I financed a car there last week. Every single one of these gentlemen were respectful and honest with me. They were able to get me into a car with one previous owner that only had 25k miles on it. They worked with me being a first time buyer. They were not pushy and let me explore my options prior to deciding. I had my toddler with me and they were extremely patient through the process. One of them even offered my son grapes when he started asking for food during the buying process. They had great hospitality. Bjore (I don’t know if I spelt that right) was exceptionally helpful making sure I loaned from a bank with the lowest interest possible for my credit. Ben made the paperwork so smooth and easy and explained everything so well. I was so impressed with this dealership. I had gone to several larger dealerships (Toyota, Honda, Nissan) and they didn’t come close to the way these men ran their business. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a used car. They have great warranties for their cars and we’re able to provide so much information. They have programs for bad and no credit buyers as well as first time buyers. I will definitely use them in the future. Very happy with this purchase.

I rarely leave reviews even for businesses i like and respect but i wanted to leave one for Arizona Best Cars because they are worth leaving a 5 star review for. I went there based on the many many positive reviews and i understand why they get so many 5 star reviews. I initially went there to test drive the Genesis G70 and Kia K5 they had on the lot and after test driving both I was leaning towards the Kia but wasnt completely convinced that it was the right car for me. Michael then showed me the owner's Maserati Ghibli that he was selling on the lot and after sitting in it and taking it for a quick test drive i knew that was the car I wanted. Even though that car was more expensive than the other 2 cars i was interested in Michael got me incredible financing that made the payment very affordable. He was able to get me a lower interest rate on a used Maserati than my regular credit union was able to offer me on a new car. Initially i was going to trade in my BMW but the next day i decided i wanted to sell it and i contacted Michael again and he agreed to buy my BMW for the price i was asking which is incredible service. The customer service here is amazing, they care about their customers which is a trait that is missing in just about every used car dealership today. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and if i could give them a 10 star rating i would.

My wife and I came to Arizona Best Cars after a friend referred me to the dealership, as my friend has bought several cars @Arizona Best Cars for many years! Like most of us I was skeptical with working with another car dealership, but the experience was amazing. We met with Boris and Michael and they let us take the car out my wife wanted for a long test drive and there was no pressure to buy. My wife loved the car and we said we would be back the day after. We applied for finance and got a great rate through the Arizona Best Cars finance and then went back the next day. Michael met us and we got the deal done in un 30 mins. 100% suggest if you want a great car buying experience and not be sat at a dealership all day.... USE these guys. Twice now I have flown from Seattle to Phoenix to buy vehicles from Arizona Best Cars. If I just wanted any old car, I could buy a car anywhere. But I do a LOT of research when buying cars. I have specific options I want, under certain mileage, certain colors I want, within a certain price range, etc. When you get that specific, the number of vehicles that match your criteria narrows. And then when you weed out the bad cars from the good, it gets even narrower. Both times, I couldn't find the exact vehicle I wanted in Seattle and the prices were much better out of state. Arizona Best Cars had the exact vehicle I wanted both times at $2500 or more less then here in Seattle. I paid for a vehicle inspector in Phoenix to go out and check out that car and both times, the vehicles came out great. Borukh and his crew at Arizona Best Cars treated me wonderfully both times. I hate actually dealing with car salesmen but these guy were just so wonderful to work with. The 2nd time I flew out, they even picked me up from the hotel. I can't say enough. Great vehicles, great staff. THANK YOU Arizona Best Cars! Who knows, maybe I'll see you again for a 3rd vehicle down the road!

The most efficient and easiest buying process we have ever had!! If you drive by the car lot you might not stop...but after reading all the google and Yelp reviews... you will know that they are a good dealership regardless of location and size! Small lot, but they have nice looking cars with low miles. They work well with credit unions and SamsClub pre owned cars benefits. These guys offered a great price from the start. We were already approved by our credit union so within 15 minutes of saying 'yes' we were driving away with our new car. I still don't understand why the last two cars we have bought from large dealerships - we were there for hours!! You almost expect it to be a 3-4 hour ordeal...not here. Based on our experience, I would recommend.

