My jeep was in the shop here at woodhouse, and they put me in a really nice loaner vehicle, a 2020 Ford Explorer. I fell in love with it and ended up trading in my jeep for a new 2020 Explorer! Nick was my salesman, he was not only super helpful but did most of the work before I even had to come in! He gave me some different options with financing, which ultimately worked great for me. Steve in finance explained the different warranties and made me feel confident in my purchase.
Great dealership, they actually try to work with you to find the right car for you, without pressuring you to buy a car you don't want.
They also aren't biased in using factors like age or gender to scam you. They said they had a car in stock in a different location and would bring it to their location and they actually followed through. Very unified dealership, they all work together to help you and are super friendly. They also stick with their word, would recommend and shoutout to Keith.
I was shopping for a car for my daughter who just turned 16. I have a friend who works at Woodhouse and has been there a long time. I would have bought from him, but this car was at the North Location. I'm so glad I found Kevin and Paul (manager). They don't keep older cars around much but this Camry had low miles and was in excellent condition. When I needed some extra help with this purchase Paul was there to help out. The finance department was great to work with and helped me walk through the purchase using my USAA loan to purchase this Camry. Thanks Paul and team for all your help! I Highly Recommend others working with you and your team.
We were on a Thanksgiving road trip west from Vermont when we decided to look at a truck. Given the holiday weekend, Woodhouse was very responsive and polite. I contacted them Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving and by Friday, they quickly assembled several vehicles for us to look at before we arrived. They were very open and direct, no games or trickery. Just honest open dialog. The whole experience was very refreshing and easy. Well done Woodhouse. I can't say that I will be back anytime soon... #Vermont (lol) but if I needed to buy another vehicle, I would definitely consider making the drive. Mama wants a mustang, so who knows. 😁 I highly recommend Woodhouse. - Happy F150 owner.
Our Salesperson Herman went above and beyond taking pictures of the car within hours, and we followed up with questions that evening. Explained the benefits of extras I could add on if I wanted without pushing anything onto me. Oil change drive up early morning. Short wait. All makes all models. They check your tires and fluids and electrical. Better than jiffy lube,
Salesman was Bill Gilmore, was extremely polite and answered any questions I had. Not pushy at all, helped me through entire process. Even got ahold of previous owner to get the extra key fob and key. Key fob only worked once but it is just wore out and not anyone's fault. Loan department got me best deal they could find.
Herman was great. Informative, hospitable, and worked with the GM for us on the numbers after we found one of the cars that we liked. Not a long process either!
I got my car serviced at ford woodhouse and they were amazing. Very fast and efficient with my car. No problems, excellent communication!

In 40 years of buying cars from dealers, hands down this has been the best experience I've ever had. This was a certified used car, and from sales through finance, I never had the feeling I was being pushed or there was any attempt o take advantage of me or the situation. Just a clean process of selling a great car. And I bought the car over the phone from Colorado. Just the best. Wish Woodhouse was my home dealership where I could take the car for service.
Took my car in for service and it was an excellent experience. Everything from booking a time for service online to getting the work done was quick, efficient, and easy.
Service is great. Would like to see a partnership with a different car wash service, it’s roulette trying to find a Casey’s with a car wash, then over half of those aren’t working.
Great accommodation but it was over an hour. They were busy and still took care of me. The wait was the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.

5 STAR SERVICE! Long review sorry...I can not say enough good things about our experience at this dealership. My husband and I had been all over Omaha looking to purchase a Ram Pro Master for our business and to my surprise EVERYWHERE we went was horrible in more ways than one. The sales people either were very sleazy or pushy or completely rude and disorganized. We first went to Baxter off 178th and Dodge. We are very busy so I made an appointment to see two vehicles and wanted to be sure they were both available. When I got there the salesman did not even show up and no one called us. Another employee tried to help but said one of the vehicles were sold (we found out later it was not sold) but the other we could test drive. We had some questions about the vehical so we were given to a supervisor. He was not helpful at all and very off putting to be nice about it. I asked my husband to leave. We went to a few other places with appointments and when we showed up were told to wait 45 minutes to an hour. We understand things come up occasionally so we rescheduled later in the day and canceled our appointments to accommodate. We show up for our next appointment only to be told it will be a 45 minute to an hour wait. I not sure what the point of an appointment is here? So we continued to look. We decided to stop at Baxter one last time finding out the vehicle we originally went to see was not actual sold but misplaced? Again we made an appointment...no one was there. We were helped by someone who ended up being the worst sales person in the world. Long story short it was the end of the day they were closing we said we were interested in the vehicle and wanted to discuss it further. They said they needed to have it inspected first before they can even sell it and they would hold it for us until that was done which would be a few days. They also said they would guarantee the price listed. The next morning we get a slew of calls asking to call them immediately. We call back and the salesman was very rude demanding we give him $500 to hold the vehicle while it was being inspected so they don't sell it to someone else. Of course we had a few questions such as... you never said we had to put a deposit down and you also said you can not sell it to anyone until it has been inspected. So how can you sell it to someone else if you can't even sell it to us??? He proceeded to raise his voice at me and I kid you not flat out talked over me and yelled at me.I lost it. I will not let someone talk to me in that way. I then said I am done with you and demand to speak with your supervisor. He changed his tone immediately and started trying to apologize. I again asked for the supervisor. Once transferred and I explained the situation he said they never ask customers for deposits ever its not their policy. He said don't worry we will hold it for you and call you Monday once the inspection is done. We never received a call back. So we end up at Woodhouse and meet Nicholas Boettcher. Wait let me back up. My husband and I walk up to the front door and a gentleman ran to the door not to sell us but just to open the door for us. WHAT....We talk with Nick and he shows us what we are wanting to see right away. He did not try to sell us at all and answered every question we had. When we said we had other places to visit he simply said I understand and he also said he would love to earn our business he gave us his card and we left. I told my husband as we were leaving we are buying a car from that guy.We went a few more places only to have the same experiences. We called Nick back and he was so polite and professional we decided to buy our vehicle there. All through the process EVERY employee in the building continued to open doors EVERY TIME, gave us water, made sure we were comfortable and they were all in good spirits. Nothing seamed disorganized or off putting. No rude employees at all. I feel we were treated honestly and fairly and it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought my fair share of cars.We thank you!
I can not say enough great things about my buying experience at Woodhouse Ford of Omaha. I have been a part of several new and used car purchases throughout my lifetime and I can say, without hesitation, that this was by far the best and easiest experience. I purchased a 2019 Ford F350 Limited which I am absolutely thrilled about. I began my search for my dream truck with another dealer and they were unable to locate exactly what I was looking for. My only option would have been to order the truck directly from Ford which would have taken up to 12 weeks. I called Woodhouse of Omaha and gave them the exact details of what I was looking for and within a day I received a call from Kenny stating that they could get the truck I was looking for from another Ford dealer in Indiana. At that point, I knew that Woodhouse was who I needed to purchase from and who I should have contacted in the first place. They are one of the leading Ford dealers in the nation for a reason!! My truck purchase involved working with several very professional, kind and enthusiastic Woodhouse employees. Kenny (salesman), Brett (Manager), Herman aka "Candyman" (Financing) and Michaela (Accessories) are the team of professionals who made this all happen. We made the deal happen quickly and without any of those dreadful car buying experiences that so many people hear of and or experience. Kenny even surprised me with lunch from Arby's!! It is simple things like that, among so many others, that will keep me going back to Woodhouse Ford of Omaha for my future vehicle purchasing needs! I could go on and on in detail about several other things that made this experience awesome but last time I checked, reviews aren't meant to be several pages long. I had the BEST car buying experience of my whole life here! I worked with Herman Shields as my car salesman. He is hands down the man to work with! He did so much with me over the phone so that when I went to the dealership, everything went quick! He text me a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. It was pulled up front when I arrived, but he also had 2 other options to show me. He allowed me to take the car I was interested in for a test drive and I was able to show my husband. Once we made a deal, it all went smoothly! Shoutout to Jeremy in the finance department as well for making the business end make sense to me and personalize what we needed. He was honest through the whole buying process, which made the process that much better/faster. He even helped me with arranging a loaner car when I got in a car accident 8 days after buying my new car. Super happy with the service I received. :)

