We came to Fury Motors in St Paul at 11am on a Thursday. We bought 2022 Renegade Altitude for $31,735 after $2000 factory rebate. We paid cash for a swift transaction. We didn't want to waste time haggling, but you still have to deal with Finance Department, regardless if paying cash. They write-up final bill. The Finance person is obligated by Chrysler to pitch their different extended warranties. You are not obligated to listen to this sales pitch. Simply tell them you're aware that you can opt to buy an extended warranty at anytime. Jeep Renegade comes with 3 year bumper to bumper and 5 years drive train warranty. We took final delivery at 2:30pm, after returning with cashiers check. Interesting note, we were the only customers there from 11am - 2:30pm and inventory choices were good. I think the public is still under impression there's inflated prices and inventory shortages. Chrysler and their sales staff are working hard to convince public to return. It's 2022 and Fury Motors still isn't aware of the Internet. Week later after delivery, I emailed Fury Motors through their website (didn't want to be on hold with a phone call) asking for explanation why a tool is missing from cargo area above the spare? Never received response. You need to work on your digital engagement. I see several bad reviews on Google without responses from you. Bloomington Jeep eclipses you with their digital engagement. Salesman Drew: Props for always taking the public calls. Salesman Chang: Very courteous and helpful. Shawn in Finance: Nice guy, great sense of humor Tom in Finance: Quick to answer Voice mails. Parts Department Staff: Helpful with any questions about your vehicle.

Very helpful professional workers and salesman. Went in for an oil change and found that they have a lounge area and it's very large with cubicles for privacy, spot with a TV and plenty of chairs. Also large tables for family seating. Great of you have kids so you can bring some food along and feed them while they are working on your vehicle. Very calm atmosphere.

Purchased a 2012 jeep wrangler soft top. Had an issue with my purchase. The salesman Jason called me up said the Gm wanted to make it right. And they did. Only thing i did not get is how he didn't get credit for the sale. Though we put a inquiry in online night before chose to drive to it in morning before we even had a call from Internet person. Recently, I made an appointment for a oil change at the Fury Stillwater Motors. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment I drove into the auto bay. Michelle came right over to talk to me hardly a moment after I turned off the car. Checked me in and took me over to relax in the custoner service area. The area was clean and had assorted drinks to make for myself, while I waited. Once the crew had time to look my Jeep over and checked all the points on their list, a problem was discovered. I was actually surprised there was a problem, but so glad they spotted it. There was a major problem with my rear brakes, the pads and rotors where in very bad shape. Michelle explained everything thoroughly for me, easily to understand, and what was necessary to fix the problem, and quoted the price and timeline for the repair. I was surprised and very pleased to know they had time and the staff to fix this oroblem that day, especially since I knew they had a full schedule that day. Mikki Morin, Sales Manager, made several trips over to the customer service area to make sure all was well, and everything was to my satisfaction. Before I knew it, all was repaired and I was on my way. The Sales Manager, Mikki, and Michelle, and all the staff that work behind the scenes made me feel like family, rather than just another customer or a number in a file. They have impressed me over and over with their kind and caring ways. i would highly recommend giving Fury Stillwater Motors for all your vehicle needs.