So first let me say that these guys are absolutely amazing. I’ve not had great experiences in the past with the whole searching for a car, who to trust, and good interest rate bit…. But this car buying experience was nothing like my previous experiences.I happened across their website, noticing the nice selection of used cars& noticed the low mileage on all of their vehicles. Bonus, especially with the prices they listed. The other used car lots nearby all had low prices but high mileage. So I went with az best cars., saw a car I liked, drove it, I didn’t have to haggle about anything. I walked out of there with a 2019 (this was in 2020)mitsubishi outlander sport for $10,000, 36,000 mi’s & with small down payment. My credit is really bad but my payment is under $170! I signed the papers & was out of there in less than 2 hrs. 2 yrs later, my car is running great, I haven’t had a single problem with it, but if I did, I know I could bring it in to their shop & I wouldn’t have to worry about being taken advantage of. These gentlemen are honest, fair & excellent at what they do. Since buying this car, I’ve had the pleasure of buying 2 more cars from them with the same professionalism & honesty as the first time. The 2nd car was a Mini Cooper coupe for my daughter, which ended up having a problem 5 months later, Albert arranged for the tow from 2 hrs away(which would’ve cost us over $600 to have it towed to phx & that’s with AAA!), and fixed the problem, no problems, no questions asked. Unfortunately, my daughter totaled the car in accident. I already knew where we would get another car for her. We just finished buying the same car l, Mini Cooper coupe, with same great price & out of there in 3 hrs. I cannot tell you what a relief it is, knowing that I’m not going to be taken advantage of, and knowing if I have a problem with my purchase, I have an honest, reputable & far less expensive place I can count on to take my car. An amazing experience! I found the perfect vehicle on CarGurus and decided to come in the next day to look at it. As soon as I got there, we test drove the vehicle and it was great. Sat down in the office with Michael, and an hour and a half later I financed my first car at 18 years old and was able to drive it off the lot. We bought 2 vehicles here without ever stepping foot in the dealership. TRUST was key. We are located in Las Vegas, NV. The purchase wasn't necessarily easy, but the team went above and beyond to make everything happen. They made modifications to vehicle as we requested, searched for the lowest finance rate and delivered our vehicles. The deals were amazing. Low mileage on 2019 Dodge Ram and 2020 Pro Master van. Arizona Best Cars is a no-nonsense used car dealer. If you are looking for quality cars at competitive prices then look no further. I had decided on a car at their lot and wanted a test drive. When I reached the lot I spotted the car and checked it out. It was not locked so checking out both the exterior and the interior was a breeze. We went on a short test drive with a person from the dealership on a specified route. Would have loved to have tested it out on the highway but it was fine. The negotiations were painless and no pressure tactics were applied. The one thing that bothered me a little was that they only allow you to get a car checked by a mechanic after a $500 deposit is paid. This can put off some people and you should be aware of this. If you don't take the car then the deposit is lost. I did not opt for financing so I can't shed any light on that aspect. I really liked working with Albert who is a true gentleman. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality used car.

I don’t have much experience in buying cars yet, but my dad has said several times that this was the best car buying experience from a dealer that he has ever had. We recently bought my dream car since I was a kid, an Eclipse GT, from Arizona Best Cars. They arranged for the car to be delivered to us since we live all the way on the east coast. Every staff member we spoke to was helpful and quick to respond. The car arrived in great condition as promised, and I am completely obsessed with it. Where do I begin these guys are awesome. They work with you right away and get your driving the car you would like to buy. The process took 2-3 hours in total which is faster than any dealership I have ever been too. But wait there more these guys are looking out for you to try and get the best rates. Great experience buying a 2016 Hyundai Elantra at Arizona’s Best Cars. Very nice cars at great prices on their lots. While they don’t have a flashy showroom what you will get is excellent, professional customer service without the gimmicks, games, pushy salesmen, or add-on price padding that you usually get with both new and used car dealers. Michael was totally transparent and up front with us about the condition of the car and the deal and financing offered. While the car did develop some unforeseen mechanical problems after the purchase, Michael took care of it, kept us posted along the way, and even offered a loaner while he had the car repaired back to factory-new specs. Arizona Best Cars has the best price vehicles around! We found the exact van we wanted for a fantastic price. We went to look at the van and noticed a tear in the leather and someone had vandalized the car and broke out a back window. They immediately had the van repaired at no extra charge to us. The manager even offered to take the van to Tucson and deliver it to our daughter, again at no extra charge. Excellent customer service! I saw a nice Lexus GS they advertised. It was a color I liked. I was a bit nervous when I drove there because I had a not so pleasant experience last time I bought a car. But those guys at Arizona Best Cars are real gentlemen. They actually sold me the car I wanted for the price I saw on Google. And they did not even tried to push their finance like a last dealer I bought a car from. I had my check from USAA and they gladly took it. They actually was the first dealership who did not make me wait for hours before the delivery. I came around 10 a.m and after I test drove the car and inspected it I left a deposit and was pleasantly surprised when they said that I could leave and come back at 12.30 pm. When I came back the car was clean, with full tank of gas and plates already on it. I signed the papers and drove away happy only 15 minutes later. Great service guys. And special thank you to owner Albert for taking his time and getting me owners manual after the sale.