I just want to give a huge shout out to Nick who I believe works in sales, he has great customer service! I bought a new car from a different dealership and my water pump went out. All the other dealerships I spoke with could not provide a courtesy vehicle while it was being fixed which is not an option for my family. Nick went above and beyond and he didn't even sale me my vehicle. I even spoke with him after hours and he even called after I droped my vehicle off to be fixed to make sure I got a ride and everything was fine! Out of all the dealerships I have been to every employee I have encountered has been nothing but nice and helpful this is by far the best dealership I have been to! Thank you all for your hard work! I will always come back to this location and my next buy will be with Nick!

Have been a Woodhouse customer for almost 15 years. Their sales, service, parts, and accessories departments are superb. The associates in each department are EXTREMELY knowledgeable in each of what they specialize in. I own a F350 6.7 Powerstroke and take it in for routine maintenance. I've NEVER had an issue. My wife bought her first Ford there, a 2020 Explorer, and she absolutely loves it. This is actually my 3rd truck purchase from Woodhouse, because my salesman knows EXACTLY what I.m looking for in trim packages, mileage, price, payment and so on. I will do business with no one else but Woodhouse. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
I worked with Wil Ross. I was very pleased. There was no pressure, and he was very helpful. He understood what I was looking for and where I needed to be price-wise. Bought a used car from Herman Shields for my teenage son for Christmas last year. Customer service was impecable! Herman took the time to test drive the car with me, offered for me to take the car for a day or 2 (not necessary), also looked up all information related to the car so he could give me an honest assessment of any of the issues it had. He then had me meet with the head mechanic at Woodhouse to discuss issues that he felt would need to be addressed. Awesome job as a team at this Woodhouse location & much appreciated, would buy from here again any day of the week!!

I called to get a recall on my car fixed. The appointment was only a couple days out witch was awesome. Had a 7:30am I did arrive a few minutes late, not a problem they got me In regardless. Service was amazing! they said 4 hours it was done on time. They took me to work didn’t have to wait picked me up on time definitely happy with my experience. Had to buy a part did that when I picked up my car. The parts department was a little bit of a wait but nothing you could experience anywhere else. They had the part I needed didn’t have to go to another dealer or comeback. Overall amazing! Thank you everyone for the wonderful first experience with Ford!!!

I have had my 150 for almost a year. I have had no issues regarding my truck. When I have needed regular service. It is so simple to get an appointment. Service is completed promptly. With all the technology I have had several questions regarding how to operate something. Herman my salesman or another have always been happy to answer my questions.

Service department was very courteous. I really appreciated that they were up front and honest about a possible extended wait time. Despite the anticipated wait time, they were able to fix the issue I was having with my car simply, inexpensively, and in less than 45 minutes.
Got me right in on a Saturday afternoon for the first oil change in my new Bronco Sport. Great service... Super Quick... No BULL... and they even remembered to reset the oil meter which is a pet peeve of mine that other dealers have often forgotten. My first visit but I'll definitely be back.
I arrive early but got right in. They completed the recall service work and oil change in record time. Everyone was pleasant. Even the Parts Manager recognized me from my car purchase 9 months ago and inquired if everything was going well and was I pleased with the car. Nice atmosphere. If I am going to spend my money, the service is just as important as the quality of work. Woodhouse Ford of Omaha has both!!

I decided to go in to get a key i needed for my car. As soon as i stepped in they gretted me politely. And it only took me 15min to get my key processed. And at a reasonable fair price. I was one happy customer when i left.

