As a first time car buyer, I was extremely nervous of what to expect regarding the car-buying process. I had been browsing various locations but ultimately, I decided to purchase from Centennial. My parents had purchased their vehicles from this location in the past and had a great experience. As soon as my family and I parked, Noel Rooney was there to greet us with a friendly smile and handshake. He did not hover and allowed my family and I to browse the lot freely. He was very informative about each vehicle we inquired about. In the end, I fell in love with the Toyota Corolla and at that point in time, I wasn't planning on purchasing the vehicle that day but instead of trying to convince me otherwise, Mr. Rooney said that that he would be more than happy to go over the potential monthly payments, costs etc. In the end, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Noel Rooney made the process easy and painless. Issues arose with our files being available and without hesitation, Mr. Rooney picked up the phone and reached out to his sources and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this location and Mr. Noel Rooney. He is respectful, personable, not pushy and more importantly, made a seemingly complicated experience, EASY. Thank you a million times Mr. Noel Rooney! I am in love with my car!

This was by far the best experience we've had while purchasing a vehicle. Dean was amazing! We didn't experience any pressure, sales pitches, haggling or a long, drawn-out signing process. It was SO fast and easy! Not only did he answer all the questions we asked, he also went above and beyond with teaching us all the bells and whistles on our new truck. He thoroughly explained my options for extended warranties but there was no pressure to get one either. He was efficient and available when needed but also gave us space to look around and explore our options. Dean provided top notch customer service! My wife and I were referred to Centennial through AZ financial and we've heard of them through family as well, but honestly all the hype is 100% valid. This is how the car buying experience should be, no pressure, working with a single person for everything, and someone who really just wants to help us get exactly what we're looking for at a competitive price. Darin made sure that we were well taken care of, and secured one heck of a deal on a very new (used) 22 CR-V, and he was so quick and efficient that we decided to make the trip back the same day he picked it up (45 mins to an hour in traffic both ways!) to make sure we wanted it. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with his work and the company for giving him the platform to perform such amazing work. We will be referring our friends and family as often as we can and looking forward to our next car buying experience!

I needed to replace my wife's car and also needed help with the purchase of a new Ford Bronco that I have waited over two years to get. A gentleman named Dean Massi answered my initial call for help. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Dean responded to my needs. My own vehicle searches were not producing anything for my wife. Working with a dealer on my Bronco was very frustrating. I finally got the Bronco from Ford and again Dean saved me several thousand by making sure that Ford honored the 2021 price for a delayed 2022 Bronco. I had the easiest, most hassle-free experience buying a car at Centennial Leasing & Sales today. I financed through Arizona Financial Credit Union with whom Centennial works closely. That experience was seamless and took no more than 30 minutes on a Saturday for them to process my approval. Noel Rooney was the star of the show for me though. Despite being short staffed and backed up all morning, Noel never made me feel like anything but a priority. He is the least pushy car sales rep I've ever dealt with and understood where my range was and what I was looking for. He didn't try to upsell me at all and I never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. I hope I don't have to buy a new vehicle for myself again for a number of years, but if I do for some reason, I will be going to Noel and Centennial and I would recommend them to anyone else looking to buy, AFCU member or otherwise. I don’t thing I can convey into words how peasant my car buying experience was with Mr. Van Ruler, but here goes. I was referred to him/centennial through one of the reps at my bank. We left a message with him while I was sitting at the bank and he got back to me promptly. I was able to make an appointment for the next day which was awesome! There was zero pressure to buy anything, I went in with the intent of just looking at inventory and seeing what my financing would be. He was more that happy to accommodate only showing me vehicles that met my budget and letting me walk away without making a decision too quickly. And it must be said that those vehicles were C.L.E.A.N., as in they care about the product they are selling and present them well. Oh, and they are all inside a warehouse, which in Arizona, makes a huuuge difference. I did end up driving away in a beautiful low mileage car that I love love love, but in this market it’s hard to say no to a budget friendly reliable car that is super fun to drive. He offered extended warranty and explained it, but didn’t hassle me or pressure me when I declined. Opted for the gap insurance out of good measure. The process was made even more simple because they work directly with my credit union for financing and offer a bit of a discount on apr because of that. The inventory changes every day and I think that plays into the low pressure environment because I truly believe that he just wanted me to drive away (eventually) having had an excellent customer service experience. If you have bought a car from a dealership before, you know the games they play with making you wait for hours and putting on a show to make it look like they are struggling to meet you in the middle. I cannot stress enough how VASTLY different my experience was from that dog and pony show. Long story short: I feel like I got a decent deal, no regrets. I feel like I was dealing with another human that understood my needs and just wanted me to have them met. I will 100% be referring anyone I know to David/centennial, and consider this me referring you. It is worth at least checking out. Oh, and for reference: it was only 3 hours from parking my old car to driving my new one away. That included 2 test drives, viewing 6 other vehicles, financing, signing, moving my belongings from one vehicle to another, and good conversation in between 😊 Thank you David!