Albert and Max were terrific. When we saw the BMW 7 Series on Auto Trader, we went to see them. The car was exactly as advertised and was a good value to begin with. But they went the extra mile, agreeing to repaint the chipped hood and a couple of other minor repairs. The purchase process was easy and we left the car with them to be painted, etc. When we returned to pick up the car, the battery was dead. But no problem - they agreed to replace with a new battery and even provided us with a 3 year warranty on it. I recommend Arizona Best Cars to anyone looking for a good deal from honest people.

We bumped heads at first and I had to put a little more money into maintenance than I wanted, but the 2007 BMW X3 that we got from these guys proved itself to be a good, solid, S.U.V. Unfortunately I was in an accident and my insurance considered it to be a total loss, however, even with a $1k deductible, I was still given a refund of $345 from my insurance company after paying off my vehicle and I still had almost 2 years left to pay on it. We were given a good first time buyer A.P.R. and were connected with a credit union who we trust and will be financing all of our cars through. Thank you Alex for helping us with that!

A couple things needed fixed when we bought our van so Arizona best cars said to take it to the Toyota dealership for the parts then call them when the dealer asked for payment. Arizona best cars was true to their word & paid for the items. They also charged us for a 2 year registration but when we got it on the mail it was only 1 year so I called and they refunded us the difference.

They had the exact car I wanted with all the bells and whistles and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my car. The one thing that can be improved upon are their financing options. They got me a deal with America First Federal Credit Union for 10.49% APR and after my first payment I re-financed with Capital One for 6.9%. I can't pronounce the gentleman's name, but he told me it translated to "blessed" and that was my experience with this business. BLESSED!

Had been looking at Jeep Renegades, We had stopped by a Toyota Dealership and they had us sit for a half an hour before they told us the one i wanted to test drive had sold. SO i decided i wanted to find a smaller used car dealership to avoid the hassles that i always seem to get at the bigger brand dealerships. My wife was a little concerned with the "trailer office" and she had never dealt with an independent dealership. There was no sales pressure, nobody trying to "sell me on the car". The no nonsense approach that ABC ( Arizona Best Cars) has to doing business was quite refreshing, Apparently because the Renegade was built mostly in Italy, there were issues with their working the paper work. I was quite happy when in the middle of this process they came back and told us they had found another bank that would drop our rate even further. MY over all perception is that they care about their customers and will be fair and honest in any and all situations. The Warranty insurance had similar issues with the VIN so we had to go back to sign additional paperwork, While there I saw them deal with two issues for other customers. Every concern was addressed, and the STaff made themselves very available, imho, to the customers and do what is right by them. - i made sure to take business cards to refer friends, if they have the car you want i would highly recommend checking them out!