We had a great experience. We found the Santa Fe online and gave Woodhouse a call to make an appointment to go take a look at the vehicle. On arrival the Santa Fe was already waiting for us out front for viewing. My wife and I took the Santa Fe for a test drive and fell in love with it. We were always told buying a car can take several hours. We were in and out of Woodhouse within an hour and a half. The process went super smooth. We have owned the Santa Fe for almost a month now and have zero issues it is a great vehicle and I would recommend anyone choosing a vehicle to choose Woodhouse for your next purchase.
What a great experience. I arrived unannounced and was met at the door by a salesperson. I had done my research ahead of time and knew what I wanted. We got right down to brass tacks, and Judd made it happen. Michaela presented accessory options. Steve did a great job with the financing paperwork. I love that they explained all of the options and answered my questions, and then I could decide what additional things I wanted. They gave good advice about various items. You can tell when someone is an expert. It goes so smoothly and all of the right stuff happens. Woodhouse wasn't my first stop, but I'm so happy I decided to make the trip.

Herm was awesome at selling me my Acura. Best used car I've bought, this would make number 3 from Herm. He tells me how to take care of it, I follow his guidance and his service departments recommendations and my car always takes care of me. They really make an effort at preventing car issues, rather than making up things just to get my car in to service. Paul and Mike are great managers as well.
Denton was a wonderful sales associate. Made the transaction easy as I was an out-of-state buyer (Oklahoma). Denton made sure to answer all my questions since I was unable to view the vehicle in-person. Even picked me up at the airport in my new vehicle so I wouldn’t have to go to the dealership. Overall, I was happy with the experience. I would not hesitate buying or referring others to Woodhouse Ford.

On my most recent maintenance visit, I asked them to check my brakes. After explaining what was going on, the service rep first thought I didn't have anything to worry about but promised to have the techs check it out. Turns out, there was a problem but they weren't positive at that point what it was. Frankie gave me a couple different prices depending on what it might be, then lined up a loaner for me & sent me home. He kept in touch with me the next day & it turned out to be a relatively simple & inexpensive fix. Very pleased with the service I received on this visit & all visits.

I purchased my Fiesta ST here in 2016 and I was very pleased from the very beginning. I was greeted no more than a minute after walking into their showroom. My sales associate did everything he could to get me the car I was wanting. Ever since, I only go to them for service. They’re always super friendly and informational! I just go to their Blair location for performance, but I will never go to anyone else for servicing my car. I respect Woodhouse Ford.

Great experience at this Woodhouse. I swapped a couple emails with Mike Galvan trying to pinpoint a new truck in my price range. A couple days later I finished up the sale with Cash Fry, nice guy and very easy to work with. After the sale Michaela Mlynczak was extremely helpful getting accessories added, providing a loaner, and then finally taking delivery of my F150. I enjoyed the interactions with all involved, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again.
Wonderful service, great people to work with! I saw a vehicle that I wanted online and Judd contacted me right away about it. I went to drive it and loved it, even though I was not sure about going from a SUV to a family sized car. He worked with me to get the numbers where they needed to be and also assisted with having a minor item repaired with it. Originally went to Baxter and they gave us the run around three different times. We came to Woodhouse and they treated us right from the time we walked in the door and instead of sitting in a dealership for hours we were in and out with my truck in 1 1/2 hours. I have bought my last 7 vehicles here this is number 8! I will never go to another dealership. Cash Fry was very knowledgeable, polite and to the point. I highly recommend you go see him.
Woodhouse Ford Omaha is by far the best place to get a vehicle. I've bought all my vehicles from Mike Galvan, one of the sales managers, and he is a great guy. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows. He'll get you with one of his amazing sales people and follow everything in the process of buying a car, and if there's ever a problem he's there to correct it. I can't say enough nice things about this group and the way they handle business.
My Husbands F-350 was down and had lots of repairs that needed to be done. This was the best hassle free vehicle purchase through a dealership that I've ever had. Adrian Lathan and everyone else made the experience enjoyable and easy. I would assume the other salesmen are great as well but you won't regret buying from Adrian. I can't say enough good about the service I received during the purchase process. I've never done this before but I would feel comfortable calling them and doing a deal, site unseen, on a used vehicle.
Have taken my ford F-150 in 2 times and the repair work was great, didn't have any problems. The service advisors are not very professional and did not call me either visit, I had to call about my vehicle and no estimate on recommended services. Then long line to at cashier's office, due to cashier doing paperwork for a rental car.

I worked with Steven in the service department. My car needed several thousand dollars in repairs, and I was getting a second opinion when I called Woodhouse. They were able to offer some different options and reduce the cost of repairs by over $3,000. The car is fully fixed, which is great, and Steven was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. The work was done when they said it would be done and an estimate was provided the day of the appointment. This seems like something to expect, but this hasn't happened at other establishments. To sweeten the deal, I was given a loaner, which was a HUGE bonus since I was without my car for about 6 days total, and a stack of free car washes when I left. Woodhouse and Steven understand the importance of customer service. I highly recommend the Omaha Woodhouse Ford service department.

As always Herman stayed by our side through some personal struggles of ours and got us the perfect vehicle. He always listens and always treats us like family. Flawless experience! Kenny was great at getting me rolling over text and email. They had the perfect truck for me and we worked out a great deal. Mike was fair on my trade valuation and he took the time to hear my concerns. Steve in finance was direct and concise and didn't over pressure for additional services, he just educated appropriately on what they offer. Only down side is I only got a half tank of fuel in my truck. Also I had to come back the next day to get my 2nd key for my vehicle, not entirely their fault as it was late when I initially arrived at the dealership to sign papers after I was off work. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Woodhouse Ford on north 72nd st. And Kenny in particular as a salesman.
My husband and I recently leased a new SUV from Atchley. We had first gone to Performance Ford, where we had just an awful experience (see my review on their page). We came to Atchley because they had our perfect car, but we were weary of what our experience might be after spending a day at Performance. I worked with Joe Raven (internet sales) ahead of time, and we talked via e-mail and the phone about what we wanted and what kind of pricing we could get. We went in and test drove the car, and immediately felt comfortable with Joe and Atchley. After the test drive we discussed a few different lease options, and were pleasantly surprised when there was no pressure put on us to buy the car that day. We ended up purchasing it because the deal was considerably better than that offered at Performance, the car was perfect, and Joe was so easy to work with. The whole process (including financing) took approximately 2 hours and was painless. A week after we took the car home the battery died on it... I called Joe and within 15 minutes he came out (personally!) to jump my car and had me follow him to the dealership to run some tests. He could have just told me to call Ford's Roadside Assistance, so I was very impressed that he came out himself. We will absolutely continue to have our car serviced at Atchley, and we will definitely consider buying our next car from Joe at Atchley. What a huge difference from Performance!

