I was in and out, Scott the salesman was professional and friendly, it was a great day for us both!! Update: it’s been 5 months since this review and 16 days after I bought this vehicle it literally fell apart and has been at Lake ever since, communication has fell void and I’m at a complete loss waiting on a $30 part. Feel free to reach out and help to rectify this incredible loss.

I was in a couple of times this week and the new salesman Noah has been very attentive to my needs. He's going to be going places in this business! It's great to see they're finally getting new cars they were some in the showroom! You have to see the inside of this dealership! It's been completely remodeled and it is gorgeous in there! It's worth the trip just to see the inside of the building! Noah is looking for a special car for me for a friend and I appreciate his getting back to me several times!

I normally dread car shopping but Nick and his team made it unusually easy for me. I was traveling for work several weeks in a row but Nick made it easy and we took care of almost everything without me having to set foot into the dealership. They took the time to understand what I needed in my next vehicle and did not try to oversell/put me into a different vehicle based on what was on the lot. Nick was very respectful (& patient) with me throughout the whole process. He was also very knowledgeable and knew not only the Chevrolet lineup but their competition's lineup of vehicles as well. Very satisfied customer!

Purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu in late 2022. Luis was extremely professional and low pressure to work with. Walked us through the process and helped my wife understand some of the newer features (her last car was a 2007 truck). Excellent experience, would buy from again. The car had just been traded in and had some minor damage to the front bumper. Repairs were handled and the car is great!
Couple of cons - didn't have the second key available, had to go back to get that. Also did not include the car registration in the take home packet. Both issues were rectified within a couple of days. 5 stars

Purchased my Chevy in 2012 and have been getting it serviced at Lake Chevy since then. The Service Department and Service team have been absolutely amazing throughout the years. They have continued to keep me updated throughout the service visit and I have always felt that I was being taken care of as a customer. I don't want to knock on my vehicle, but it has seen the service department alot. I have grown to have a great relationship with the The service team and their service technicians. Thank you Lake Chevy for the past decade of service and keeping my Chevy in top working condition and on the road.

Everyone was friendly and the repair was speedy, but with going through Steve in service I was almost charged an additional ~$300 due to my repairs being input incorrectly in the computer before I told him I was going to go somewhere else to get it fixed and he double checked it (curious to know if I hadn’t said I was going elsewhere if I would have paid that additional/unnecessary fee…) and he had misplaced my keys and the paperwork had to be reprinted when I picked up my vehicle. Overall… the issues were resolved and my vehicle is repaired properly. Just going to be extra cautious if I come back.

I had a warranty and he took care of everything. Able to make an appointment for servicing my vehicle was easy. Quick check in. I was provided a ride back home.while my vehicle was being service quick turn around getting my vehicle back but the reason for bringing it in is yet to be fixed. Was able to bring it back in to fix the problem

Tremendous service level on a leased vehicle from Lake Chevy. Worked with Amanda and she is extremely professional. The entire service department is great, very quick and efficient. They get you in and out in no time and make you feel like they are on top of everything. We had a small rattle in a new Tahoe and I took it in, they diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and had me in and out in no time with a car wash along the way! I have purchased 3 vehicles now from this dealership, and I won't be going anywhere new any time soon.

On December 09, 2022, my car was towed to Lake Chevrolet were there was a diagnostic test ran on my car and it was established that it needed a battery and I was charged for that. But, it did not show that the engine light was on. Now I am being told I will have to pay again to get another diagnostic test done for the emission light being on. Why didn't the first diagnostic test show this and why must I pay again? I feel betrayed. I have had trouble with my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu Lt since I bought it off the showroom floor in 2016. There has been one thing after the other with this car and I have to always pay.

Purchased our car on August 11, 2022 and when we brought it home, noticed the car was not cleaned properly and it had a dimple/scratch and and a few other scratches on it, so we contacted Nate, our sales person, and he asked us if we could bring it back right away and we did. Both David and Nate met us when we arrived and were so upset with the scratches and that the car was not cleaned properly. They took care of us and we got our new vehicle back the next day. Very happy with the customer service we received from your GM team. Didn't like that we had to return the car back the next day, however, we were taken care of very quickly and were satisfied with the results. There were a couple of paint issues that they weren't able to fix.

