Justin, Brian, and the whole crew were awesome. Traded in a beautiful motorcycle for a beautiful Polaris 570 touring.... and a Karavan trailer. The experience was perfect. It took Polaris 8 weeks to deliver my new, atv, but none the less, we are very happy. It was a great interaction, and none of the garbage that you get from the "big" sports dealers. This is my shop from now on!

First off let me say that from a salesperson by trade to work with Shane Axel was an amazing experience . It’s nice to find someone who is truly passionate about their job and know the answer to anything you ask and if not will find out (I couldn’t find anything I had researched that he didn’t already know however). His product knowledge was amazing ! If you are looking for someone who is not another face showing up to work to answer questions merely then ask for Shane Axel. He’s your man ! A genuine smile and willingness ti help and will allow you to talk and listens very well. Then can come up with a plan and help you reach your budget! Will definitely refer anyone I know to here ! Awesome buying experience, and truly honest dealership. I purchased a used motorcycle, even though it wasn’t a huge sale they were attentive and knowledgeable. I got a great deal on a great bike. Even after the sale was completed and I notice a quirk with the bike, I contacted them and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I Highly recommend this place for any power sports needs. This was our first time purchase of a Polaris Ranger and I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience my husband and I had at this store. The staff is great to work with. Derek was a no pressure, no hassle sales person who we found to be extremely knowledgeable and personable which made our decision that much easier. The other thing we found great is that they work together as a team so when one person is out or working with a customer they have other staff on hand to help you out. Justin was also very helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions. We had been back and forth between new and used and had visited other dealers in the cities but this place is hands down the best. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for any type of ATV or Utility vehicle to go there.

Chopper city /Nate was great! Me being an ATV noob, Nate took a lot of time to answer all my questions. He also took even more time when I arrived the next day to pick up my 2 ATV's. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional and down to earth. Going forward all service and future purchases will be at Chopper City.

I took a lot of his time but he never pressured me. He even help me load it and tie it down on my trailer. Strongly recommend Derek.

The staff remembers me when I go in there to purchase items, and I get treated like a friend not just another customer or another dollar bill. Wish I could give more then 5 stars! I had a unique situation in that the head gasket was done and my ATV’s factory warranty expired with only 43 miles on my Sportsman 450. Chopper City stayed in constant contact with myself and Polaris to get the issue resolved. Chopper City eventually provided MORE then enough information to prove to Polaris that it was a factory defect. Because of Chopper City’s efforts, parts and labor were covered by Polaris and I got my wheeler back in a month with everything in great shape and just in time to plow the next snow fall. As far as I’m concerned they are the only Polaris dealership in town that I will purchase anything from and I plan to shamelessly plug Chopper City any time I can. Thanks guys!

This was the first time I had repair work done at Chopper City. I started with Cory and he gave me an estimate to complete the work. When I picked up the snowmobile, I was very satisfied with the work done and the amount of the repair. There was some miscommunication when Cory was not at work, but that got taken care of, and that is the only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

It took a while to get a salesperson to help us (several employees looked at us, appearing to pass judgment we were not there to buy anything) but once we were helped, we found this dealership was far superior to our other options for buying an ATV. The only other things I disliked is that the ATV we purchased did not come with a full tank of gas (it only had about a gallon of gas) and when I checked the tire pressure after getting the ATV home, the tires had basically no pressure and were flat.