Getting my new car at Woodhouse is the absolute best decision I could have made after totaling my previous car. Steve Church was absolutely outstanding!!! He worked with me over phone and email while I was shopping around at different dealers and was helpful with all of my questions. When I decided to go see the car at Woodhouse, it was 5:30pm on a Friday night and they were closing at 6. Steve Church, Steve Cannon, Mikayla, and the detailing crew all stayed late to get the car ready for me. Steve Cannon worked hard to get us the best financing deal and Steve Church sat down in the car with me and showed me all of the features and even showed me how to use the automatic parallel park, and this was all after he had already made the sale! They both stayed until 8:30pm and gave us the most amazing customer service and made the whole process effortless. I will recommend them to everyone I know who is in the market for a new car!
I recently was having an electrical issue with My 2019 Ford F150. It had to do with trailer towing, which I hadn't done since purchasing this vehicle. When I took it in to the dealer, the guys in the service department were very friendly and professional. I could not believe how quick they took care of the problem and got Me back on the road. • His listening skills were superb, he gathered all our pertinent information and right away let us know if we had doable or not opportunity for a trade-in.

He also did a good job of reviewing the numbers to ensure we were in agreement and that they meet our financial objective. The service department at this location was awesome! They were very good at communicating about the issues and what to expect cost-wise. I also had my toddler with me and everyone there was very sweet to her as well as helping me get the carseat out of the car. (And you parents know what a pain that is). A new engine was put into a 2019 truck with less than a 1000 miles on it, this shouldn’t of happen!
wood house Ford did a very good job replacing the engine and it is running great, the only complaint I would have is that it took me a week to get the fuel smell out of the interior of my truck.

A driver of mine was 1600 miles from home and had an injector go bad. I called several dealers and diesel mechanics with no luck. the others were either too busy to work on it and others would not work on it because the truck is deleted. . It was just a few minutes after I sat down with some free popcorn that the service tech took my F150 into the service bay. As usual I got the works and upon completion they advised me that my battery was below par and needed to be replaced before winter. Excellent service and a chance to avoid a future problem with plenty of time to spare. I appreciate that they are looking out for my best interests as well as my trucks future. It only has 130,000 miles on it and runs great. It pays to have Woodhouse look after your regular maintenance.

I pulled up at 8:10pm on a Friday evening after getting towed. The service department claws at six and showroom closed at 8pm. The crew let me in the service door to drop my car, was able to look up my vin number to get the information of what could be wrong with my car. After looking up the issues, a sales associate gave me a ride to a hotel to make sure I had a place to stay. Super nice guy I think his name was Mike.
I arrive at 6:10 am the next morning to speak with service department which doesn't open until 6:30. I explained what I thought was wrong and within the hour they diagnosed the problem and are working on the vehicle now! Saving my entire trip and I hope any and all locals to the Omaha area come through to see these guys here at Atchley! Helped me out big time and I'm super grateful. Atchley Service Department has consistently taken great care of us and our Ford vehicles. If something can be done reasonably, they will make every effort to do it -- with courtesy. When we brought our Fusion in for service under warranty, we also brought our recently-purchased used Focus in for an extra set of keys. Oops, we forgot to make an appointment, but it turned out we didn't need one. They squeezed that into their busy Saturday schedule, too. Really helped us out, since we must drive up from Bellevue. My car was totaled Sunday 3/13/2016. I stopped by Atchley Ford to see what was affordable and reliable. Talked to Dave Minor (sales manager) about my situation. He had Dean show me different cars. I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta on 3/19/2016. I had excellent customer which made my experiance purchasing a vehicle more enjoyable. They also helped me through my stressful time without having a car by letting me test drive the Ford Fiesta for a couple of days to make sure I was happy with it. Dave Minor was not pushy and answered all my questions every time I called. He also had my paperwork ready so I didn't have to wait while every thing went through. Dean who was patient, knowledgeable, and great customer service helped make my experience easier with the new vehicle! I would definitely recommend Atchley Ford Dealership!

My car was on its last legs and I needed to get into something quickly. Based on my monthly budget, I was thinking I would be getting into something in the 2000-2004 range with 100,000 miles or more.
A family member that has dealt with Bob Sledge before recommended that I go talk to him. Very glad I did. Bob asked what my monthly payment range was and walked me right to a 2008 Focus with only 56,000 miles. My initial thought was "there's no way I can afford this." We went for a test drive and I liked the car, but was still wondering if I could afford it. With no haggling, Atchley worked the finances, etc. until it was right where I needed my monthly payments to be along with a reasonable price for the car. Matt Fiene, the finance guy, gave the usual extra warranty sales pitch, etc., but was not pushy about it at all; he was very easy going and professional.
Atchley and Bob turned an extremely stressful time into a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. I do not give out reviews or recommendations very often, but I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending that Atchley be a place to stop when you are looking to buy a car.

Derik in service was EXCELLENT. He kept me updated about what was going on while my car was having a pretty major service done. The tech that performed maintenance on my car was very thorough as well. Wish I knew his name, but I worked with Derik directly. Feel like we got a fair deal on a good truck. As car buying experiences go, it was pretty pain free. We had done our research and Woodhouse was the first stop on our search. Only negative was the missing truck user manual.
I took my new Explorer in for the first oil change and used the quick lube. They didn't reset the oil life on the information Center and they also did not put a new sticker on the windshield showing the mileage when my next oil change is due. I believe I will just make an appointment and take it to the Woodhouse Blair Ford store next time. That is where I bought it anyway.
Woodhouse Ford service is top notch. My F-150 fleet truck had throttle body issues and they originally told me it would be a week but they got it done in one day. Very reasonably priced. Thanks to Steve and William in service!
Water pump in warrantee went out. Called the shop and they said they were booked for two weeks but if I left my Expedition they may be able to work in in soon. I had it back in 2 days which is more than I expected.