I have not had any issues besides my 2018 Tahoe needed a new transmission after purchasing. But you guys fixed it and made it right. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. This was, by far, the best car buying experience ever! Prior to coming to Braeger, I was at Lynch in Kenosha where they tried to rip me off. Fuming on my drive to Braeger, I wasn’t optimistic.
Thankfully, I knew Tony Kossow’s sister and both of us being Veterans, I knew he would do his best to help me. From the beginning he was 100% honest and didn’t pressure me to look at particular vehicles or up sell me.
At the end of the day, I was able to purchase an amazing 2016 Chevy Silverado at a fantastic price. Heather in finance was no nonsense and kept it real. She did an amazing job getting me into a much better loan than Lynch offered, despite being 5 months out of Ch 7 bankruptcy. She was able to work a deal so that I could afford the warranty.
I highly recommend Tony and Heather as they were probably the two most honest individuals I’ve ever met in the car buying process.

Our salesman was Nick Sardina he was great really helped me get the truck i wanted he really busted his butt to make the sale happen!! On the other hand Jim Schlicht was very arrogant and rude and i was told by him that he could refuse any deal he wanted to so i walk out told my salesman i didn't want to see or talk to Jim again!! David Maneage i believe is the new car sales manger that worked with nick to get the sale done. I would recommend Nick or David. But don't ever need to talk to Jim Schlicht agai.

I was getting my first new vehicle in 20 years and my Saturn was essentially the cheapest new car I could find at the time with manual transmission and the base vehicle with no frills. My mother suggested I go to Lake Chevy and speak with Willy as she had purchased a vehicle from there and had a very positive experience. I knew I wanted an Equinox and Willy got us the vehicle we wanted and took the time to explain all of the features we have been missing out on and walked us through the entire process. While my pucker factor was huge for spending more than twice what I had on the Saturn, Willy made the experience much more relaxing and almost enjoyable which fed into our excitement for finally getting a new vehicle. To top it off, we got a pretty good interest rate to shave a little off of the monthly payment. Now I understand why my mother recommended Lake Chevy. I will definitely be back.

We have an extended warranty that covered repairs eventually but the service advisor never called us to keep us informed. We always had to call him . It took a call to the service manager to get info on repair who did follow through. We asked for all the old parts and didn't get them all. So not sure where we'll buy our next vehicle if the service advisors don't take care of customers until the manager is called

I've been coming here for the past couple years for an oil change, there have been minor service issues here and there that weren't huge deals but this past week I had an issue that really bugged me.
I came in for an oil change I scheduled a week ahead of time, I know it usually takes about 30-45 minutes for an oil change, maybe an hour if its busy. When I came in it wasn't busy at all; I waited and an hour passed I was expecting the tech to come and get me but he didn't. About 10 minutes later I was still waiting and I happened to look out the window and my car was in the parking lot. I go to the service center to find the tech and he's not there. I wait for another 10 minutes and he never comes to his desk. I like talking to the tech after the appointment to see if there's any issues I need to look out for. However, since he wasn't available another tech had to check me out.
I don't appreciate my time being wasted, I'm pretty sure my car was done a lot sooner than when I saw it in the parking lot. If a tech goes on a break/lunch why can't he notify the next available tech to handle the bill of the customers who are waiting in the lobby.
I usually get a customer service text after the appointment and I wanted to give my feedback through there. However, when I told Nick Harmon there was a minor issue he didn't ask me what happened. He apologized which I appreciated, but wouldn't you want to know what the issue was so it doesn't happen in the future?

My experience was excellent! I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 11:40AM and dropped my truck off early (9:00AM). I received a text at 10:37AM saying my truck was ready for pickup... caught me by surprise that my truck was taken earlier than my appointment. I completely appreciate the fast service!

I have worked with service manager John Webler for 6 or 7 years now. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and I like the way he explains what needs to be done. I trust him completely. I thought about going elsewhere once I purchased my car off lease, but I'm so used to working with John that I didn't want to go anywhere else even if the cost is a little higher. I consider that higher cost as my paying for the quality and comfort that comes in knowing I'm getting the best!

It was very smooth. From drop off to pick up, the communication was very good. I like the text messages giving status updates. The only improvement I would recommend is to inform the customer of the ability to pay online BEFORE letting them know the vehicle is ready. It's a small thing, but I could have saved my wife some stress using my credit card. Overall, solid performance.

