Had a terrific experience with Daniel Domovsky. We needed to trade in 2 leased cars for newer models. Given the current auto market I did not think it was possible to get it done quickly, and without paying exorbitant amounts over sticker price. Danny was a true professional throughout the process. He was very patient with all my questions and sometimes unrealistic demands, always available and responsive by phone, and he got us really good deals on both new vehicles, even was able to lower the cost of overage miles for one of the turned in cars. A real pleasure to work with. Looking forward to working with him again soon for another company vehicle.

I love the Signature Auto Group! I have three cars leased from them, and every time it's been a fantastic experience. Their customer service is top-notch, their rates are unbeatable (and they're always cheaper than other companies), but most importantly: the team here really cares about their customers, which makes me feel like part of a family when visiting or dealing with any issues.

I usually don’t do reviews but with the great experience I had I had to make sure everyone knows. Daniel Domovsky is absolutely the best!!! I’ve been leasing cars for 20 years and have never had such an easy transaction. I had to sell one car, get financing for a lease I was looking to buyout and also find another car to lease. I expected it to be a headache. I tell Danny what I’m looking to do and he said don’t worry I got it. Less than 2 days I had everything done. He got me top dollar for my trade in. Took care of the financing for my lease buyout and delivered my new car. And all this without leaving the house. I’ll be recommending everyone I know to Signature and I’ll be back soon for my next…

If I could give 100 stars to Gary Furman I would! Gary knew that my wife and I were not knowledgeable about cars and that it was our first car purchase and instead of taking advantage of this, he protected us by getting a good deal. He explained EVERYTHING in detail and gave us a price/deal that was SUPERIOR than Nissan’s dealership. Yes! You read that right, Gary got us a deal BETTER than the dealership. Gary took his time to answer all of our questions and NEVER rushed us. Even before we made the deal he was one call away if we had questions. Not to exaggerate, but this was the best car buying experience I've had. I hate going dealer to dealer trying to find the right car and right deal. I got Jared's number through my cousin who highly recommended him and called him with what I was looking for. He got back to me quickly with an awesome deal. There was only a *little* negotiating because the deal was already better than anything I've heard thus far. I LITERALLY got my car delivered within 24 hours of contacting Jared. My lease was ending and I decided that I was going to finance my car, but the dealership wanted me to come down to a local branch and wouldn’t do anything over the phone. So I contacted Boris Shulman at Signature Auto Group at he took care of everything. He contacted the dealership, was able to get a good rate, and even had the paperwork delivered to me when it was time to sign. The whole process was so easy and convenient. I will definitely contact Signature again in the future when I’m looking to upgrade to a new lease.

Signature Auto Group is the best there is…..hands down…..no debate. This is my 3rd car from Allen, and I would honestly go no where else to lease a car. Whenever I have gone to a dealer it has been a nightmare. I tried again recently thinking they would have changed in 15 years and it has not. The solution was signature auto group. Paul was AMAZING. I had such a wonderful experience with those guys. I left an email and got a call back next morning. Paul walked me the process and got me out of my old lease. I wanted a Santa fe and went to Hyundai in Brooklyn and had a terrible experience, but Signature Auto were honest and gave me the car I wanted. I had an issue with the payment but they hooked my up with an insurance thats 40% cheaper than mine so my net payment stayed in budget. The whole process took and hour to finish the paperwork and get the car from and thats online from my work. They offered to drop off the car and take my old leased car but I opted to visit their office and pick it up my self. In less than 24 hours I had my car with no hassle, and for a great price. I highly recommend this leasing office and ask for Paul and you will not be disspointed.

Had a great experience with Signature Auto Group in leasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Daniel D was great, we spoke on a Sunday morning and by Wednesday afternoon my vehicle was delivered to the front of my house. He also set up the return on a current lease I was in possession of, by the way which I had not leased from them to begin with. The process was super simple,they dropped off the new car plates on it and take off the plates on your old car and take it away.They work with the budget you have and go out there way to get you the vehicle you want down to the colors and packages your looking for. Thank you Eugene for getting me the exact car I wanted. I've been very picky about the features, packages and colors I wanted in the car and Eugene never gave up looking for that perfect one. He was very humble and easy to reach even on weekends to ask questions. Once Eugene found the car, he was able to hold it for me for 2 weeks, while I was away. Transaction was easiest ever! Eugene brought the new car to me and picked up my old one. He had all the paperwork ready and explain clearly what each one was. We went over and signed everything within 10minutes. Let me preface this message to say a few things: 1) I was not paid to write a positive review nor am I with the company (I didn't even know leasing companies existed until I heard from Dan) 2) I work 6-7 days a week, all crazy times, including nights, so getting to see me face-to-face is nearly impossible. I pleasantly surprised at how incredibly accommodating, patient, understanding, respectful and straight forward Daniel was, when he helped me. For a process that stretched over 3 months that involved two other car dealerships, it was Dan at the Signature group who proved to be the easiest to get in touch with via text, e-mail and phone calls, due to my schedule. He had incredible product knowledge and the ability to do what many car dealerships can't: actually offer deals that benefit the consumer, not satisfy their quotas, commission, etc. I strongly, highly recommend the folks at Signature and say you go to Dan S for all your needs. Whether you have a leased or financed vehicle or looking for something new, do it...at the very least, let THEM be your guide through the process and let THEM give you the truth behind the numbers that the dealer is trying to give you and let THEM get you the price you can afford. I have already recommended this company to many friends and overall, the idea of a leasing company. Oh - they had the car delivered to me at my leisure, based on my chaotic schedule. I got loaded BMW 320ix less than for $400 (with tax incl.)!!! Right a cross the street, BMW Dealership gave away same car but it was USED and $20 more ( per mounts )! Good job!
