My service experience was exceptional. Check in went very smoothly. Ali was very engaging and explained the details of the what would happen and answered any questions that I had. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, Ali continually updated me as things progressed. Ali sent me the detailed assessment of the vehicle’s status and the work need to be completed. When she provided the requested estimate of a potential repair, I had the opportunity to decline it. The service was completed 30 minutes ahead of schedule. I had a very positive experience at Lexus of Maplewood, from my initial contact with Dave in sales to finalizing the deal with the finance manager. The finance manager (his name escapes me) honored very favorable financing approval numbers that were given to me over the phone earlier, even though ultimately they were not correct and necessitated an exception. This shows integrity and class, and puts the entire dealership up on a pedestal in my opinion. This is my first experience with Lexus service and it was a positive experience generally, with a couple notes: Picking up my vehicle after service, I entered the drop off bay and was directed by someone to the service writer area. No one in the service writer area greeted me although there were a couple individuals seemingly not working directly with customers. Unsure of what to do, I sat in a chair just aft of the customer chairs at the service desks. After several minutes someone entered from the drop bay and inquired as to my being there. That person then asked an advisor to assist me. I knew the touchscreen had been removed from my vehicle and had been sent out for repair. Upon getting into my vehicle, I noticed the airbag light was on, which was not illuminated when I dropped the vehicle. My vehicle was promptly brought back to the shop for inspection. Turns out, the parts removed were the culprit for the airbag light. It would have been more efficient for everyone involved if this information was communicated by the tech to the service advisor who would ideally communicate that to me as opposed to bringing the vehicle back to the shop, having a tech assess the issue and me (as well as the person who dropped me off) waiting and additional 20-30 minutes. With Lexus being premium brand, these things left a slight blemish on my percieved expected "premium" experience. Simple communication breakdowns, not the end of the world.

I had a great experience working with Jessica in the service department. She explained all the work my car needed in detail. She was transparent about pricing and why certain repairs were needed. In an industry where there is so much condescension towards people who don’t know much about cars, this experience was definitely a breath of fresh air. Can’t speak for the other members of the service department there, but Jessica was awesome.

The service team at Lexus of Maplewood is top notch. They greet you warmly when you arrive, appreciate you for being there and take great care of you. They text me with updates and let me know when my vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, my agent greeted by name and although he was working with another customer, had another agent prepare my statement and get me going because he knew I had a long drive home.

The salesman was congenial and worked diligently to order and obtain car I desired. It was a difficult process for him due to supply chain issues but after approximately 8 months he succeeded. Throughout the process he responded to my queries and kept me informed. However, I live 500 miles away with no dealer nearby. So it was disappointing when the service department did not contact me regarding a malfunction…after the salesman had asked them to do so.

Came in to get my rear passenger side breaks and rotor. They were very polite and friendly. I was worried about the cost, but they worked with me to keep it around my budget (only $15.62 over). I was offered a complimentary loaner car but opted for waiting it out due to snow. The lounge was stocked with drinks and snacks and a gentleman even turned the tv to something I was interested in. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I slid into a snow bank and popped my tire. I called Lexus, they connected me with Lexus roadside, a tow truck arrived in 20 mins (in the middle of a snow storm) brought my car to Lexus of Maplewood. I was there Tuesday September 20th to look at a BMW M4 that was available. I was immediately helped by Andy Solomonson upon walking in, he listened to what I had to say about the vehicle and was happy to let me test drive it. It was fun talking about the car and it's features with him, he was very knowledgeable about the brand even though he worked at a Lexus dealership. After the test drive, we talked about the car more and Andy happily provided some financial information to me upon request. I did not purchase the vehicle that day due to having another few appointments. Eventually, I had to pass on it. Beautiful car, amazing salesperson, clean dealership, it was an overall amazing experience. My one gripe was the customer parking lot, it was extremely bumpy and not very well maintained. The service side was much better and I should have parked on that side. I ESPECIALLY appreciated the lack of bias upon walking into the dealership. I was at another dealership looking at an M5. I won't give names but I walked in and wasn't helped for almost 10 minutes due to what I'm assuming was my age. Little did they know I had a 2017 BMW 330i Xdrive to trade-in. Overall a very excellent experience, I would highly recommend Lexus of Maplewood and Andy Solomonson.

Almost a month later and they still have not paid off the car they bought from me. They first sent the check to the wrong address, they "fixed" the problem and sent it to the correct address??? Why is my account still saying past due still? Why would you not have some urgency and overnight the check? It's now a week later after being "fixed". They also said they would take care of any late fees because of their mistake. We'll see I guess. Would not recommend. Edit: I did eventually get my check and the manager took care of us. It wasn't a fun experience overall.