I had a trade in that I was upside down in and although my bank approved me for another loan, he was able to work his magic and lead me in another direction. Once confirming that I wanted the vehicle the next day which was today I went to pick up my 2021 Honda Pilot. We are expecting our 3rd child so we definitely needed the 3rd row and something reliable. What a treat to deal with Dean Massi at Centennial Leasing & Sales. First contacted him by phone via our credit union and gave him a budget (under $9K) and he had 3 cars to chose from for our oldest daughter. When we arrived the next day he apologized and had only one was left a 2012 Chevy Sonic LS. The car was immaculate with a clean Carfax and we bought it on the spot. We added an extended warranty and were out the door for under $9K! Three days after delivery the AC pump started to make noises. Dean came to the rescue had my daughter drop off the car and he gave her a ride home. Repaired/replaced the AC pump under warranty and Dean was kind enough to waive the $100 warranty deductible for our daughter. Now that is awesome customer service. Dean now has the same challenge of finding a car for our younger daughter. Cannot recommend Dean and Centennial more than I have. Great service, great values and they stand by their inventory. I did all sorts of research on-line about the cars I wanted, got quotes, etc, but when I went to the dealers, they didn't have the cars they said they did, the prices excluded $2,000- $3,000 in 'dealer costs', and the experiences were riddled with lies and sleaziness. My flat mate suggested I go where she went: Centennial. I was initially reluctant because their cars are listed a few thousand more than what I found on-line.... but that is because there are NO ADDITIONAL FEES. Which means their cars are absolutely the right price and highly competitive with other dealers. Not only that, but the price is non-negotiable. They are not wheedling or scamming you; the price you pay is just the price on the car. Which is how it should be. Which is how everything else is sold. I arrived and met with Ron Topp. He was helpful, personable, and easy to understand. There were three cars on the lot that I was interested in. We looked at them, test-drove the one I liked best, then I bought it. It was as simple as that. At Centennial, the person who helps you with the car is the same person who guides you through financing and can even assist with insurance. Ron got me a great financing, great insurance, and a great car, and he even helped me sync my phone with the cars Bluetooth so I was safe on the road. Skip all the negative, lying, horrible dealership experiences: go straight to Centennial! Another tip: they can find and bring to AZ the car you want, so even if you don't find it on their website, reach out and see what they can do for you. THE BEST car experience I've ever had! Car buying is beyond a stressful experience for me. I hate it. In fact, I hate it so much it took me 14 years before purchasing another vehicle. I decided to finance through my credit union and they let me know about Centennial Leasing. I was very skeptical but figured it was worth a shot. I am so happy I made that decision to use Centennial. I worked with Eric Wilson and not only was he very responsive, when I thought there was a vehicle I wanted at another dealership, he suggested I purchase with them so I didn't lose out on what I wanted. He would rather have me in the vehicle of my dreams instead of focusing on him making a sale. The vehicle ended up being sold and working with Eric I updated my "wants" list and within 3 hours he found me the perfect car, exactly as I wanted it. Eric even drove the vehicle out to my house and personally delivered the vehicle. It was a quick signature and he handed over the keys. My suggestion is to make sure you know what you want and use websites to determine what features you want so you can give Centennial an idea of exactly what you are looking for. I will never shop another way. Eric Wilson will always have my business as long as he's there and I'm vehicle shopping.

Edit: A few weeks later, I discovered that the Dealership that my car had come from had charged my card for a large unapproved amount in addition to the approved amount. Wish I had found him and Centennial when I purchased all my previous vehicles at the car dealerships which was always long and drawn out and a painful and exhausting experience where you felt cheated or swindled somehow when you drove off in your new car. I went to Centennial to test drive the car on my lunch hour (I work about half a mile down the street), had my car traded in for a couple of grand more than KBB value and all the papers signed within a couple of hours and was ready to drive away, but hit a snag. If it weren't for a phantom lien showing up on the title everything would've been wrapped up in a couple of hours. No big deal as it was resolved with a short trip to the MVD a few miles away and so I was in my "new to me" vehicle before the end of the day. If you're looking for a fantastic sales consultant, Keith "Campbell" is the man to see. Very nice, honest, down to earth, thorough and respectful to his clients with no pressure at all. Heard this place was a no nonsense type of car dealership from a family friend and was not disappointed. My girlfriend and I went in and worked with Keith Williams who was patient and worked for us rather than against us like most dealerships. We told him what we wanted and where our budget was and instead of him pushing us to a vehicle that was not in that price range he worked the whole time to get us what we wanted. I just bought another gently used vehicle from Centennial Auto Sales. I purchased my last one from them quite a few years ago. It lasted me until my daughter totaled it... This one is a lot nicer, but then again it is a newer vehicle. The quality of vehicles and level of service and customer care is the same or better than it was before. You can't really improve upon very close to perfection. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a fairly priced high quality used vehicle contact John Zambroski at Centennial. I was browsing for a car and happened upon a nicely priced option here at CLS. I submitted an online inquiry and got a call maybe 20 minutes later from James who took great care of me. He offered full finance options over the phone before I even considered driving down there to check out the car which was nice. No shady fees here! I was able to do a solo test drive as well and the car was exactly as described and fairly priced. Ended up buying the car but had to leave before a touch up was completed, so James drove the car to my home 40 minutes away. Excellent service! From start to finish including a 25ish minute test drive the process took about 70 minutes give or take. If you’re looking for a good car and are tired of the dealer runaround and stress, come check out CLS and ask for James! I’ll be visiting again for my next car purchase.
