We traded in our 2017 Black Edition Ridgeline which was the first year it was made and one of the only ones in NH when we got it in late 2016. Now, we’ve upgraded to the 2023 Black Edition HPD-black package which is one of the very few in New England. Love it!

Graham, of the Manchester Auto Fair, is FANTASTIC. My husband, who has purchased many cars (maybe 10?) said this was the best experience he'd ever had. Graham was not pushy in the least. He was kind, attentive to what we were looking for, and relaxed. His likeable personality was icing on the cake for a wonderful experience with AutoFair.
We even ended up deciding on a different car model, at another dealership, and had to request a refund on our deposit with Graham. He still maintained the professional, likeable demeanor and congratulated me on my new car purchase. The refund was attended to right away.

Great Experience, not just the Sale, but throughout the whole process. I leased a 2022 Honda Civic Sport., Sean Cassidy was very patient, as I had questions on two different cars, I have to say Sean was great in that he took the time to really listen to me, and that was evident by his responses in answering my questions, and helping me find the car I wanted, the features I wanted, Remote start for example,(Thanks again Sean it's awesome!) and in the price range I could afford. Rodrigo Ojeda in Finance was great in working on the protection packages and again, was very Patient and was listening to my concerns and found a Package deal that I could afford to protect the car. and thank you to the management and support staff who made themselves available to assist me when Sean was tied up and could not get to the phone during the process. good customer service is dying breed these days, but that does not seem to be the Case at Autofair Honda, my experience thus far has been exceptional. Fantastic Customer Service!! Thank you to the Autofair Honda team, I love the Car.

I've bought 2 Honda Accords from AutoFair and Bob Black in sales was a true pro. I will honestly admit sometimes I can be difficult to deal with and he handle me like the pro he is. I've also had a chance to deal with the service department over my time of ownership. Liam my service advisor was spectacular. Never over promising but always getting my problems fixed right the first time. That's all I can and do expect. You can TRUST Liam not to try to sell you work that you do not need!!!!!!!

Service department is wonderful. Sales department is alright. I went to sell a car to them in December, got an offer from Kelly BB for 16 thousand. Went, they offered 11 thousand. Definitely lowballed me. Showed them the paper with their original offer, they changed the offer to 12,400$. Still not pleased. Sold car somewhere else for guess what, 18 thousand! $$$$. Have never stopped receiving calls from them since December it is now March. After the first few weeks I was getting calls from their sales department almost every other day. Now it’s every week or less. But I can’t believe this is still going on 4 months later. 2-3 calls is the maximum I would expect to be contacted about my visit with them and no more then a month after. I feel harassed even though they mean well. They just call too much. I haven’t spoken to anyone since December because I don’t appreciate all of the calls. I feel stressed by this. You guys are great but please leave me alone lol.

The service advisor Curt was great at listening to the reasons for being at the shop and working with the technician to get them rectified. Curt was able to accommodate me with a loaner so that we weren’t sitting at the dealership all day when the technician needed more time to troubleshoot. The technician Luis did a fantastic job. He corrected the squealing sound, but found in the test drive it got worse. He wasn’t comfortable with what parts were used as they were known for this issue on my model vehicle, so better parts were acquired. The job may have taken a smidge longer, but I’m happy that the time was taken to troubleshoot the issue and a solution wasn’t rushed just to get the job done.

He was again very knowledgeable and helped walk me through the process and offered me great warranty options. They both made what can be a stressful process a walk in the park. Service is good, but DON'T BUY any of the extra services they offer.. Oil changes, or paint / interior coverage is trash.
They put an expiration date on them!! And the sales people are just vague enough about what they do and don't cover that you'll think it's a good idea at the time of purchase.
Apparently the paint coverage I purchased on my brand new car ONLY covers the SIDES of the vehicle? What kind of coverage is that!?
And I got something like 10 oil changes that EXPIRED 2 years after buying the package.. remind me why I paid in advance for the oil changes then?