I had about 1-1/2 hour wait for my second service (complimentary the first year) on my 2021 Lexus UX250h. This included an oil change and I tacked on buying all weather floor mats from across the street. They installed them for me as well. Comfortable seating area and tv plus drinks and snacks. Slick process to drop off, check in and come to completion. No issues and really pleasant. I really like how easy it is. Adding to my next experience, I had a tire rotation and alignment recommended interval - another great appointment. They take you right in and seat you with a service rep. Doug P. was great fun and handled my requests without issue. I highly recommend Lexus of Maplewood.

I called them at 7pm on Wednesday to inquire about it, and by Thursday at 5pm I was leaving the dealership with it. Eric took my initial phone call and I worked with him from start to finish. He was very friendly, personable, and also very considerate and understanding of my concerns. He explained every step of the process to me in a way that was both detailed and easy to understand. It was really cold out that day and when I arrived, the car was already at the front door with the heat on ready for a test drive. It is clear that Eric cares about his clients and the experience they have at this dealership. I took my used Lexus, which I had purchased elsewhere, to have a duplicate key made. They were quick to take care of my car, thoroughly explain the options, and offered a courtesy basic maintenance check (IE fluids, tire pressure etc,) which was fantastic since I was getting ready to go on a road trip. They mentioned one minor mechanical issue. That was also appreciated because while I hadn't mentioned it to them, I was hearing a sound from the vehicle that I was pretty certain I knew what it was (it was). This this further cements my trust in them.

Lexus of Maplewood has taken care of me for years. They are professional and pleasant to work with for my car needs. Doug was in charge of my last appointment to get my car detailed. I was running late, and he was happy to wait for me past closing. He was willing to spend an extra 30 minutes at work to make sure I was taken care of and happy. My car was a complete, dirty mess when I brought it in yesterday. When I picked it up, it was spotless. The technician had to put in extra time cleaning my vehicle because it was so dirty. Instead of rushing through and doing a quick job, he put in the extra work to give me top notch service. If I’m buying a Lexus, this is the only dealer I will go to for my car needs.

But they checked the car thoroughly, found a leaking water pump, and showed me photos of the leak to confirm what they had found. Neat! The vehicle was decent that we purchased. We also had installed the front hood fenders and nose cone protectant and so far it's a joke. It started lifting in three spots which they had to come and get the vehicle and do repairs on it. Now I took it through a carwash and The Blower's at the end lifted some more of it and water was behind it so I had to squeeze out the water and this time they say unfortunately it's from outside interference. I feel that a blower from a carwash should not lift this material. I would not recommend putting that film on any vehicle. Just plain bad install.

I made my appointment online several weeks ago and showed up at the appointed time was met by a very lovely young woman who checked me in and then handed me off to my service advisor Mike. Mike looked up the information on my vehicle and explained in detail what would be done on my car that day and quoted 90 minutes for a wait time. I was pleasantly surprised that they finished in under 90 minutes and more importantly I haven’t received this type of customer service care anywhere in a very very long time. We’ll done!! Recently I took my RX350 in for the 60,000 mile service. I was quoted on the phone that the service would be $600. When I returned to pick up the car and pay the bill, the charge was $731. I complained and the service tech adjusted the price to $660. If I hadn't complained, I would have been taken advantage of and overcharged. SHAME ON LEXUS! While my car was being serviced I was given a loaner to use. The inside of the loaner car was filthy! SHAME ON LEXUS AGAIN! I don't drive a Chevrolet. I drive a Lexus. I expect better treatment and for what I pay for a Lexus, I deserve better service.

I bought a used car (understand a used car as is) from Lexus of Maplewood for about the highest value you can buy an 07 LS 460 L for. But as I have dug into the car there’s a few smaller things that I would expect a dealership to look at before they sell a car like the air filters were disgusting and full of stuff, the engine bay was filthy and so was inside the gas door, also the headlight was out (hid expensive bulb), a rear mudguard was shredded and falling off. Eric was a great salesman, but I also felt like it was rushed and the car wasn’t properly prepared for the sale. Great car all around. It’s the smaller stuff that I just had to fix up on it after I bought it for the higher price of book value was just a little annoying. And costly.

We had an appointment for 8am to diagnose a check engine light and were seen immediately upon arrival. Mike was very friendly and helpful and explained the process of identifying the issue. We were provided a newer Lexus as a loaner and immediately upon leaving the service department I received a text with Mike’s direct line in case we had any questions. They diagnosed the issue in just over an hour and sent us the quote for approval. Three and a half hours later the car was ready. We were very pleased to get this taken care of so quickly because we were leaving town the next day and would be gone for 6 weeks. We basically had one day between trips to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Called the Service department, Kyle helped me over the phone determined that I had a bad alternator. It’ll be best if I came directly in because the car would not go much more than 10 miles using the battery. I just barely made it there and it did in fact die in front of the garage door at the Lexus Dealer. They turned it around in 24 hours and also loaned me a car which allowed my day to run much more smoothly and had a had to tow the car.

