I was so so so happy with my car shopping experience. Patricia helped my husband lease a Q5 a year and a half ago and she was very professional and enthusiastic. So it was a no brainer to go back for our second Audi. Due to the chip shortage, there was not many cars in stock but Patricia tracked down my dream car for me and texted me right away. We went back that day and took a look at the car. Then we closed the deal within 30 mins. The next day, we were able to pick up the car and drove it home. I highly recommend Patricia if you are looking for an Audi. She will make your dream come true!

It was time for a routine oil change, which most other dealerships in the area charge around $100-$115 for. Going to Audi Queens, I was told that the oil change would be $500 dollars. Excellent Service, Dennis was great to work with very knowledgeable, experienced with Audi Brand and knew everything about the car, dynamics, design, engine, features and functionality. He has been one of the most intuitive person I have ever spoke with while buying the car. Being in NC my search expanded all the way to Queens NY as the way Dennis took his time and explained me everything before buying the car was outstanding the best approach I liked was no sales pressure. My auto dealer, Konstantin Kennedy was super excellent, professional, and knowledgeable during the entire sales process. He was able to my knowledge, to negotiate a very good deal on my behalf between Audi and Volvo. As I was coming out of my lease for my 2018 XC90 and going into a new one for a 2020 Audi Q7. While I had intended to keep my Volvo, due to multiple issues that arose with service, I unfortunately decided to trade it in for something else, which would have been preferably another a Volvo. However, due to consumer reports as well as the service provided by Konstantin, I decided to jump ships to Audi. Furthermore, everyone at this dealership appeared to work as a team and work together to make sure that I left with the vehicle that I wanted. It took a lot of effort of the individuals at the dealership to broker the deal, as my insurance and registration would be out of state as well as issues with returning the vehicle to Volvo. However, after everything I am very pleased with the purchase and the experience provided by this dealership; from everyone to the sales managers to the finance department. I look forward to doing further business with them in the future.

I have to express that Im completely impressed with Audi Queens. I just picked up my new vehicle a few days ago and it was such a smooth experience. Joan Lopez was my sales associate and from the moment I met him until the end he was very professional was not pushy at all and always kept me informed throughout the process. Even on his day off he would follow up and let me know when my car would be delivered! That in itself speaks volumes of a person. When my vehicle finally arrived he sent me photos of the entire vehicle! 👍🏼 👍🏼 Finally, the day came to pick up my vehicle and I was so pleased and happy there was even a red bow 🎁 on the car and it was super clean and detailed. I was completely completely impressed. Joan took the time to show me and explain all the functions of the vehicle. Once, I went to meet Johnny the finance director that was also a great experience he was very calm and not pushy at all! Very professional the signing took less than 10 minutes! I added the audi care because it definitely seemed like the intelligent thing to do especially with these type of vehicles. Again, he explained it to me and was not pushy. I have to express that Audi Queens beats Mercedes Benz for sure. I own a Mercedes and the customer service Audi gave me versus Mercedes I won't compare! Audi takes first place! Nice Audi dealership on the side of Queens. They have no parking lot for guests, which is confusing. Guest must drive their cars to the service garage, and then inside the garage the valet will park your car. So fear not, just drive your car to the service garage if you need to browse around new cars. I came by to grab engine and cabin air filter for my Audi S3. The service guys were prompt and quick to grab my items. However, checking out is tricky! Even though there is a register by the parts booth, they directed me to the front receptionist desk to pay for my items.

Update: I had brought in my S4 to service the car for a recall. Audi Queens gave me a Q5 as a loaner. My wife at the time was pregnant. That night my wife started having major contractions and we needed to get to the hospital. The Q5 got us there swiftly and safely. I received notice that my S4 service was completed, however I was unable to pickup the car that day because my wife was going into labor, Audi Queens was very generous in letting me keep the loaner for as much time I needed. After my baby was born, we drove the Q5 home along with the baby. After picking up my S4, i realized perhaps my car is too small for my baby and being that the Q5 loaner was so comfortable to drive and spacious, i decided to trade in S4. With the help from Jay in sales, he hooked me up with a great deal on a 2022 SQ5. This would be my 3rd car that I have gotten from Audi Queens who have continued to go beyond my expectations in providing quality customer satisfaction and service. Thank you Audi Queens!.

