I always take my golf cart to Boswell's for service. Service manager is always polite, patient and helpful to me. He is always willing to explain the what, how and why and the costs ... and options if there are any. I highly reccommend their service , and if I buy another golf cart, I will get it from Boswells.

Honesty and true customer service are a dying art in retail business. But not at Boswell’s on Spenser’s watch. Spencer at Boswell’s is why I will recommend them to anyone looking for great service or a quality cart! I am a Yamaha guy and when I buy my next new card it will be from Boswell‘s. I’ve gone out a few times recently and the last time I had a service question. So Spencer was the one who greeted me and asked how we could help. My existing 2015 had an issue. He patiently listened to my situation and they offered me great advice on how to fix the seemingly small issue that I was having that was causing big problems. Long story short is I had to bring it in after not being able to solve the problem myself. So instead of taking me for a ride on a very small issue, he chose to fix it for free and she showed me how to avoid it in the future. Little things like this make a lasting impression. Again, when I can afford my new cart, it will only be purchased at Boswell’s. They recognize that integrity is important and hire people that will reflect that priority. Kudos to Spenser and to Boswells! You have earned a customer for life.

We arrived before it was time for Spencer to be at work. We were greeted by a tall young man who asked if he could help us. Spencer arrived within 10 minutes .He immediately approached us and took care of our request. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back for any other golf cart issues I might have. They not only fixed the issues, but also took it upon themselves to go above and beyond by replacing rivets, and re-aligning our front end. I highly recommend Boswell's!!

They quickly diagnosed the issue with my cart that seemed to confuse everyone else. They offered a variety of golf cart improvements for me with reasonable pricing. Spencer in the service department took the time to go over the ins and out of an 1993 electric golf cart that was purchased from Boswell's in 1993, the cart had not run in more than 10-12 years. He took the time to come out in the parking lot while it was on the trailer to look at it. He had it running in about 15 minutes. Hats off to him and the knowledge he has in his craft.
