About a Month ago i bought a new truck from Quirk! Siobhan Owens was my sales lady! I couldnt have been more happier with my experience from start to finish. She made the whole experience go smooth, as this was my first ever new truck i bought i was nervous and didnt kniw what to expect. Siobhan was very personable and knowledge able on any questions i had. When i went to pick my truck up, as i bought it before it came to the lot, she was out for a family issue and Theresa took over for her to make sure i got my truck and was there to help me set up everything. Being a long time GM owner, I recently purchased a 2019 GMC for my wife. This is our first GMC vehicle and she really loves it. I recently had it in your dealership to replace a faulty sensor. Jay sold me a 2022 GMC Terrain that I could not be happier with. Jay was professional and answered all the questions I had. He worked with me regarding financing, was readily available by phone to answer questions while I signed the paperwork, and, overall, went above and beyond. He made the car buying process a straightforward and painless one.
Teresa showed me all the bells and whistles of the vehicle when I picked it up. She too was professional and answered any and all questions that I had. If she had not shown me all the vehicle's features, there is no way that I would enjoy it as much as I do.

I had a $20 off oil change coupon, which I gave to Jared. Was checked out by Travis. When I got home my husband was reviewing the bill and said "they didn't take the $20 off"...I called the next day and spoke to Travis, told him the problem. He said "OK- Just come by the dealership with your card and we'll credit the $20"... I said can't you just do it over phone? I live in Nashua and have no desire to drive to Manchester again, especially on South Willow Street during the Christmas Shopping season. Travis then gave me the credit and said it would 3-5 days to process the refund. The Service Advisors emphasize the "Completely Satisfied" rating, but they are not getting one from me...

Quirk GMC service department in Manchester on South Willow second time around was way better! I use the online scheduler they got me in early for an oil change and fuel filter change everything was good other than the fuel filter reset would not reset and I was not made aware of the situation. When the service was complete I talked with the service manager and asked him about the chips that was still missing in my truck he gave me a 1-800 number to call and checked for me and they are still not available! This is not a negative review towards Quirks just GMC in general!
I do not feel GMC is taking care of the loyal customers they are still producing new trucks and not caring about the people that have missing chips that completed their purchase!
UPDATE!!! David P emailed me first thing this morning on the steps on how to get this fuel filter reset done! Worked perfectly! They do read the reviews, which tells me they care about us customers! Thank you Quirks another highly satisfied customer!

What more can I say about quirk GMC in Manchester. After taking our lease to Ford for an oil change thinking nothing of it we ended up with a aftermarket oil filter that Ford thought was ok to put in. Well the filter combusted leaving tiny fragments of metal going through engine causing the car to need a new engine.. After Ford of Londonderry basically took it as a joke even though we have pictures and documents to back it up we came back to GMC to see if there was anything we can do. Dave over at service could not have been anymore helpful to us in a stressful time. He brought us over to Jay and Teresa in sales and without hesitation they jumped into action and made a messy situation go away. We will be back for our next Vehicle without a doubt . Four month update: Upgrade from 4-stars to 5-star review. Quirk GMC Service is awesome. Great team. Honestly, felt like they were looking out for my best interest. First time in my life I've said this about a dealership service department. The folks at the parts department are much more matter-of-fact and transactional. I was able to save significant money (including the shipping costs) by ordering accessories from another dealer online. Even after sharing the price I was getting from another GMC dealer, they did not drop their price.
Original review: The Quirk sales process is incredibly efficient and stress free. The Sales team members were all helpful and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more from the Sales Team. I do wish that there was a "Quick Start Guide" for the vehicle. For example, within hours of accepting the truck, I opened the Multiflex tailgate step and dented the tailgate sheet metal and destroyed the camera/button panel because I wasn't aware that I should not open it, if a trailer hitch is in the receiver. I read through the user manual that night, so I see that there is a warning in there, but it was too late. Other features that should be on a Quick Start Guide would be the vibrating warning seat and the lane keep assist. Both startled me the first time they engaged. Ultimately, these issues are my fault for not reading about them before driving the vehicle, but you can certainly take steps to help others like me. Thank you for a great vehicle buying experience and a great truck.