Allen was a lot of help, explained everything I needed to know about my car and inspected my issues/concerns, service was fast and smooth. Turbo Screen recall for the S7 was done in 2 days along with 50K mile service, they helped me install the roof rail cross bars I purchased there as well, and also provided me with a loaner vehicle even though most dealerships are out. Pricing and quotes for parts and labor are expensive but that's normal for any Audi dealership.

I purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 on 3/5/2022. My sales rep was JT, and he was great. I’ve purchased a lot of cars from different dealerships, and I’ve never been impressed with any of them. This dealership was different. From the start, he was honest, had great communication, and was always available to answer my questions. The car I was purchasing wasn’t yet at the dealership. It was still in transit from the factory. He answered and addressed any of my concerns. The purchasing process was extremely simple. There was no hidden fees, or extra charges when it came time to sign the lease. Everything was exactly the way he said it would be from the start. There was no obnoxious sales tactics, or trying to sell me things I didn’t need. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been improved. I met Konstantin as sales associates and I can say he is awesome in his role. He made very easy from online enquiry purchase to delivery. I can admit that i end up to purchase this car because of service he offed to final delivery . He is best in his class and provide the various options for customer friendly . The day came to pick up my vehicle and I was so pleased and happy there was even a red bow on the car and it was super clean and detailed. I was completely impressed. Konstantin the time to show me and explain all the functions of the vehicle with patience only improvement will be on delivery timeline with the other departments. I didn't expect the purchase process to take nearly 3 hours and will be challenging if you go with kids. You should have something for kids to keep them busy Overall it is good experience

The first 5 times I have taken my car there, I’ve had nothing but complaints and dissatisfaction. This last time I went and was greeted by Jhael. Visited Audi of Queens for the first time to have my S6 serviced and a suspension issue diagnosed. Facility is modern and clean, pull up and garage doors open automatically so you can pull in and get out of the cold. Valet documents your mileage etc...and gives you a ticket to present to the advisor. Advisor knows who you are when you walk up and confirms your info etc... Waiting area is nice although some amenities were unavailable due to Covid which is understandable. I received a text and an email with a video attached showing what was wrong with my suspension and the recommended repairs. I think that is great so you know what your paying for and not some phantom repair that an unethical dealer might try to impose on you. The advisor followed up to confirm and ok the repairs. When it was ready, I got a call and picked up my car, freshly washed as well. Great experience overall. Update...second visit and same great service and friendly. Waiting are was stocked with snacks, drinks and coffee. Oil change and an unexpected repair which parts department fortunately had the supplies. Very efficient.

I got rear ended for the first time in my life and chose this place because of the high ratings. It was my first time dealing with insurance claim and I was concerned that it would take months for the dealler and insurance company to reach the agreement on the price before starting the repairs. Luckily they worked out details fairly quickly and all repairs were performed to the highest standards. Throughout this time Sebastiano was very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress. When I came to pick up the car I noticed a small scuff on rear parking sensor. I was convinced it was just piece of glue, but John took a closer look and reassured me that it was a paint that was pealing off. He could’ve just agree with me, brush it off and send me home, and I don’t know at what point I’d notice it. Instead he did the right thing and scheduled me to get a loaner car and they fixed the issue within 2 days free of charge. I got to drive brand new A5 which was a real treat, and now I’m very tempted to get a facelifted Audi:) overall this place has everything you can ask for: friendly customer service, great mechanics, honest management, definitely deserves 5 star rating.

