I recently purchased a five year old BMW from Josh at Rockstar. This was my first experience with them and I have to say that I am very well pleased with the car and the overall buying experience. The primary reason I chose Rockstar was due to their selection. They even have a good number of high profile luxury vehicles and even though I wasn’t in the market for one of those, I could tell Josh and Rockstar valued me as a customer regardless. I chose to take advantage of their financing options and Bryan was very easy to work with. He helped us secure a loan with very competitive terms. The buying experience with Josh was relaxed & non-pressured and I felt he was completely honest with me from beginning to end. The car was exactly as presented on their website with no surprises and I was glad for that because we drove 100 miles to shop there. They were not flexible in price but I was okay with it because I felt the car was already reasonable priced so I feel like I got a fair deal. I would absolutely recommend Rockstar and will certainly consider them for my future vehicle purchases.

The buying experience at Rockstar Motorcars was top notch! I wanted to wait at least 6 months before I post a review, as you never know how a used car holds up once you leave the dealer. Well, 8 months and 11,000 miles after purchasing our 2002 Mercedes C320, we are happy to say we have not had one problem with this car. The car was presented in excellent condition. Now, any dealer can prep an older car to look great on their lot, but this car has actually maintained its luster and still looks close to showroom new! Josh took good care of us as our sales representative, and Ben helped us along with some creative finance options. If you are looking for a unique or specialty car, or just want to drive something fun.....go visit these guys!

I bought a BMW 335d from Rockstar in May 2014. The car was priced excellently and the buying process was an overall breeze. Rockstar is definitely different from most car dealerships ; it's located almost entirely in a warehouse. Very, very cool concept. Also, the overall dealership is a very neat place to visit. The sales staff was very hands off and I appreciated that very much. They let me do my thing but when I had a question there was a quick answer. Charlie, the owner, gave me a very good deal on the BMW I ended up purchasing. Ben, the finance manager at the time, recommended a few lending sources but I ended up going w/ a lender I had already picked out. He wasn't pushy at all and very helpful. The BMW has been a great car so far. The used car business is a tough one but this dealership has it figured out. There's a reason I paid almost a 1/3 less than new sticker on my BMW; it's a used vehicle! Taper your expectations to what you are looking at; these are used vehicles, not brand new. If you are in the market to buy a car check out Rockstar! They are great people and their cars are priced very well compared to other dealerships in town.

I was in the market for a hummer and shopped about 2 other dealers before coming to Rockstar Motors. BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had. John Terry was my salesman and never made me feel pressured and made me feel like family. They have a wide variety of beautiful high end cars and I'm blessed to be able to shop their. Great mechanics, the secretary was super sweet and the owner was a true car man and loved his job. I highly suggest there people in your next purchase ,they have my business!

Awesome dealership. Clean, beautiful showroom. The sales staff rocks. I could spend days there looking. I am very pleased with my purchase and love driving it as often as possible. I purchased a Mercedes-Benz from RockStar "sight unseen". You may think I'm nuts, but that's how much trust Josh instilled in me. So, I rolled the dice. Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communication, smooth transaction, they handled everything flawlessly. Outstanding customer service! Josh arranged for the car to be shipped to my location for only the transport cost, no hidden/extra fees. The vehicle arrived exactly as described and exactly as it was represented on their website. My wife was thrilled and we love the car. I had my mechanic check it out, just in case, and as promised the car is solid. Top notch guys all the way! Purchased a 2007 Corvette Z06 from Rockstar in July. Buying the car was a breeze and it was represented very accurately. Coming all the way from Texas, I was a bit apprehensive but everything went very well! They have an impressive dealership and I was given a tour of the facilities when I arrived to pick the car up. After the sale, I discovered there was no manual with the car. Charlie had it ordered and shipped to me in a week or two. A+! Rock on guys!

Recently purchased a 85' 442, pictures on Ebay and their website represented the car well. Rockstar picked me up at the airport and I drove the car back to my house(400 miles) with no issues. Like any used classic the car had a couple issues, but I was able to fix them on my own. Deravion my sales rep shared what he knew about the car, he wasn't an all out car guy, but he did well with the sale. Overall a good experiance and I would recommend them.

I ultimately figured out why this dealership uses the "Rockstar" moniker. From the moment I made an initial contact with Charlie who is the majority partner, the customer service service I experienced was nothing short of amazing. Charlie was available to answer any questions I had and I felt like I was conducting business with a close friend by the time I hit the road. I actually ended up spending a great deal of time here wowed by the cars in the show room and their high level of customer service. I live out of state in South Carolina but I will go out of my way to go through Rockstar for any future purchases because of how seamless this process was. Rockstar- you have locked down a customer for sure. Good luck with building the business further!