I went in to get a state inspection and was in and out no problem! When I bought the car, I got a free oil change and tire rotation on a piece of paper. My.wife bought a Cadillac off autofair while I was indisposed. There were speed bumps on the way to getting her into the vehicle she wanted but the made sure she had all the street signs necessary to navigate them. Now, a year later we're doing some regular maintenance on the car and they got this guy Jake in the service department. This guy had me drop the car off right when I called and made sure it was right in. He gave me a breakdown on the pricing for absolutely everything before the keys hit the counter. THEN, wait, there's more, he called me at every interval to make sure I had a timeframe on the service as well as every option in front of us and once again how much each would cost. This guy Jake is the guy. We all have people in the contact list for everything we need in life. This guy Jake is car guy. Hands down

I have to go with a 5 star review for my purchase of a 2020 Genesis G70 sedan. Sales Sam Hinz did a great job showing me the car and pointing out the amenities on a test drive. Negotiating was a fairly simple process, I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Peter in financing made the paperwork fairly easy and quick. Car was inspected and detailed within an hour of purchase. I found out the car did not have carpeted floor mats and my thanks to Sam who hooked me up with a 4 piece set. He recently gave up driving and is going through the difficulty of losing that freedom. He contacted a few dealerships in regards to their interest in purchasing his vehicle (Honda CRV). It was great. Later we discussed the vehicle and different finance options. Honda actually had a better rate than my bank. I finished the financial papers with Rodrigo. I had a rental from the airport so Bob took me to drop it off. I was very pleased. I bought an older vehicle but they still made me feel important.

Scott Sturtevant and the service department were awesome! I pulled up to the garage door, on this rainy day, and they automatically opened it for me, I was able to pull in without having to walk in the rain.
Scott applied a coupon for my service, which saved me $34.95!
He also pointed out that there was a recall on my A/C system, and the condenser assembly along with other applicable items would be replaced, free of charge … now that’s what I call ‘taking care’ of the customer!
Lastly, Scott quoted me a time that my car would be ready, and it was perfectly to the minute … very impressive!
My next car will definitely be another Honda from AutoFair Honda!

I bring my car here for service fairly regularly and am usually always happy with the service I receive. What's extremely convenient in my opinion is that the site keeps all historical data on hand from prior appointments to reference for future services, so you have a true picture of the work you've put into your vehicle.
I have had multiple service advisors through my time here; Cary is probably my favorite as he is super chill (although everyone there is) and is a very quick communicator when it comes to my vehicle service throughout the day - he is a great asset to this site.

I came to Autofair Honda after being denied across the board for a chance to finance ANY car without over $750 down.
Immediately I was greeted by pleasant staff that escorted us to a place to sit, as they diligently starting working on putting us in a new car that night with 2 hours to spare! I explained to Keith and Haz my situation and about how my trade in was no longer safe and I needed a car that I could safely drive my 13 month old in .
Needless to say, I was denied for any car I was interested in; BUT Haz & Keith were NOT going to take no for an answer. I went for my complementary oil change at Autofair Honda today. I waited for 100 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation to be completed. The oil level was at the minimum level when I checked it at home. I had to put more oil in it to bring it up to the right level.

Had appt today at to get oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled in Ian came up to my car and asked why I was in today I told him for the above service he said ok and took mileage etc and recommended some other services which I declined at the time. I proceeded to go wait in waiting room for just under an hr. Ian came to get me and said tires didn’t need to be rotated now as tread depth was good. He did point out that air filter needed to be done. I said I’ll do myself.
At checkout, I told him I had an emailed coupon, he credited my bill and proceeded to cash me out.

