Highly recommend this dealership. The salesperson Cheilinette was able to find me a good AWD vehicle really quick. The finance manager Rogelio helped me with the financing and I was able to leave with a very good interest rate that I was not expecting for my first time purchasing a lot vehicle! I had a great experience with Van Horn Latino! Friendly people with good customer service. Antonio and Christian made my truck buying experience really smooth and effortless. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma from them and it was clean as a whistle. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five is because I left the dealership with only one set of keys, but they have been helpful about making the situation right and are in the process of mailing me a second set. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle!

We popped in for an oil change on a recently purchased vehicle. Van Horn offers free oil changes as long as you own the car, which is awesome. This location had very kind and courteous staff. Miguel who was our tech had a neat appearance and was really professional. He took extra time to explain everything they did while they had my car. We had a really great experience!

From the time I made the appointment on the phone till the date of service I was treated well. The administrative assistant who answered the phone and made the appointment was polite, professional, and efficient. Miguel Ramirez, the Service Manager was personable, professional, and attentive. Within a minute or so, Miguel obtained my keys and walked to my car. I noticed the Miguel did a walk around inspection for previous damage, before driving the car into the service area. There was existing damage on the passenger side door and I observed Miguel stop at that location and jot down a note. I point out that small detail so the Van Horn “family” is aware that Miguel has the best interests of the company in mind. The promptness of getting the car into the service bay when it is only scheduled for an oil change makes sense, because there should be an assumption that I am going to remain on site. As I have pointed out, that’s exactly what Miguel did. The waiting room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the padded chairs as hard plastic chairs are hard on the body of a middle aged man. One of the best services I’ve gotten! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, it was a very great environment from the start. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and asked what car interested us. As we started talking about the car options the one I wanted wasn’t available at the time.
