After dealing with another dealer in Omaha, I won't be going anywhere else to purchase a new or used car. Superior worked with us on our price point, helped find a vehicle that met our needs, and worked with Acura, next door, to help us find exactly what we needed. Buying a car takes time but they were kind and moved us along as best they could. We did not have to return for anything extra and were not hassled afterward. We will definitely be back!!

We're driving cross country for a move and my AC crapped out near Kansas City (in August). We started calling every Honda dealership we could find, further and further out, and not one of them was willing to squeeze me in due to the circumstances (1-2 week wait time) until we called Superior Honda of Omaha. They seem to be as busy as everyone else, but they got me in first thing the next morning and by noon my car was running great and ready to go. I was given a thorough explanation of the problem, all my questions were answered and my AC is good as new.
I know dealership service departments get a bad rep but these folks took better care of me and my car than any mechanic ever has.
Oh and if you're gonna get stranded somewhere on a cross-country road trip, turns out Omaha's not bad at all =)

The service department here is willing to help more than other Honda service departments around town I have visited. I had a problem with my wiper switch and the wipers wouldn’t turn off. When I came in Hector stopped what he was doing to make sure they were turned off. Though the part needed is on back order, you can tell they genuinely want to help out as fast as they can. The kindness they have here goes a long way. This is where I’ll be coming for my routine maintenance!

Have bought two vehicles here and was a good experience both times with the sales dept. Have taken vehicles to the service dept. on multiple occasions and have always had good service. It is also nice to know that the service done will be done correctly according to Honda specs. Have used the parts dept. for items that I have done myself and they are always exceptionally helpful and good to work with. Highly recommend overall.

I recently had an accident and my car was totaled by the other driver. I needed a car fairly quickly and knew I would only be happy with a Honda. (Police officer told me most people don’t walk away from a crash like mine and I was lucky I was in a Honda). I was lucky enough to work with Aric Curtice and he was amazing. So helpful and kind and was empathetic to the horrible experience I had been through. I can’t say enough positive things about Superior Honda and Aric. Everyone I worked with here was amazing. I bought a used car. The salesman was very knowledgeable and told me a great deal about it prior to the test drive. He also sat and chatted with me while I waited to see the financing guy. The financing guy was super nice and I felt he did a good job explaining everything and answering all my questions. It was also pretty quick compared to other car buying experiences I've had. All in all, this was by far the most comfortable, valued, and satisfied I've ever felt buying a car.

I grateful for superior Honda going out of their way on helping me out on this past Friday with my car sistuation. I have to give this Honda dealership around of applause for doing the unenspected into something magical. My wife and I came in to look for new vehicles, and we were met with nothing but amazing customer service while we were here. Eli was our salesman and he was very respectful, and attentive to our needs. He never tried to push us into a sale, or try to sell us up a vehicle. He spent hours with us, and never seem frustrated that we tried multiple vehicles, or asked hundreds of questions. We were also very happy with Honda’s discounts for recent graduates, and recently discharged veterans.
I wasn’t sold on Honda initially, and planned on another getting another brand. After spending a few hours with Eli, I decided to go with Honda as well. The entire time I thought to myself that the people who were helping us were only being nice in order to push a vehicle, but after seeing how Eli and the other acted after we had already signed, I knew that these were good people. I recommend Eli to anyone who wants someone who listens and care about their needs, and provides his humor along the way.

When I showed up at Superior I was greeted right away my Aric. I told him what I was looking for and what price I wanted to be at. Aric skipped all the typical sales tactics and started seeing what he could do. JT, Aric’s manager, and Aric worked their butts off to try and get to where I wanted to be. After just a couple of back and forths, we came to a deal. I’m not the easiest to work with, but they both did an excellent job and I will definitely be going back there as long as one of them are employed there.

we had a great experience buying our new (to us) 2017 Honda Odyssey from Superior Honda. Tim was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable about the van and it's features. He was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. we had a couple minor concerns about the vehicle we were buying, and he made sure our concerns were addressed so that we can be 100% happy with our purchase. we also really enjoyed Ryan in the finance department - keep him around! I went into the dealership looking at the Honda civics which are awesome rigs however I was really looking to up my class on a new vehicle since the last car I had was a 2008 civic. So I asked the salesman the civics are nice but what is the next step up maybe leather, sun roof, and any hybrids? and of course they had one right in front of their main doors 2015 Honda accord hybrid with leather and a sun roof. The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient we had allot of questions and concerns? I'm very happy with the service I've been provided they have a great staff!