They were not willing to work with me on a deal at all. I was looking at a vehicle that has been on the lot for over a year and asked if they would come down in price any at all. Got a definite no. I was rather disappointed that they wouldn't budge at all, but understand they want to make a profit. When i told them what my trade-in was worth they asked where i got my numbers because they figured less than half of what I had. I calculated approximately $9,000 and they figured about $3,500. After leaving the dealership, I again researched Kelly blue book, Edmunds, and consumer reports to find that all three sites calculated my vehicle between $8,400 and $8,700 for a trade-in and between $10,000 and $11,000 for a private-party sell. So, I wonder where they get their numbers. The staff was very friendly and personable but unwilling to negotiate.

I HATE when it comes time to buy a new car. Salesman can be so pushy and make you feel trapped, however my experience at Woodhouse Ford in Blair was different! I HIGHLY recommend Ryan Scheetz who is a salemans there! He is honest, caring, and willing to work around your budget! We didn't really know what we were looking for, so he made some suggestions which were great! He had patience with us as we test drove cars and he made us feel comfortable! I purchased a Ford vehicle from Atchley Ford and am extremely satisfied with both the dealership and with my salesperson Nick Williams. I stopped by on a lunch break and asked to see a vehicle I had noticed in their inventory. I told Nick that I only had a half hour for lunch and just wanted some general info on the car. Although he had no prior idea that I was coming in, or what vehicle I was interested in, he knew exactly which car I was talking about, and was able to tell me everything about the vehicle that was valuable in terms of my decision. He took me on a test drive and had me in and out in half an hour, as promised! I could not believe it! I was so impressed I went back the next day to purchase the vehicle - very satisfied and will definitely recommend this dealership and salesman Nick Williams in the future. I love the car too!

I recently posted about my purchasing experience at woodhouse ford (atchley ford) last October. To sum up the incident, it was terrible. Soon after posting about the incident, I was contacted by the sales manager. After informing him of my experience, he apologized and asked if I could come down and he would do whatever he could to make up for the poor service I received. One of my issues was that after finishing the deal, the vehicle only had one key. The sales manager wanted to get me another key for the vehicle. So, I came down and was made a key for the vehicle ASAP, at no charge.
I found this very nice and I appreciated his efforts. Throughout my contact with him, he was polite, cooperative and appreciative that I was willing to work with them to make the situation better.

Just bought my 5th Ford vehicle from Woodhouse Ford in Omaha ( 3633 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68134). You might think I'm bias or naive to buy only Fords and from the same dealership. I'm not, I research...do price comparisons on other vehicles and try bargaining with other dealerships too. But, it never works with those other places. So, in my opinion, do your research, but if you've never bought a vehicle from here...you should! Worked with several associates over the years Judd, Chris W., Michael Galvan, Paul Adams,and my latest salesman Dean. It was Dean who hit my researched price point this time. The entire time, Dean, my salesman was respectful, polite and went out of his way to make the experience go well. Not to mention, fast and efficient. I didn't have to wait weeks for a good deal! I recommend going to Woodhouse Ford in Omaha for your next car buying adventure.

Steve Church was one of the main reasons I stopped in to this place. I was referred by a buddy of mine that works for a Dodge retailer. "Hands down best customer service I have ever experienced and I even work for their competitor!" That was good enough for me. And I must say, all of it was true and then some!
I truly dread buying a car from a dealership, BUT Sean Lam made it painless. Great experience! Sean has a wealth of knowledge about cars/trucks and was able to explain the features, benefits and safety ratings. Knowing that we were also looking at Toyota, he was respectful and subjectively compared the specifics between the Tundra and Ford F150. We left Atchley feeling good about our new truck!

We have taken out 2014 Ford flex to 2 other dealerships in Omaha and this one is by far the best! Our car needed many little things done as well as a couple of big things and they gave me a loaner (a nice one for our family of 4) and were very responsive with emails and phone calls with updates.
I’m glad to see Woodhouse Ford truck division in Omaha. The drive to Blair was a little long to have any work done on my F 150. It was nice to see Travette one of the service advisor I’ve had dealing with him at the 60th and L store it’s good to see a familiar face when having your vehicle serviced. Hope trust can be as good as I had with the Woodhouse Blair service on the new location 72nd street.
I just bought a car from them today, and I can say I was quite pleased. They're not going to take advantage of you.
Mind you, no matter what, it is always wise to never shop for a car alone, but you can walk into their establishment with minimal concern that they will try to commit highway robbery. The two individuals with whom I worked were both former military and it definitely showed in their professionalism.
There was a slight mix up initially, in that the person who was selling to me mis-quoted the price of the prospective car I was looking for (he was looking at the wrong one online when we went for a test drive). But once that was sorted out, everything worked well. I figured out what was market value beforehand, figured out what they probably spent on the vehicle, and everyone won in the final deal.
As long as you go in making it clear that you are not going to try and short-change them, in my experience they will offer you the same courtesy.
I would give them 4.5/5 stars, but there isn't an option to do half stars, so here ya go ;-)
Went to the location at 3633 N 72nd St, Omaha, NE 68134. Reason I went to them is because they are Woodhouse. They are the kind of dealership that will be their next year(hopefully). They have a reputation to keep and odds of NOT selling me a POS are better then some private dealership(no offense to them, Just needs reliability/responsibility big time in my used car purchase, come on, its a huge purchase and don't want to be stranded, who does?) I needed a used car and I know buying a used care can be a stressful event. I was treated well and agent helped me pick out a car in their HUGE inventory that is not just the current location and they found a car that I personally was happy with. So far been driving it and happy I got it. Purchased 3 vehicles from Woodhouse and plan on going back.
Great service, I scheduled online for my appointment it was quick and easy. Dropping my car off was a breeze, they kept constant communication with me throughout the day. Everything was done as expected and everyone was great to work with!
My car repair light came on, and it took a while to get an appointment but it was worth the wait.
The car is riding smoothly again, and all seems to be fine.
We have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealer with the sales associate Wes Modlin. We keep coming back because he is easy to work with and we leave the dealership feeling as if our needs were considered and respected in the purchase. We will return again for our next purchase.