I had recently sold my wife’s old car and we were looking to purchase a used Honda HR-V because it was the right size and I know how reliable Honda is. I had found a few options and we started our search at AutoFair Honda when we went in on a Thursday evening for test drives. We worked with Dan Griffin as our salesman. The first one was very nice, but was not quite what we were wanting. The second and third HR-Vs were not in great condition and we did not bother test driving them. We went inside to see what other options were available and decided to give one more a test because it was Honda Certified and still in a doable price range for us. We tested it and were happy with the car and features. After working on getting the price to an agreeable amount, which took a good bit of effort in negotiations, we bought the vehicle. We were expecting to come back the next day and pay it off and take it home, but instead were able to leave with it that night and still come back to pay it off and get the inspection done the next day. The whole process was relatively easy, aside from having to put a bit more effort into negotiating the price than we should have, and we have been very happy with our HR-V. I highly recommend Dan Griffin because he was very kind and honest about his presentation of each vehicle and was open and willing to work with us to find the right car and aid in our price negotiation. The one thing my wife and I did not particularly love was having to ring a bell when we finalized the sale, but every dealer has their own nuances I suppose. We are happy with our experience at AutoFair and would consider them again for future car purchases.

I recently found out that a maintenance item was missed from the interval before I purchased this car and after letting them know they missed one of the items at that interval they are making it right and taking care of it without charge. Highly satisfied with their service and this car to this day!

However their techs need to be a little more thorough in checking liquids, gages and tires before selling a car. I had issues with a car I purchased and was literally at auto fair every week. Worked with Susan, I bought a used 2013 Toyota Camry at AutoFair Honda, overall pretty good dealer, how ever dealer doc fees are pretty pricey at $798 and a $27 title fee. Which was a bit more out the door then I was expecting. Also a little annoying that the car was sold as is, which I didn’t know until I was at the dealership. Apparently they sell all used cars over 100k miles as is, even though the car had 101k miles. Lastly a little annoying that the price was the price on the car, they were a little over priced according to NADA and KBB, but I needed a car so I bought it anyways. Difficult to find any better deal from a dealer in these hard times to buy a car.

Rarely do I ever write a 5 star review but I’m still so pleased with my recent service experience that I felt it was necessary. I had an amazing first experience at Auto Fair Honda! I took my car in for an inspection + oil change this past weekend. After having many a horrible experience at the dealership where I purchased my car this past November, I decided to try Auto Fair for my servicing needs. I am blown away by the complete difference in my experiences. The customer service right from the start was something I had never experienced from any department at the other dealership, let alone Service. Peter was awesome! Super friendly, answered all of my questions in full, and didn’t try to nickle and dime me for a tire rotation that he advised wasn’t necessary once I had informed him I had just switched back to my regular tires from winter tires. Very professional and just from observation, every employee I came across presented themselves in the same manner. The facility itself was clean, warm, and inviting. You can tell they’re really going the extra mile for Customer Service all throughout the building. I will only be going back to Auto Fair Honda for all future needs with my vehicle.

I have been been getting my car serviced for years at Honda Autofair and I have always had good experiences, but my most recent experience was exceptional. I called close to closing time to see if by chance they would be able to install two tires as the next day a snowstorm was coming. They told me to head over and they would take care of it. I was concerned they might be a little grumpy when I got there since it was so close to closing time and they would more than likely end up having to stay late to get the work completed. However , when I showed up I was greeted with very friendly staff. They not only replaced my tires but also performed an oil change. Now that’s what I call outstanding service!

I have mixed feelings towards AutoFair Honda and my most recent experience only added to the confusion.
I received 3 emails within a week asking me to schedule a time to come down for normal maintenance. I used the website to book my appointment, and it was fairly easy to use. I had someone greet me when I drove in and was able to have a decent amount of work done within 2 hours.
As I drove home, my TPMS light went on and I called the service rep to explain my frustration. After spending $450 dollars and waiting 2 hours, the last thing I wanted to hear was that I had to turn back around to get things checked out. He apologized, even though I knew it wasn't his fault. He explained that due to the temperature in the garage, the tech was supposed to fill up the tires with additional air to not have this happen. I understand the reasoning, but now this is more time out of my day to try and fix something that should have been done correctly in the first place.
Overall, I'm disappointed. I have had great experiences before with Honda and also ones like this scenario. I reached out to them yesterday to share my experience and haven't heard back yet from them.