Superior of Honda always does a superb job with service. I feel they are honest about the repairs and do not make recommendations to fix things that don't really need to be done. I recently had a lock actuator go out. There was an extended warranty on it that had expired a few days earlier. Superior Honda went out of there way to still get Honda to cover the repairs. I really appreciated it -- save me over $200. They are always incredibly friendly and reliable. I feel very confident taking my car there for all repairs.

In the most recent instance, they helped me order a car in advance while I was stationed overseas. They had everything they could possibly have ready in advance completed upon my arrival. Steve met me as I was walking into the dealership and within one minute of my arrival, he already directed me to check out a car on their showroom floor that was just what I was looking for. He listened very closely as to what options I was interested in and which options weren't all that important to me. Withing in 10 minutes of my arrival, he had a car pulled up ready for a test drive. He did an excellent job of pointing out key features during the test drive. Then when we arrived back at the dealership, we quickly worked out a deal that was acceptable for both parties. We have been customers for the past five years and this past Friday was a good example of why we remain customers. I took my van in for a couple of maintenance issues and we were fortunate to have Carrie Moody be assigned as our advisor. She took excellent care of us, which is not a surprise. Whenever we have interacted with her, she has always been customer focused, professional and positive. She has a "can do" attitude and will do what it takes to make sure you get your questions answered and that you understand what is being recommended.
She is one of the hardest working service managers I have encountered and does what it takes to get things done. Even though it was almost closing time and there was still much to do, she greeted us enthusiastically and explained everything.
I sincerely hope she is recognized for consistently going the extra mile to take care of the customer and for her strong work ethic.
I would highly recommend Carrie to anyone who is looking for an advisor with exceptional customer service.

From the customer service in their service department, to the friendly sales staff and receptionist, this place is fantastic! The service department is always friendly and is thorough in their explanation of what's being done or needs to be done. The receptionists are always smiling and friendly. The sales staff is never up in your face when you are browsing. I was there recently and had one sales person approach me to see if I had any questions. I told him I was just browsing while my car was being serviced and his response was to grab him if I had any questions. Many times, sales staff can be pushy even when people are browsing but not at Superior Honda! You guys are great and take good care of your customers!

Bought a 99 Toyota Solara from here almost a year ago and couldn't be happier with the purchase. For an almost 21 year old car, she's in amazing shape. Running strong, has never died on me, and all repairs I've made have been minor and easy fixes. The man who showed me the car, Abdul, was very nice and informative. He was patient and I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase until I was sure it was the one. Got it for a steal and I'm sure it'll retain its value through the years. Friendly staff, good service, would shop here again.

We called to make a scheduled appointment for service on our Honda Odyssey. The receptionist said bring it in and we will take a look at it. We knew parts would have to be ordered. We got there and the service advisor knew nothing about us coming (receptionist failed to relay appointment to service). They said we would have to leave the van for the whole day for it to get in. I had to take off work and make special arrangements for my wife to get home. Then we called in to check status and we can only talk with one service person.
After picking it up they said they would call to let us know when the parts were in to get them ordered and they never did. We had to follow up and make the appointment. But wait we couldn't make the appointment because we could only deal with the service agent that originally helped us. He was off that day. Multiple calls and multiple stops their service department. Not super impressed, after all was said and done the repairs were performed and one part was covered under warranty that was our fault. Seems like the right and left hand don't know what they are doing and the company is either too big or the employees don't care.

If you're looking for a laid back, easy to work with salesman. I'd strongly advise you ask for Mark Johnson while visiting this dealership. From the moment I walked in he was the first to walk up to me when a few other walked away and didn't walk up to ask what I was interested in. Mark took the initiative. Easy to talk to, easy to work with. An overall damn good experience from the sales part.
Their finance person (wont put on blast they're just doing their job) was way too pushy on GAP insurance. I said no a total of around 5 times. Then they said they'd shave the rate a point if I took GAP. Well, that means you could shave a point anyway, I declined so we could just sign papers and go. Anyway that was my experience there.
I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to look for their Honda's or other vehicles at this dealership as it was mainly a painless process. Once again, thanks Mark for a great experience and comin in on your day off to make the deal happen for us

Greg answered all of our questions and went the extra mile for us. We bought a certified used Honda Pilot and absolutely love it. The awesome coverage we got by buying a certified Honda vehicle is very reassuring. They stand behind their vehicles and we have been very happy with their service department, as well.

