My husband and I will never go anywhere else for a car. He is a master service technician for Maserati-Lamborghini so that usually scares used car places but Essence didn’t flinch she knew she was selling us a quality vehicle that we would love. He has never financed a vehicle before and a family member had destroyed his credit so we didn’t have our hopes set too high but they made it work. We left to wait for the vehicle to come down from Bristol and when we got back Essence let us know that Doc worked some magic and got the down payment cut in half so we didn’t have to pay the other half. They are like the dynamic duo and I will always highly recommend them anytime I hear someone is looking for a vehicle. Even in line at Wawa I’ll tell them about Essence and Doc at Fellah. They may not realize it but they really are helping to change people’s lives.

Due to Covid I was struggling with my credit but he and John made sure I was aware of what was happening and helped me leave with the car I wanted, and at an affordable monthly payment. He showed us several vehicles that would meet out need. All the vehicles we seen were in great condition and quality vehicles. We had a chance to test drive a few of them. We decided on a 2018 Kia Sedona. The minivan was in great condition. James advise us of the 173 point inspection every vehicle on their lots have to pass prior to sale. James helped us out with all the paperwork, and John the finance manager was able to help us with financing (our credit isn’t the best, we had a repo and few accounts in collections). When we we showed the monthly financing John was able to get us $200 monthly below our budget. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life. Every employee I encounter at Fellah was amazing. Fellah Springfield thank for make my family’s car dreams come true!!!

So one morning I got into an accident a terrible experience, while I was waiting for the police Howard from Fellah Auto approached me. He couldn't have been nicer comforting me and giving advice on how to handle the situation. He tells me he works at Fellah and suggest to check em out as clearly it was time for a new car. Please read entire review. The employee's were wonderful with trying to get me in the car I wanted which was a 2016 audi a3. When i test drove the car I asked if it had a spare key and was told yes. After signing all the paper work I was giving one key and then was told that it didnt have a spare. From there I was told they would get me one. 7 months later still no key and they cost about 500 to purchase. So basically I spent almost 20000 and wasnt giving what I was told I would be. By the way 2 weeks after buying the car I came out in the morning and all my doors and trunk were open. When i told the dealership about this they told me maybe I didnt lock it. But if I dont lock it, it locks by itself so that's not possible. Fellah is great with getting you into the car you want but after they have your money dont expect anything more from them.

If I were you I wouldn't listen to these jokers below me; for one if you get a used car, expect there to be maintenance. It's more of a fact of life than the dealer's issue. Also I wouldn't listen to anybody who didn't have reasons to back up such harsh attacks. At any rate, I did something most would frown upon; I went to Fellah Auto alone. I knew nothing about contracts, deeds, taxes, anything like that. I would have been an easy target for any salesperson if I had not gone to Fellah. Good thing I did. The first time I went I had just got my license three days beforehand. I was really just in a hurry to get a car so I can stop taking the bus. But one of Fellah's associates, Andre, suggested something that a garden variety horror-story car salesman would rarely do....he suggested that I come back later in the month, so I could save up enough that I wouldn't need to send out extra money in taxes after getting the car. Also in that time frame I could talk to my parents about getting on their insurance. I was bummed, but I really appreciate that it seemed like he was putting my peace-of-mind over selling the car. And that's the main reason I came back to Fellah 11 days later, with the money for the down payment and the taxes, and a game plan for insurance. And I came back after finding cheaper car prices elsewhere. Lastly, I appreciate that the manager of this Fellah location, Tony, took the time to tell me what each part of each of my contract meant instead of just telling me to sign here...sign here...sign here...I'm now a soon-to-be-proud-owner of an '01 Taurus (I financed), it drives great, and I don't feel any sort of burden financially because Fellah made sure I was on the right path. I'd recommend them to anybody. I don't know what the future holds with them, but they darn sure made a good first impression.