The employees we interacted with were very nice. However, every single time I go to AutoFair Honda, when I pull into the garage, it takes a long time for anyone to even acknowledge me. It’s such bad customer service and amazes me every time it happens that you allow your employees to treat customers that way. Of course I understand they may be in the middle of something, but they should be told to at least acknowledge someone as soon as they arrive. I would not recommend anyone to get their vehicles taken care of at that location for that reason alone.

When u have an issue with your new or old car it can be a quite stressful time. So, when you find a service department that is as helpful and efficient as Autofair Hyundai Genesis it makes it all so much easier.
I thought i had an issue with my car and decided to call the service department and was able to speak with Alex the Service Manager directly. He offered me several options to help and let me chose the most convenient one for me.
I decided to bring my genesis in right away and Christina was at the service desk and was an absolute pleasure to work with. It was a seamless and professional continuation of my conversation with Alex.
Christina did an amazing intake of my vehicle and I was able to get a loaner so as not to wait around...
While away I received a text link directly to Christina to keep me up to speed and to be able to text her with any questions.
All of this was just super calming and reassuring.
Ultimately there was nothing wrong with my car but they did not at all make me feel silly for the inconvenience of taking my car in same day.
This customer experience is definitely one of the best I have ever had that even beat most resorts and hotels I have stayed at - simply amazing stuff. Wish all my shopping experiences where this good.

When I called to make the appointment I asked if my car needed any special service at 15000 miles and was told no. When I was checking in the rep told me the $279 service was recommended. As you can imagine I was frustrated. I thought I was only going to pay for an oil change. Also your waiting room is in need of a major update. As a former Toyota owner, their waiting area is far superior and offers free beverages, fruit and snacks. I couldn’t even hear your tv and no employee could find the remote. One sales rep just tried some remote which didn’t work then walked away. Crazy rude. Sorry for all the negative reviews. The gentleman who assisted me was excellent though. He was very thoughtful. Please update that waiting area.

Keith Rodriguez was a very pleasant sales person. He greeted us warmly, took us for a test drive, answered all our questions. When we detected a vibration on the highway, he immediately put the car in service. While we were waiting he was very attentive, offering us water and pizza. He checked on the service status several times to make sure the car wasn't overlooked. We went for a second test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle. Keith was easy to talk to, with a kind an polite manner. He wasn't at all pushy (which would have turned us off). Although we spent a lot of time waiting, we were comfortable and well attended to. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to call anytime with questions.
Nick, in finance, was also very nice and polite. But at that point we were ready to get home and didn't need to hear about the culture of the company. (We were there from 10am - 2:30pm.) AutoFair came highly recommended to us and that was why we were there. The explanation of an extended warranty was also more than we needed to hear. I'm not trying to be critical, Nick did I nice job, but just offering our opinion. Our friends, who recommended you, felt the same way.
I would definitely recommend AutoFair to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and I would recommend Keith. He was very sweet.

The sales rep I dealt with, Susan, was absolutely wonderful! I wish all car sales rep were as phenomenal as she was! I can't express that enough! This was the purchase of my very first BRAND NEW SUV and the largest purchase I have ever made and I am 47 years young. Admittedly, I had some anxiety when it came to making the final decision but she never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured or that I was taking up too much of her time. The piece of my experience I can't give 5 stars to was the "haggling" part with "sales managers". The back and forth and the "he wants to come over and talk to you".... roll my eyes, sigh and say to myself "stick to your guns, this is how they do things, this is how they sell cars, but I still DISLIKE it! I wish this part could change, although I have no suggestions how to make it different. I know it's been this way forever. Now that my rant about the "sales manager" is done, I do love my new car, but what is more important to me is that when I'm ready for another, I will only buy from sales people I feel as comfortable with as I felt with Susan. And if I'm in the market for another Honda, maybe I'll be working with Susan again.