After an extremely stressful week of having my husband's vehicle totaled in an accident where he wasn't at fault and a very limited time frame to replace our vehicle, I was amazed by the courtesy and customer service at Superior Honda. Steve Copeland was our salesman and he assisted me with looking over several vehicles, and helped me with identifying pro's and con's of the available vehicles. When my husband was able to join us, Steve took the time to review all the information he had already given me, and allowed us time to review our options privately. We never felt pressured and negotiations on pricing was transparent. I loved that Steve didn't have to run back and forth to the sales manager for pricing and instead the manager sat down with us and negotiated in person. The entire staff was professional and although they presented options for add-ons, we didn't feel pressured to have to buy them on the spot, and we were assured that pricing wouldn't change if we decide later we would like to purchase. The finance person we worked with got us a great interest rate. We purchased a vehicle that had just recently been turned in and still needed detailing, so again they "bent over backwards" to accommodate us and got the vehicle detailed and delivered the vehicle to me at the car rental return location 50 miles from their location. Thanks again to all the staff that worked with us on Saturday, and the service department for a great job detailing our vehicle!

I changed this from 1 star to 3 because yesterday, a supervisor by the name of Michael made good on the key. I went to the Ford dealership this morning and they made me a key at the bill of the dealership. Thank you...I will wait to hear on the remote start issue now and update when complete.
I have to say when I bought my car, this would have been a 5 star review, however that is not the case...
I needed a new car and had some features I was looking for, the dealership and my salesman were great about finding as close of a match possible to keep me in my range.
Two of those features was both sets of keys (which the tag said there were 2 sets, and the salesman pointed this out when I asked) and remote start. This car has an aftermarket remote attached to the window as the salesman pointed out.
It has now been 3 months and 11 days since I purchased my car and I still don't have the second key and remote start!!!
I tried contacting them a few times over the first couple of months. One time was completely ignored. Maybe they forgot...
Sent a message to the salesman explaining that I feel I am being brushed off because I am getting the run around. This is a big purchase for me and I paid for these things. He said the dealership won't do anything about it. The person who traded it in never brought the keys.
He gave me the number to a locksmith who seems pretty nice and said contact him and the the salesman will pay the bill.
I contacted the locksmith who said no problem, let me just double check with them and make sure I am getting paid. 3 weeks later I call him back and ask what's going on with the key.
He advises he called the dealership, they said no.
He also contacted the sales person who told him " I told her to pay you and I will reimburse her "
That is not what was said to me, which is why I sent a screenshot to the locksmith. At this point the issue has not been resolved and I don't believe I would be reimbursed. I bought the car being told there is a second key and remote start. I was even going to let the remote start slide and I would cover it, but at this point, I paid for those things when I purchased the car and should not have to pay anything more. I was led to believe they would get them to me and this is unacceptable!!!
Don't label things incorrectly or tell people it has it or that you are going to take care of it and then not follow through and leave it to someone else, outside of your business, to tell me your not going to resolve it.
If this is not resolved, my next step will be the news. This is not fair to me and I have given more than enough time for it to be corrected!!!

We came to test drive a 2016 Honda Pilot that was in our price range. Our salesman was Abdul Sultonov. Abdul was very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to negotiate the price down to one that seemed reasonable and fair in a pleasant and civil manner. The dealership was clean and although our sale took employees past closing I heard no grumbling and saw no frustration.

I didn't have an appt but my windshield washer wasn't working so I dropped in to see if they could fit me in. They were very friendly even though they were obviously very busy. They put me in the que and said they'd get right on it. Everything was covered under warranty but I was still made to feel like a valuable customer.
I especially appreciate the 4 divided waiting areas. There's a place to work, or watch TV, or read and a separated play area for the kids. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and the techs are very friendly.