The dealership is large and modern and also has all of their preowned vehicles indoors - no standing in the bad weather to look at vehicles - and they drive the other cars in when you want to look at them. Comfortable and convenient. I met with Konstantin and he was very professional and knowledgeable in all of our calls leading up to my visit to the dealership. He listened to what I wanted and needed and provided just that. He was ready for me when I arrived and greeted me at the valet stand. He had the Q7 I wanted to look at waiting for me upstairs out of the rainy weather. And he went over every feature and demonstrated it all for me. The offer was very generous and the sales manager Rob also came over to explain the terms of the offer and the trade in agreement. He was very thorough, fair and transparent. They were both excellent at their jobs, but more importantly were awesome humans. My partner and myself visited Audi of Queens on a whim, after having visiting another competitor dealership for the type of vehicle we were interested in (compact suv). Albeit we were a bit nervous and intimidated as we had never been to a luxury dealership before, but as soon as we walked in the receptionists were very nice and even without an appointment we were allowed to browse the upstairs show room. We were not approached as many other dealerships do, which we liked because it gave us time to look and then ask for help when we felt comfortable. We had approached a wonderful sales person, Martin Rios-Valdes, who dropped what they were doing and immediately came to our assistance, still without an appointment. He took time to ask what we wanted from our future vehicle, which we’re interested in, and what packages or trims were available, but also what would work out best for us. He didn’t push our attention to other higher cost models but showed us what the differences were and left us to make decisions. We honestly felt so comfortable that it was the most stress-free and fun time we ever had at a dealership. We were able to even get a test drive and search for vehicles that weren’t on the lot yet that met our requirements. He explained lease options (which is what we were looking for) and showed us complete transparency when it came to the price breakdown. We were able to find the that had us both excited and he was genuinely happy he was able to find it. I usually don’t like to make decisions like this just after visiting the dealership once but after our experience with Martin we felt so happy about our decision to join the Audi community. Now we drive a Pulse Orange 2021 Audi Q3 w/ a black optics package. This car is honestly a real neck breaker driving around the city, since it’s not all that common. I truly don't think it's possible to recommend this dealership enough. I worked with Jay, and he was communicative throughout the entire process. This was my first time buying a car, and Jay patiently explained everything to me. When I first visited to test drive the car, I received a copy of the CarFax and the inspection without even asking. The finance manager Johnny was similarly helpful and definitely went above and beyond to help me with making the best decision regarding financing. I think it's also important to note that I was buying a used car for less than $20K, so it's not even like this was one of their larger sales, and I was never made to feel like my experience wasn't important. I would legitimately check this dealership first the next time I buy a car (even though I hope that won't have to be for a very long time!) There's nothing that they could have done better throughout the entire process, and I'm super happy with my new-to-me car.

I have an Audi Q5 on lease for almost 2 years and have scheduled for 20000k miles servicing on 7th July at 11.40am at Audi Queens. There was noise coming from the wheels when making right turns. The technician told me that I have to leave the car for further checks. On 8th July, Robert called and told me they have to order some fluid and the car can only be fixed. I requested for a loaner car due to the nature of my work but was told that no loaner car was available. It’s been a week and I have not received any updates. After sales service is disappointing. My experience with Audi Queens was amazing. I was on guard from the beginning due to a bad experience on leasing my 2017 Audi A6 from Lynbrook Audi. I even went ahead and attempted to give them a second chance by trying to schedule an appointment to lease a 2020 Q7 from Lynbrook Audi, however; I never even spoke to a salesperson after being put on hold multiple times or after leaving messages. I then called a few other Audi dealerships and their agents showed little to no interest in helping me out. Mind you, I informed them that this would be my third Audi and was serious about obtaining a new Audi since my lease was up in a few weeks. I called Audi Queens and was connected to Konstantin Kennedy. I must say, it was such a relief to have been connected to him because he was very Helpful from the start to finish. Best of all, he was straightforward and on point about everything. He showed me all my options and after informing him what I wanted exactly, he informed me that there would be Q7 being delivered to the dealership in a few weeks meeting my expectations. I went ahead and placed a down payment on the Q7 being delivered from the factory. Konstantin would then update me on a weekly basis on the status of the vehicle and not leaving me out in the dark. Once the car was ready to be picked up, Konstantin informed and showed me that the vehicle had a very small scratch/nick on the bumper during delivery. To be honest, I wouldn’t have noticed it. His honesty was much appreciated. Konstantin then sat in the vehicle with me and explained every option available without rushing to get me out. I then met with the finance manager, Johnny Shi. He was amazing as well. No surprises came about from his department. Whatever was discussed during the initial contract remained the same. Johnny was not pushy about selling extra packages unlike other finance managers during my previous experiences. However; I did end up leaving Johnny’s office purchasing two maintenance packages all while still within my range of monthly payments. Overall, excellent communication and salesmanship by both Konstantin and Johnny. I thank you both for the smooth transaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you gentlemen and the dealership. I had a great experience at Audi Queens! I first went in to check out a CPO Q7 and got Ken to assist me. Let me tell you, this guy knows his his stuff! He was not pushy at all, I could tell he was honest from the beginning, and was happy to walk me through the entire car and take it it for a test drive. When going through the numbers, I decided to go with the brand new Q7 as Rob, the manager gave me a great deal on a new one. However, the contingency was that my wife approves the deal. They were so awesome, that Ken came to my house with the car the next day and went through it all again with my wife, she test drove it, and that sealed the deal! The next day I came in and closed the deal, and it was a seamless process. Johnny, the finance director was not pushy with the pre-payed options, and demonstrated the value (cost savings) for Audi care and tire and wheel. In the end, Rob even threw in wheel locks for me (I had my tires stolen once so I needed them) for free and I went down to service and saw Grace, and she had them installed in 10 minutes! I want to thank everyone at Audi Queens for all their help! It was one of the best experiences I had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone! I’ll be back for future business here as well!!!