I was looking to lease a new GMC Sierra 1500 and the end of last year, and everyone i spoke with told me to check out Quirk. I called them and their prices were way lower than anyone else around. In one day, via phone, I was able to negotiate the whole deal. The whole process was very quick and easy. That night i went to the dealership and met with Teresa. Even though it was her very first sale, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. They really care about your satisfaction. The next night i picked up my new truck and have no problems since. The people are always really nice and Steve was very helpful in Service; however, I had an 8 am appointment for an oil change and some items to be looked at--which took 3.5 hours. The problem I have with that is only the oil change was done and one last minute test drive to listen to a noise which turned out to be "normal"--the other items were just discussed and no work actually was done. The oil change held up the test drive, so is it normal for one to take 3 hours? I had expected to wait for an hour or 90 mins--not 3.5 hours. That was very frustrating.

Made an appointment to go in 10/6/20 after receiving an e-mail regarding trading in my current lease toward another GMC. Went in and met Sean MacDougall who explained the offer and had my trade appraised my current vehicle and we discussed numbers for lease, or purchase with several different options. Had some things I wished to review with my wife and told him I would get back to him. After discussing and reviewing with my wife, I called on 10/9/20 and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle I had in mind. Went in at appointment time and Sean had vehicle ready to go and explained some of the key features between my current vehicle, 2018 Yukon Denali XL and the new body style 2021 Yukon Denali.
After road test, returned and spoke with Sean who presented lease and purchase options and I made my choice. Sean got everything going and gave me help in getting credit for plans on old truck to apply toward new and sent truck down for delivery prep. Once all the paperwork was ready, we got everything signed, went through all the vehicle features and I headed home. I must compliment Sean on his knowledge and thorough process from start to finish. My compliments to a great dealership and personnel!

Craig Anderson was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He was great! But, we had issues with the vehicle from the minute we got home, something with the vcm computer. After multiple trips, we are hopeful it is resolved. And, after a lot of missed work, gas, and time spent we have have not been compensated at all for this! Also, at pickup, the truck was not meticulously cleaned and had spots and over spray from the tire cleaner on the wheel wells, rear quarter and bumper.
Update: the manager contacted us and did get us an extra year of onstar, since the issue with the computer was preventing us to get in, or out of the vehicle without the app for onstar. The issue does seem to be fixed after the 3rd trip back within the first month of purchasing. Also, this is the second vehicle we purchased from Craig and he really was great to deal with as the salesperson!

I refinanced the following day at a significantly lower rate. Also would have preferred to receive a paper copy of my contract at the time of purchase and not emailed 2 days after the fact. I bought my last used car here. Typical high volume car dealership. Met my expectations but nothing struck me as extraordinary. They just happened to have the particular Ford I wanted in the color I wanted and they gave me a fair price on it. When I had issues two months later, out of warranty, the service department was still willing to work with me to get the issue fixed and provided me shuttle rides to and from my home while the service was being done, which was appreciated but would've been nicer if the Certified vehicle I bought didn't have that problem to begin with. Next time I'm shopping for a car, if they had what I needed, I'd still be willing to do business with them again.

Typical car dealership. I bought 2 trucks from them in the past 3 years. May or may not go back. I did get the deal I was looking for but they try to make up the money elsewhere like on financing. Oh well, that's was refinancing is for. Just would have been nice to have their respect and I could have continued financing with GM. Service is ok but sometimes a pain to schedule. It's good if you want to leave your vehicle with them all day.

I recently purchased a new 2012 Sierra from Quirk and my experience was great. The salesman was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I felt absolutely no pressure or manipulation and, most importantly for me, the process was very transparent. I was very confident that I had made an appointment through the GMC website. I swore I even got a confirmation email. When I showed up for my Saturday morning appointment, they didn't have any record of it. The service manager asked if I had received and email because he wanted to fix and issues they may have had with the GMC site and their own. He told me it was no problem and they would get me in. I sat down and looked through every email in both my inbox and deleted. I never got a confirmation. I must have done something wrong. It was great that they got me in on a busy Saturday morning even though I had messed up the appointment. The service was completed quickly. I appreciate the great service and will be back!