I had an engine issue with my ram 1500 eco-diesel which turned out to be catastrophic. Fury Motors helped get a flatbed to my truck and get it hauled over so they could analyze and determine what the problem was. From the very beginning they kept me abreast of the situation. It took almost 5 months to get an engine which was completely covered under warranty it was installed quickly and extremely efficiently. I would recommend Fury Motors to anybody looking for a vehicle be it a truck or a car and to utilize their service department which is second to none. AMAZING! I dragged my very reluctant wife into the dealership on a Saturday morning after speaking with Sean L., he had called me after I had inquired about Ram trucks online. Several dealers called me back but, Sean was detailed, asked the right questions and a true sales professional. After all, I really didn't know what I didnt know. He asked me what I wanted to see and what my wifes name was. He even confirmed our appointment. We first stopped by a Toyota where I had scheduled to test drive a pre ordered Platinum Tundra. An amazing new truck BTW! So, of course when we get there Sean greats us both by name and confirms the correct spelling of my wifes name. NOT the DMV experience we have been getting at Toyota. So, we get in the RAM and my wife looks at me... and says, If you buy that Toyota, you are stupid. This is way better! We go back and I explain my delima... we are a Toyota family. We love(d)? Toyota! That's when Sean introduced us to Justin. Justin then conspires against me with my once unwilling to look at RAM Trucks wife, to build the RAM of my dreams. (I had to go back a few days later and change my order) but Justin and Sean never seemed annoyed, never seemed bothered to help, never pressured me to buy anything. Talked us through each option. They are both too good to be true... so I went to the RAM dealership next to my house and got the bad customer service I needed to believe these guys are the real deal!!! Thank you so much! This is the ONLY place I can recommend with GREAT customer service and a LARGE inventory of vehicles. I was searching for months to find a vehicle I liked and when I would go and test drive vehicles other places, they barely bat an eyelash at me! Then they would follow up the test drive with absurd pricing. I get it that inventory is low, but to jack up the prices on what little you have? Big yikes. I had the pleasure of working with Trevor Neal at Fury and my goodness, what a intelligent guy! He showed me every feature in all of the vehicles and was extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of the sale. Smart, straight forward, and also humorous. He easily made the car shopping experience stress-free and a ton of fun to do. Most other dealerships made me kind of figure out the vehicle on my own and would just stand and watch me struggle. Trevor told me about features I never even knew existed! Nicole Westergreen met with me to discuss financing. I had a payment in mind and she was able to find me the best offer that I ended up being able to qualify for an even lower payment than what I thought! She was so kind and hilarious too. I could tell that she took her job quite seriously and wanted to do what was best for each customer. Besides working with those two awesome individuals, everyone at that dealership treated me with kindness and respect. I had came back the next day when I made up my mind on buying a vehicle, and several other salesmen recognized me and even said, "Welcome back". Well, we love our new Pacifica and wanted to give a shout out to Fury service for an issue we already had with the driver-side sliding door. The issue rendered it pretty much undriveable and I was initially told on the Saturday I brought it in that the part won't be in for another month!!! But I called our sales Rep Ryan (awesome dude, btw) the following Monday and he got the Service Manager Brian to find the part via other means immediately and it arrived that day! The Service Advisor Michelle was so nice, understanding and helpful through the entire process. I've read so many horror stories about being w/o your vehicle due to parts scarcity...well not at Fury! Brought my car in because my 4WD went out after replacing tires at an unnamed tire store and one of the service advisors Jason realized in minutes that my problem was the unnamed tire store put the incorrect tire size on in the front causing the 4WD to malfunction and saved me $4200 in repairs because the unnamed tire store was liable for the damage and thankfully the unnamed tire store agreed with Jason and paid for the repair I have always been a Ram and Jeep guy I am now a Fury Motors Ram and Jeep guy Customer for life Great job Jason

My husband checked out a car online and called Fury to ask about it. Ben Stickney answered all his questions and got him set up with the paperwork he needed. My husband contacted me and was excited, said he really liked Ben and asked me to leave work early to go check this car out. My husband contacted the bank and got everything set up. We went to Fury to look the car over and test drive it. Ben was very nice, professional, and easy going. He told us about all the features and controls. He was very respectful with me. I liked how he made everything so easy and quick. We both think he went above and beyond, working the numbers to make it fit. I told him about the troubles I had with my low slung car last winter, and how I needed a better winter ride. The dealership I got my Genesis turbo coupe from also sells jeeps. They keep contacting me to buy my car back so they can sell me a jeep. Though my salesperson was good, the guy who processed the paperwork was rude and condescending, as he took a cheap shot at me in front of a bunch of guys. I almost walked out without buying the car, but I needed it since my previous car had the front end ripped off in an accident. I will never do business with any dealerships that employs men who disrespect women. Ben showed me a jeep while the down payment was being processed. I felt really good talking to Ben and will definitely buy my jeep from him. The question is when. My husband and I were discussing what I owe on my car, and possibly trading both my car and his truck towards a jeep. Otherwise I'd keep the car a year longer and pay more of it off, and drive my husband's truck in the snow. We will be picking up my husband's car tomorrow, and scheduling a remote start installation. We will be discussing a jeep tomorrow also. So if the numbers work, and if they have a jeep that fits me, Ben will definitely have our business again right away. This was literally my best experience with a car dealership. I'll admit I was wary walking in, considering my last few bad experiences with dealerships, but was greeted warmly and immediately directed to Ben, who was just finishing up with someone. I would definitely recommend Fury to people, especially other women, who want to be treated with respect and dignity. Update: Ben and my husband worked a deal on repairs so I could buy the jeep. Literally, it took only a few days. I love it and feel confident about driving this winter. I am so happy with how everything went down, how well I was treated, and how Ben made it happen for me, and for my husband. Phil was great to work with, getting me set up with another key and getting it programmed. I'll definitely do business at Fury again in the future. Sales people need time to turn off work just like the rest of us. The General Sales Manager Justin was great to work out the sale/numbers with. Felt like I was treated better than any other dealer would have. Zero complaints there, I'm so happy with how it all turned out. The finance manager Nicole was very pleasant and helped answer any and all questioned I had. My wife went to pick up our new Gladiator for us, they made special arrangements for the sign out at my request which my wife reported went very smoothly. She also mentioned everyone she met with was very nice, respectful, professional and courteous to her. She felt like she was a "VIP customer". That says everything to me right there. I look forward to going back for service, it's a bit out of the way for me and I'll pass several jeep dealerships to do so but with the experience we had in the front of the house, I am extremely confident the experience I'll have in service will be just as good. You can tell it's this businesses culture ro treat their customers the way they should be. In fact I have to come back for a spray in bedliner and custom leather interior and when I do so I'll be bringing everyone we worked with a gift for all they've done for us. April 2017 - Just purchased a 2017 Wrangler Unlimited. Skyler was our salesman and he was excellent. Dominic was our finance manager and was just as good. The reason it wasn't five stars is because when comparing our previous purchasing experience to this one, we were left with final impressions of lack of attention to detail by sending us on our way with very little gas in the tank and a key alone. Somehow a keychain from the dealership just adds a little class. Just simple feedback. Overall, very happy. ** Fast forward to July 2020 - Just replaced my battery. My 2017 Jeep had a 4 year old battery right off the showroom floor. The battery was dated 2013. This now makes sense why a 3 year old Jeep would have a battery that would fail so soon. I'm fine with normal maintenance and wear and tear, but this was a little soon. Kind of disappointing.

