Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an off lease high end vehicle like a Lexus , Mercedes, BMW Etc. My personal experience was great. Sales staff is very friendly and do not hound you while your on the lot. Everyone was dressed professionally with name tags. Wasn’t “ Jonny “ with a hat on backwards with jeans and timberland boots. Found the car I wanted and my salesman max was very helpful. I had a lease that I was trying to get out of and Max and the finance manager Gene did everything they could and came up with different options that would make it all work. Purchased an amazing vehicle with the monthly payment that I was aiming for. They also stand behind what they sell. After having the car for a few days I noticed a few minor things that I felt needed to be taken care of. They directed me to their service center and the excellent service continued there as well. No run around or trying to fight me on anything, they took care of the problems that I was concerned about very quickly. For example I noticed some condensation built up inside the pass side headlight housing. They replaced the whole headlight and all is perfect. Love the whole experience and would recommend to all. From the moment I walked in and even during the phone calls that led me into the office, everyone from the staff was pleasant and professional. I don't always hear good things of dealerships, and as a woman I don't always have pleasant interactions with any car involved services, so this place really left it's mark. Update- I had to bring my car to the service center because a light was on. The team there was efficient and took care of what was needed. I had to call a couple times to be kept in the loop, which would be my only complain if I had to log any in. Would recommend to friends, family and will be the first place I look when I needed another car ( Hopefully not until another 6 years minimum for myself) Thanks everyone !

Update March 28th started this fiasco and its has ended May 14th. Finally got the registration. Thank you for finally be free of this place. Update 2 weeks later From point of sale at PA Auto Sales this has been a nightmare. They have had our car for 2 weeks since it was sold to us without inspection. Needs rack and pinion, mirror, chipped windshield and has misfire. Received a text that our car was ready for pick up but needed to schedule because mirror was not in yet. We stopped by we are an 1 1/2 drive and our car didn't pass emissions due to unhooking battery. Windshield wasn't fixed. I am so disappointed that we r paying a car payment with no car. We stated that it is to be completed before calling us.. you would think that after getting a 1 star review from purchase you would work harder to fix that review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ANYTHING AFFILIATED WITH PA AUTO SALES OR INSPECTION @PAAutoSales I would never buy a car from this dealer again. We left with an uninsoected car was told we had to bring it back within a week. My husband went back 2 days later and it still didn't pass due to drive cycle was nit complete. We have been calling for days no one will call us back. The rack and pinion is leaking, chip in windshield and the drivers mirror has a sensor that is broke. All this needs to be fixed prior to inspecting. My next call with be a lawyer since its illegal for a dealer to sell an uninspected car.

I bought a car here abd Jeff was very nice and helpful..however , I did start to have a couple issues after the first couple months (which is expected with ANY used car) but it was a headache for me. I was frustrated bc my prior experience with used car dealerships was "oh well we got your money you deal with it" BUT this dealership is the opposite. They helped me with each issue I had and made it all good. They actually care about their customers and that's hard to find in used car buys. I highly recommend them . John was great always communicative we had some issues with the vehicle I bought from PA Auto Sales, it was a 2015 Honda Odyssey it was Carfax clean however there was Major paint over spray under the handles on the windows on the undercarriage definitely definitely wrecked body damage, it was my decision to take the vehicle so I can't blame them for that A piece of trim flew off as I was coming home they did do their part to replace it I feel like but it's the wrong part they also sent me a $200 reimbursement check for my troubles which I appreciated but I'm just going to go get the part I need and call it a wash. I would give John 5 stars and probably the company 2 due to issues I've had and expecting to buy a unwrecked vehicle, I paid cash for the van and assuming the title was in the paperwork and it wasn't they had to mail it yeah just small stuff like that gets kind of irritating. My wife loves the van though. John says that's what's most important😊

Recently purchased a 2012 Audi Q7 from this dealership and must say over all that the entire buying experience was quite seamless. The staff was friendly, my sales man Joe was so friendly and Iwas allowed privacy and time without being hassled or pressured while checking out a few of the cars. REVIEW UPDATE : May 2020 .. a few months have passed since owning the car and it has made a cross country trip and traveled the coast of California 2x. While I still love my car there have been a few issues mechanically with it that would have cost me thousands of dollars had my husband not been handy. A week after purchasing it, the heat blower stopped working in the dead of winter , rendering my vehicle unusable until my husband ordered the parts and fixed the issue himself. It was about $200 in parts from Audi dealership. Second huge issue was the crank pulley in my engine bay, completely detached leaving us stranded on the side of the road with a dead battery and car.. again.. thankfully my husband was able to fix it for a few hundred dollars but had he not this would have been a 1000+ fix at audi... I have also found a few little things on the inside of the car that have occurred during everyday use. Anyone looking into buying a car at this dealership, I would bring someone that knows what to look for and thoroughly inspect every car down to the nuts and bolts. I am changing my 5 star review to a 3 star due to mechanical issues not even weeks after owning the car.

I drove around for 1 month after getting the vehicle with no inspection stickers. I had to take it back again because the air conditioner didn't work at all, which took forever to fix because of "corona". Its hard to get in contact with the office to schedule a appointment. I finally get my air conditioner fixed, went back to get my inspection stickers and as soon as I reached home ( which isn't far) my 2019 nissan rogue started shaking and making a noise. I called to make a complaint/appointment and no return call after leavinga message. Now my cars 3 month warranty is almost over I call again to get the shaking fixed and they told me because I was over my miles it wasn't covered. Even though I know for a fact this new issue started when I recieved my car back from getting an car inspection. After becoming beyond upset and waiting for answers they "agreed" to pay half of the price of my problem which was $750.00 I believe...i did say my half was $750.00. Please do a though inspection of the vehicle and take it back immediately! I was also told my vehicle only has 2 small finder benders from the previous owner. Well when I got a mechanic to look at my air conditioner they told me the frame bracket in the front of the vehicle was broken and there had to be serious damage beyond what I was told. I looked at the damaged bracket myself so this wasn't just what I was told. All the reviews for the service center all say the same thing so please use with caution.