My wife and I purchased a Honda CRZ from Superior back in 2016. The overall experience went very well. I worked with Greg Brandl, and he made things as easy for us as possible. I was able to test drive several different cars, ranging from top-of-the-line Accords to the CR-Z we eventually bought, and Greg was great about giving us time to decide what we wanted. We now own two Hondas, and will be looking to purchase our third Honda very soon. I've been working with Greg again to find the right car, and once again he has been very accommodating. While I don't have any experience with any of the other Honda dealerships in town, my experience with Superior has been good enough so far that I don't need to.

My wife and I went out starting to look for her a new car, I had been checking out new cars for some time on internet. We started actually looking last Wednesday, January 3rd with the 1st place was Buick and we had talked with a sales rep there and drove an Encore but wasn't ready to buy without looking at different brands and models, so we were in route to test drive a Toyota Rave 4 but Superior Honda was closer and stopped there first. We met Mark Johnson as soon as we walked in the door and our experience from there was none less than awesome. We told him we were looking for a CR-V which there was a 2018 CR-V on the floor. We went through this car from top to bottom and end to end. We has asked questions for over an hour and Mark has detailed answers for all of them. We then drove a CR-V from the lot with the same features and fell in love with this Honda. This is first time leasing and the first Honda we have even drove and the experience was awesome. We ended up leasing this 2018 CR-V and with that Mark spent the next few hours setting up the car, going over all the leasing details, filled the tank with gas, and was in the garage with us in the car going over and explaining all the feature our new CR-V had and how to use them, set them up as well as change settings. Mark was very professional and very polite from start to finish and even followed up with us the next day to see if we had any questions.
Mark made our visit a pleasurable one and I will look him up again for our next new lease or purchase. His informative and genuine approach was different than the typical car buying experience, and it ultimately led to my decision to purchase a 2014 Honda Accord instead of one of several other quality sedans on the market. My wife and I stopped in late on a Tuesday and Abdul was quick to greet us at the door and welcome us despite the late hour. We were looking for a car for our daughter and he was able to show us several within our price range. We then went for a test drive, again with them very close to closing. As any good salesman would do, he was hoping to seal the deal that night, but was respectful of our wishes to bring our daughter in so that she could look at the car as well. it was mostly an excuse to do some research. When we finally came back to purchase the vehicle we were able to square away what I believe was a good deal. As it was our daughter's 16th birthday, I was hoping to have the car delivered on her birthday which was a Friday. Despite Friday not being a usual day of work for Abdul, he personally drove the car to our house prior to her returning from school. It couldn't have gone any better. Kudos to Abdul for making the entire experience a pleasure.

Excellent customer service! I had to get an update on the software in my CRV 2015. Daniel took care of me effortlessly. I also had a concern about one of my tires. It had appeared low after a cold snap over the weekend. The express service guys took care of it quickly. There was also a gentleman who met us when we pulled in the garage. He also assessed my concerns right along with Daniel. I wish I had gotten his name. He was wonderful too. They took care of the nail they found in my tire. Thank goodness! I did not have to make a separate trip back or have any further worry that the tire would go completely flat. It was fixed on the spot. What a relief... The other worry I had was the fix would be pricey. It was no more than if I had taken it to a tire shop. Thanks again for all your hard work.

I brought my CRV into the shop to have them check a gap I had in my back door. They got my car right in and about 30 minutes later it was repaired and waiting. Even though the warranty had run out they fixed it free of charge. Now that is how an exceptional dealership handles a problem like I had.
I am from out of town, so getting the problem fixed so conveniently and quickly really meant a lot. I made a good choice getting my car at Superior Honda.

The AC in our minivan quit working the day before leaving on a three day road trip with the whole family. Our local dealer's service center had no openings, so we took the van to a small service shop with our fingers crossed. On the drive the next day the AC was worse than ever and we suffered until we hit Omaha. The next morning a panicked call to Superior solved our problems. They fit our repair into their schedule and completely took care of our family while we were stranded in their city. The van's AC is working great now and the service was so good I'm tempted to drive to Omaha just for regular maintenance!

I also bought a Honda Pilot from them, they don't give great deals compare to Toyota.

While trying to locate the loaner car amongst several other vehicles, he was pushing buttons to get the car to light up, nothing. He pushed emergency button, horn and no lights. I coukd not tell which vehicle. He just pointed. I asked if it was the can. He just pointed. Rude.