I can't say enough good things about my visit to the service department at AutoFair Honda. I'm in Manchester visiting friends (I live 1,000 miles away from here). I woke up to someone having busted out one of my taillights. I was due for an oil change anyway, so I made an appointment at this dealership. I dreaded the experience. I've had numerous bad experiences with mechanics because I'm not only female, but extremely knowledgeable about cars. I lost count long ago of the mechanics that tried to take advantage because of my gender. Mary Beth Payne was the service adviser assigned to me. What a true breath of fresh air. I was treated fairly, respectfully, the job was done quickly and correctly, and I don't have a single complaint about anyone I interacted with. Great customer service! I brought my Hyundai to the dealership because my tire was going flat. Their service department did nothing to help me. The service advisor told me to try the Ford dealership. They were nice but could not help. The service advisor called the Honda dealership and the said they would take a look at my car. Frank was great and took my car right in. Jeff was wonderful and through about the Civic Hatchback with a sensor. Before we went out for the test drive Jeff showed us everything about the car and what to expect when we drove it. The whole time out on the test drive Jeff showed us the potential of the car. He was more excited then we were about the car. The actual sales experience was a good one. We knew exactly which cars we wanted to look at (3 different colors), and the salesperson had them pulled from inventory when we arrived. She was very friendly without being overly assertive and was knowledgeable about the model and the features included. The financing part did not go as smoothly. When we were ready to close the deal, we were told the finance department would be with us in about 15-20 minutes. After that passed, we were then told the finance person was pulling the paperwork and would be with us in about 15-20 minutes. When we finally sat down with him, he presented a commendable case for purchasing the extended warranty (mostly pointing out the shortfalls of the standard Honda warranty), but we declined. He was quite adamant that we should sign up for it. "Pushy" is an inadequate description of his approach. When we continued to decline the warranty, he became progressively forceful in his argument often raising his voice and talking over us. We declined several times, but he would not let up until we finally just stopped responding to him and moved on to the financing. We had initially intended to pay full price in cash and forego financing, but the salesperson had quoted us an interest rate of 1.9%, and the finance person told us they would increase the value of our trade-in if we financed, which was amenable to us. The finance person then filled out the loan document with an interest rate of 3.77%. When we told him we had been quoted 1.9%, he said that rate was not available in our region--whatever that meant. BUT, he had made a mistake and the rate was supposed to be 2.77%. We capitulated. The salesperson was called back in, and just to be sure, a trip was made to a different financial desk. The 2.77% held, but to make up for the misunderstanding they would give us either 3 free oil changes or a set of all weather floor mats. We accepted the mats. We have since discussed our experience with a friend who also purchased a Honda from a different dealership a few months earlier. They went through a similar financing scenario with the exact same initial quoted interest rate of 1.9% (which they were subsequently told was not available for the model they were purchasing) and settling for a rate of 2.9% with a set of floor mats thrown in. Coincidence?

I brought my car in at 8am. Someone immediately addressed me, took my name, verified why I was there, took my key, and explained that they would call when it was done. They also offered to give me a ride to work if needed, but my husband had already volunteered.