Bought a used chrysler here a few months ago. The salesperson and manager I worked with were fine, about what you'd expect. My problem was with whoever did the maintenance before I bought the car. The oil they changed was about a quart low and a taillight was cracked, but that wasn't that bad. In less than a week, however, I was leaving puddles of transmission fluid wherever I went because they overfilled the transmission fluid. It needed $1000 of work to fix, which they did for me luckily. Hopefully there was no permanent damage to the transmission. I also went to a tire shop recently because my tires were leaking constantly and I was told that it was because they put the wrong size tire on, so I had to buy new tires. I'm not sure if the dealership put them on, but the tires looked new and the car is 8 years old. Call me old fashioned, but I don't think a car should need $2000 of work within 4 months of owning it. Edit: Matt Saunders, who is the used car manager I believe, has been very helpful in trying to make the issues right. They did fix the transmission lines that broke free of charge for me when that happened. He also offered free oil changes for the tires inconvenience once he heard of the issue. This company does really seem to care about how the customer feels. Some used cars have issues (and I have a talent for finding them), but that's not necessarily their fault. I'm still overall happy with my purchase.

I was a little surprised today when I took my car in to get an oil change the guy that help me was great they usually wash your car and vacuum it out just wipe it down they did not touch my car with a vacuum my car was all wet when they brought it in so no one even wiped down I was willing to wait I don’t know what the reason for that was but absolutely no vacuuming and it really did need it. After experiencing a "dead" battery, I returned my Lexus to the dealer and was asked to leave it overnight so that a thorough review could be made of the problem. On the following day it was determined that a "DCM and Firmware Update" was needed to potentially address the problem. This was done and I picked the car up this morning to find that they had also washed the car and vacuumed the interior. Personnel at the dealership listened carefully to my explanation of when/how the problem had occurred and later called to leave a message as to what would be done...and when the car could be picked up. In the interim, they provided a "loaner car" for my use. I am completely satisfied with the service I experienced even when the service department seemed extremely busy. Thanks Lexus of Maplewood!

Great place to work with. Christian (our salesperson), was attentive and listened to our questions and answered them directly. The price they offered was fair, as well as the amount for my trade in . I would definitely recommend them for anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. My only issue happened a few days later when we received a voice mail from a woman wanting to set up our first service appointment. She spoke so fast that I had to repeat the voice mail message 4 times in order to get the phone number that she wanted us to call back. When I called that number it was not in service. I also find it odd that they wanted to set up a service appointment before I even have the car, especially when it is my understanding that the first service is a year off. Having said all of this, the overall process was the best I have ever had with the purchase of a new car.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Cost me $117 for the oil change and tire rotation it took over two hours. Unacceptable. Got my car back from the car wash and it wasn’t even dried. This place is lost it’s touch and attention to detail. Also tried to sell me a useless fuel cleaner for 160 bucks. They have lost my trust!

Excellent dealership! I went in for routine maintenance, and they found a small leak that was covered by warranty. Since it was going to take awhile they offered me a loaner. A few blocks from the dealership an inattentive driver darted out in front of me and I almost got stopped but I broadsided him. After calling authorities and having the accident investigated, I called the dealership. They worked with me getting accident reported, just glad everybody was safe.