Awesome. I called Honda that morning and scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm that same day. I took my car in, dropped it off, and then was shuttled to work by Honda (Larry was the shuttle man; quiet, but polite, as I had to do some work on my phone). Brian (at the service center) was very friendly and explained things clearly. An hour later I received a call stating my car was fixed (brake pads replaced and rotary had some maintenance). I was picked up at work, taken back to the dealership, and paid a reasonable amount to get the car fixed. Great job all around everyone. Keep it up. :)

I wasn’t sure if I could test drive a car with a baby but Aric let me test drive it and even went as far as to put my car seat base into the back for me! Throughout my time there everyone would stop and smile and talk to my son while he waited. We live over 4 hours from Superior Honda but will only lease vehicles from them for the following reasons:
Our trade in vehicle was valued over the phone and they did not try to change the valuation once we arrived.
The lease price was by far the lowest of any of the Honda dealers I called in SD, ND, IA, MN or NE.
All the staff we talked to at length or in passing were polite and helpful. Our sales man was Harry Callahan and he was excellent.
Basically, if you want a Honda, go to Superior.

Purchased a used car. Experience was very good. Greg Brandl and Colin Wicher were very helpful and did not give the stereotypical car salesmen push. Asked all the right questions and had an answer for all of my questions. There were very respectful of my time and making sure they were not keeping me too long. The only negative was when I was transferring items from my old car to new car, there was a bunch of trash in the console. I just purchased my second vehicle from Chuck Elford. I love that he will give me numbers through email and I can take time to compare and make decisions. The numbers he gave were fair without having to do a lot of back and forth, which I appreciated. We drove up from Lincoln on a Saturday. Chuck was busy when we arrived, but John showed us the vehicles we wanted to compare until Chuck was available and they were both very patient as we made decisions. Chuck showed us everything and took time to answer all of our questions. I'm not sure Chuck ever got to take a lunch, but he never seemed the least bit annoyed. It was night and day from my experience at the Honda dealership in Lincoln, where I waited forever to look at the vehicles only to be asked to come back another day! I'd rather make the drive to Omaha.

He had great research, was very thorough, once we ordered had great follow-up, gave an amazing walkthrough of both the car and the instruction manual (even dog-earing important pages for easy reference) and then came in on his day off so we could take delivery after the car and carpets were sealed.

I have been getting my accord serviced at this location for more than 10 years. My car failed to start today and I was told by AAA that my starter/cylanoid needs to be replaced. I called Superior Honda and they told me they couldn't get to it for 17 days! I asked what do people do without a car for that long and the response was a shrug and "I guess they make other arrangements." Now I'm glad I didn't have it towed to sit in their lot for the better part of 3 weeks......

I have been chasing the cause of a front end rattle since February and no one has been able to find the cause. Until yesterday. They found that the motor mount was broken, and suggested it be repaired. That fixed the rattle! I have been extremely pleased with Superior each and every time they have serviced my car.

The people were nice and helpful, but the service department is lacking in experience for the cars they've sold that were not Hondas. Simple measures like changing a valve stem seems to be beyond their capability. I understand other car problems are outside their expertise and they directed me to the right people, but simple oil changes where they didn't ensure the filter cap was on all the way and spilled oil out (twice) disappoints me.

For me, the service and parts department of Superior Honda rank higher than the sales side. We purchased a pre-owned Pilot a few years ago and I was unimpressed by the attitude of the F&I person after we declined the fluff they typically push.
Although I have our Hondas serviced at a local independent "Honda/Acura only" shop, the times I've used Superior Honda's parts and service department for Warranty issues have been great.

