Calvin was my salesperson, he was patient, understanding, and just as determined as I was for me to drive off the lot with a vehicle. Calvin explained each step as we went through the process. He answered all questions and made sure that I was getting what I wanted, it seemed that my satisfaction was more important than the sale. The first time I went to Springfield Mitsubishi, I wanted a car, but I wasn't committed. Calvin took the time to walk me through the entire process and he even found a car that I absolutely loved. In the final hour, I pulled out. It was already past closing and everything, but he was still professional and just understanding. I would have been livid. I told him I was gonna come back. he checked up on me and everything. He wasn't over powering or bothersome, he was really considerate. I had to go back. Everyone in the building are so kind, friendly, welcoming and professional, but I told Calvin I was coming back to him and I did. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, but again, Calvin being the AMAZING person he is, he helped me find something 10x better than I could have picked on my own. ONCE I am done paying this car off, I will be returning to Springfield Mitsubishi and right to my guy Calvin. I never had such a comfortable, pleasant, stress less car buying experience. They made a miracle happen, because my credit is disgusting. They do what they say they are gonna do!

Happy Holidays to all and most importantly to Springfield Mitsubishi Dealership. Mr. Calvin was a great car salesman to work with. He was patient with me over a course of days, as I figured out what I wanted and didn’t want (also what I could realistically afford). The office manager, Mr. Calvin and staffer Nick were all great and worked with me, along as my bank when it came to trade off my old car to the financial part of the new car sell. Overall, I walked away with a new car and a reasonable monthly bill, which in my book is a major win. I’ll go back when back in the car buying phase again.

I called for an oil change. I was given the day I requested and a good time. When I brought my car in they had me in the system no problems. The complete time from entry to leaving was about 35 mins. I had an oil change tire pressure checked and everything that goes along with the oil change. There were people waiting for service about two. My second time going there and I recommend going there for service. I will continue to go back as long as I have my mitsubishi which I love!!

It was very hard finding insurance that was within my price range, but they worked very hard to help me find something I could work with. Me and my husband just bought a car from here. We worked with Patricia primarily but also had help from a gentleman named Chris. They were outstanding! We both do not have the greatest credit, but we were able to drive off the lot with a 2019 Mitsubishi outlander. We were there rather late, so instead of waiting until the following day, we took it home and they picked the car up the following morning to have it detailed. They even returned the car and I didn't have to go anywhere with my 11-month-old daughter. I definitely recommend this dealership especially Patricia! Josh was AMAZING!!! I was shopping for a new car and out of all the companies and sales reps that I dealt with, Josh was the BEST!!! He paid attention to what I wanted and didn’t just try to sell me any car to make a sale. Also, he was the ONLY sales rep that called me on a weekly basis to make sure I WAS OK and to inform me on what was going on with the specific Outlander I wanted. Honestly speaking, buying a car here was the greatest experience I have ever had! Patricia and Joe were both very honest and up front from the very beginning! I purchased my car at the Cherry Hill dealership. Let me tell you it was like night and day. I had to bring car in for a flat. I was sure I would have to buy a new tire. After checking things they told me I only had a flat and they could fix it. A dishonest place would have tried to upsale me the new tire anyway. When it came time for inspection, I once again returned. Again I had a completely pleasant experience. The dealership is clean and modern and the waiting area has really comfy seating. LISTEN! I went to Springfield Mitsubishi, in Springfield, PA, yesterday and was treated like family. I thought it was going to be there for a long time, but I wasn't. After a recent bad experience at a car dealership, I was leery and my feelings of dismay almost didn’t allow me to call Springfield Mitsubishi. When I finally did call them, I had the pleasure of speaking with Calvin. This may sound a bit premature but after our one phone conversation, I really liked him. With that said, my wife and I decided to give Springfield a chance. When we arrived we were greeted and officially introduced to Calvin. He laid out everything for us from the beginning. There were no salesy pitches and he addressed our pain points early on. He talked to us in a very human way, which put me at ease. I was looking for leasing a car and visited almost all dealers in the area and found that all are putting 3000-4000 dollar above MSRP on the car on the name of chip shortage. I requested the quote from so many dealers but they cannot provide any quote like I asked for some rocket engine quote. I called Springfield Mitsubishi and talked with Calvin and was pleasantly surprised to found that they never charge above MSRP and always honor the Mitsubishi offers. I went after 5 minutes to meet Mr. Calvin and got the lease car as shown on offer on Mitsubishi site, no gimmick , no scam , no BS at this location. The whole process of buying/leasing car was a cake walk. Patricia handled the whole process and cannot thank enough for such a smooth process. I cannot imagine why would any buyer will go to other dealers to get scammed on the name of chip shortage. I would highly recommend Mr. Calvin if you want to avoid the headache of dealing with all these scammers who quote the price of car by looking at your face.