I bought a 3 year old, pre-owened RAM 1500 from these guys and when I washed it the first time after about a week, I noticed the rear window leaks. Turns out it was a common problem. The 3rd brake light on the cab does not seal properly and leaks into the interior of the truck. They would not replace the tail light for me. I had a decent experience otherwise, but these fine details is what separates good dealership from a great one. $75.00 part that I ordered myself elsewhere. EDIT: The general manager called me directly, apologized and helped me get this problem resolved. That phone call completely changed my opinion and was the type of service I was looking for. Thanks!

Can be a little cramped for parking. Only dealt with salespeople so far and always been treated courteously and respectfully. Deals have been what we wanted and with no hard pressure sell. Edit : after taking my two Jeeps here for various services/repairs I would not recommend using them. Appointment times mean nothing. They don't deliver on times for car being ready. Mostly stood waiting for a while for an advisor when I get there. The phone system is awful. Hopefully it's the system and not advisors hanging up on you randomly and putting you through to random people. Buy here, service elsewhere.

I recently purchased a Ram cargo van from Jenn Kunkel who is the internet manager at Fury Motors and I could not be happier. When I originally reached out to her she informed me that because of the chip shortage and how our world has changed, these were very difficult to find. I told her I needed it for my rental company and had over committed our rental schedule and was literally begging for help. I had contacted several dealerships and not one dealership offered to try and locate one for me. Jenn promised me that she would bust her (you know what) to find me one. She was tenacious contacting me daily and giving me updates continuously. Finally after 3 weeks, she came thru! Here's the amazing part; these things are so rare to find that she could have charged me 10% more than I paid and I would have been forced to pay it. Jenn is an amazingly hard worker with such a high standard of professionalism, integrity, honesty and truly a woman of her word, a rare commodity in our world today. I only heard no from her once, when we invited her to our family Thanksgiving dinner (LOL). After a month she has become part of our family. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, you need to reach out to Jenn. Thank you Jenn for a great experience and will see you next time I need another cargo van!