I want to thank Woodhouse Ford for getting me in for service while i was in Omaha some 50 miles from home. My lugbolts had snapped off and i could not drive my car, they assessed the problem and repaired it that day. The service department is excellent and the young man who helped me was wonderful and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Recently, we called Ron Archer looking for an additional vehicle for our teenager I trusted him to guide us and deliver. And he did within a few days. Last week I came into the dealership while I was test driving a car from another car lot. As I walked up to the door I was immediately welcomed by Steven Church. He asked me what I wanted, I told him and he got me exactly want I wanted in my price range on the very first shot. After having just recently gone to another place that did not give me anything I wanted, I felt that Steven listened to what I wanted and delivered it. The whole finance team Steve, Austin and Matt worked together to get me approved for my 2013 Ford Flex SEL in a timely fashion. I would also like to say when Steven was off one day, Michael Galvin stepped in and took care of me like I was his own client. Last, there was a couple of issues that needed to be panned out about my truck and they where happy to fix them for me at no additional charge, even after the purchase was finalized. All I can say is if you want quality sales representation and people that really care about your wants and needs in getting a car, this is where you need to go!

I brought 2 vehicles in for an oil change at the Quick Lane. While I was waiting an older woman came in and had a hard time sitting in the short, soft waiting room chairs. Jon gave her his chair and stood behind the counter the rest of the time I was there. I also had time to watch Jon interact with other customers, in person and on the phone. He was always very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable.

My check engine light was on, truck was running rough. Took it to Woodhouse on 72nd St. They checked said the battery cable was loose???
The battery was new installed 3 months ago. Check engine and tighten cable !! cost me $211.00 WOW ! ! ! Started truck next AM , check engine light was on AGAIN ? ? Called them @ 9:00AM , the service rep Steven was busy? They Said He will call you back?? 4:00 PM Got NO call from Woodhouse. I called them back Put on hold 15 minutes. Rep said 8:30 AM appointment OK. Brought it in , sat in waiting room 1+ hour , Rep said I got problems. My spark plugs are bad and / or I need a need a new catalytic converter?? Converter Is $2200.00, Rep told me that the cat converter is sencing bad stuff because the plugs are bad??? They put new plugs and stuff in ?? That Cost me over $900.00.??? OK Now I got over $1200.00. in this!! NOT HAPPY ! ? !
And the check engine light is still on THEY Clearly did NOT solve the problem?? I pick up the truck and the check engine light is STILL ON ???
I ask WHY??? Rep says you did"t replace the catalytic converter so the engine light will stay on. NOT THERE PROBLEM ?????

I purchased a used 2008 Ford F 150 form Chris Dworshack at Atchley. Chris was great and the sale went without a hitch. I purchased the Ford ESP Powertrain Warranty with this truck. After driving the truck for a couple weeks, i noticed some engine noise and took it in for service. No engine codes and the service guys said it sounded normal. Drove it another couple weeks and still had the engine noise, took it back again and still no engine codes or anything obvious. Asked them if they would be able to look at the engine, which requires tearing it apart. They agreed. Mike Galvin, Jim Bier, and Dennis Z. all treated me exceptionally well. Keep in mind this is only an 18k used truck. They did not had to cater to me like they did, but they did. Jim and the service department worked hard on finding the problem but could not see anything obvious so they worked with Ford ESP to get my engine replaced. This is no small feat from what I have read and it takes a good service department to get this done. They got it done and I am an extremely satisfied customer.

I had gotten into an accident the week previous and went to several dealerships in Omaha. Everyone wanted way to much money for old cars with high miles. I came to Atchley Ford after reading some good reviews on Google and was very surprised how nice everyone was and I didn't feel like Nick Williams was forcing me to buy a car. My dad was surprised at how low of an interest rate we got and I was more than satisfied with that. I thought the warranty and everything was a great deal as well. I have already recommended a friend to Atchley where they are considering buying a car. I will always tell my friends to go here!
This is my go-to place for service. Everyone is friendly and there's usually not a long wait to get my car serviced. It's not slammed busy and impersonal like some of the West O Ford dealers. I've always gotten good service and repair work done here.

I had a great experience buying my Ford Escape. Jesse Gloystein was extremely helpful and showed me vehicles in my price range. He was great about answering my questions as well. I will use Woodhouse Ford in Omaha and Jesse again when I am in the market for a new vehicle.
I recently had a major repair done at Woodhouse on my Ford Edge and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I have an extended warranty through a third party contractor, and the service staff (especially my service advisor Steven McPherson) and all the technicians were extremely professional and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure that my repair was going to be covered by the warranty I had paid for when I purchased the car. This included spending time out of their day on hold, often several times a week to get information and approval for my repair. Woodhouse also provided me with a loaner car for the entire period my car was being worked on (and as my claim was being reviewed and approved). They were able to make something that could have been a very stressful and expensive, and make it as pain free as possible for me.
Needless to say, Woodhouse Ford in Omaha puts the customer first and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else in town if I am in need of a repair in the future. Thank you to my service advisor Steven McPherson and everyone in the service department at Woodhouse!
My husband and I recently bought a vehicle from Travis at Woodhouse Ford in Omaha. He was fun to work with, very helpful and not to pushy. I would have given 5 stars because we enjoyed the process with Travis UNTIL we started the financing, with a different gentleman that helped us with financing was very pushy with their warranties/insurances. He was trying to get us the best deal but after 5 NO's he continued to push. Another thing that irritated and made me very unsettled is that he went for the first interest rate given to us which was 6.5%! My husband and I thought that he would of obviously given us the best rate, but no part of his bargaining to get us to purchase the insurance with him was to look at a different bank for interest rates. We got it down to 5%, but now sitting here I can't help to think we could of gotten our interest rate even lower, if he would of just looked into to the 3rd bank. We just felt like the finance guy did not have me and my husbands best interest in mind and only worried about selling his insurance/warranties. Very disappointed with the financing there but VERY impressed with Travis N. our sales man!