Lake Chevrolet will be my go to place for a vehicle as long as I am in Wisconsin. My husband surprised me with a 2018 chevy trax from there in 2021 for mothers day and I was so excited. Then the end of 2021 hit and we found out that we needed a new flex pipe which GM & Chevy gave us financial assistance for and we paid 60%. After we got the vehicle back it was now saying "service all wheel drive" so back it went to chevy. This time it had a corrosion problem on the rear differential module. We contacted GM again and they were only going to cover 50% of this problem. I spoke to Nick from Chevy and asked if there was more he could do since we haven't even had the vehicle for a year yet and he helped us out tremendously. Once again we get the vehicle back and something else is wrong. Back to Chevy we go and luckily this time the problem was covered under the power train warranty. Everyone I spoke to were very patient and understanding with my frustrations. The service manager nick was absolutely incredible!

So I had bought a 2016 LTZ all black Silverado and I loved it! Unfortunately it had front end problems that I would constantly have to schedule service on it but nothing was getting solved. Finally, they found that the front end was modified before they sold it to me and they didn’t catch it. It was extremely bad. They did however offer me options to do what they could to remedy the situation. Fix it, which would take a month or two, and most likely still have problems. Or, they offered me a newer 2019 LTZ for the same payments and to start the warranty over. Basically my same loan starting over from day one with a different truck. Now this newer truck was not something I would have looked at twice if I were truck shopping. It wasn’t attractive at all! But they worked with me, a lot, and changed pretty much everything short of painting the whole truck. I have to say, as upset as i first was, they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I’ve never had much faith in big dealerships throughout my life, but they changed my thoughts on this. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. And when you get there, ask for Josh!

I had multiple things that needed to be taken care of at Lake Chevy, two things in the service department and one thing in the collision center/body shop. I started in the service center to get my vehicles' recalls handled but I also had a paint spot that needed to be touched up. It was inconvenient from a customer perspective to have to go back and forth between the two departments to coordinate schedules and services when in reality, those two departments should be communicating with one another to make the customer experience seamless. Just a little irritating when it's the same company, in the same building and they seemed totally disconnected and unwilling to communicate with the other department to make my experience that much better.

Anthony Hansen was a great salesman for the 1 appointment I had with him. Tony Kossow on the other hand, needs some work on customer service and active listening skills. This last phone call, I was spoken over in conversation and my needs ignored if it was not something he wanted to hear. I was pressured into financing for a 2021 Trailblazer with monthly payments that were incredibly too high for me to handle on my own and he showed no sympathy whatsoever. And when I tried to communicate this to him, he simply brought up multiple people waiting to pay cash for this car. Mind you, I was promised by Dan the sales manager that since I had first dibs and put down a $500 deposit, the car would be held until the end of the month so I could figure out my own financing. Tony did everything he could to go back on that promise. This last phone call with him was the last straw. I'm receiving my refund allegedly. But I will not be returning to Lake Chevrolet if Tony Kossow is going to be handling my sale.

I generally dislike the whole car buying experience, but I would be comfortable going back to Braeger. We found the fair pricing of the used car we bought, and the no pressure, friendly sales attitude very refreshing. We didn't use their financing, but they were fairly confident that they could have matched our credit union's rates. The vehicle passed our "second opinion inspection" with flying colors, which made me feel that they take their reputation of safe, well inspected cars seriously. Manny sat with us and gave us a tour of the car after the purchase, to make sure we were comfortable with it, and answer any questions we had.

On 03/08/2019 my husband contacted me at work stating that the Dodge Avenger was on its last limb, he had just finished pushing the car home 2 miles, and that I had two choices. A.) He was going to take the Dodge, and burn it in the field, or B.) We took the vehicle, and traded it in. We initially were looking at a Hyundai SUV at the Hyundai Dealership in Greenfield, however, long story short I ended up not liking the SUV, and they had a F150 on their lot that my husband liked. They attempted to push the vehicle on us, and told us we would not get a better deal than what they were offering. We left, and ended up at Braeger Ford where they have a slightly older F150(2016 so pretty much brand new). We explained our situation, and the budget that we were working with. We spent 4 1/2 hours trying to make the truck work for our budget. They made the vehicle fit our budget, and we have a beautiful truck because of it. The Sales team that worked with us were so patient, kind, and very understanding of our situation. They will have customers for life, because of how they treated us, and made sure that we felt completely comfortable. I really could go on about how amazing they all were to us, but I don't think I will live that long. Thank you So Much to the Pre-Owned Sales team for everything they did, and will hopefully do in the future.

I've always had decent experiences at Braeger. They tend to take good care of the vehicles they are selling and do a good job of prepping them. Only thing that got me this time was that when I bought my truck I told the salesman I'd be bringing plates from my old truck to transfer, but he just ordered me new plates anyways without my knowledge. So, I had to pay a couple extra bucks, but not a huge deal. They worked with me to get the vehicle certified through Ford like I wanted and that was greatly appreciated.

