I bought my second Nissan from Justin Caldwell. First bought the Nissan Armada in November 2021 and now the Nissan Titan for my husband. Justin is the absolute best to work with. He isn’t pushy and listens to his customers concerns. Justin is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. And as far as Nissan goes, I couldn’t be happier. Our Armada was the first Nissan we ever purchased and I don’t ever see ourselves buying a different make of a vehicle. What Nissan offers for the price point is incredible. They have all the bells and whistles you could ever need. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Justin is your man!!! You won’t regret it!

I was in the market for a car for a few weeks and had stopped at Kia, Hyundai, and Subaru dealerships before stopping into Nissan of Omaha. Nobody had what I wanted in a car and I was looking to order almost everywhere. I reached out on an inquiry for a sport Altima. Terrance reached out to me right away and I set up an appointment to come in and meet him. I was immediately greeted at the door which was super welcoming. We sat down and he was able to work with me on what I wanted in a car. He actually had a brand new one on the lot that I test drove and fell in love with. Super cool and very knowledgeable guy. He even help me set up an appointment the following morning to get my windows professionally tinted to go with that all black look. All around a very professional and amazing experience. I was at Nissan Of Omaha on 12/17 and it was a fantastic experience. I came in with my boyfriend not expecting to leave with a new car, as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Then David Foresman came to speak to us and was so genuine during the experience that I left with keys in hand very satisfied to have purchased my first car. - Best experience buying a vehicle ever! Adam Coriano was our sales rep and knocked it out of the park with A+ customer service, the financing department was top knotch and everything went so smoothly. My wife and I will definitely make the 3 hour drive again to this dealership for our future vehicle purchase. - Few years later, we sold them back our Nissan NV and purchase another one just newer, and the staff and service we're top notch as we suspected they would be just based off our previous experience, again I'd recommend going to Nissan of Omaha and we live hours from them, well worth the travel - Fast forward to now, 5/2/22 ended up having a failure with a vehicle of ours, and I live 3 hours from the dealership in Sioux falls, we immediately contacted our sales rep Maddy Lynch on a Sunday, not expecting to hear anything until Monday, but she replied immediately and assured us that she would get something going first thing monday morning. She did what she promised, got us a direction on what we needed to do, got a loaner vehicle lined up, I got Nissan to transport our vehicle from Sioux falls to Omaha free of charge, my wife drove down to the dealership to pick up the loaner, also free of charge, got to talk to John seffron (who also had been very very helpful in figuring out what the best options were) with the service department on possible solutions to fix the vehicle, everything went so so smoothly. Constant communication throughout the entire process, I'm so happy with everything Maddy and her team has done to accommodate my family in the past and continue to do so even now. This should be a model of what other companies should strive to have as the standard of good customer service. A+ in every way and we will recommend to everyone we know to make it down to the Nissan dealership in Omaha because it's going to be the best experience they can imagine!

Love my new (well, actually used) Truck. I had been shopping around for a Used full size pickup, and after looking at some very rough ones, my hope was starting to fade. Oh boy let me tell you about my experience! 1st I found a truck I loved but it had a couple issues. Zack and the team there went above and beyond to make the deal. The past year I have gotten to know the general manager Jason Jones through my daughter's basketball. I told him to keep me in mind when they have 0% on pathfinders since I have an older version and he gave me a heads up when he saw me at my oil change appt. After I talked with him he had me work with sales teammate Quincy Dean. Quincy was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the new gear shift and other features of the vehicle. Quincy never pushed me and it was truly the most seamless experience I have ever had buying a car. I even enjoyed my time with the finance dept! Kyle is a man among boys in the car industry. He could sell a covered wagon to a Nebraska fan. I was honestly impressed with the whole process in getting exactly what I wanted. They even fixed a minor issue before they got it to me and offered a loaner until it was ready. Because of this I’m in the process of legally changing my name to Kyle. I’m also thankful I have 5 fingers because then I have enough room to get Kyle tattooed across them. I may even name my future children Kyle, doesn’t matter if I have 10 kids, each of their names will be Kyle. If I park in valet I’ll tell the guy to go get Kyle, and he’ll know exactly which car is mine. Hopefully Kyle runs for president because he gets the job done!