However after they have done your service when you have a question or concern it is like pulling teeth to be able to get in touch with a service advisor. The ladies at the front desk know my name and voice and I know theirs. That's how hard it is to get a SA on the phone. Incredible customer service! Our family was set to drive back to San Antonio this morning after a 2-week stay for work and leisure. At 9:30pm last night our van started making a terrible rattling noise. We originally purchased our Chrysler Pacifica from Fury Motors so decided to cross our fingers and toes and show up at 7:15 a.m. to see if their service department could help. My husband’s leave ends Monday morning so we were nervous about how long the repair may take and whether we’d make it back to San Antonio on time. Jeff greeted us, brought us right in, and his team found the culprit… a rock that had become caught behind a panel and rotor. All that worry over a rock. They also quickly repaired the panel near the wheel that had come loose. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and on the road. This was the second vehicle we bought from Fury in the last few months. Jenn was our salesperson for both of them and she was the best ever. After telling her what model we wanted she showed several different trims, colors etc until we knew which one we wanted to buy. Once we had our Jeep picked out we were not at the dealer for more then 2hrs start to finish. During those few hours Jenn took the time to explain to us all the options the Jeep had, helped us get our phones set up and activated the xm radio. After comparison shopping a few available options for my commercial work vehicle I actually ended up at Fury out of frustration. After being greeted by the door from a stranger with a friendly smile who asked what my needs were, I was immediately directed to Mike Kings office. He asked me exactly what I needed and told me the lowest he could offer it to me for. No haggling, no nonsense, no back and forth dance wasting my time. Just respectful, honest, meaningful conversation. In business I appreciate this more than the average bear because there is always something else I could be doing, and who actually enjoys car shopping?? In the end I purchased a 2500 ProMaster for approximately 7k cheaper than the other comparable vehicles on the market. Something I can stand in at 6' 1", giant comfortable captain seats, 10'+ of rear storage space, front wheel drive for the inclimate weather, and even accommodated the details like additional LED strip lighting and a remote start which is a required amenity for me living in arctic MN. Purchasing my new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Freedom Edition was a piece of cake. Great service, from start to the signing of the documents. As soon as you drive off the lot that is where customer service ends. Was told that we'd get a Thank you letter along with business cards from our sales person Jenn but that never happened. Took the Jeep in to get the under coating and when we picked it up and asked where was the Jeep the reply was "Oh, it's out front somewhere". No call to see how we liked it since this was our first Chrysler vehicle that we ever purchased. Nothing! Oh wait, we did get a coupon for a free oil change. If you think I'm driving 30 some miles for an oil change you better think again. If they had great customer service it would be worth the drive but they don't so we won't. Over all, the selection of vehicles is great, but the customer service is not. Hard to recommend when you aren't sure what they will get. Don't you just hate it when you recommend something to somebody and they weren't treated great? Well that is how we feel about Fury Motors.

Went looking for a used vehicle with pre-approved credit through our credit union. Sales associate was excellent and helped us narrow what we were looking for. Then the reason for a lost star.. the finance person came over to go over the numbers but was vary pushy even though we were fine with the financing we already had in place. Felt like your usual used car salesman.

I haven't had many problems with the car I purchased from Fury Motors, but every time I have had a problem with it the staff in the service department has always been extremely helpful, professional and thorough in their work. I was in regular contact with an adviser named Summer during my last visit and she did an excellent job keeping me informed every time something I needed to know came up. I'm also very happy I purchased the service warranty that I did for my car because it's taken care of literally everything except oil changes for me so far, including a rental car so I have transportation while my car was being repaired. I'm very happy with the service at Fury Motors, and with my purchase. And that's why not only I, but several members of my family have purchased vehicles at Fury Motors as well. Keep up the good work guys, you should be proud of the job you do.

Hands down the best. I live in Nashville and got on a plane to Fury Motors recently JUST to see Jenn Kunkel. I had met her in Mexico a year ago, and she mentioned she could get my dream Jeep when I was ready. One flight later and a ton of signatures I drove home with my 4 door white Rubicon Jeep. I couldn’t be happier. Her attention to detail and customer care was like no other (and I’m a high maintenance chick). She spent more than enough time (ahead of time) in making sure I was going to get exactly what I wanted. And when I wanted to settle she said NO. I will continue to use her and Fury in the future for all my Jeep needs (trying to convince my husband to buy a truck…). Thanks Jenn you are literally the best!

I had been talking to Ty for a few days from sales to see if we could possibly get me into a bigger vehicle. He was very through asking me questions to help narrow down the choices and see what would work best for us. I went down yesterday and every person I interacted with were extremely friendly and professional. Ty was not only friendly but also very personable. He made sure to show me all the features on each vehicle I test drove and compare/explain the difference between the two. Ty was very informative and made sure to answer any questions I had. I ended up leasing a vehicle and this was new to me he was very helpful with the process and explaing the difference between leasing and purchasing. He was also super helpful with my kids I have an older child and an infant. Ty was more than happy to help me carry the baby bag or car seat. Skykar was the finance manager we worked with and he was also very through and making sure to explain everything well. He was very patient with us as my husband who came down at this point was asking about different things that changed the numbers a bit. The dealership in all was very beautiful and had a very nice waiting area. I loved that they had a place for kids to play. My oldest enjoyed the xbox of course. My youngest was able to crawl around and play with a few toys also. I highly recommend Fury Motors of S Saint Paul. We will definitely be going back when we are ready for another vehicle.