I had been looking for a certain car for a while. found many on websites, but when I saw the one on rockstar motors website, I knew I had to try to get it.a 1973 dodge charger rallye 340. I live in florida and rockstar motors is in tennessee. It was worth the drive for me to experience the way they do business. there are quite a few classic car dealers in florida, but my dealings in talking with them left a lot to be desired. Ben @ rockstar talked to me about the charger, very low keyed and easy going. I decided to take a drive up there over the weekend to check it out up close and test drive. Ben said meet him there @ 10:00am on saturday. I did, took test drive and then sat down to finalize the deal.spent a couple of hours at least and left very happy with the final deal. charlie the owner also stuck his head in and we talked about cars. these ARE car guy's to be sure.Charlie and Ben are rockstars and I plan on doing business with them in the future.the charger was everything Ben told me over the phone.almost all original in factory condition including the original window sticker and build sheet. It's not perfect, but close enough which works out great because I plan on driving and enjoying this classic. Rockstar from what I seen only deals with top muscle and high end vehicles.they have very high standards. Ben even hooked me up with a car shipping company that treated me and my car like their own. excellent. hat"s off to rockstar motors. thanks guy's. Don Sherman

I have never purchased a vehicle without having seen it first and test drive it which is rather frightening and risky especially if the vehicle is 27 years old with 197k miles. I took the risk and received my 1989 Land Cruiser exactly as described. Ben was especially patient with my concerns and went out of his way to ensure it had new Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires as I requested without an additional charge and also voluntarily put in a new Land Cruiser radio so it would have better reception. Ben also prepared the vehicle to the best of the mechanics ability. They rebuilt the front axle hubs, topped up rear axle, repaired the exhaust, performed tune up, ensured it passed the compression test, etc. The vehicle was detailed and all stains I originally saw on the seats in photos was removed. I received the original title via FedEx and Ben waited until he could find the best rate before shipping it to Kansas City. He declined previous shipping offers due to their rate being too high. Ben was even so kind as to want it to arrive to me with a full tank of gas. It was a very positive experience and outcome working with Ben at Rockstar Motors.

Today, i purchased my dream car from John Terry at Rockstar Motors, a Mercedes C63 AMG. I must admit, while driving up to Nashville from Atlanta, I had an uneasy feeling, driving 265 miles to buy a car pretty much sight unseen from a guy ive never even seen. Once John brought my wife, son and dog inside the showroom, that uneasy feeling immediately turned into giddyness. The car was better than he described, he gave us a great tour of their awesome and eclectic showroom and just made me feel like i was his first and only client of which made this the best car buying experience EVER. My wife and I recently made the drive from Houston , Texas to purchase a 2006 Audi A6 Wagon . Having communicated with Ben that we were coming up there , when we drove up , I got out the car & was greeted with him correctly calling my name so...........right off the bat entering this experience on a good note . After a great test drive , getting what I asked for my trade in. and hammering out a deal........we shook on it . Positive note #2 . Onward to the financing ............this was actually my first time trading in a vehicle that I still owed $$ on . Bryan was very clear and answered all questions that my wife & I had . He took his time with us and was SUPER in explaining the entire process . No smoke & mirrors , just showing us the numbers right in front of us unlike other dealerships that try & "sneak in " other charges & you end up with sticker shock . Felt completley comfortable when we were done with that phase of the car buying process . I guess him being a fellow Texan didn't hurt either ! We had an 800 mile drive back to Houston and I gotta tell you that was probably the best way to test our car . Plenty of rain , different road conditions , construction etc. and THE CAR PERFORMED LIKE A CHAMP. I am in agreement with another reviewer here as he stated ......."People your'e buying a Pre-owned car IT'S NOT NEW SO IT'S NOT GONNA BE PERFECT ! " SO.............I say DO YOUR HOMEWORK , RESEARCH THE CAR YOU'RE AFTER , RUN A CARFAX and with that knowledge walk in with your size 10's on and you'll walk out a happy camper like I did . I would gladly recommend Rockstar Motors for those in the market looking to buy . Nothing but a first class 5 star experience from a group of guys that were honest as the day is long . Cheers Robert

These guys know how to treat a customer. I bought a 2005 Crossfire SRT6 from them, and could not be happier with my purchase or the experience in general. Plus they have some nice eye candy there(cars). Military friendly as well. I live in Alabama, but that will not deter me from making these guys my go-to-dealership.

Rockstar found my new car (Volvo XC90) for me. I wanted it to be red with leather interior and it turned out even better with a cinnamon colored leather interior to die for. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, and I especially enjoyed DD and Cade. They had a big bow on the car. They have alot of great inventory...go by and check them out!
