The service staff has always been very friendly upon arrival. In my most recent visit, the service reps thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done...which I know is there job, however they do so in a way that made me feel confident my vehicle was in good hands. While I was waiting for service to be completed, the front desk worker was also very friendly and I observed the worker greeting every caller and visitor with an upbeat voice. The service was predicted to be done in 3.5 to 4 hours and it was done in 2 hours. Thank you Griffin Chevrolet!

Ted Harris is PHENOMENAL. I had spent several days researching used vehicles in Milwaukee trying to find the perfect match. My partner and I had gone to more than a dozen dealerships in search of a new vehicle. What was most important to us was price, mileage, year, and reliability. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told the tire rotation would take up to an hour because the lift was broken and they'd have to take my truck around back. I opted for just an oil change, which took over an hour anyway.

asked the guy rotating my tires what the torque was for the lugnuts, and he said that the torque sticks were stolen, i said to him get a torque wrench, he replied he knows how to do them. that teling a master ASE certified tech that you know how to do it didnt cut it with me as he didnt even do a star pattern when tightening the lug nuts, the the amount of impact torque he was doing definately wasn't to spect, this is why there can be trouble with the wheels not to mention possible cracked rims doing it the way he was instead of the proper way, and mentioning it to a service writer didn;t help either. definately wont have my oilchanged or tires rotated here in the future. having bought 14 vehicles since 1999, i will stick to buying them and not having them serviced in the quick change area. teach your lube personnel to do the job properly, and that means tightening the lugnuts in a star pattern with torque sticks or a torque wrench!!!!!!

Dealership was fine. The issue I have is with GM. It took 11 months to get my vehicle. I entered into contract an put money. GM changed the price I agreed to. That is a breech of contract. The Dealership honored the price but it reduced my ability to negotiate. I am waiting for compensation due to the excessive wait.

Errick at Griffin was wonderful when we experienced a flat tire on the nearby highway. Even though our make of vehicle was not Chevy, he assisted us in finding a tire nearby that would fit our vehicle and even facilitated a shuttle to pick up the new tire! He then assisted in having the blown out tire removed and the new one put on. A situation that could have taken all day ended up only being a few hour delay. He was very reasonable with payment and a very nice person to work with. Even though it was not a planned stop in our schedule, we will be highly recommending Griffin Chevrolet to anyone who asks!

This review is for TJ at the body shop, 5-stars for him I brought my car in for body work. He is a professional and took care of the repairs. Car looked like it was new. Needed rear valance/fasica, bumper cover repaired. Also needed front fasica, grille/emblem, and hood repair/replaced for new repair. Did tell me that if I kept the hood that there would be a crease in the repaired result. Maybe I could have lived with that, I just prefer saving parts. No issue. Kind of surprised the number of dealers that don't have body shops. I would consider bringing other cars here, with him in charge. I did end up finding one of the floor mat anchors under the seat. Not sure why they were removed, but one is enough to stop the slipping. Also 1-star for that one fired service advisor attempted to force and harass me into warranty work that I did not authorize. I got into a hot arguement with him on the phone to just give my car back. Seemed to be working off of commisison the way he was.

I had taken my car in for an oil change and shortly after I had gotten it back, I realized there was a dirty hand mark on the interior of my vehicle. I hadn't told them about it but I received a text a few days later asking me to complete a survey if I received one. I had replied back that I was unhappy about the dirty hand mark on the fabric of the interior. They said to bring it in and they would make it right for me. They WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I just expected that certain area to be cleaned but when I went to pick up the vehicle, they had detailed the whole thing! Thank you sooo much for such great service over all! I will be back for my next oil change!

I have had wonderful service from your dealership in the past, because of that i will travel a few extra miles to go to Griffin Chevrolet. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. ( I arrived at dealer ship around 12:30) We did the paper work to start the service. I expected the process to take at least an hour. I went to the customer lounge had a soda, I was maybe there 20 minutes max!! The service manager ( I cant remember his name ) came out to inform car was finished. It is because of results like this I will travel the extra distance, to get great service.