From our initial contact with the salesman, all the way through finance, we had a great experience. The salesman was very easy-going, never making us feel pressured in any way. He was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and had even looked up/checked on several things we had discussed when we drove the car so that when we picked it up after we bought it, he was able to address them. We hadn't even asked him to do this, he just did it! Finance was great. They provided information on our options and also gave us information to take home and review. We didn't have to make a quick decision right there.
Presentation of the car on the lot was much better than several other dealerships we recently visited and when we picked it up after purchase - everything was perfect.

Service was performed that was not authorized. They did Maintenance (tire rotation, etc.) and that is not what I asked to be done. Just because your records say it should be done does not mean to go ahead and do it. By doing this they found an issue with the lug nuts that cost me over $400. They were going to charge for the "maintenance" of tire rotation and I said I was not going to pay. In reviewing the final work that they had done it says "Caused by 3 front wheel studs stripped when removing wheel nuts and 1 front stud broke when removing the nuts. I had to pay for what they did when it was not requested. I had written down exactly what I wanted done and showed to the service advisor. I am not very happy with the service nor the service advisor. We have been customers there for over 25 years but considering not going back since change in ownership.

I found a car online with Braeger Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon it was mine. We worked with Tony and he was wonderful.... Very personable and never pushy. Overall had a great experience with Lake Chevy! Was experiencing a leak under the hood and made a call to Service, was immediately connected with Advisor Steve Thomas who was understanding of the issue, seemed genuinely concerned to learn more and gather the information, and was able to get me in later that day. Within a few hours of dropping off the vehicle was given a call diagnosing the issue (relatively pricy for a simple repair-especially labor near $400, but that isn't a factor in this review) Next morning was promptly informed the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Factor that lowered this from a 5 star review to a 4 star review was convenience of access. I brought the car in and was told there would be a shuttle/or "we could get you an Uber or something" after waiting 2 hours I re-approached Service and was gotten on a shuttle, seemed to just be a simple miscommunication on how I planned to get home. On the next morning when the vehicle was ready, I was told there was no available drivers to collect me, so I had to out of pocket pay for a Lyft to get me to my car. All in all a great experience, that just fell a bit short on delivering convenient means of getting to and from the dealership when my main mode of transport was out of commission.

Craig, the coordinator, made sure the car would be done by my requested time. Since I was made aware of the time it would take (good for managing time expectations), I planned ahead and brought plenty of materials...my surface, a bag of mail to go through, and an orange to snack on. I planted myself in one of the comfy chairs in the waiting room in between the parts counter and the service counter. W/that vantage point, I got to hear all the interactions between service staff. EVERY interaction - from the parts/service supervisor talking w/the techs and drivers to the bi-lingual parts staff and techs to the cleaning supervisor sharing a new inventory tracking w/his employee - was done w/respect and a "lightness" that made me feel good about how the staff deal with each other. That is to be praised.

The service center feels like going to a spa for your car. You drive up and someone comes running out to greet you. The waiting room is more like a hotel lobby, in a good way. Complimentary soda, water and coffee all make the experience more enjoyable.
But atlas, I digress. I booked online and requested a loaner. For you see, the appointment for the oil change and tire rotation was during the day and I unfortunately am not a senator's son and am forced to work nearly 8 hours a day. When I arrived and inquired about the loaner, the response I received? "No Loaners Today" ... So I wait.
Was it a big deal? No. But with so many options and ways to communicate to me via text, phone, email, postcard snailmail, fax, telegraph, or simply yelling at me while I drive by, ONE might think I could get a head's up so I can plan accordingly.
Next time - send a note. "No Loaner For You!!"

I paid over $800 to have brakes replaced and rotors are already rusting, mind you they are less than a week old. I am now being told that you have rotors that don't rust but they cost a little more. I was not told about this option when I was there otherwise I would have chose it. Who wants parts that rust easily? There was no rust on my original parts and those were over six years old. I thought, going to the dealer, I would get the same quality parts. Nevertheless, why would you sell inferior parts to people and not inform them of better options? These so called "new" rotors make my vehicle look bad. I used to feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here for service, but not anymore.