Great customer service and fair prices!! Filled out an online form requesting a test drive on a 2019 Audi a4 and received a response right away with my requested appointment time. Upon arrival, the receptionist greeted me and guided me to Robert who was the sales manager. I waited about 15 minutes which is not bad for a Saturday. One of their valets took me on a test drive and he made me feel very comfortable. After I was introduced to Sully, and we discussed the car I wanted and features. We then moved on to discussing prices and Justin were able to break down pricing options for me in a way for me to understand. After much negotiation, Robert, Justin, and Sully were able to get me to around the price I was looking for and provided me with a decent price for my trade in vehicle. I wasn't pressured through this whole process. It did take a while to complete paper work but that happens every time you buy a new car. During the process, someone else came to explain to me every aspect of the car and how it works and that really stood out to me. The only thing that I did not like was that I had bought the car on Saturday and received a call on Monday saying that my car had a recall on it and need to be serviced and they couldn't do it on Saturday since it was after business hours for the service department.This was odd to me because I didn't really get a specific explanation as to what exactly needed to be fixed. But I still give 5 stars because they were so accommodating. They dropped me off a loaner vehicle at my job and took my car in to get serviced. The following day, they dropped my car back off to my job. This really stood out to me as well. Overall, tremendous service and I will recommend to anyone looking to lease a car.

Location is A+ because I live right in College Point! They have a parking lot so that's super easy to find parking. The entire place is nice and new and clean. The service section wasn't bad, I found a $99 express oil change deal online for my 2017 Audi A7 and they honored it and on top they checked all my fluids and wheels, tires, brake pads and printed out a report for me. The show floor had plenty of cars and the place is beautiful and not shady looking or anything. I haven't bought a car here but I would recommend it.

He was happy to answer all of my questions and even took the time to send more pictures and video of the car saving me a lengthy trip in the middle of winter. Just before I bought my car I found a similar one closer but after speaking to that dealership it was clear I would go with Joan’s offer. Two weeks ago on a Saturday night, I went into Audi Queens just to inquire about the process of purchasing a Q3 which I was planning on getting before the year ended. Over the years I have leased several luxury vehicles , usually through Manhattan locations near my home. As I began my latest "search", I ventured into Queens to explore. I visited Mercedes, BMW and Audi. When my journey brought me to the Audi dealership...I discovered a sales and service experience unmatched by anything before. The showroom and facility was spectacular - clean, well designed, user-friendly. My wife and myself were greeted warmly and professionally, with virtually no wait time. The vehicles were displayed in an elegant style and easy to navigate layout. Beyond the physical space, however, what made the experience so satisfying was the personnel who worked with us. Our salesperson, Konstantin, was not only knowledgeable, professional, and attentive...but he was engaging and fun to deal with. I also, greatly appreciated his patience. I am not close to being any kind of "car expert", so Konstantin took as much time as necessary to answer all and any questions we had. The test drive was terrific. Konstantin explained and demonstrated every outstanding Audi feature. There was no "hard sell", but rather a sincere willingness to help us make a decision. I really wanted to like this dealership and do business here. They recently opened in a newly constructed facility but already have some major problems with the way potential customers are treated. I expressed interest in a vehicle on their website and confirmed its availability. The following morning I arrived for a scheduled appointment. I was barely acknowledged by the person at the sales floor reception desk who then spoke to me in a condescending manner. The sales representative I contacted the prior day did not remember any of the details of our conversation. He showed me a different color model and then aggressively insisted I had asked to see it. At that point I told him there’s no such thing as winning an argument with a customer, stop wasting my time and I was leaving. While I was waiting for the parking valet, he approached me and said he found the advertised car I inquired about, it was in the showroom and he wanted me to see it. I went back inside and there was a hand lettered sign on what looked like used copy paper on the windshield that said sold. I want to thank Will Berardino for contacting me immediately and listening to my concerns. I now believe Audi Queens deserves another opportunity to do business with me.