I was visiting Omaha for the weekend and 450 miles from home when my car died on me the day we were supposed to leave. I had it towed to Woodhouse and they were able to address the issues and get me back on the road first thing the next morning, which was a Monday. Jordan in service was extremely nice and understanding and I really appreciate how quickly they took care of things!

This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Atchley. For the first two we worked with Judd and since he has moved up to finance manager (congratulations), we were able to work with Herman and Judd! Herman was wonderful, honest, and an overall delight to work with. He helped us find a 2014 Fusion and Judd worked to get great financing. I'm really enjoying the car! The employees at Atchley Ford made my first car buying experience so easy and really relaxing. Travis really helped too. He made sure I had my space to do what I needed and didn't hover like most dealership's salesman do. That made things 1,000 times better for someone who has anxiety like I do. Travis was involved to get me a car that I enjoyed rather than make it about himself as a salesman which I sincerely appreciated. Travis even stayed longer than he was supposed to, by at least an hour, to help me program and figure out my new Ford Escape. I'm a hugely visual person, so that to me was priceless. Travis was wonderfully personable and what I really wanted in a car salesman. Ask for Travis and you won't be disappointed, I promise. Judd Gulizia also made the buying process incredibly easy for me to understand, even creating a visual about the warranty that Atchley has. I was in the finance room with my parents, but the whole time he looked at me and explained to me, which I thought was above and beyond. I had mentioned I was paying cash for my car, usually places hound me to get loans/leases to the point where I feel guilty about buying with cash. Not at Atchley. I said I was paying cash and immediately Judd dropped it and remindedme of what a great thing that was for me to do and I really valued that.
Being a woman in a male dominated facility, you feel kind of awkward and unsure that anyone really cares about you or what you have to say. At Atchley, that does not happen. Sure, you're a profit, but it felt more like family. It felt like home. I'd recommend Atchley Ford in a heartbeat!
I came into the Atchley Ford dealership to get a tether retrofitted on my old 97 Ford Escort for my son's car seat not knowing that 3 days later I would drive away in a 2016 Ford Focus in Racecar Red. I figured as I was waiting to get the tether installed that I would begin my search for my much needed new car. This is where I was introduced to Kenny, who was straightforward, detailed, and knew what I wanted before I did. I test drove this 2016 Ford Focus SE and actually felt pretty bad that I had put 13 miles on this car that only had 20 on it when we got in. It is a great model. It is modern, sleek, and perfect size and style for a new teacher and mom. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The warranties on top of such a modern car were icing on the cake. I have zero worries on this car for the duration of my lease including oil changes, tire rotation, bumper to bumper, power and transmission, and roadside assistance. On Saturday, Kenny and Mike sat me down and I told him my budget and he promised he would get me as close as possible to it, and he did!
I bought my car from Atchley and know some of the people there. I was a little concerned that familiar faces would start to disappear with the Woodhouse buyout. I am very happy to know that Jared, Steve and Mike are still working the service desks! I think there is another guy that works in there too, but most of my experiences have been with those 3. In short, they are awesome! I could go into great detail about the customer service they provide, but it will end the same way!
Those guys get it! Customer service has somehow become this mythical thing over the last 10 years like the Yeti or the Lockness Monster, but the service advisor crew at Woodhouse on 72nd is second to none in their attention to their customers!
We appreciated very much that Woodhouse Ford was on the watch for us to find a used mid sized SUV and when one came in they immediately got in touch with us. We went in right away and the dark grey Ford Edge was just what we needed. We purchased it and in the rush of events we were promised Ford's answer to Weathertech put in the Edge and that our leased Nisson Rogue would be turned in all cleaned up and the license plates taken off and returned to us. We still do not have the mats or the license plates but Woodhouse is working on it.
I really should have waited and test driven the Oldsmobile that I wanted to instead of going with the Ford Escape. Felt a bit rushed, but I did stop on New Year's Eve - my fault. Thankfully, the gas tank was filled before I left, but feel like I should have been given at least a couple of oil changes for taking the leap that quickly and for taking a chance on Woodhouse, again. No warm fuzzies. Kind of take it or leave it. I am not a good negotiator, I guess. Giving three stars as the car gets around in the snow pretty well and that was a consideration.
Mr. Judd Gulizia is hands down, by far the best new car salesman I have ever come across. I never thought I’d find myself in a Ford, or better yet never find myself in a SUV, but he did it. Being 19 years old you can understand the frustration that comes from being able to afford a new car, but having your credit denied. After being heartbroken because of my credit being denied at a different dealership, to being approved for a brand new car loan without even a co-signer turned my worst day into my best. Thank you Judd! I’m loving my EcoSport!
Woodhouse Ford is a great place to buy a F150. I love my truck. I use it for everything. I love the power of the 5.0 it has, but it's good on the gas milage in town around 15mpg on highway around 19mpg. It handles well in the snow we get in Iowa and the 4x4 works great. I love my Ford.
Atchley Ford's service team lead by Rod Newsam did an EXCELLENT job on my Taurus on Sept.10,2014, when they installed the SMART BOX!!!!!!! All of the freakish things my car was doing have stopped!! In no time at all, the guys were finished with it. I was totally shocked by the speed of the repair. You guys are GREAT!!
If the SMART BOX had not solved the problems, I was prepared to ask Rod if he would perform an exorcism on my car. Luckily, we didn't have to resort to such extreme measures!

Preparing to haul our camper, our Expedition began overheating. We were in a bind. I contacted Steven Mcpherson at Woodhouse on 72nd Street and explained the situation. Steven went above and beyond expectations in providing the service we needed to get back on the road. Without his assistance, our trip would have to have been cancelled. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the excellent service we received from Steven and the staff at Woodhouse.
I go to Woodhouse Ford for my Ford Edge's ongoing maintenance. The staff there are always exceptionally friendly and professional. I go in on Saturday mornings and the longest I've had to wait is an hour. I drive an hour to bring my Edge in because I value the service that much.