We took our new vehicle in for an oil change and they scratched all our lug nuts when rotating the tires. They did replace a few of them but said they would not replace them all. We purchased oil changes when we bought our vehicle and are very hesitant to take our vehicle back there as they do not seem to be very cautious about returning your vehicle as you brought it in. We are very meticulous about our cars and take good care of them and find it unacceptable they were so careless and acted as if it were no big deal.

So I have a 2016 chevrolet impala and I was in a head on collision then 3 months prior deer ran out hit the side of my car I originally went to walshes jn west bend wi and they tried to rip me off the first time then was still fixing stuff they messed up 2 months later the. The collision happened and I went here best decision of my life car looks like brand new again did an excellent job working with my insurance company cause they are cheap and tried to rip me off and griffin was not going for that. Got me all new non aftermarket origional everything amazing job if I could give a 10 star I would GO HERE!

Upon pickup, Steve showed us around the dealership and where we would come in for any questions or service, which gave us confidence that we would not be on our own after the transaction was complete. after finance preapproval was completed he worked on getting everything ready for us to pick up the truck on 12/29/2020, which happened to be an evening when we got 8-10 inches of snow. I was ecstatic to have the 4 wheel drive of our new truck on the way home, which surpassed every other vehicle that I have driven in snow. Lastly, the final paperwork, walkthrough of the dealership, tutorial of the features, call with OnStar and phone app setup were all done timely, but not to the point of feeling rushed. Chris in finance also did a great job walking us through the lease and explaining all of the items we had questions on. All in all, my the experience I had at Griffin Chevy far surpassed my expectations and I left feeling confident in my purchase as well as happy to have met each of the staff who helped me along the way. It was not an easy experience, however, I was patiently enough to deal with them because of our communication barriers. This service did not provide a certified sign-language interpreter at the time of my visitations, however, I called them by using my video phone device as well as we were with a third party from the Sorenson Company before I came there. In few days later, it seemed that they were not prepared to meet me there. But it was a good thing, one of people remembered me and treated me accordingly by knowing how to figure out the best ways of communication accesses. That was why my experience with the Griffin Chevrolet was not great, just #5 in the range. It would not be impossible to rate a 10 number if we have small issues in our communication system. I am truly sorry for putting a #5 rate because it was an honesty way to tell you. And I know you won't put this message into a publication as you would hope me to allow you to put down my response. Few months ago, they did provide me a certified sign-language interpreter for four hours, and it was a great experience between me and your finance manager, and your sales person. On the day of purchased my brand new car, Chevrolet Blazer 2020, my hearing partner helped me out in dealing with the sales person on May 29. I feel bad for my Chuck who have lost his free times on that day, because Chuck is not a certified sign-language interpreter.

My sales person was very friendly and personable. He was very helpful with the questions I asked, If he didn't know the answer he would try to find out. While negotiating the car price I was not impressed with the sales manager (he had a southern accent) he said "I gotch you by the balls" pretty much because that there are not many new suburban's around and inventory was scarce and that he had a car there that I wanted. I thought that was very unprofessional and why would you talk to a person like that!

Well I called with a Hypothetical Question and I got a Hypothetical answer. I was married to a mechanic my Sons works for a Dealership and and I was taught my car my responsibility to check and maintain whats under the hood. However, this Pandemic stuff and not driving many miles between my last oil fluid check I thought I could hold off to till I needed to change out for winter. Well I was told very nicely it would be cheaper to have and oil change than to have to replace an engine. So hence I heeded this mans words and came in an did just as was suggested. As always was taken care of and everyone was extremely pleasant and I didn't have to embarrass myself. LOL Right and no I would not want my Son to know that either.

I got the premium car detail service for my vehicle. When i picked up my car the next day, the exterior looked fabulous but they could have done better in the interior. Some parts on the floor could have been vacuumed better. They're were streaks on my windshields. I took everything out on my vehicle except an air freshener i forgot to take out before dropping it off. If I'm paying $229 plus an extra $20.70 for shop supplies for repair order, whatever that is, plus tax, i expect my car to look better then that. Again exterior looks great. Interior could have been better.