However website to book service is one of the most unfriendly and is very difficult to navigate. I have complained about this before and nothing improves. I recently acquired a 2016 GMC Terrain for my wife and wanted to have it serviced to go through and check it out as well as oil change, front end alignment, and tire balance. Made an appointment with Quirk GMC service. I have never been to Quirk GMC, the appointment was easy to make on line, they followed up promptly and even provided a reminder call the day before.
Arrived and Devyn checked us in within a few minutes. We received a call when the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was explicit as to what was performed and any recommendations, the price for the service was reasonable especially for a dealership.

I brought my 2018 Acadia in for another repair recently. Quirk was very accommodating, allowing me to drop my car off the day after I called. I was told that it would be ready sometime that day (Friday). It was ready at 3:30, but I wasn’t able to leave work until 5:00. What I didn’t know was that the service department closed at 5, and was not open over the weekend.
Even though I did not owe anything for the repair (it was covered under the warranty), I had to wait until Monday to pick up my car. This is the first dealership I have used that is not open on the weekend for service.

I always have a great experience at Quirk. Tanya Moran is awesome. I own a 2011 Buick Enclave and it is the best vehicle that I have ever had. There is just one reoccurring problem that it seems to have and would like to know if anyone else who owns a Buick Enclave have experienced. The heating light for the front passenger seat illuminate on its own and there is a motor sound coming from the passenger door and the dash board area. The passenger window stops working and the door will no longer lock or unlock with the keyless remote.
This problem has been fixed a few times and covered under warranty. Now my warranty is up and just recently starting from Christmas eve through Sunday the heating light was on again and we had to lock the passenger door manually. Took the vehicle to the dealership but of course the light was off and they could not duplicate the problem. No complaints with the dealership, just would like to know if any one else is dealing with this issue.
With that said, Quirk Buick GMC is the best dealership around.

Purchased a 2012 Buick Lacrosse here last year. The most pleasant experience I've had purchasing an auto. Very helpful, very professional and attentive staff. Got what I wanted on trade in. Since I already knew what I wanted from going on line the whole process (including test drive) took little more than an hour. By the time I went home to retrieve my old title and returned to the dealer, my car had been removed from the showroom floor prepped and was ready to go.
Recently used their new service department for an oil change at the Buick dealership and the experience was equally pleasant. Nice sitting area and the maitenance was completed very quickly. They even pressure washed the engine. Only draw back is that the Buick dealership doesn't have a diner like the Chevy dealer next door. I think I can live with that, will definitely be back.

Brought my truck in to have the a/c looked at and said specifically I thought it had issues other than needing to be recharged. It was only recharged and now my truck stalls out when the a/c is on which it never did when it didn’t blow cold air. Still think it’s the compressor! But now I need to bring it elsewhere. I rented a car expecting you to have it for days and cost over $1,000 to repair. Got it back in hours for $70. Just because it’s old doesn’t mean I wasn’t willing to fix it

Had a great experience. I had been looking for a new truck and spoken by phone to Quirk GMC as I know Quirk usually has the best prices. I had some rough telephone numbers and decided I would go to a local GMC dealer closer to my house in the Boston area. I went to the local GMC dealer and was surprised by the numbers on the truck it self and more importantly my trade in. I had already been to a Chevy dealer which was my second choice truck and headed that way. I then called Quirk GMC again and had another phone conversation and from that decided it might be worth my while to drive to New Hampshire. If I could rate this dealership higher than a five on Google I would. I dealt with Max (amazing salesperson to deal with) and Steve (General Sales Manager, equally as great), and both went above and beyond with me, I was back and forth with what vehicle I wanted, and both Max and Steve ran the lease numbers without so much as a single complaint They were both very upfront with me if I requested a price on a vehicle that was out of my price range.
When Max was walking me through my new truck, he explained everything in great detail and answered any question that I had He also offered that if I had issues in the future, I could FaceTime him on my phone, and he would get in a similar truck to walk me through my question.
The last thing that I would like to say about Quirk GMC, Max, and Steve is that at NO TIME did I feel pressured into anything. The first vehicle I had in mind wasn't working financial for me with my other bills, and Max told me he completed understood. He did not try to tell me to buy it or force me into anything. I will without a doubt be going back to Quirk GMC when it is time for a new vehicle, and I will absolutely be seeking out Max and Steve!!!