He said let me call around see what I can do not to give my hopes up yet. Naturally, I already had.. I never expected to get a call back with an acceptance. He really worked the magic for me. I started to chicken out when hearing the monthly rate, for how long, and the interest rate. 😅 I told him to give me the day to go over it with my husband. He said sure but the deal could go quick and the bank won't wait to long to make the deal and it's the only one who would accept me. I called my husband and called back within the next hour. He was about to get off n stuck around anyway while I raced there before it was too late. Here is how this went down. I had to buy a new car and I filled out finance info online first thing in the morning. Before I knew it, Terrance from Nissan of Omaha called me and started to go over things with me. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a car dealership. I was really impressed with the professionalism and ethics of Jason(manager) and Terrence(salesman) as well as the F&I guy. They didn’t try any games with me. We had an open and friendly negotiation on the Titan I bought. I’ve bought many cars in my life as well as being pretty well educated on the inner dealings of dealerships. These guys really impressed me. Still a Nissan girl..... I would not list car leasing/buying as something I enjoy, in fact I avoid it as long as I can, much like I avoid dating-both can be pretty awful with the wrong person. This past month my lease was coming to an end. For the first time in several years, I was sure I was going to purchase my vehicle rather than get into another lease with Nissan. So I arrived late in the day two days before the end of my lease... It wasn't long before I made it clear I was just there to buy out my lease and be on my way... Terrance and Aaron convinced me to give them a chance to talk through all my options and see if they could find something that would work-I definitely was convinced they wouldn't change my mind. However, I was also not in love with the idea of keeping my 2019 Altima. But thought, what do I have to lose?? It wasn't long before I was reminded why I appreciate working with the team at Nissan of Omaha. Terrance did not bullsh*t me or waste my time. He listened to me, presented fair options and did not try to sell me something out of my price-range. Then to finalize the deal, working with Josh I felt safe-not like I was being "sold" or taken advantage of. The entire process was a great experience. So....still a Nissan girl, afterall! Hopefully this team will be around in 3 years when I roll in again! :)

I initially went to Nissan to just scope things out. I really did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that day. I was not very familiar with Nissan; although, I did previously own an Infiniti that I was not overly thrilled with. I saw great reviews of Nissan online and my experience was still far better than expected! All staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They greet you at the door and guide you to where you need to go and they're very pleasant. My car was completed in a timely manner and the service person who helped me, Casey, was very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done. He also explained suggested maintenance services for my car based on its mileage – but he didn't try to push them on me. He explained why each item was recommended, and provided the cost of each thing so I could decide for myself. They also provided a free Uber ride while my car was worked on, which was very helpful. Overall everything was great and made a stressful situation a walk in the park!

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Rocky Ridge from Nissan of Edwards Dec. 24th of 2021and have had multiple issues with the truck. My service visit with Edwards was not up to par so I took my truck to Nissan of Omaha. I have a 2021 Nissan Maxima SR that I purchased at Nissan of Omaha and have always had outstanding service in the service department so I knew my truck would be in good hands. This truck was custom done by an off road dealer that was contracted with Nissan of Edwards. This brand new truck has had exhaust issues, Glass damage from after market screws misplaced in door panels, Missing factory door panel screws, Interior damage, broken window motors etc. John in the service department has taken on the aftermath of another dealers hot mess of a "Custom" truck and gotten it fixed in every aspect. I can't thank him or his mechanics enough for working to get this truck up to how it should of been when I purchased it.

We had an awesome experience with Maddy and the management team at NIssan. There were no high pressure sales tactics and we felt comfortable the whole time. The only reason they are not 5 star is we also got an insurance quote at the time of buying the car from the All State agent on site. We were considering going with them, but when we went to start the insurance, suddenly the rate we were quoted became higher. I would happily buy a car from Nissan again, but I would never sit down with the All State agent again.

In August, I went to Nissan of Omaha to 'browse' the inventory. As I was looking around in 90 degree weather in their far lot, an employee came up to me to see if I needed help. His name is Royce Hansen (remember this name, please). I was flying blind, didn't know where anything was or what I was looking for. In the heat, Royce listened. Him and I looked around at a couple of options that fit my criteria (Murano, or something similar that's a little cheaper). From that day on, Royce went to bat for me when it came to helping me obtain my dream car and for the right price. We scheduled countless test runs, he consulted me almost daily on the phone/texts and he worked with me with such ease and excitement! Royce is the one who made this car buying process easy, exciting, stress-free and ENJOYABLE (when . I'd HIGHLY, 100 times, refer anyone to Royce Hansen at Nissan of Omaha because he not only helps you - but he listens. On September 29th (almost 2 months of Royce's hard work and patience), I purchased a used 2015, Nissan Murano which was like new. I need to get to a certain price point that I was comfortable with, and Royce + his team made it happen. Royce still checks on me monthly to remind me to use my CPO-Warranty perks (like free car washes and vacuum cleans). He always treats me with respect and as a friend, which I truly enjoy. 10/10 would recommend Royce Hansen. If you go there and ask for him, I guarantee you will feel the same way I do!