This is hands-down the best Audi Dealership I have ever been to. I live in Manhattan and I would come to these guys instead of Audi Manhattan any day of the week. I have to say this must be one of the nicest dealerships I've been to. Not only is the facility top notch but so is the customer service. From the second I make a call to book an appointment to the days after I go home with my car. Each and every member I meet with or have a conversation with is so professional and cares about my experience at the dealership. I did not buy my car here, however this is my go to place when it comes to service. Ironically a sales rep, Sully helped me and introduced me to the service team despite me not buying a car from him or this dealership. My past experiences have always been, a sales rep only cares if you buy something from him. But not for Sully, he cared more about my overall experience at this new dealership instead of me having an Audi from before. Because of him, I did my annual maintenance here, brought my car in for tire replacements any time I get bubbles or punctures (thankfully I got the tire and wheel coverage) and also came here when I got a check engine light. Chris was my valet and helped me move stuff from my car to the loaner vehicle they gave me (btw Kudos to them for having a new fleet of cars as loaner vehicles. I got a 2019 A6 and a 2019 SQ5). When I came to pick up my car he saw some stains on my seats so went out of his way to clean them up with some seat cleaner. He saw some scratches on my car so went and got one of the gentlemen from the detailing team, Alex, who did a phenomenal job taking out each and every last scratch on my car. I wasn't even there for a detail job but he was willing to help out. He noticed scratches I never even picked up on and removed those as well. Patrick my Service Advisor was great in helping me get nice loaners as I have a S line car and he keeps me updated via text. He is an absolute professional and my go to guy going forward. He always makes sure all my concerns are documented and addressed and just goes above and beyond. He made sure my car was washed and extra care was given to the dirty rims. Shout out to the entire Audi of Queens organization and shout out to John for having such a great Service department team. Everyone is so pleasant to work with.

I have been looking for an Audi Q8 Premium Plus for months and I saw the aggressive pricing posted online. I originally was contacted by Victor who made everything seem so easy. He got me a quoted price and asked for me to come in. I came in and was greeted by everyone. It was a very friendly environment. I am a student who was looking for a CPO car that would be reliable and not a money pit. Like everyone else I looked around other dealerships to see my options but none of them came even close to the support and customer service I received from my salesperson Konstantin Kennedy. I recently discovered that there is now an Audi dealership in Queens. My Q7 was due for scheduled maintenance and rather then trekking into Manhattan, I decided to give this dealership a try. I'm glad I did, what a difference. Since it was just a routine maintenance service I decided to wait until it was completed. Within a half an hour, the manager of the service department John Partsinevelos came to speak to me. He discovered that three of the four tires needed to replaced and that it was not safe for me to be driving my family around in our car. The yellow TPM light kept appearing weekly, but with the abnormal weather we have had lately, I thought that it was the variation in temperature that was causing the air pressure change in the tires. I was completely wrong. The tires were completely filled with nails, screws, and sundries (thanks to the lovely roads of NYC). Unfortunately the tires were not in stock. I told him that with two children I could not be without a car. Within ten minutes, he provided me with a Q7 loaner. I was kept abreast about the progression with the tires the entire time. I highly recommend both him and Patrick. They are true professionals and care about their customers and the safety of their families.

Way better than Audi Manhattan where I got my previous Audi and had a disrespectful experience. Victor reached out in response to the review (good hustle) and at the right time he set me up with Constantin who was very nice through the whole car buying process. Only real complaint is the financing people (isn't it always) who took awhile to see me (despite we came in super early to pick up the car) and then tried to sell me Audi Care at a 40% markup over MSRP.

