My car was a total loss. Looking for a specific model I came across Rolls Auto almost 2 hours out of my way. I went in very stressed after the accident I've been in and upset because I just paid off that car last year. I came in very skeptical because I have been played with before purchasing a vehicle especially being a women. Coming into Rolls Auto I met with Bill. I was not the easiest consumer again because of past experiences. Bill was the most patient salesman. Worth the drive at the end of the day. The best I've dealt with. I saw a jeep they had for sale online. Only problem was it was at their dealer lot while I am in California. I spoke to Turtle and told him I wasn’t looking to go back and forth for 2-3 weeks negotiating pricing and I didn’t want to fly there. He agreed. I made my initial offer. He countered. I made a second and final offer between my original one and his counter offer. He agreed. Made a down payment and wired the money. I arranged auto transport which Turtle facilitated the jeep pick up. My jeep is on the way home and I already have my title in hand. No BS super smooth buying experience from across the country. Good stuff !

i live a chunk of hours away from the dealer, so i asked them to give me a ball park estimate for my trade in. they were friendly, extremely responsive, and was nice enough to give me an estimate just via email. just asked me to send a bunch of pics over which i did. this whole process was fantastic. we did not make a deal. first, they gave me an extremely low trade in value, compared to even the lowest end of kelley blue book. so i asked why so low under KBB. then he said hed give me a KBB instant offer match..which is now low end of KBB trade in. so i asked if hed give me 15% off the above kbb priced car i wanted to buy, he didnt move $1. i had a dealer near me who would give low trade in offer but also priced their cars under kbb value, apparently this dealer values their car but offers lower than KBB for your car. its a shame i wanted to make a deal, but a fair deal and i wont be taken advantage of for about 5k. make sure you do your homework of values prior to going.

I bought my RAM 1500 Longhorn Edition from Rolls Auto, from the salesman Tito, manager Steve and owner Mike and everyone was super professional and helpful even considering the difficult times we are dealing with. I was able to test drive the car, liked it, agreed on the price and got the car that same day. There were no hidden fees which seems to be the norm nowadays with dealerships.