Last week my sister-in-law came up from Lincoln to help me to buy a truck. We went to Nissan of Omaha to look at a new Frontier truck. Aidan the salesman was very polite and helpful but his sale's manager is another story. So they wrote up a price proposal for the truck. I told them I have to go home and talk to my wife and see if she agrees because we make the decision together. After talking to my wife my sister-in-law came back to the dealer to negotiate the price. Mr. Rodney the sales manager was very rude and unprofessional. He proceeded by saying that he doesn't want to sell us the truck and being very rude about it. He accused my sister-in-law of using the proposal to deal with other dealers. Why would we come back to negotiate the price if we have no intention of buying it? This should not be the away you treat your customer even if you have a bad day. Update: Was able to worked out a deal and buy a truck with Jason Foreman's help.

Had a great experience here. Was led to them through a basic internet search and as luck would have it they had the only car in town I was looking for. Out by village point on dodge I got a little turned around as it seems every car dealership in west O is located in their street. Once I found it though they where super welcoming. People smiling and opening doors. Kids enjoyed the hot coco machine, popcorn, and kids room with lots of entertainment. But all dealerships can do these things. What stood out to me was the salesman I worked with. Daniel was fantastic and went through extra mile to get us into our van. He was very friendly and pursued our business. The small details of allowing me to test drive the car with all the kids, helping me move car seats, and showing me the ins and outs of the car was super helpful. Great service. I showed up without an appointment to get an oil change. Additionally, they let me know ahead of time that the car wash was out of service at the moment, but they could try to fit in my oil change. Roughly 20 minutes later, they came in to let me know that my oil change was done AND, they had just repaired the car wash and decided to wash mine for me! Great service and quicker than I had expected.

Yesterday (10-14-2019) was the greatest car-buying day of me entire life. It started as I decided to keep researching following a less than rewarding session at a dealership neighbors to Nissan of Omaha. First a phone call to Nissan of Omaha: Everything was smooth and perfect. I was connected to an agent named Daniel Mariscal and the rest was history. He was professional, friendly, and ready to solve my concerns. It was as if I was talking to a trusted friend and simply telling my story. I had a very good experience with Nissan of Omaha and buying my car. The sales people were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. I dealt with 2 salesmen they were both very good and easy to work with. They were Tim Sallach and Aaron Thompson both very professional and nice to work with. I had stopped by with a few questions and concerns I had and Tim was right there and answered all my questions even the ones that were pretty obvious he also noticed that my car was dirty and had it run through the car wash for no charge, I thought that was very impressive. Biggest issue for me was experience of the additional products promoted by the finance manager. I know all dealerships promote these expensive features (i.e. extended warranty, undercoating, roadside assistance, etc.), but from my perspective, a negative. Although I didn’t purchase my Nissan at this dealership, I frequent the service department for routine maintenance and the few non-routine issues I’ve had. They are honest, friendly, fast and I don’t take my vehicle anywhere else for anything. Two summers ago I knew I was approaching the time to replace brakes, took it to a local big brand brake store where they told me I needed the works. I left with my quote, took it to the dealer where they fixed me up for $500 less without even sharing what the other place diagnosed. Recently had a tire leaking air, told me they could replace it that day but that I should probably reach out to the place I did get tires from, as they looked nearly new and it’s probably be covered. He understood I couldn't afford a new truck and when I told him I wasn't interested in a lease he accepted it and didn't push the issue. He helped me find an awesome used Ram truck on their lot. I bought way more truck than I thought I could ever afford. I'll be paying on it for a long time, but I have no regrets. I'm confident I didn't just buy somebody else's problem vehicle. I love my new Truck! William was the finance manager and he was also great. Presented me with my options for the service contract and helped me settle on a mid-priced one that gives me the confidence I won't be paying repair bills on top of my truck payment! There was a little mix-up with getting my new title because I forgot to sign my old title. Once I signed my old title Nissan of Omaha actually hand-delivered the new title to the DMV so I could get my plates on time! Definitely recommend Nissan of Omaha!

Had to return as they didn't tighten my oil drain plug and it was leaking. 40 minutes of waiting! Original oil change took 40 minutes which I thought was good. I did have them run it through the wash again. When I called to set up appointment for my return, he apologized. Which I thought was nice. Service manager did not say they were sorry for my inconvenience or why it took so long or anything. Would have been good of him to say!