Where do I begin? Audi Queens and specifically Martin are just outstanding. Martin was the upmost professional and he couldn’t be any nicer. He managed to deal with all of my questions, emails and calls immediately (does he ever go home?) and his information was always on point. But more than this, it was the personal touches that made the experience so great. Martin treated me like I was his only customer. I had time limitations because of a toddler schedule and he made sure to get most of the administrative stuff done over email and phone so that I could be in and out with my baby.. he even remembered my sons bed time. ***UPDATE 9/12*** From 5* to 3* I had to edit my review since my most recent experience with the Audi Queens Service center left an impression. My view on their sales team is still the same as before, fantastic and I highly recommend Jay Liu. However, I recently took in my car for service and while everything seemed OK at first, I had a frustrating experience with retrieving my car and after. I received a call that my car was available for pickup and when I went to get it, I was told to wait a couple minutes for the car. However, I ended up waiting almost 2 hours for my car to show up with no service member checking up on me. I went to the front desk and asked for my car and after another half hour of waiting they told me that they had forgotten my car and that they input the service number wrong. While I understand human error is a thing, I felt that this could have been resolved if anyone bothered to check in on me considering I was sitting at the lounge the entire time while waiting. People who came in after me had all left and at one point I was the only person in the lounge which is in within sight of the front desks. While this experience was frustrating, Louis and David were extremely helpful with resolving my issue so I didn't think much at the time. However, my negative review comes from two weeks after when I was billed for not filling up my loaner car's fuel despite having done so. I called and they told me that they are unsure why I was billed and that they are taking steps to resolve it. What had started as a normal car servicing ended up being a bunch of unpleasant experiences and while the staff has been helpful, I feel that a lot of these experiences were simple mistakes that could have been resolved if someone took a bit more interest and time. My rating isn't lower than a 3* purely due to the phenomenal sales team. I will hope that if I do go back to Audi Queens for service in the future that they step up their game. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: My family and I had a great time looking around and ultimately buying a new car at Audi Queens thanks to the expertise and top notch service by our sales rep Jay Liu. I've been looking to get a new Audi for a while but never found the right opportunity until I found out about Audi Queens. After visiting a number of other Audi dealerships in NYC, I can confidently say that Audi Queens is by FAR the best one. The location is great and the showroom is well stocked and incredibly clean. Jay and the staff (Justin/Johnny) were very helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. Let me start by saying Audi Queens is a great stop if your shopping for an Audi. I found the place by accident in a desolate street behind DMV Whitestone. Here we meet with Martin (he was great). When my husband suggested an Audi my 1st thought was that is going to be expensive and when he told me the show room was in College Point I rolled my eyes; but here is the interesting part......... After going to, what felt like, every car showroom on Northern Blvd., squeezing through crowds, waiting in line just to sit in the car you saw online and test driving around every red light, I was open to just about anything. We had a car we loved, with lots of memories. So we rolled out to College Point..... The Audi dealership building is big and airy and full of light, the showroom is huge with plenty of room to walk around each car. When we were introduced to Andres he gave us the vibe of, "let’s enjoy looking at beautiful cars together ". No, end of month quota rush or staring at the door to see if maybe another sale was walking in, just us and cars. He took us for a long test drive and showed us the features and asked us what we were looking for. When we got back to the show room he asked us first what we would like our monthly payments to come in at not the attitude of "now the money game begins" . Andres worked with us putting together a plan, no tapping pencils, no other phone calls and darting eyes , just a plan for us. The final step was Justin, the money manager, he printed all our options and put them in a folder just so my husband and I could think everything over, how nice is this !!!!! We went home looked at all the scribbled notes form other dealers and kept going back to the plan form Audi . So to sum it up, beautiful space, Andres took good care of us, Justin made sure that money matters were clear and between the both of them we got a deal that resulted in payments below what our other car cost us and we are driving, ....in,...style . I Purchased a CPO 2015 Q7. First of all, I must talk about the dealership itself. It is a brand new multi-story building and the vehicles are kept shiny inside a brightly-lit showroom. Easy access from major highways with valet-parking attendants on duty. I had been taking my Audi to service center that I originally purchased my car from on serveral occasions for the past year with no solution to to my complaint. Tired of hearing that my car was performing to manufacture specs, I decided to bring my car to Audi Queens service center. Granted it’s only been open for a few months but it is really clean and neat. Attention to the client is second to none. I was attended by service advisor David Bitterhoff who kept me up to date with my car while it was there for a few days. I didn’t mind not having my car as long it was given the proper attention it needed. While my original complaint was not resolved, they certainly took the time looking for source, and came across other issues I didn’t realize I had with it. The car is under warranty, so that was much appreciated. This experience with Audi Queens has been great and the car now drives like new. We are still working on getting to the source, but Audi Queens has managed to keep me happy.