Had the most seamless car purchasing experience ever.... price was pretty much negotiated over email with Tony, who was able to give us a firm, out of the door price, which stayed until the end- no surprises. The Real Me In here
I would recommend this dealership due to the fact that they were super friendly and not pushy on purchasing a car. We had no intention of buying that day as we always heard that you should walk away and wait for the phone call the next day of the dealership offering you a lower price. Kayla greeted us outside with a smile and was very friendly and relaxed. We had a newborn and a four year old with us and she seemed very sensitive to the fact that these two kids could go into a meltdown at any second :-) I explained to her that I never had driven a large SUV before so she took us for a test drive right off the back to see if we liked it which many dealers would not do because they want to get you inside to run your credit first.
After finding one that I liked, the sales manager, Burton, came by and asked us what we were looking for in a payment and said that he really wanted us to be happy with the SUV and what would we like in it to make it perfect. In the meantime, Kayla was entertaining our 4 year old with balloons and popcorn - you could not ask for better than that!
We ended up financing with a gentleman who found a local credit union to finance with and meanwhile Kayla was close by (not leaving us for the next customer) which was excellent and reassuring. Once we were ready to go, they brought our SUV in the parking bay and Kayla helped us switched over all our belongings to the new car meanwhile another family just like ours had purchased a van at the same time next to us and seemed really happy just like us.
No wonder AutoFair Honda has won the "President's Award" for Service for the last few years for excellent service.
The only issue I had was when I came back to get a remote starter installed, we were unsure of which type the dealership promised us in the paper work. The service person, Melissa quickly resolved the issue. Also, another small issue is that on the third day that I owned the SUV (which was two years old) the battery died after I ran the radio with out starting the car for about 15 minutes.
I called Kayla and she drove over in the middle of her day to jump it for me and the service team immediately replaced the battery with a new one and explained that Honda's have smaller batteries to save on fuel efficiency so try not to run the battery only toward the end of the life of the battery with out starting the engine every 15 to 20 minutes.
We are really happy with our new car and all of our neighbors came over to admire it. We love driving it and feel assured that no matter what happens, the dealership will stand behind the vehicle so that we stay life long customers (which we will)

The location was very busy on the day we came in and while busy, every person we encountered was smiling, saying hello, and offering drinks/snacks. With the entire process taking nearly 9 hours to complete (on us not them) it was a bit overwhelming and the paperwork got a little confusing; but given the late hour of the day it was expected. Shawn in the finance office was very good too. Even at nearly 9pm he was still smiling and laughing with us.

Wow!! I have purchased and leased many cars in my lifetime and this was the, hands down, the best experience I have had. My salesperson, Debbi Roy, was exceptional through the entire process. I spoke with her on the phone and told her what I was looking for, my price range, and she came back within an hour with 3 options. I told her which one I wanted to see and when I came to the dealer at 4:00pm that day, the car was ready for me to drive. I decided that was the one for me and was home a couple of hours later with my new car. Jenn and Mel responded to my initial inquiry about a specific model, providing me with information about inventory, pricing, sale event, and promotions in effect at the time. We arrived for our appointment two days later, on a rainy Sunday morning in late November, and were greeted at the door by Dan G. with a warm smile and a handshake. Dan is the best! He was courteous, helpful, knowledgable, patient, professional, and respectful. He had pre-arranged for the vehicle to be parked inside and it was dry. He invited us to inspect the vehicle, inside and out, under the hood, and in the trunk. He explained the various features, demonstrated their operation, and answered all our questions. From the no-pressure Friend to Friend talks about getting into the right car at the right price to respect and efficiency in the finance department, these guys take their jobs seriously and truly put YOU first.
The first time I went in to buy a car I had pretty high expectations for getting a new car with a low monthly payment with no credit. Eric and Ron worked to find me a great car with almost nothing down. Eric and Dave talked me through exactly what to do to build my credit and I followed their steps to a T. 9 months later I returned with better but still fair credit. Again Eric and Ron worked with me to trade out of my car (which they gave me a good deal on my trade in) spent their own time behind the scenes finding me a car and getting me approved so that the second time I came back- I didn't even get in the door before they handed me the keys to the car they figured I would want based off my previous purchase and discussions 9 months prior. I drove away a bit later with a better payment, a New Civic, and an appreciation for that location and the people who work there.
You definitely feel more like a guest with them than you do a customer. 10/10 will be returning for the 3rd time.

About the Services 4 stars I made my inspection NH and they didn’t clear my class for set a new sticker. The new sticker is totally crooked and full of glue around. I didn’t have any issue with oil change and tires rotations. That’s the reason this services get 4 stars.
About Honda administration I give 1 stars for them! Because they started to charger a fee with you use your credit card! We pay dearly to have a honda service and they want to add costs that did not exist in the pass. They loose some customers with attitudes like that.
I will see a different honda to go in the future.