I have a new 2020 Equinox that I bought in March 2020. The check engine light came on week of 10/23/20. Code was for brake assist vacuum hose. This also happened to my 2018 leased Equinox, but not until I had it for almost 3 years (got it in April of 2017). Griffin changed the hose and I thought I was good to go. 4 days later, the light is on again. I don't understand why Chevy doesn't realize this is an issue and use a different type of hose that won't collapse as these are doing. Now, I have to go back again and have it serviced. Very frustrating. It's not Griffin's fault that Chevy isn't correcting the problem but still very inconvenient to the consumer.

I am the owner of a new Chevy Malibu Hybrid! I was quite pleased with how Chris handled everything. I am a professional salesman myself, with a lot of training and experience, so I was ready to combat any tactics the car sales guys were going to give me. When I first met Chris, I noticed he was younger, so that put my guard down a little. He was very genuine, had a lot of knowledge of the vehicles, and was very smooth with his delivery. What really impressed me, is that he was following a lot of the sales methods that I had learned over the years, maybe without even realizing it. Some examples: He took all of my contact information (in the event I left - very smart). He didn't promise anything he knew he couldn't deliver. He would deliver good news before any possible bad news (like the car didn't have automatic parking, but he first boosted it with good features). You always raise someone up before delivering potentially bad news. I would have guessed he was at this for years. You have a real good car salesman here. If he ever leaves your dealership, I will hire him for sales myself. :) So, hold onto him.

Called multiple dealers for a price quote. Other dealers gave me the run around waiting on hold for minutes trying to get pricing and if it could even be installed because it was not factory equipped. The Griffin advisor told me it could be done based upon the VIN. Part and labor cost was below others, but they did not have the part in stock. So we ordered from another source and scheduled an appointment. Met Galen the advisor at the appointment, which he stated a potential higher cost for install but would see what could be done. Took a little over an hour to have it installed from the point I sat down in their waiting area, with snacks, beverages, large TV and device charging stations. Galen was able to meet the price quoted over the phone provided. I will be coming back to have our other maintenance items addressed when needed due to this positive Griffin Team experience. Thanks again and now I can say I kept my promise to my wife on getting her the only thing she wanted on a newer car, REMOTE START!!

On our search for our new vehicle my wife and I went to 5 different dealerships. The only one that made us feel like we weren't just another customer was John and Griffin Chevrolet. John had the great ability of understanding what we did want and what we didn't want. We were very specific on the must haves in the vehicle we were purchasing. Everyone was always respectful and kind to me throughout the purchase experience, and things did work out eventually. When I first bought the Impala, I had the Xzylon coat put on, and the people who put it on scratched the car and did not notice tree sap on the roof that they coated over. Next, I did not have the correct mats for the car, as the people who got the car ready gave me Silverado mats instead. The manager and salesman did agree to take the car in to get the correct mats and get the scratches and tree sap cleaned at no cost for me, but it did end up taking a week at which time I had a loner vehicle. The remote on the loaner vehicle did not start the car once I left, so I had to open the remote and adjust the battery and the prongs that hold the battery to get the car started (a good reason I am happy with the keyed start in my Impala). All these issues did resolve, and I have my car back. When I got the car back, there was still an opening in the floor where they mist have needed entry for the installation of heated seats. One of the service managers helped me velcro the carpet down. Although no one at the dealership could tell me why the heated seats worked the way they did, I called the company that did the work and they gave me a good answer. Now the Information screen does not populate every so often on the Driver Information Center (between the gauges behind the steering wheel). So I will bring back my Impala on Wednesday of this week to have the DIC diagnosed, as the OnStar people told me to bring it in. Throughout all of this, everyone was kind and respectful to me, but there are some people working at Griffin Chevy that need to know how to do their job, and do it right the first time.

What sold me on my purchase was the absolute honesty and forthrightness of the Bergstrom Sales Consultant who arranged my purchase--Daniel Wilkins!! I had told him that I wanted a new passenger sedan with standard transmission and a CD-player for no more than a certain price--taxes and fees included.
