it was fixed, THEY DID, it cost at least two grand to return it back to stock and fix the CEL, they payed for everything and now my car is running awesome and sounds GREAT!! Thank you very much Adam and Allison, you guys are great and I know that with this awesome customer service Goldies Motors will skyrocket! You guys are the best!

Out of the gate they were very upfront and honest. The first words out of his mouth on the first call was "Thank you for your service" (I found them through Usaa). My friend bought a car from Goldies and said she loved it; so I went there looking for a used Kia Niro and walked out the same day with a used Kia Niro. Purchasing the car was extremely fast and they are very upfront about the buying process and all their costs, all while being very laid back and welcoming. Dressed is shorts and a sweatshirt, we felt right at home. I purchased the second car I looked at. Why go anywhere else? There were a couple of minor things I wanted done. I purchased my first car when I was fourteen, paid $40 to a neighbor for a 1954 Ford and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The reason I mention this is that in the fifty years since I have purchased many cars and not until I dealt with Goldies this past week was the experience fun again. Like most people I have come to dread the process, but this place is very different. I was in and out in less than two hours (and most of that time was spent just looking), I paid a price that was well within what I wanted to pay, and I dealt with people that seemed to be more concerned with getting me what I wanted and not just making a sale. Finally, the customer service has been phenomenal! I noticed a few chips on the bumper but forgot to mention them during the negotiations. I was amazed when after the papers were all signed I was told to bring the car back in the following week and they would touch up the chips. I was even more delighted when I was picking the car up after the paint touch up to be told that during the touch up Goldies had noticed a bulge in one of the tires and had elected to replace all four tires with new Goodyears. This experience has made me a customer for life, I truly can't say enough good about this business.

I went to test drive one of the cars and the staff are so friendly. The cars are in a garage in the back and they were super quick to get the car out. My experience here was excellent. I worked with John and did not feel pressured at all. A completely different experience than I had at a large Ford dealership the same day (where they literally chased my car down as I was leaving!). Not only was the experience with John friendly and accommodating, but he followed through with several things that needed to be done after I left. Being from out of town I was eager to take the car home that day even though the initial financing rate was not ideal and they were waiting on a navigation card that was on order. John promised he would be able to get a better rate the following day (it was the weekend) and would send me the part. He called the next day with a significantly lower rate as promised, fed exed updated paperwork to me the following day, and the missing navigation card came to my home the day after. Completely satisfied with this trustworthy company.

By far the best car buying experience. After all, purchasing a new vehicle should be fun right? My wife and I walked in about 45mins before they closed on a Saturday and asked if we could look around. Allison greeted us in the front and let us browse the inventory on our own telling us if there was anything we were interested in to let her know. We found the car we loved and Allison had someone pull it around for us. When we returned Allison asked what we thought. Never being pushy or reminding us they closed soon. I asked If I could talk to the finance folks about purchasing and I then found out that everyone in there does everything. Its so refreshing to experience a company that does what they say: They say there is no pressure: there isn't. They say their prices are competitive: they are. They say they have a large inventory of low mileage, great condition used cars: they do. They say you can buy a car in an hour: we did, both times. We have done the dealership tour, from Gilbert to Peoria. But we always end up fiding the right car/deal at centrally-located Goldies. It's a different used car buying experience, and thats a good thing. Go tour their "car warehouse" and see what I mean.