I always have a great experience at Atchley! I get my oil changed there. They are always quick and make sure to let me know if anything is going on with my car. The prices are reasonable and I'm usually only there about a half hour! I would definitely recommend Atchley for oil changes!

The staff was very courteous and polite. Taking every precaution to keep staff and clients safe during this pandemic. Sanitizing the cars before they were serviced as well as the counter, doors, phone, and chairs. I was in and out in less than a hour.

Always like going to Woodhouse. I had a flat tire because of a pot hole (Omaha) Quicklane got me in right away and it took almost an hour to change the tire. There was one other person in the waiting room, I thought that was a little long, but no big deal. The big deal is, I drove my car in on the spare and they did not put the spare away. For how long it took to change the tire, they should have had plenty of time to put the spare back. The whole time there, there was a total of 3 people that came in. Not overly disappointed, but I feel like the overall time it took and lack of putting the spare back deserves 3 stars.
I came in on a Saturday to look at a newly traded vehicle and met up with Sean Lam. The vehicle happened to be off the lot at the detailer, so Sean gave us a ride over to the detail shop to look at the car. He was very friendly during this ride. We looked at the vehicle and Sean took my name to call me when the car was back on the lot. In addition, I traded in a vehicle. I came back on a Monday night and we were able to reach an agreement fairly quickly. The overall experience was good and Sean made it even better. I would recommend your dealership to other and would also recommend that come see Sean.

Chris, as a salesperson, was very easy to work with , friendly and very efficient.
Over the past 30 years, I've always dreaded looking for a new vehicle because of the sales negotiation process. I've never owned a Ford before walking into the Woodhouse dealarship. I was met by Ron Archer who was down to earth straight forward and didn't try to baffle you with BS or defer you to other sources to find answers to the questions you had on the vehicle. His upbringing in small town Iowa and farming experience clued me in that he is a man of his word and vested in making sure that the customer is satisfied with the car buying experience. Ron was a literal encyclopedia of information regarding the F150 truck that I was interested in buying. I shopped other dealerships only to find that salesmen were happy to have you research the information on your own and didn't seem to be concerned that they didn't know their product inside and out, but simply, "refer to the sticker" or "google it". Ron's been in the business for most of his adult life after his career in the military. He's truly a straight shooter and would recommend him and Woodhouse Ford to anyone looking to enjoy an out of the ordinary vehicle buying experience. Not only was Ron a distinct pleasure to work with, but the sales manager, Paul Adams, whom I met initially during my comparative shopping between Ford and Chevy. I originally felt when Ron wanted to introduce me to Paul that this wa going to turn out to be a strong arm contest on trying to sell me something that I did not at that time have an inclination to buy (due to past experiences with sales managers). However, Paul simply came over, introduced himself, and said he wanted to work with me in anyway possible to make a sale. No additional sales pitches or false promises were made. I returned three days later and negotiated a great deal on the F150 truck, much better than I expected. All of the other staff, including Michaela and Chris were very knowlegeable and made you feel like a person, not just another number coming in to boost the month's sales stats.
When I retire the wheels off the new F150 I bought from Woodhouse Ford sometime in the next 6-7 years, I will plan to return to buy another
vehicle from the same group, something I've never said about any vehicle dealership before in my life. No doubt, I bouht a great new vehicle, I had a one of a kind great trade-in / dealing and unforgettable experience from a great crew at Woodhouse and non like I have ever experienced before in new vehicle purchasing.
Best place ro take the truck when need fixed for they moved so fast that we was only in there for less then a 1 hour known how busy person and my wife being blind they took care of her to make her happy and they communicate with me on where the progress is at and they asked if they can fix whatever even if it was in the middle of something else and they noticed it they would stop and let me know way to go 100% happy and satisfied

.I have had mixed reviews with this location over the last few weeks. Initially I was pissed off over the communication I was receiving and answers I was getting, or lack of. Finally I called back to find out why some things keep hitting my credit report days after I pulled my application due to the above mentioned irritations. Paul then got involved and was able to get me to come back and give another chance (I was on my way to Baxter Ford). He was able to do in an hour what took days with the previous person assisting me. Long story short, Paul is a genuine person to deal with. It all worked out in the end
We recently took our 2017 Ford Fusion to Woodhouse because the gas gauge wasn’t working. Jordan Kocina was our contact in the Service Department, and he was wonderful. It took a while to fix the problem, but the service team was dedicated and thorough. They provided a car for us to drive, and kept in touch daily. It was a 5- Star performance!

I'm able to walk in on the lot and not feel hasseled or pressured to purchase. Herman has always been upfront and honest which can be a very rare quality these days. I took my 2017 f150 in for a vibration, not an out of balance tire but a small driveline vibration just off of idle. I told them i get a balance and rotate every 5k miles and it has been doing this since new. After their inspection they told me that they think its do to ice and snow pack in the wheels. That was simply not the case. I have worked in industrial maintenance my whole life and i am familiar with high frequency vibration and bearing failure. I now have to take it back because one of the front wheel bearings is headed south. I am sure it is left front but i am also sure they will come back out and say that it is premature tire failure. Again they are checked, balanced and rotated every 5k miles at discount tire.
Nick was friendly, hometown, experienced, and knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He explained the technology on the car and sync'd it up for us which was a bonus as far as we were concerned! We would recommend that folks ask for Nick when they come to Atchley Ford, he actually made it a fun experience.
Wood house Ford of Omaha. Is the only place I will buy or lease a vehicle. From the time you walk in the door you are treated wonderfully. They deal with you are courteous and efficient. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

We needed the oil changed and just stopped by to have it done on Thursday, Jan 23, 2014. We were taken care of right away. After a short time, our name was called and the car was ready to go. Everyone was friendly and we went on our way!
We purchased a brand new car unfortunately having issues that have taken three visits and it is still not fixed. The dealership had been ok and are trying but not successful yet on fixing issue. Would have to wait and see if they go to 5 stars or down to 2 or 1.