Buying a new vehicle and dealing with salesmen is second only to being waterboarded. However Quirk GMC and my salesman John Callahan are not the norm. First, no high pressure tactics. Just straight forward information. I didn’t feel like I was in the dentist chair without Novocain negotiating the price. We went back and forth over numbers and I left with a fair number. We closed the next day. It’s never fun but my salesman made a stressful day comfortable as much as possible

The oil change I received prior to this one was also through this dealership. I attempted to go to Valvoline since they are quicker and I did not have over an hour in my schedule to wait. The mechanic at Valvoline was unable to get the bolt off to change the oil due to what they stated as over tightening of the bolt at the prior oil change. When I brought my vehicle into the dealership to get my oil change done, I stated this to the guy who was assisting me. He insisted that it was not their fault and I would need to buy the new bolt due to the old one being stripped. I was not too pleased though I had no choice but to buy the bolt since I really needed an oil change.

WE have used Quirk Chevrolet and then we purchased a car from Quirk GMC , a 2017 Arcadia. I have always been satisfied with the sales and service telling friends and relatives about our positive experiences. After this last service I returned home and while looking at the car and paperwork I noticed a couple of interesting points. The oil life monitor read 43% when I brought the car in and it was noted on the service paperwork. When I got home it still showed 43% but the paperwork noted that the monitor was reset. The paperwork also noted that they inspected the diesel exhaust fluid, on a car with a gas engine. I hate to bring it up but it makes you wonder about the things that were checked off and inspected. Were they really looked at. We still will be coming back to you for service in the future but will be checking the paperwork more closely.

Worst experience ever at a dealership. I see that all of these other reviews are from almost a years ago ....don't know what happened between then and now....but this was not the dealership I just visited. Arranged for the purchase of a brand new 2013 GMC SLT over two weeks ago. Pre approved ....16% down ....ordered an additional $2000 in accessories that was paid for in advance. Notified the dealership I was 7 hours away and was driving with a 5 month old baby. What I wanted was a ready truck, accessories installed, and papers ready to go... didn't think I was asking to much. Under the condition that the truck operated as advertised it was a done deal. The night before I texted the car sales woman and asked "is everything ready to go?" her reply "I will have the paperwork printed first thing in the morning". Take the day off, the 8 year old out of school and drive through a blizzard to get there and still ended up arriving 45 minutes early. In fact at 9:52 am I sent a message to the sales woman saying we will be there about an hour early. Showed up to find a dealership that didn't know where the truck was and couldn't find the keys. I went to the service department to find the truck. They didn't realize it was in their bay already with the keys in it...with partially installed accessories. Went back into the show room where all I got was lies and excuses. In fact I was told that I was early and that is why the truck wasn't ready. An hour and a half after the appointment time I was being told another hour the truck would be ready. Demanded to see the manager...expecting to get some kind of reimbursement...I don't know lunch maybe, throw in a free something.... and what I got was an offer to refund my money for the accessories I already paid for and be on my way. Which is what I ended up taking. I left and went to Banks in Concord...who with no notice had me in a truck in less than the 2 1/2 hours of lies and excuses I sat through at quirks. Quirk was perfectly happy with the fact that I took time off, took a kid out of school, drove 7 hours and left a healthy downpayment on a truck to let me walk away with nothing. Called the owner and no call back. Apparently this is acceptable behavior at this dealership. I have never had an experience as disappointing as I did at Quirks.