I recently got my car stolen, so I was already in the market for another one. We take our Accord here to get serviced and this time, I decided to look around with no real intention of walking away with a car that day (although soon, obviously!). Abdul, however, ended up getting me to sign a lease that day. Enthusiastic without being pushy, friendly, and didn't seem at all frustrated when we were "haggling" with the lease terms. The only thing is, the way they set-up their selling procedure seems like a good idea, but you end up talking to basically an extra salesman to sell you more stuff (or stuff you already said no to) disguised as someone going over the basics of the vehicle. Love the car! Loved the experience! Purchased a brand new 2012 Honda Pilot last night from Dan Baker. He had the perfect blend of knowledge, friendlyness, and consideration when talking with my wife and I. He as able to answer all of those "little" questions that I had for him. I had been researching for a long time and was down to a smaller RAV4 or the Pilot EX-L. We told him our budget and what we could afford and he gave us a no BS offer. Then it came down to color and they had just received our preferred color combo in from the manufacturer. He called to let me know it was in and I was able to put a deposit down over the phone. Good thing because somebody tried to buy it before we could get to the dealership! Great Experience! I look forward to getting some accessories added to it (side bar steps, roof rails, etc.) He even sat with us in the car and got our phones synced to the bluetooth system to stream Pandor or Slacker radio and to take phone calls "hands-free". He also explained all of the extra controls and how to completely use to display system. Highly Recommend!

On April Fool's, my car axle broke right in the turn lane of the Dunkin Donuts of 144th and Pacific. Worst april fool's joke ever! I had my insurance tow my car to the Honda dealership since the place I was going to for issue wasn't able to fit me in their schedule. The car I had was on its way out and I figured I might as well get the Honda Civic I wanted.
I visited this place a few weeks ago and was impressed with their service. I decided that I would go back to them since they were professional and nice unlike some of the other dealerships I looked at during that same weekend.

In the process of purchasing this vehicle we took into consideration the ability of the vehicle to meet our needs, how reasonable the cost of the vehicle was, and how the representatives of the dealership treated us.
The purchase of the our CRV occurred after we evaluated four different vehicles: Subaru Outback, Subaru Forester, Chevy Colorado, and Honda CRV. Ultimately, we decided on the CRV for lots of reasons not part of this review. I want you to know we could have purchased our new car at one of many different dealerships in three different regions of the US: New Orleans, Hot Springs/Little Rock, or Lincoln/Omaha. But we didn’t . . . we decided to return to Superior of Omaha. Why you ask?
First, Superior had the vehicle we were looking for. Second, Superior presented us with a price that we felt was reasonable. Third, as return customers we expected our experience with the dealership to be as good as the first time. In fact it was better.
Bode Manzitto did what I consider an exceptional job of meeting all our needs (and then some) during the purchasing process. From the start, he provided us with all the information we needed and quickly answered all our questions (even the stupid ones). Much of the initial workup to purchase our car was accomplished via email and phone. Bode was quick to respond to our emails (even ones we sent really late into the evening) and was always able to make time for us when we called him. When we finally arrived at Superior of Omaha to finalize the purchase of the CRV he had everything prepared for us, the paperwork part of the process was very organized. Overall, he made us feel welcome and comfortable while we were at the dealership, and before we left he made sure we were fully prepared to take operate our new car. In summarize, Bode was a super host, and his actions reflected great credit on Superior of Omaha, and the Honda brand. Bode . . . Good Job!
P.S. Bode . . . next time we really would like to have 70 degree weather. The 30 degree weather in Omaha was way too chilly for us.