Original Post: My wife and I recently purchased a 2020 Chevy Traverse LS. Our salesman, Anthony Hansen, told us during the test drive that the vehicle has lane departure sensors, backup sensors, and automatic braking if you approach another vehicle too quickly. During the test drive, it was obvious that these features were not included. However, while inspecting the vehicle after the drive, Anthony told us that there was a trailer hitch port (2” square receiver) behind the bumper cover. We discovered after buying the vehicle that there is no trailer hitch connection on the vehicle. One of our must-haves was to be able to tow, so we went back to Lake Chevy to sort it out. I met with Anthony and explained the issue. He said, “Yeah, I get it. You only have a receiver port behind the panel. You want the mount and ball.” I told him that there was nothing behind the panel and offered to show him. He said, “No, that’s OK. I know what’s behind there. I’ll go talk to someone.” I stopped him and insisted that I show him. I opened the panel and he said, “Oh… there’s nothing there. Hmmm.” There is only a metal bumper absorber bar. Anthony spoke with the Parts Department to price out the hitch and wire harness and quoted $450. I asked if Lake would cover all or part of the cost since I was told on two occasions that there was a 2” port. Anthony walked away, came back, and told me that this vehicle sale was already a “loser deal” for the business and that there was no flexibility at all in the price.

We were specific in what we wanted and while Braeger did not have the exact model that we were looking for, Leo went out and located a few different options. When one of the options didn't work out Leo pursued another option and we were able to get a great deal on the exact model we were looking for. Even though I was traveling for work, Leo kept in touch through text and email and was very responsive during the entire process. We asked to pick up the vehicle on a day that he wasn't available but he still coordinated with another salesman, Doug, who stepped in and took care of the vehicle delivery. Good morning, I just want to pass this through to Braeger Chevrolet , I love the vehicle that I have and I want to thank Larry for all the help he has been to me in getting me into a car. The only thing I di not like is when asking about the financing of the vehicle that at all I was told that this company charge interest by the day so every day I get charged interest. So if I pay on my due date, I would have paid for a 30 day of interest and so every month I get charge $9.93 but at first it was $10.13 per day. I plan to have this vehicle paid off by next year around June or July of 2017. I wanted to go back through you for my next vehicle but after this experience I don't think so and I really don't think I would recommend anyone. But you are a good company and I really love your maintenance service and how everyone treats us when I do come there.

I am a mid-twenties Milwaukee transplant living on my own in the city. I bought a 2011 Cruze Eco before I to Milwaukee so that I would have reliable transportation while six hours away from my family and many of my friends. Even though it's relatively new, I obviously still need to get the car checked up and repaired occasionally, and I love bringing it to Braeger. They allow me to drop off my Cruze at 7am before I go in for work and pick it up as late as 6pm. As a teacher, this is so important for me. They even have offered me shuttle service if I need it.
The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and they even take care of things I didn't think to ask for (in a great way: I was in for an oil-change once, and though I hadn't scheduled the repair, they took care of a recall issue so I didn't have to make a second appt). I'm always so pleased with the work that's done, and my car is always much cleaner when I leave! Thanks, Braeger Chevy!

My lease was maturing in a few months and I had to decide what I would lease next; and, could I afford the newer vehicles. I had been referred to Willy Burazin, whom I was told would give me a hassle free and memorable experience. I can only describe the care and service as excellence itself.
Willy made me feel very comfortable and was extremely transparent and informative relative to the Chevy Trax. He was welcoming and I felt like I was part of an extended family.
I came in on a Tuesday and test drove the Trax. Willy gathered information for the finance people. Then he introduced me to James Ruis, a Finance Manager who would be working with me on the lease. Jamie wanted to ask if I had any questions or concerns about the leasing process. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday; and, off I went with the 2019 Chevy Trax LT. I was amazed at how efficient and transparent the entire process was.

Detail work could have been better. A couple days later actually noticed a cracked tail light. Called Mike. Scheduled an appointment to take a look at it. Heres where they lost me. Talking to the parts counter guy with Mike as my witness. Parts counter guy said he has the taillight in stock. Cool ok mike gets the run around. Service rep comes out ten minutes later and said with mike standing right there "part wont be in till monday."