I came in on Saturday to look at a used car and decided to wait until Monday to decide whether or not I was going to purchase it. I worked with Dan and he was great! I called in Monday and put a deposit down and was emailing with Dan back and forth to make sure I had everything I needed to be able to buy the car. He was very prompt and helpful with his responses. I came in on Friday to sign the paperwork and worked with Dan and Jorge. Jorge was very thorough when we went through the paperwork. They had also removed some of the dents that were in the car when I originally looked at it! Maplewood Lexus had vehicle that I was interested in. I arrived after contacting the sales rep via Facebook messenger through marketplace. Whenever I’m in the market I always go and physically look and test drive before I do anything! This particular vehicle is what I wanted and had the features. The only thing I wish it did have was being fully detailed and reconditioned cosmetically! I know that most dealers would not put too much money into a vehicle since the price will reflect what has been done to it. If the vehicle was not a one owner and did not have a good track record I would have not purchased. I purchased a used Acura TLX from Lexus of Maplewood. I noticed dried oil around the valve cover gasket. I mentioned it to Ray and he told me he had a tech look at it and the tech concluded it was not leaking. 1 month later after taking the car to my mechanic, he told me the valve cover gasket is leaking and in need of replacement. I reached out to the GM Matt and he agreed since it was promised as a contingent of the deal that they would have the vehicle repaired. They paid for the entire bill completely out of warranty and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the car was being repaired at Acura of Bloomington. Highly recommend Lexus of Maplewood! This Lexus Dealership, in particular, has surpassed any expectations i’ve imagined in terms of personal service and overall customer care. I brought in my Lexus to their dealership, which mind you I didn’t even purchase from them, for a routine manufacture recall. They gave me a free loaner (brand new ES-350), which was unexpected. Also unexpected, they told me to feel free to bring it back when it’s convenient for me to do so, because I lived 150 miles from the dealership. Two days later, when I came back to return the loaner and pick up my own vehicle, the car was spot clean, in and out, plus they also filled up my vehicle with gas, at no charge. That’s right, they filled my gas tank, at least a $60 dollar expense, as it was on empty when I had initially brought it in for service. Also, I forgot to mention they kept the dealership open an extra 20 minutes passed closing time, because I was running late to get there. When I arrived they greeted me with smiles on their face and asked how I enjoyed the loaner. Then pulled up my vehicle shook my hand and I was on my way. Everything done free of charge, as well as included a complimentary inspection of items needing service in the near future, sending me with a print out of their full inspection and findings. Talk about first-rate 5***** service, which is unsurpassed by others, including BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc... I will definitely be returning for any and all my future Lexus service needs. We purchased a used 2017 Nissan in early August 2020. At the beginning of October we started to have problems with a tire losing air. At a local tire service center I was informed that the tires were 9 years old (on a 3 year old vehicle). Although they had much more than 50% tread life remaining the leak was not repairable. To start off I have to say: Lexus is completely the best and only luxury brand to look for. We’ve owned Audi, BMW, Lincoln & Mercedes-Benz brands in the past and we will never go back to any of them. They cannot touch the base features (power seats, led lights all the way around, many more) and charge you extra for these. On top is the reliability Lexus offers that basically nobody can touch. Next on our experience: We just purchased our 6th Lexus and our first one buying here in Maplewood. I do have to say the experience was the best ever. The dealership was clean, the staff was friendly, the sales people were professionals but not pushy. We worked with Greg in used car sales and we would recommend everyone possible to him and return to him in the future. Lexus has so many things going for them, and on top of that the experience in Maplewood blew us away. We still are talking about how much we loved dealing with them 2 days after we took delivery of the car. We did purchase pre-owned and the car was 99% when we came and looked at it. The 3 minor cosmetic things we pointed out they polished and cleaned in less than 24 hours of us looking at the car to get it ready for us to pick up, and even scheduled an appointment. I cannot say enough good. If you’re in the market for a used car, L/Certified car, or new Lexus, it’s worth your while to make your stop at this dealership as they will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can.

I took my car in because it had an intermittent rattle coming from underneath the car. The service representative said the head of the service department would ride with me to identify the problem. Since the rattle was hard to replicate, it was a long ride, but when we finally heard the noise for two seconds, the service manager told me it sounded like a bent head shield. An hour later I got a video tape showing the underside of my car with a bent heat shield that they immediately fixed. I couldn’t be more impressed by the quality of the service I received.

I was debating between two different makes and she answered questions but did not try to sway me. Sara even came in to work a few hours early just to meet us on our time frame. Service was helpful and knowledgeable. Check engine light was quoted at $1,300 so I said do not fix it. The other repairs were $1,400 and my garage had replaced the sensor last year for $200 but the after market part did not have the correct specifications from Lexus.

This was hands down the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I have been looking to get into the new Lexus LC 500 for a few months now. After having no luck in finding a salesperson to assist me in finding the one with my specific preferences, I had contacted Tim Frederick at Lexus of Maplewood. Tim was very knowledgeable and did a great job LISTENING. He was able to find my specific LC and have it shipped to their lot. I feel that sometimes throughout the car buying process, certain dealerships don't have the right people to educate the new buyer on the features of their vehicles. It was different here. I worked with Mike Mullan to get my car service and he was awesome. He was patient with me as I had to call an out of state Lexus dealer to get information on my maintenance plan. He even called the maintenance company for me so that I would not have to pay for the service due to my existing maintenance plan. Also, he took the time to explain and show me pictures of the recommended maintenance work that was needed on my vehicle. This was great because it made me feel like they weren’t just trying to get me pay for unnecessary repairs as is typical when you take your car in for service. Lastly, he changed the battery in my car key free of charge. I’ve been very stressed with an upcoming overseas move and the cost of preparing my vehicle for shipment. Mike’s very professional attitude, patient, teacher mentally and the detailed attention he gave me really made my day. A Monday I might add at that. Lol I’m very grateful for him. Upon final inspection of the vehicle, I noticed some damage to the door paneling.