I was considering a preowned MINI from the MINI dealership when I saw the exact same car I wanted posted on Craigslist by Arizona Best Cars. It had less miles, more options, and was a few hundred dollars cheaper, so I decided to drive by after hours and take a look. Honestly, the dealership is in a shady part of town and looks super sketchy, but I decided to go back when they opened and I'm glad I did. There were no hidden fees and the price was as advertised (ex. Extra for the window tint, the paint protection, etc), they didn't press me to add this coverage or that option, they were very straightforward, and I was out with the keys in less than one hour. My preowned MINI looks brand new and I absolutely love it! It was an awesome deal and not only will I refer friends to them, I will definitely go back when I'm ready to trade in my MINI for a bigger car.

Arizona Best Cars is certainly best place to do business with! They closed on Saturday's for religious reasons and am I glad, that they are! I was shopping all Saturday for a car , and couldn't find anything I liked. So Sunday I was looking at just a few places that were open. Arizona Best Cars was one of them. They were the only small used car lot that had Carfax posted on every car, so I decided to check them out. I was pleasantly surprised to the quality of cars and low prices they had. I was looking for a Stick Shift Miata Convertible for a long time. When I saw the one I really liked on CarGurus at Arizona Best Cars I was hesitant because they are about 1000 miles away. But they quoted me a great shipping price and deal made sense even after shipping. I still was not sure as car might look great on photos, but who knows what is it like mechnucaly. When Moshi said that they offer 3 month warranty on a car and warranty is good at my local Mazda shop, I was sold. The car came in when they promised it will and it is a perfect car. Edit: I paid my car off within 2 years thru Wellsfargo and messaged Albert after I paid off the car to see about getting a refund for the gap insurance I had purchased. I am entitled to a refund for the difference since I did not pay the car off over 5 years and instead I paid it off in less than two. Albert has not delivered and it has been almost 9 months since I initially contacted him and since then I have tried to reach out several times to see what the holdup is. He is ignoring my messages now and have hit a wall so I'm going to contact BBB and file a complaint. I do not recommend you do business with Albert, he will tell/promise you anything to get a sale and will withhold funds that are not his and he promised me he would get me a new shifter for the 6 speed Mazda mx5 as the one on the car was trashed and did not delivered. Once the papers were signed he did not care to follow thru on his promise to get me a new shifter and instead told me to swap out the one on the mx5 with some other one on another car they had in the lot when I came back to get the new shifter that he promised when I initially purchased the car. Second edit: after I made the first edit. Borukh contacted me and told me he would take care of the gap insurance refund and did so within the week. He was very helpful unlike his partner Albert and I thank him for being speedy and pleasant.

I first was looking at 2003 Jaguar XK and 2007 XJ with low miles but decided to go with 2006 S Type because it had lowest miles - only 62000. And they gave it to me for internet price that was couple of thousand$$$ less than any 2006 S Type within 500 miles. Bought my car there on monday and I could not have had a better experience. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure! I saw a great offer on Car Gurus and contacted them via mail to inquire about the vehicle. They answered in a very timely manner, even though it was a saturday and they are technically closed on that day of the week. Came by the next day to go for a test drive. The car was in a great condition (almost hard to believe it's a 2010 model) and fun to drive ; so we moved on to talk about financing and also trading in my old car. The offer I've got for the trade-in was not only a fair but a great deal. The credit application ((which I didn't fill out beforehands) wasn't an easy one due to my employment length at my current job and an income slightly below bank threshold. They asked me to come back the next day since they couldn't talk to the banks on a sunday. The next morning I was informed that the credit got approved but at a really high interest with a hefty bank fee which would have resulted in high payments. But I was promised that they would try to get me a better deal to keep the payments as low as possible. I went there a few hours later after work and by that time they also had negotiated a much better offer. They didn't stop there though! While I was already doing all the necessary paperwork the kept working on it in the background and wow... Just before we finalized everything they managed to get me a deal at a little over 3%. Even with a bank fee that dropped my payments significantly. Plus I also got a discount on the extended warranty. So yes, they definitely kept their promise and worked tirelessly to make sure I can leave not only with a great car but also with the feeling of being a valued customer. It was quick and easy, I saw the car online listed on USAA Car buying services, so I'd already seen the carfax, but they provide carfax on every car as far as I could tell. The car is in great condition with very low miles and I am extremely happy with my purchase. No nonsense approach. Albert is polite and professional. I saw the car on internet and was worried that something was wrong with it because it was advertised for less then any simular one . When I called, they were upfront with everything. Albert advise me to look up their website - so I could check the Carfax history, which is posted free of charge on every car. They also had about 50 photos of a car, so it helped me to make my decision to drive there. Albert did not play any games. I test drove the car, wrote a check and drove off. The whole process took 45 minutes. This was about as good of experience of buying a car as it could get. Thank you everybody at Arizona Best Cars.