This was the biggest decision we ever made. And after all the hard work david and willie put into our financing to make sure we could get the car and afford our payments. Our dream came true! We got the car we wanted! We don't think this would have happened without all the time David and Willie put into our new car purchase. We plan on having our new car for along time. I've bought many cars from dealership's however, I have never been to a dealership that does not have a pushy sales person that just wants the sale untill I walked into Braeger Chevrolet. The response was easy going and felt comfortable. I was introduced to Doug Voigt, sales consultant. He asked a few general questions about what "he" could do for me and after explaining what I was looking for and my budget he pulled up the car I was looking for. After test driving the vehicle and finding a few noises that I was concerned about he talked to his manager who then took the car for a drive. After getting back the car was taken right to service to be look at. It turns out that service was going to replace the rear shocks and the front strut bushings. With that said and the repairs being their responsibility as stated, I bought the car. There was no fuss over them fixing it or and haggling about it. There was total professionalism about making sure I get the car and a totally safe one at that. I told Doug only a couple of times this car was for my daughter and it needed to be safe as it is her first car. He agreed and knew where I was coming from.
I cannot say enough about Dog Voigt. He is professional however, he is a sales consultant that many other consultants need to take lessons from! In the short time we talked waiting for service to get back to us he made you feel like you knew him for years. Maybe its just me but, Maybe it was having some of the same common interests? Well, I've never encountered this from a sales consultant. He goes completely out of his way making sure that the customer is satisfied from start to finish. I will recommend Doug Voigt and Braeger Chevrolet to my friends and family. I just hope he is still there in four years when I come looking for my new truck.

Took my truck in for squeeking brakes three times and they are still squeaking. I never had this type of issue with any breaks. Its very annoying when your backing up or sometimes driviving and hit the breaks and tbey squeaky. There has got to be something that has to be done. This truck onlly a 2017. I shouldnt have to worry about my breaks squeaking.

Braeger Chevrolet Provies Excellent Car Buying Experience
Up until now, I have absolutely hated buying cars. It was kind of a necessary evil. In the past, with other dealerships, it has taken me the entire day to purchase a car (at least 8 hours or more), and it was beyond tedious. It was like they were afraid for me to leave until I took delivery of the vehicle. Then after all that time, when I did get the car, I felt like they were rushing through everything else (showing me the features, etc.) just to be done with this long process. It is really tough with a 7-year old to give up that kind of time. So, I was expecting to have the same kind of experience when I went to purchase my Chevrolet Equinox at Braeger.
I was so pleasantly surprised. Their website was very easy to use and navigate. I found an ideal car that I was looking for, and my husband called Braeger and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. Our appointment was with Matt Kreckler, who did an absolutely wonderful job as our salesperson. He had the car ready to go when we arrived. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the car and cars in general. So, we went for a test drive, and we really liked the car. Matt answered all of our questions. At that point, we decided we wanted to purchase the car. So, Matt introduced us to WIllie Burazin, the Used Car Sales Director, and Willie got some information from us so he could get the paperwork process going (Credit Check, financing, etc.). Then, Matt told us this would take a little while (because it was later afternoon on a Saturday), and so we didn't have to wait, we set up an appointment for a few days later to take delivery of the car and sign the paperwork. It was REALLY EASY. When I came to take delivery of the car the following week, everything was ready for me to sign. I was in and out in an hour They even got my insurance changed to the new car for me ahead of time. Also, Matt sat in the car with me and showed me all the features of the car. He helped me set up my On Star Account and synch my iPhone via the car's Bluetooth feature. He even set all my pre-set radio buttons for me!
Also, the car looked beautiful. It was immaculate inside and out. When I pulled away with the new car, everything was set the way I wanted and ready to go, which was so nice. Matt saved me the time of reading how to set everything up. Most people thought it was a brand new car. The process was so easy and painless...I actually really liked buying this car! The service was absolutely excellent...I cannot say enough about it.
I had never purchased an American made car prior to this car, and I have to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Equinox. It has all the features on it that I was looking for and more and was reasonably priced. Both Matt and WIllie told me that I would love this car, and I do. I've owned the Equinox for two months now, and I couldn't be more happy with my choice!
I would highly recommend Braeger Chevrolet, Matt and Willie specifically, and their finance department. If you're looking for a car, I would highly recommend seeing what Braeger might be able to offer you. I will definitely go back when we're looking for another car.

My car has issues. More baggage than a cocaine dealer sometimes, but Scott Hansen takes them all in stride and manages them with finesse! Since I drive by the dealership about four times per day in my role as a home care dietitian, I stopped in to talk about my latest problem, which was that the engine was "winding" too high. That was my best description and all I could give him. He said no problem, bring it in tomorrow so I did and he fixed it promptly (it required a new alternator) with no real effort required on my part other than to find a loaner car while mine was in. I really appreciate Scott and his laid-back attitude and ability to not treat me like a stupid female. I know when my car is acting up as I spend a great deal of time in it and he takes me seriously. So far I've just received an oil change on my vehicle with a car wash, and the only area of opportunity is the car wash's dryer. Other than that, I recommend Braeger!