When I mean they have the best customer service and everyone’s was so nice and help me actually take my time to find a car I like was amazing. Not just that a brand new car with 0 miles. Oct 2021- I traded in my old Outlander and purchase a new 2022 Outlander, Jahir was my sale person and he was Fantastic, he was very knowledgeable very helpful. I give him a 90% for excellent customer service. Only reason why he is getting a 90% is that I was told since I have been a customer since 2017 and if I was to trade-in my SUV and purchase a new one they would give me $100. So I did that and on top of that I bring to family member and they purchase a SUV and I was told that if you refer a family or friend they will give you the $100. I was told get a total of $300 and I have not received the money yet. I have called spoke with Jahir he stated he will take care of this and we are in Dec 2021 NO MONEY!!! They need to value peoples time and work schedules. Oil changes and a simple inspection on a brand new vehicle shouldn't take 3.5hrs. I showed up at 2:45pm and didnt leave this place till around 6:38pm for a oil change and a inspection my vehicle only has 18,000 miles on it. This alone makes me willing to spend more money elsewhere to get in and out. This is shameful for a professional dealership.

My experience at the store alone with Mitch the manager and Mike Carpenter the salesman was just fabulous! I walked in told him what I could afford per month including insurance, and how much I had to put down. Two hours later I drove home in the new car! I couldn't be happier. When the insurance company couldn't take a split payment for my down payment, Mitch stepped in and made it work. I can't imagine any way the process could have been easier! As a side note, my thanks - and apologies - to Jason at Springfield Mitsubishi. We played phone tag a few times, and he had a lady (sorry! I have forgotten her name) also contact me. I really thought I would not be able to get financed so I declined their offer to meet with me and a few days later went to Star loan, not realizing that the two dealers were affiliated. First and foremost I have to say thank you so much to the amazing team they have working at Springfield Mitsubishi, I had the best experience yesterday buying a brand new car which I honestly was only gonna purchase a used vehicle to keep payment cost lower. Not only do I not have the best credit(its fair) but they never made me feel that way. They were honest, worked hard to get the best n lowest finance price for my monthly payments, helped me get new insurance policy at a low cost and were just the nicest people. Calvin my salesman was good, Joe the man who made magic happen with the payments, I don't remember the lady who did the tags name except her nickname which is "boss momma" . From this point forward I will only buy cars from there thats how amazing they were. They made you feel like family and we drove home in a brand new outlander with our payments at the same as if it were used. They even stayed late to get the deal done so we could take the car that night If you want to buy a car I highly recommend them. I went to this dealership skeptical because prior dealerships couldn't do anything for me. All week the salesperson Dot was telling me to " Just come in. We're really good at what we do here." Such words of confidence when I had none. Bad credit, $300 to put down, and a Jeep with 16k left on the loan to pay. With all that against me I still came anyway. One of the most welcoming dealerships I've ever encountered. A waiting area with massage seats, a TV, and a great variety of free drinks. My original salesperson was busy with another customer. I called Mitsubishi on October 7, 2019, and spoke with Calvin. I told him that I was interested in financing a vehicle, but that I had really bad credit. So, Calvin discussed how I should make an appointment because my credit couldn't be checked over the phone. Moreover, I decided to schedule my appointment the next day for 9:00 am. In short, I had changed my mind because I just knew that I wouldn't be approve for a loan. Yet, Calvin texted me, to find out if I were still coming. That's when I told him that I don't want to waste my bus fare, because it had to last me for the rest of the week. And that I didn't have any money to put down on a car. Well, Calvin said " Did I ask you for any money?" So then I gather my bearings and told him I would be there at 9. Furthermore, I am glad that I went, because I left out with a Mitsubishi Mirage G4. But, I kept asking Sabrina ( the sales representative), how much longer for the wait, because I had to get on the bus at a certain time to go to work. Yes, Sabrina thought I was hilarious! Anyway, not too long after coffee and snacks; I was asked what color car I wanted, and to meet her out front to test drive the vehicle. And then I went back to the office to find out that I was approved, in which I only had to pay a $1.00. Thanks guys, because I really needed the vehicle.☺

I needed a car. I needed a reliable car. I knew my credit wasn't so bad and I had decent money to put down. I knew that they offered the dime down offer but felt that I could get lower monthly payments by simply putting more down and not relying on 'credit amnesty'. But I still wasn't sure that I could get a vehicle. I filled out the pre-qualifying form on their site and shortly after Calvin was texting me directly and we texted for a total of about 2 hours over the next two days. He told me what I needed. I told him what I had going and my numbers. I told him about special circumstances I have with my job and how I get paid and he made me believe that it was definitely worth going all the way there for a shot. When my wife and I got there Calvin was with another customer but Sergio handled it from there. My new best friend. We, along with Joe and Bill got the deal done and I, as a person who makes their living driving and has spent thousands of hours driving over 2 decades, am in the best vehicle I've ever driven. The whole team worked very hard for a sale without it feeling like it was all for the them. They made me happy. Now my wife wants to fix a few things and we will be there again. And since I intend to keep my job driving...I will need another (perhaps multiple) cars and I know where to go first.