The team at audi queens was exceptional in their service during my purchase of an S3. Martin Rios-Valdes was the salesman I worked with mainly in this purchase. I was an out of state buyer and before I came to pick up the car he got all my info necessary to make the paperwork go very quickly when I arrived. I was in and out because of his work upfront, what wouldve taken hours took less than an hour. Everything that had to be signed was ready to go signed a few things handled the money transaction then met with johnny shi for the final paperwork and optional coverage. Johnny was also very quick and very nice guy. They took exceptional care of me and got me out the door to enjoy my S3. Also before I left martin went over the options and how the mmi worked with me in detail. So all in all I couldn't be more pleased with those guys and how the sale went. I had recently gone to a few different car dealerships looking for a new small SUV for my wife. I had walked numerous showroom floors and nobody even wants to walk up to you and ask you how you are doing these days. The salesman just want to say this car is 500/mo and this one is 700/mo blah blah blah so I walk out of those situations. I went to Audi of Queens with no expectations of purchasing a vehicle. I was first taken back by the AMAZING facility they have built it is truly state of the art they even Valet your car. I was then Greeted politely by Sully. He took the time to assess my needs we went from the Q8, Q7 and finally landed on a SQ5. We took it for a test drive and we decided The SQ5 was the vehicle for us. We sat down did the numbers and it was extremely easy to deal with Sully and Will (Manager) There wasn't any back and forth they gave us a great deal right out of the Gate. Even with prior research I new the first price they gave me was a Great Deal. If I could recommend then 10x over I would go an see Sully and Will at Audi of Queens and tell them Matt Sent you and you wont be disappointed.

What a pleasant experience it was buying a car at Audi Queens! To begin, we happened to be transferred to Mr. Justin Liu on the telephone when we called to inquire about our dream car. Upgrading from a 15-year-old car made buying a Certified Pre-Owned Audi a big proposition for us for many reasons. To switch to an Audi was a difficult sell for us. Justin answered our many (many!) questions over the phone with sincerity and earnestness. He then arranged for us to talk to his colleague, Andrès, who was spectacular. Andrès exudes a confidence without an arrogance which is unusual for someone in a sales position. And he is humble enough to research something he may not fully know. Andrès took us on a test drive, explained the virtues of the Audi Q7, and helped us fall in love with this car. We have had many more questions since, and I cannot believe how able Andrès was in answering all (we mean all) of them. And yes, there were many many questions in switching to Audi from Lexus. Additionally, Andrès and Justin honored our appointment times, kept the process moving very smoothly in terms of paperwork, delivery, DMV registration, and the like. We couldn’t believe that in just a few, short days we were able to drive off the lot with full DMV plates and registration and all of our questions answered! Lastly, we greatly appreciated the support of Mo. Mo was instrumental in arranging the transfer of funds, the financial arrangements for purchase, and the delivery of the vehicle. He came organized each step of the way and was very detailed in providing and updating the contract, the forms needed for the DMV, and the paperwork required by your organization. Together, Justin, Andrès, and Mo formed “Team JAM”. And we could not give thanks enough for the kindness, efficiency, and coordination of this dynamic and thoughtful team.

I had 3 months left on the lease for my Lexus and decided just go to browse around since the Audi dealership is so close to Flushing. Ken Li came up to me and offer assistant when I was looking at the Q5. Ken was very informative and super patient with the entire process. (I was there for 3 hours) I had no intension to buy but end up going home with a brand new Q5. Ken didn't pressure me into buying anything but I felt obligated since I had 2 cups of triple expresso. lol