I have a mediocar credit and I also cosigned for my brother on a car and he had some late payments. My car was just totalled in an accident and I desperately needed a replacement, but everywhere I went, I was told that I need a cosigner because my score under 600 and I have a loan that I cosigned for my brother on my name. Luckily that was not the case at Arizona Best Cars. Not only they had an my dream car - Audi A6, but they had my loan approved at very low 9.8 percent rate and monthly payments of $330 a month with only $1000 down. I was paying $550 per month on a car that was just totalled with 22 percent rate. Thank you Borukh and Michael!

Normally I’m a huge cynic and quite untrusting especially when it comes to ‘used the car salesman’ but even I must admit that Baruch and his employees, mainly Michael and Albert, proved me wrong. Wife and I bought a 2011 Prius with only 30k miles and clean car fax. They fixed the AC compressor, put 2 new tires on front (Michelin), and ordered a side panel piece for the inside. This place is needle in a haystack considering the neighborhood but who cares if everything checks out and the customer service is good. That is exactly what we received!!! A+ Service all around. When I read reviews from past customers it just baffles me when they mention that the car they purchased 2 months ago broke down. Here is my advice to all those customers: Spend the extra $150- $200 and bring in a certified mechanic for a Certified Pre Inspection of the car if you are concerned; (2) You as a customer have 15 days to get your affairs in order and to have the car looked over; (3) Spend the extra money and get all the fluids flushed so you know where you sit with your new car. You can only blame yourself for the negligence on the car if you dont do your homework and take care of the issues. This is a "used" car dealership who are up front with everything. You want a new car and pay the high price fees of a real steelership then by all means go somewhere else. After a few months in the car and almost 8k miles and preventive maintenance done on it, we could not have asked for a better car. Thank you AZ Best Cars for your professionalism and getting us the extra parts. Fyi they dont negotiate price because they are already below KBB and more than fair with everything. KEEP UP THE WORK TEAM; MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!

So for starters I was an out of state customer and when I saw the car online I was very pleased with the price so I talked to the owner and decided to buy. So the owner made arrangements with me over the phone to even open up early just so we could go through everything and get on the road sooner. When we got there was when every bring started to go downhill. They were very unorganized and couldn't even find the key to the car, and they realized that another employee had it and wasn't coming till later so we ended up waiting for him. When we were able to look at the car many features that were on the add just weren't there to begin with, and after asking about them they just brushed it off and claimed we should have known from the pictures. After that we noticed the wheels had Oem wheel lock keys on them, but there was no key, and if we did have it ther was no jack or wrench so we would have been stuck anyways. So they ended up breaking off the locks and giveing us a jack. When we were doing paper work they told us that they would overnight the title to us once the check cleared, which we were okay with and took the car home. After almost 2 weeks I called and asked about the title and they told me that sense the car was a trade in it would take 30 days after they got the check to receive the title, which is another hustle because in my state you only have 30 days to register a vehicle before you are required to pay day by day penalty fees. Over all the worse car buying experience I've ever had.

My father and I went down there to look at the car because they have amazing deals and prices from what i saw on the internet. After a test drive and price discussion with Barukh, he informed us that he couldn't hold the car without a deposit down. The very next morning we put money down on the car and purchased it that afternoon. It was a screaming deal on the car and i knew it wouldn't last more than a day longer on the market so i purchased it immediately. Peter Orona did not get "Bait and Switched", he just didn't act as fast as i did. Best of luck in your car search however Peter. Overall these guys were extremely honest, they even told me about a crash that didn't appear on car's car fax. The price it was marked at on the internet, was the price i actually bought it for. They had many nice looking cars in the lot, and overall i had a great experience.