His dream has been to own a Honda Accord and lo and behold, there was a "Huge Savings" deal going on for 2012 Accords. First of all, Mark Johnson is a great salesman. A while back my wife and I had stopped by the dealership late one night after dinner just to look at the new Accord's body design. It was quite cold out but Mark still took the time to tell me about all the new changes, etc. He offered several times to get keys so we could actually see inside but it was late and, as I mentioned, cold.
Fast forward to this past Saturday (11/9). After a long Saturday of looking at cars (oh, joy, right?!) we stopped for a late lunch and realized we hadn't been back to Superior. So we stopped by and the first person we see is Mark (and I even remembered his name!). I told him I was looking at Accord EX-L's with the V-6 and possibly the navigation. He said he had two. I drove both and decided on the color and that was that. No BS, no pressure. Now, granted, I knew what I wanted and it's not like there's much wiggle room with an already discounted year-end model (2013)… but whatever. So that is my 5 star.
My gripe. I don't like being sold stuff I don't need or want. In fact, I truly dislike shopping altogether. So when I've been the 'dream customer' not arguing about price or really hemming and hawing about cars for weeks or months, but merely an hour or so… I'd like to get the darn car and be on my way. Additionally, I had told them that we had some place to be that early evening… So there was plenty of time for them to tack on other services and stuff I just don't need (the car is brand new, it's insured, blah, blah… why do I need this extra stuff?) and yet, the when it was finally time to go the car had not been fully detailed, which is a pet peeve of mine. I kept my previous car of 10 years in very good, clean shape and to even assume that the Accord being brand new is 'good enough' to have it just run through the wash? Not cool. I can do that myself. And I pretty much had to considering the insides of the glass was quite dirty. Additionally, when I got the car home and took off the dealer plate placeholders there were a few dozen dead bugs (it clearly rode on the transport backward, catching all the bugs along the way...
What this tells me is that even a $30,000+ car isn't important enough for their detail team to truly prep this car for selling. I mean, I guess I was happy that it was still wrapped in some plastic here and there, showing just how new it is… but so was the one I saw in Bellevue. So what happened the night I bought my new car? I don't know. I'm just too busy during the week to have to bring it back just so they *might* do a better job cleaning it? I'll do it myself.
The 5 star. The second Mark brought the car around to me, he stated quickly that the car wasn't as clean as it should be. Thanks, Mark, you're right… but I was way out of time and late for dinner. At least he acknowledged the err and offered to make it right.
The other disappointment. I had to drive back to the dealership later that week because the finance department screwed up some paperwork. You know, if they just stuck to selling CARS and working to finance folks who need it and leave the other garbage out (and continue to service the cars, and so on, that's cool too)… they'd be making so much money and have nothing but happy customers! Trying to sell me tire insurance while saying one blown tire and a bent rim is $1,000… I just don't like being told half truths like that. It's not a Ferrari, it's an Accord.
That said, the whole staff, or at least those I met, were very professional. I realize I'm probably a rare case as far as customers go, but maybe not.
All in all, you really should stop by and give them a shot. You just might find the exact car you're looking for and I'm certain they'll give you a great deal. Thanks again for being pleasant to work with, Mark!

I have had issues with the cruise control on my pilot from the beginning, the ACC scans to large an area or should be refocused. And the response I get is that's not adjustable.
The door sticker shows tire pressure to be 32 psi and just after I got an oil change and a tire rotation the tire pressures are 35 and 36 psi.
The vehicle ride hard enough with out the extra tire pressure.

Supervisor Honda allows some very shady characters from KELLY'S DETAIL SHOP ON N. 30TH STREET IN OMAHA touch, drive & detail their vehicles. Richard Kelly (owner) knows that his right hand man John Roddy sells crack cocaine out of their vehicles all day everyday (I've witnessed this time and again as an employee myself) and the owner gets/allows people who has no valid driver's license shuttle Superior Honda's cars back and forth from 144th to N. 30th Street. And the married owner's girlfriend came to the detail shop where a verbal argument turned physical between Richard and his girlfriend that resulted in the girlfriend taking a bat to 2 of the owner's vehicles AND several of Richards illegal employees had to intervene and physically restrain the girlfriend from smashing up vehicles belonging to Superior Honda (December 10, 2020). Everybody CHECK YOUR NEW VEHICLES new and pre-owned because you may just going some drugs hidden insifey. The proper authorities have been notified of the Roddy selling drugs in 2 different elementary school zones and Superior Honda was also notified or given the heads up recently so they have a chance to clean house before their name and reputation is tarnished in the upcoming federal dope case trial that is soon to come.

Saw the Ridgeline I needed online and sent a request for information, Aric Curtice sent me a response back, I then stopped by and looked at the Ridgeline. Two days later I came back and Aric came up with a good deal with my trade in, the finance department then took over.
While we waited, a hail storm came through, so Aric, me and my wife watched the Ridgeline get covered in hail for 15-20 minutes, the Ridgeline laughed off the hail storm and was not damaged (Although I really thought when the hail came, all the folks at Superior would run outside and throw themselves over the Ridgeline to protect it but that probably would have been too much of me to expect) ;-)

Do all my service here for Honda's, since they were located in Council Bluffs. Dennis (in the shop) has been there almost 20 yrs. Never talks down to me when explaining the "THINGAMAJIG" ALSO HE KNOWS HOW TO LISTEN!! He never interrupts me when explaining what I need. A pet peeve of mine-- if u interrupt you are not listening!!! He is knowledgable, through and professional. He is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT REASON lots of folks like me keep coming back.
